I have booked tata altors xe plus car from Roshan motors on 13 April. They told me to take finance from their concern partner. But i have pre approved loan from axis Bank. On 15 april all formalities were completed from bank. But these people does not give car to me as they said payment is not reflecting in account. I showed the statement from the bank. But they refused to accept the statement. They made insurance one day prior. We got mental trauma between bank and dealer. I went twice with my family to take delivery but they refuse. There are very bad staff. They spoke very rudely. N they are not cooperating with us. I request to take strict action against Roshan motor.

    TATA Motors Complaint Number:[protected]

    TATA Safari XZA +2.0L Kryotec BSVI - Diesel from Malik Cars - Hyderabad - Telangana State from Malik Cars.

    1) Purchases vehicle in the month of August 2021 from that month to till date – facing problem with vehicle every week one or the other issues like as mentioned few things below:
    a) Recent the car brakes was an issue sent to service center – they have charge and billed us the GST invoice after we have 100% zero Dip insurance coverage for the vehicle – how come this would be possible from your side when the insurance is been covered why you have charge us – its really cheating us – need detailed clarification on it within next 24hrs.
    b) Last week car got breakdown in the mid-night & immediately called to the emergency service of tata customer care @[protected] on dated: 07th April 2022 – spoken with them for almost more than 1hr and had a big argument with your technical then the technician arrived the location – they are not ready to give the services on spot they made us shout and argued with us and all these things was been recorded and I have proof of evidence on your service with the customer.
    c) Mileage reading issue every-time
    d) Left side seat belt issue every-time – as it will be locked but the indicator still shows that sear belt have to keep
    e) While purchasing the vehicle I have paid the complete 100% payment for accessories but till now accessories are been pending and top of it the accessories I received are not TATA safari in turn I receive HARRIER accessories few of them – as u have my vehicle at your service Centre – please do check n take the necessary confirmation as well.
    f) The camera will not work properly – every-time we face the issue already been intimated in the 1st and 2nd time service but still it continuous the same.
    g) If I would time I would be mentioned ‘N’ number of problems which I am facing from the day one with the car I purchased – but still u want to test my patience I am ready over an extent to submit all the issues – before sending any mails to the customer – please do check the issues and then revert it – since u have an email access it doesn’t seems good – its my sincere request.

    By considering all these issues every-time day to day – we are fed-up with the services with you – I really doubt on the vehicle which you have given to us while purchasing whether it is a DEMO or used vehicle – I am dam sure that this vehicle is not the original vehicle given to us for this I need an evidence proof else I will file a compliant against this to in the court of law to get justice for the vehicle I purchased with my money.

    We as a customer purchase vehicle for our safety, every-time is we are facing this type of issue why do we need your vehicle – request you to please let us know within next 24hrs to 48hrs – as the vehicle is at your service Centre from yesterday with again a new problem of AC cooling and that part is not available it seems.

    We trusted TATA only because of RATAN TATA – service which he does to the society but after seeing your services and issues with the vehicle the things got fed-up & we are unable to believe on your services & the purchase of the vehicle. Personally TATA has been CHEATED us badly.

    Finally, i[censored] have an option to take back this vehicle I am ready to give back as we are literally fed-up with the issues and problems with the vehicle and your services. Need your revert immediately by next 24 to 48hrs else I have to handle the situation legally (I don’t want to threaten anyone) as a citizen of INDIAN have right to do.

      Dear Concern,

      This complaint is regarding issue with Tata Tiago Car purchased 4 years back.

      Recently I was driving back home and suddenly Car stop in between and did not start after many attempts.

      Somehow i managed to take the car to nearest Tata Motors service center.
      And after inspection, service engineer supervisor informed me that Car's fuel pump, valves and ECU is faulty and need ro be replaced and the total expense of the same would be approx Rs. 150000/-

      I was searching about the parts online and found most of the Cars of year 2017 and 2018 have same problem and parts are replaced without and cost by the company.
      However service center has not offered the same to me.
      I would request you to kindly guide me how get replacement without any cost.

      Your help will be mush appreciated as Rs. 150000 is huge amount.

        I have booked tata nexon xz+ model on 8th Feb, 2022 from sp automotive delars Udaipur branch.
        They committed to provide delivery within 45 days but still after 65 days they are not able to deliver the car.

        Still they are asking for few more days don't know when they will deliver the car.

          I bought a tata altroz car from Puneet automobile Lucknow uttar pradesh. When I was go for first service one month ago, my car's tool kit got stolen during servicing. When I was complaining about that but they don't have taken any action yet. Request you to please take appropriate actions amongst them because they don't pick my phone call now.

            I booked TIAGO-XT on February 10, 2022 at SPARSH MOTORS, Najafgarh, at the time of booking they said maximum waiting time will be 7-10 weeks, But Now, After 10 Weeks they are saying it will take 10-12 more weeks, due to slow production. But we came to know that they are selling pre-booked cars at premium prices to new consumers for fast delivery.

            What is this Sir, your company and your dealers are behaving like black marketers and stockiest, it doesn't seems like Tata Group, who thinks for the end user, now you all just trying to make fool of a common man. and if you cannot run manufacturing properly then let customer know that at the time of booking, not after selling booked car to somebody else for higher rates.

              I booked for a Tata Nexon from Jasper Industries Guntur AP area dealership on Feb 15 and haven't got the car delivered yet. The car was promised to be deliverd soon in few weeks and now the dealership is telling a variety of reasons everytime we call them towards delay of the vehicle delivery. Meanwhile we have observed a few others who booked later than us got their car delivered. The concept of letting the customer keep on wait by telling stories every week on the delay of vehicle and promising that it will be coming in the next biweekly lot is extremely disappointing and disrespectful. A car buying for first time is an emotion and surely Tata Motors are not regarding the emotions of the customers who believe in the brand, reputation and the company.

                  This is to inform you I have booked our TATA PUNCH Adventure Rhythm AMT on 4th January 2022 at Shridha Motors, Chankan, Pune.

                      I have get the service from 3M for ceramic cotting which is providing from the tata motors. I have paid 33000/- for the ceramic cotting. But I didn't receive proper service and response from the 3M.

                        I am a customer of Tata Motors and I bought my car TATA Harrier XZ, 2019 Model from the Shekhawati Enterprise/ Motors, Located in Udaipur (Dealer).
                        This email is to highlight the fraud that happened with me from the dealer, I Paid INR 25960/- as shown in the attached bank statement to Shekhawati Motors Udaipur for 5 years Extended Warranty, and I was told that it had been updated.
                        Before a few days, I visited another showroom ( SP Motors) for the service of my Car and I inquired about the Extended warranty I have, but they were unable to track it, and the fraud is highlighted and directly informed to Mr. Amardeep (In CC), Manager, Tata Motors, Jaipur.
                        I have made the electronic payment by swiping the card, and the receipt is with me, which is the proof of my payment.
                        I would appreciate it if you could organize to refund for the same as the extended warranty is not yet activated in your TATA EW system.
                        I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.

                          I had given my car Tata Nano to KHT motors service centre in Mahadevpura for servicing on 23 March 2022.
                          1. I had given complaint about shock absorbers not working and I was informed duly by Venkatesh to get them replaced and he also gave me approximate amount which will be charged to me for replacement
                          2. Mr Venkatesh also offered me to take AMC worth Rs 8313/- which I duly paid and took up
                          3. My car bumper was damaged due to accident and I had asked for insurance claim
                          4. I was informed by one Mr Shashi on call that insurance company has approved the insurance claim of bumper and they will go ahead and replaced it
                          5. But when I went to pick up the vehicle then at the time of billing I was surprised to see that an extra amount of Rs 6900/- was reflecting on my bill.
                          6. When I asked about it then Mr. Venkatesh revealed that the extra amount of Rs6900/- was for bumper. When I started confronting him for springing this surprise on me he immediately redirected me to Shashi and told me to talk to him
                          7. Not once I was called up and informed by anyone from service center about this payment for car bumper. Also I was informed at the time of billing that insurance company will pay only 50% of the amount. Which means around 3500/- for bumper was on me. Besides they said the entire amount I have to pay up while collecting car and the 50% will be refunded by insurance company to my bank account later (no information on meaning of later was given)
                          8. My ask is that is this the way to communicate to customer the billing amount in very last minute?
                          9. Just like how Venkatesh told me about the expenditure of shock absorber same way why didn’t he inform me about this bumper?
                          10. They also removed my reverse sensor which were fixed on my old bumper without informing me anything at all
                          11. They should have called me up and told in very clear manner that the insurance company is refusing for full payment they are paying only 50% and that too will be given by company later and presently I will have to pay the entire amount which is Rs6900/- why didn’t they say like this ? the car was with them for 18 days they could have easily informed me but they chose to work in this non transparent manner and spring up surprise at time of billing
                          12. I was at the service station at 3:30 pm today and they made me wait for 2 long hours for billing and at 5:45pm they generated my bill after many repeated requests and this is the end result
                          13. Finally I was so frustrated and felt cheated and angry that I left your service station without car.

                            Vehicle No: TN11AT4212 Tata Nexon Diesel XZ+, Purchase Date: 30th November 2020 in Chennai from Lakshmi Tata and being service in the same service centre. There were multiple issues in the same vehicle. 1st issue - on delivery date the car had petrol smell after 3 visits to service centre, on 9th Dec the vehicle was taken for service with a proper service job card. Dealer fault as they had tried to carry petrol in that car for showroom use. which spilled. Dealer cleaned it for free. 2nd Issue - Since the delivery date the vehicle had sloshing noise in diesel tank. after multiple follow up, the diesel tank was replaced in warranty on 13th Match 2021. 3rd Issue - 27th August 2021, the vehicle drive modes stopped working vehicle will lose pick up and have engine running in low speed only. Diesel filter was changed and i had to pay the bill. This issue again occurred on 01 Sep 2021. The service centre in Trichy advised to drive back to Chennai with doing temporary fix and also changing the radiator clamp and ECU update. 03 sep 2021 the vehicle was taken to service in Chennai. This time diesel injector was replaced in warranty. This issue occurred again on 3rd April 2022. This time they replaced the EGR and said that for a safety the ECU also needed to be replaced. On 9th April the vehicle was taken back to ECU replacement and handed back to me on 11th April 2022. Again, the same issue reoccurred on 12th April 2022. This issue is open now and TATA team is not able to fix the issue properly.

                            There was also a Cylinder Head cover assembly replacement done on 10th March 2022 due to engine oil leakage from the gasket.

                            There was also a Tail gate actuator replaced on 22nd November 2021.

                            Within 1 year and 4 months there were so many issues from the Same Vehicle making the vehicle unreliable and also Multiple issue in a new car is clearly a quality issue.

                            Resolution Needed: Since there is multiple issue in the same car, the car is really not trustworthy. Tata is also not able to check and pre-close the issues. Issues are reoccurring. Hence i need a new car of the same model or a refund of my entire amount paid for the car.

                              Dear Concerned,

                              I had booked a Tata Nexon XZ Plus (S) (Foliage Green) on 22 Jan 2022 from TechWheels, Jagatpura (Jaipur, Rajasthan) with an agreed to delivery date of 1 Apr 2022.

                              I visited the showroom on 11 March 2022 to clarify the accessories & other formalities. To my surprise, I was told that the model I had booked had been discontinued & they can't deliver the same. As a compromise (more of an added burden), I was asked to go for the Nexon XS Plus (HS) variant at a slightly higher price. I agreed to switch to the new variant with a different color (Royale Blue) post confirmation from showroom staff that my booking date will remain same (i.e. 22 Jan 2022) & the vehicle will be delivered on the earlier agreed date of 1 April 2022.

                              I have been chasing the showroom staff for over 7 days now regarding my vehicle but I am being misguided with vague timelines for the delivery. Mr Vijay Singh from TechWheels Jagatpura is giving dates with no confirmation. I have already got my car loan approved & am eagerly waiting for this Wonderful Product to be a part of my family but such experience is ruining the entire pleasure of the purchase. Go add to the misery, GM Ajay Sharma is now.not responding to my calls. So Unprofessional.

                              It's a request to get my vehicle delivered max by 19th April 2022 else I will have no other choice to go for some other car player. Trust me, I don't want to own any car other than this & am counting on your Leadership team to address customer's demands.

                              Eagerly Awaiting a Positive response from the All Mighty Tata Team!

                              PS- As per showroom staff, vehicle availability is still questionable & I might need to wait further.

                                I have booked “TATA TIGOR iCNG XZ+ Magnetic Red” on 8 feb 2022 from “TATA Motors fortune cars Vashi” and it was expected to get delivered maximum by first week of April but today I came to know that even the billing of the car is yet not done and dealers told us that it will take 10 days to deliver the car when the biling gets confirmed.

                                As of now, there is no information regarding billing also and I booked it for some special occasion accordingly so that the car get deliver max by 3rd April. It is quiet disappointing by knowing the response of dealers and delayed delivery.
                                Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest .

                                  We have purchased two car recently one is Tata Harrier and second is Tata Safari. There is some noise in their steering. We have visited the workshop of Zedex Gurgaon. But problem is still appearing. Both car has less than 2000 km running.
                                  This is pathetic service from Tata Motors end.

                                    I booked a Tigor CNG XZ+ Blue color on 25th January 2022 and I didn't got delivery time yet even after doing couple of follow up with Saibaba Dealer, Pune and When I ask them in Whatsapp group I get vague answers or just like "If there is any updates then we will update you".
                                    And if we check some social media portals there people are getting their car delivered even the booking date is Feb 2022.
                                    So, I request you to kindly help me on it?

                                        I have received a mail on[protected] by tata motors in my gmail account but company should sent the mail from their official website but they didn't do that the money which they told me to pay as a joining fees was rs 470 but i did not received any mail from them. In my mail there they have not mentioned any thing where the training will be from which date i have to join nothing was mentioned

                                        I have not received any confirmation mail from tata motors

                                        I recieved a text msz. I don't know it's real or fake. But I ask for money Rs. 470 only. And she said 1 week online training then get dist. Wise joining. Is it real or fake. Plz guide me.
