    Booking date 14th Nov 2021 and still no conclusive update on delivery of Nexon XMA S from Puneet Motors Malad west, I escalated on Twitter dated 15th March hoping to get this resolved and still no idea on car delivery, @tata motors is cheating /fooling people by promoting 2 months waiting which is practically incorrect.
    Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have booked Tata nexon XM grey manual car on 25th dec 2021 from suryoday Tata, vasai maharashtra.

      Initially it was promised to me that I will be getting car delivery on or before 31st Jan 2022 . Later dealer sales representative told me because of Tata tiago CNG is launched hence Tata nexon manifacturing is impacted so my car is getting delayed and i will be getting Car in Feb 1st week.

      I followed up and then it was told me it may go till FEB end and this keep on going to March and then March end.

      Still i dont have any clarity on this. Some time they says it is not yet billed to them or it is in dispatch or yet to dispatch and almost 90 days are passed.

      I have already raised an complaint regarding this issue complaint #[protected]. However there is no progress on it from Tata customer care. Tata motors closed complaint without resolving it ..

      Every time i used to call on toll free number they transfer it to complaint resolution desk and they cut the call. I logged new complaint
      [protected] and sent an email to customer care however no response ..

      I need your help on this to get this resolved and getting my Car delivered.

      I had little idea about TATA bad customer experience however still i thought of booking Tata car (vocal for Local) .. but now it seems it true what i heard regarding bad customer service . Just to log a complaint it took 20 days to me post that i am trying to reach since 2 month just to get follow up on complaint but never able to reach so far.

        IN CASH BUT THE NOT RECEIVED IN MY HAND THEY SAID WHEN YOU WILL TAKE DELIVERY THAT TIME I GIVE THE BILL STILL KNOW THE BILL NOT RECEIVED FROM ME END .MY PARENTS ASKING TO ME THAT BILL NEEDED
        ONE DAY I WENT TO TATA MOTOR SHOWROOM I NOT RECEIVED THE BILL PLS ARRANGE THE BILL GIVE TO ME .
        THAT I GOT BILL ONLY 19860 RS
        BALANCE AMOUNT GOT SUITED 6140 RS
        IM A REFUND FOR THIS AMOUNT IM SAYING THAT DAY ITSELF IN SHOWROOM THEY SAID MISTAKE HAPPEN IN OUR END I WILL GIVE THE CHEQUE IN OUR END THEN ONLY IM CAME TO MY HOME .

        But they are saying 19860 cash given the bill wrongly update the payment in cash for 19860 rs 26000 rs paid

          Purchase Tata Nexon XZA+ O white Car (considering 5 star safety rating and to promote Indian brand as local for vocal as Nation pride) from Jay Automotive (300B520) SATARA which got Delivered to me On 20 Feb 2022

          Car Details:
          Car Model: TATA NEXON XZA+(O) white colour.
          Chassis No: MAT627145NLB14203
          RTO registration no: MH11 DA 5388

          During Delivery I brought in notice to your delivery representative person one abnormality that driver side door is not aligned properly with Car side body line and w.r.t drivers back side passanger door but I got assured by delivery representative person that P.D.I is thoroughly checked and vehicle is all Ok and I can take delivery without any worry as we do not deliver new vehicle with any defect.

          But after got vehicle delivery during washing it I noticed below abnormal points.

          1) There is paint removed at RHS of front white Bumper which get touch up by big Paint drop which seen unprofessional. (See attached image).

          2) Also I found poor paint Finish on front bumper as there is white paint sprayed mark on Black portion of front lower bumper. (See attached image )

          3) During fuel refilling I observe the one of two Fastening bolt of fuel metal cap cover is not fastened properly and it is half of its length outside the mounting hole. (See attached image)

          This is not expected for 15.5 lakh worth new car delivery.

          So please explain me why you delivered around 15.5 lakh worth car to your valuable customer with above mention defects/ abnormality.
          What is your PDI process done for this car, how this escape from same. Please share this vehicle’s PDI documents.

          Now come to MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE of this car. Within one month o[censored]se its AMT fails many times.
          Due to which I near-miss major accident 2-3 times along with my 1 year baby, my wife and other family member
          During:-
          1) I was driving on Pargaon Khandala ghat section in heavy bumper to bumper traffic and AMT failure error come on instrumental cluster display with beep sound and vehicle start rolling back side whenever release the brake and about to hit vehicle on back side of my car.
          2) I need to apply brake and stop my car on steep incline turn at RAJATADRI HOTEL Satara with two wheeler bikers followed by auto rickshaw on back side of my car and public standing along road side in front of my car. When I release brake to move my car forward the AMT failure error symbol got eliminated on instrumental cluster display and car start roll down as soon as I release brake and press acceleration paddle this continues for number of attempts and my car roll down back side and about hit the biker on my back side of car. So to avoid this accident I heavily press acceleration paddle until my car start move forward and suddenly they AMT failure error disappear and My car Move forward with great speed and it reach into public standing along road in front of me and 4-5 peoples escape from heavy accident by hitting hard by my car as they suddenly move and run away from my car. This could be a fatal accident for them causing risk of life.
          3) Third incident occurs at KARAD VEGITABLE MARKET when again AMT fail on incline turn in crowded road and car start roll done back as soon as i lift my foot from brake paddle and try to press acceleration paddle during same my car roll back such a ling that it about to ride on body of vegetable seller sit along side the road. ( I have a video proof of this incident for AMT failure error eliminate on display while car is in ON and running condition.)


          Apart from above SAFETY ISSUE below is the another Serious Safety issues of Repeated ABS, Traction control, hill hold assist control system fails when I start my car and move forward from place on which car is parked, because of which number of time my car near miss with accident of dashing with another cars park behind my car on incline road as well as in one instance car bear miss from falling in deep ditch after inclined road dead end when I try to move car forward from parking position the ABS, Traction control, Hill hold assist control system fail and error symbols eliminated on instrumental cluster display (see attached image) and car start roll down back side toward ditch at road dead end as soon as I release brake paddle and try to press acceleration paddle to move car forward.

          So please look into this Serious safety issue which put the life of my family member traveling inside car and life of other persons travelling on road, stand/sit beside road.
          I need deta logger record of this issues along with root cause finding, why why analysis for occurrences of this issue and corrective and preventive action taken by Tata motor to ensure this will not happen in future to any of your car of this type. Also roll back the cars of this production series for AMT system inspection to avoid any serious life threatening accident with people using this type of car.

          I can not ride such faulty car which puts life of people in danger/risk so please take back your car and give me new OK car in replacement
          OR
          Refund its On road amount spend by me to purchase it.
          OR
          Give me equivalent manual transmission version and refund the difference amount between AMT model I purchased

              I have booked Tiago AMT/XTA/Red model on 24 January 2022 under the name Priyanka V at SR TRANZXARS Pvt. Ltd, 240, Udumalai Road, Arumugham layout, Sakthi Nagar, Pollachi, Tamil Nadu 642001, India. The main branch is at Coimbatore - 641 004. The customer advisor told us that they will deliver the vehicle by March 20. But is not delivered yet. They are not even attending the calls. Not sure what is going on here. They are not at all intimating us about the delay. Please help us with the date or cancel the booking.

                Hi Tata Motors grievance cell,

                I am Sourabh Chourasia, booked Tata Nexon XMA Grey color on 31 Oct 2021. I was told while booking that I will receive the car in 4-8 weeks (written in the signed booking form).

                It’s 6th months running now and there is no news on the delivery date of the vehicle.

                Mr. Gaurav (Tata Motors) and Lalit Parmar (treo tata: Go Motors-Tata Motor dealer), are not updating the exact status and keep on stating the next month or this month with no specific professional approach to the customer on providing a specific Date of delivery. They don’t even pick up the calls.

                It’s 6 months now and there is no news on delivery of the vehicle.

                Pls do guide that is Tata motor sales do care for customers or it’s like this. Thr has been no input from anybody on the date when delivery will happen.
                I am feeling helpless and think that it was my mistake in linking myself with Tata Motors. I am finally raising this in as Grievance protocol and have emailed the state I am in with TATA motors.
                Please guide me if you get time on a wayforward.

                If you also don't have an answer, then guide me to take back my booking. I will never see Tata motors in my entire life and will surely ensure my friend circle too not see the same.
                Really disappointed! I feel i am been cheated and car booked for me has been handed over to someone else for more booking amount.

                    I have got the message through the WhatsApp by an unknown number, regarding the job offer at Tata Motors Company along with the PDF's mentioning the job description of Tata Motors Company, that is : asking money as joining fee about 2650 INR, stating that it is for the security purpose and refundable after the job.
                    If it is the true message, I would have been received this through mail.But, I, got it through the WhatsApp which is not the trust worthy.
                    I just want the clarity regarding this issue!

                      I have booked Tata Nexon (XMS - Automatic) - Flame Red on 4th September, 2021 in one of the authorized Tata MotorCenters - Inderjit Motors, Mira Road, Mumbai with a committed delivery of 2 months.

                      This is the first car of my life and I was truly excited for this.

                      But unfortunately, it’s been 7 months and all my excitement is in vain as I haven’t received the delivery of my car till date.

                      I have been following up with the authorised center and Tata customer service but I’m not getting any response. Every time I call them, I get new delivery dates over and over again.

                      The whole process is emotionally draining for me.

                      I have book tata tiago xta on 2 feb 22 and yet waiting...
                      there is no proper answer from anybody. we are posting our concerns on this platform & but nobody is even bothered to answer them.
                      I have booked Nexon-XE on 4 Feb 2022 still waiting from Riya Auto link, Gota, Ahmedabad,
                      dealer STD answer is they don't have any update

                        Hi This is Mr.Suhas Hindalekar, I've booked a Tata Punch Adventure with Rhythm Pack (AMT / ORANGE) from Fortune care Pvt ltd, Vashi, Navi Mumbai showroom on 10th November 2021. Since then I have contacted the sales person for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid 21000 as a booking amount. Please provide me with the car within this month. I can't wait for such long blindly, This is really very frustrating, Not even order tracking is available with dealers, As a Indian we are moving towards local brands as a part of vocal for local, But other companies are ready to give their products but why tata motors not providing on time, Tata motors giving bad experience while purchasing my first car in life.

                        Hi, I am B Gopi Reddy, (booking name B SAJANI my sister) i booked tata punch adventure rhythm amt on 3th dec 2021 at location berhampur odisha tata motors but still i haven't received my car yet its almost 5 months passed.. this is unexpected from tata motors totally frustrating with tata motors. Please deliver my car as soon as possible with your humble request otherwise we should look other.this is our frist purchasing car and this much dealy is bad feeling i m fan of tata motors but this thinks delay doing and all was backing me... please help me out on this

                          I never had any part of tata zest xm in any service centre. buying a tata car means you are a customer of other planet bcoz no one is ready to prepare tata cars and no parts are available in market. tata service centres are like government job workers. they never satisfy any customer they spin the customer from mobile to another mobile number. i will never buy a tata car in future.

                          even i m struggling for buying spark plugs for car but they are not available. this is disgusting.

                            The issue is still unresolved.

                            My name is Sandeep Kumar, I had booked a Tata tiago XT blue in Heritage Motors (Tata Motors), Eastern Express Hwy, PanchPakhadi, Thane, Maharashtra
                            on 15/12/2021 with Mr. Omkar & his manager Mr Devendra Tripathi. At the time of booking I was promised the delivery in 8 weeks, as of now its been 14 weeks, this is betrayal of trust in TATA brand name.
                            I did sell my previous car based on repeated assurances and promises and my life has practically been difficult since. I need the vehicle ungently and am exhausted with Tata motors' customer service. I'm regretting my decision to book the Tata vehicle, this is highly unprofessionalism for such a trusted brand and every day lies.

                            Now I am planning to cancel my booking of the vehicle. Also, I have lost my trust in tata services.
                            I thought that Tata is our nation's pride but this is fraud of Tata dealers it's completely cheating with customers what they promised at the time of booking
                            Dealer's are playing with customers' feelings!

                              Dear Concerned,

                              I met with an accident on 28th Jan 2022, Same day my Tata Nexon was sent to Mohan Motors, an authorized Tata Service Station in Rishikesh. It was a case of an accidental insurance claim, the concerned person at Mohan Motors, Mr. Mohit Assured me of Repairs through Cashless Claim. He committed that Car will be repaired by 15th of Feb 2022, However the work was still pending and Mohan Motors cited that they are having delay in receiving spare parts from factory. After two-three day they informed me that my car is ready but it is not starting up due to injector problem, the car was with them for over 15 days but now they were telling me that car is having injector issue and this will not be covered under insurance and you will have to pay upfront 33, 000 for injector repairs, I argued that you complete the work and then I will pay, but they simply denied and said we cannot get injectors repaired until you pay upfrom. After lot of argument I paid 25000 upfront for injector repairs and they again committed me that they complete the work by 28th of March. I enquired again and asked for the update, then they told me that it will take another week and gave me a new date of 8th of March for completion of repair. During this time I told them that since I am getting injectors repaired on my expense then you should meanwhile submit repair bill with the insurance company for clearance of cashless claim. They said they have already started the process and I need not to worry.
                              when I inquired about the car repaiit on 8th of March they again told me that injectors havent arrived yet and gave me a new date of 16th March. When I called on 16th March they told me that everything is shut because of Holi so it will take another 3-4 Days. I inquired again about the repair bu they told me that it will take another. meanwhile I kept on asking them to get the insurance claim work done which they assured me has been processed.
                              I was getting frustrated due to this carelessness and lack of commitment when I told them that they are mentally harassing the customer and keeping him in dark they told me that I can go to consumer court if I want, but we have done nothing wrong. On 25th March I personally went to the workshop and asked them to update me correctly so they told me that i get the clear picture, on this they told me that injectors are ij Ghaziabad depo. On 26th march march they told me that injectors will be received by 27th, On 28th march they told me that the Injectors have been received by their vendor rotto diesel in Dehradun, But on 29th again they tell me that they havent yet received the injectors. When I confronted them they told me you can do whatever you wish to.
                              Moreover when i asked them about indurance claim they told me that insurance company is done closing for this year, and file will be processed after 01st April only, when i contacted
                              the surveyer he told me they sent him the bill on 25th March only despite my repeated reminders since 08th of March.

                              Now i have have no idea whats been going on, my car is there for over two months now. and they are saying it will take another 7-10 days. during this whole tenure they didnt provided me with replacement vehicle as well. I have been mentally harrased by unprofessional behaviour and repeated false commitments by Mohan Motors, Please Guide and Help

                                Hello,

                                It's been too long I didn't received any update on delivery of Tata Nexon XM S FOLIAGE GREEN booking. I had booked the car as on 8th Jan 2022 from Samarth Motors, Gwalior and since then there is no update.Firstly, false commitment made by sales executive to deliver car in last week of March.When there was no update I cross checked with the dealer and came to know from dealer that sales executive had left the job and made the falsely commitment. Now as per the dealer I had to wait till last of May to get the keys of my first car. At the time of booking I already made it clear to the sales executive that in April mid I need to gift it but still they cheated me making false commitment.

                                If can't deliver please be very clear to customer so that he/she can take there decisions accordingly.

                                Please provide the car by last of April else I have to cancel my order. Waiting for the revert.

                                  Hello, I have booked my Tata Nexon Xza+ amt petrol (white) on 31st oct 2021 AT(Dulichand Motors, EM Bypass) please check the attachment, but still I don't get my car allocation till today... it's way too many days now even beyond the promised date.I am truly very much upset with the sales and service, PLEASE do the needfull to get my allocation Asap.

                                    I hv booked with Deric motors, Tirunelveli for a Tiago XZ+ manual during Apr-21 and which was delivered to me only on 23-June-2021.

                                    For every free service the dealer was telling me the date will be counted from Apr-21 which was the billing date in their record.

                                    Now also everyday their staff calling me and informing that my 3rd free service due is 31-03-22 and I hv to complete it before this date.

                                    But actually it should be calculated from the date of delivery only for which they don't agree. . Kindly intervene and redolve, pl.

                                      I've booked for Tata Punch Adventure from Tata Motors KHT MOTORS Domlur showroom on 17th Dec 2021. Since then many a times I contacted the sales person & the Manager for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid Rs11, 000/- as a booking amount. Please provide me the car within this month or provide me refund.
                                      Enough of false promises

                                        in reference to the subjected above i am fatup with the problems of your tata nexon i request you to resolve them as each time you only give the satisfaction. it is thethird time that in the middle of highway while driving it stopped sudden i am safe with the grace of god other wise there might be a accident. please take it seriously otherwise i have to visit the court.
