Hello tata Motors
I booked in December why price protection is not there it is getting to cancel the vehicle because of no price protection delivery also delay and no price protection also it is like cheating customer I have to pay around 40000 high 10k r 20k it is fine again I have to pay around 40k it is getting it's really disappointing

    I booked my punch adventure in February 2022 from RKL motors, Gida, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
    I have been given false assurances for the delivery of the vehicle for almost a month now but there has been no promise on the exact date of delivery. The sales person isn't very polite and helpful, I have tried connecting with him multiple times but all in vain all he does is gives me a new date of 7-10 days later, and when that date approaches he asks me to wait again for next 7-10 days. I have already tried connecting the instagram handle and facebook handle of tata motors. All they do is provide an automated reply that concerned team is looking into the matter and someone will connect with me shortly. But nothing happens. I tried it two times and I got the same automated reply but there has been no resolution neither have I received any call. I have already paid 1 lakh as booking amount. Please help me with what to do next. This is my first car, I am an ex Tata Employee but I never expected this kind of response from Tata. The faith in tata is collapsing just because of this attitude.

      I am one of the most unhappy could be customer of TATA MOTORS!!!

      I am from Agra and did my tata punch pure(grey color) booking in December 2021 from tata puneet tiwariganj just on the faith given to us by their sales team to deliver the vehicle in mid of February (only reason to book from this dealership) and now till date there is no words from the the dealership.

      They are just telling no car being allotted from tata motors hence we don't know. This word are of the GM post person also of the dealership. Strange for such helplessness shown by the GM of dealership.

      Monetary losses I had because of the wrong commitment of their sales person

      1) After prior discussions and approvals from your team i have applied for loan with (15 days prior) which got rejected and I beared the file charges and now higher rate of Intreste(as the offer of lower rates intrest diminished now by my bank).

      2) After discussion with your sales team have booked rail tickets of my family for car delivery on 3rd weekend of Feb month as I was assured to receive my delivery on time. I had to cancel that as no words are heard from their team about it.

      3) Price Protection period over and rates revised in april again

      4) Post delivery of vehicles I had some plans because your team was so sure about the delivery dates, which seem to be ruined

      it seems this booking from your dealership of no good to me as the commitment towards delivery has failed and burning my pockets instead to regular follow ups with your team.

      Dealer is least concerned and is been giving me worst customer service.

      Left with no option other than to cancel the booking.

      I am afraid and feel pity for the customers of Tata for after sales service.

      I would not recommend any person to go for Tata, as Tata products are good but service is worst you will keep visiting them and calling them but will end up burning your time, mind and pockets.

        I had booked Tata NEXON XMA(S) variant on 24 January 2022 at Sparsh Tata showroom, : RZ A- 70, Garg Plaza, Palam - Dabri Marg, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi 110043, when I booked the car it was promised that the car will be delivered within 8 to 12 weeks at max, now it has been 14 weeks and 2 days to be exact and still there is no further progress, nor the sales guys from the showroom follow up or acknowledge. this was my first car and I was excited for it but the way the whole process has taken place, my excitement has gone for a toss. so I am seeking for your help in this as I have already invested enough time. these dealers just to make extra money they delay the cars of people like us.

          I had booked Safari XZ+ Adventure ( tropical mist color ) on 4th March with booking amount of Rs 21000 /- .

          I was told full amount needs to be paid by 12 pm today ( 30th April ) since vehicle is reaching on 2nd May .

          While paying the full amount I was told that new price list of 9th March will be applicable and everything from ex showroom price to rto to cess was increased.Also Rs 5000 discount which was promised was taken away( this I was told is being taken away as per mail and instructions from tata motors ) . Without any fuss I have paid whatever increase was asked for.

          Now I am being told that instead of XZ+ Adventure ( tropical mist color ) I will have to take a different model and a different color because Tata Motors has decided that I don't deserve a XZ+ Adventure model ( tropical color ) and I should take whatever tata motors has decided to allocate .

          This is plain and simple cheating because the dealer is changing the variant + color at their own will after taking 100% payment from me.

          I doubt if there was ever an allotment or this was preplanned to take full amount from me and delay delivery .

            I had planned for long tour from next week, before starting a tour I am verified My Tiago XZ safety points like brakes, coolant, oil & nitrogen air pressure etc.

            Observations :
            Driver side wheel RH Brake pad : Approx. 80% wear
            Driver side wheel LH Brake pad : Approx. 60% wear
            Co- Driver side wheel RH Brake pad : Approx. 60% wear
            Co- Driver side wheel LH Brake pad : Approx. 50% wear
            Driver side wheel disc plate excess wear as compare to co- driver side disc plate & Bolt head damaged.

            As per my knowledge : Brake Mechanism that when applying force on a pedal then brake force must be equally distributed on both wheel as well as 4 brake pads & wear equally of them.

            Same issues observed in Nov 2020 and raised request for same[protected].

            I know that its technical issue.

            I am requesting to please study & resolve my safely point of.

                Highly appointed with Tata Motors, I had booked TATA Nexon XE Petrol model from SAB Motors Private Limited, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi in my name on 11.01.2022. However, after 4 months of waiting. I haven't received the delivery of car. The waiting period is about to expire on 10.05.2022. The executives of SAB Motors are giving fake promises from January, 2022 to deliver the car in 3 months and now they increase the period from 14 to 16 weeks to 20 to 24 weeks. If you can't make the deliveries. Please stop taking bookings.

                My wife is 7 months pregnant and she is travelling to Office from Metro despite of this COVID Time. You all know that this is very crucial time for her. Now they are offering to take one upper model by paying Rs. 1 lac extra so that they can earn more because Customer are already fall into their net and he cannot go anywhere else. This is the last resort as per them.

                At the end, i request all please arrange the deliver of my car at the earliest.

                  On April 2nd, I was given the delivery of a Tata Punch car. The car was not cleaned in the slightest. The front bumper of the car had color out. And in the LHS of the car, the color was also removed in the underside of the door. I went to the car service center to get it repaired.
                  On 26/04, I had given the car to the service center and I was told that you will get the car in 2 days, after that when I went to see the car, the color work was the same as it was, they painted the panel of the car separately. He also broke the side panel

                    My self Niranjan Mahto,
                    I have a Tata storme VX vericor 2017 model.
                    My registration Number is BR 06 BG 1000.
                    Since 5 days we have a complaint about clutch plate change issue.
                    After 5 days they billed around 50 k.
                    After testing 50 km coolent leakage found but they didn't acknowledge me and told my driver if coolant will reduce then fill according. Agency mechanics told my fever to fill the coolant may be it will reduce after Air bubble release from radiant. After 100km around my engine smoking from engine and overheating engine stopped working.when I opened the lid coolant spread over the engine outside.. When I complaint to agency they told ring is melt and it's not their fault..

                    What is the service provide by tata motors if air bubble is stable in coolant then it's possible to exit outside coolant after heating the engine.

                    Kindly look into this matter and do the needful action because we already suffer 50 k amount and they told ring changes cost may be around 1 laced rupees..
                    After 2 days I talked to manager he told his supervisor not filled the coolant and may be stolen my coolant that's why my car smoked overheated and result Ring piston melt and it's cost to repair more than 1.5 lac.

                    So take necessary action against Agency Yasraj Motors Muzaffarpur.

                      My Name is sheriff and work in California, My family wanted to buy a Maruti I20 but I insisted them to buy a Tata Punch as I am aware of its quality.

                      Initially, they visited Lakshmi Motors in Chennai and selected model TATA Punch Accomplish AMT/ METEOR_BRONZ on 15 Feb22 in the name of A Zakira Banu SL No-3822

                      Sales Team gave a commitment that allotment will be done by end of March and will be delivered latest by April 1st week. Based on the commitment we paid the booking amount as well. But on 09 March we are receiving an email stating that will take around 14 to 18 weeks. Later on multiple email and phone communications happened on this issue.

                      But till now no action has been taken by Lakshmi Tata Sales team and this issue is known to the sales manager as well. Meanwhile, we have been told that someone paid the full amount and took the delivery of the car.

                      We have a high hope on Tata company and trust Tata Products. But this kind of wrong commitments making the customer frustrated. Is there a way to solve this issue.

                      I booked Punch Adventure in first week of feb 2022. My situation is similar to yours, the only thing is i have been constantly asked by the sales person to upgrade the variant to higher one to get early delivery. I did the same, i opted for adventure with rhythm pack but even after that I am being fooled in the name of delivery. I have already paid 1 lakh as booking amount. I am not sure of what to do now...

                      Finally, I got a message stating due to a production issue will be delivered in August. I am, surprised that people are spoiling the name of TATA like this looks like they just wanted to show the sale and take the initial amount and then let the customer go to hell..

                      We decided to go with a different brand and take out our initial amount. Its a really the worst experience just think when people like us ready to pay the full amount are handled so terribly what will be the situation of people who go for a loan. I think they will take the loan and even after paying full amount, they may not get delivery.

                        I have purchased my Tata Altroz on 27th December 2021 . My car number : UP32MP3392 .
                        It has been just 4 months and my car horn buttons got loosed automatically due to which I lost them . also back Nozzle wiper is distorted .
                        Now When I have sent them to Tata Puneet motors Lucknow (near Ramswaroop College, Faizabad Road ) . They are charging as they are claiming for Damage in the nozzle where the buttons are fitted .
                        This is totally not accepted . They have a very poor service.
                        How can a 4 month car horn getting loosen up automatically .
                        My experience with Tata Service and Tata Altroz car is really bad .
                        I have sent my car to Tata Puneet motors .
                        Kindlly look into my issues, as I am really disappointed with the service and also giving me the damaged car .

                          Facing accleration issue in tata tigor XZ purchased in 2018. At service centre they are asking for replacing at a cost of 13000. We are using maruti, Renault and other brand cars, but never faced such issue.

                            My tata tiago car number up 81 br 2855 met with an accident i got my car rectified on 07/04/22 at aligarh based muscat motors which is tata car agency from whom i had bought my car Took it I had got my car done from outside without getting zero dep insurance from the agency, then the agency employee Arvind Kumar Tata Mascot (Aligarh),
                            Preetam Tata Mascot (Aligarh), at first said that you have not got your car insured from the agency, so we will not fix your car on this insurance, you will have to pay cash, so I said that get the insurance done from somewhere It is hardly necessary that it should be done by the insurance agency, after arguing for a long time, those employees asked me for ₹ 1000, if you give us ₹ 1000, then we will get your car fixed, so I protested against this. did and tried to complain to both of them then both of them agreed to fix my car on my insurance but today after almost 18 days they still did not fix my car and they are saying that this The insurance car will not be fixed, if I had given these two employees the thousand rupees demanded by them, then they would get my car fixed. Sir, I have recommended and got many vehicles of Tata company to my friends and relatives but today I am a big casualty that Tata Motors is not a reliable company, this after sales service cheats its customer because if you get insurance from their agency So it is okay and no insurance is from any company, it does not work, please register my complaint, otherwise I will park my car outside the agency and set it on fire. Buying this company cheats the customer. The insurance of my car is from SBI General, which is also of zero dep, if the agency tells you while taking the car that when the insurance of the car is over, then we have to get it done from us, then we would have thought but where is this rule that the insurance agency If it is done from the beginning, it is a sheer robbery, I will also file a case in consumer forum in this regard.

                              My father bought a new TATA Nexon from Midas motors muzaffarnagar. I had a lot of trouble in car registration because the dealer was only concerned about car sale rather than customer satisfaction and ease. Due to the negligence of the dealer it also cost me 6720rs of penalty also.

                              My father booked a tata nexon to give me for which he asked the dealer whether i can get the vehicle registered somewhere else as i was relocating to gujarat, on which the dealer asked my father to buy the vehicle from his dealership and get registered anywhere after getting a temporary registration from his dealership.
                              He bought a car on 12th feb for which the dealer gave him only the sale letter and not the temporary registration. After that i asked for the temporary registration, then the dealer gave him the temporary registration certificate which was dated 5th of march for which he already paid to the dealer on 12th itself.I went to the RTO for registration of car there i got to know dealer has still not given some original documents and also the temporary registration was done late due to which i will have to pay penalty of Rs6720.I asked the dealer about the issue, and he assured me that I will get back the money from the other dealer who is responsible for the late registration, but neither i got the money back and till date the dealer (Vinay tyagi Midas Motors) is not telling the truth and asking me for different documents each time i call him.

                              If this is the way the dealers are treating a new customer I am afraid of the services I will get after the car has all three free services.
                              I would never recommend a tata car to my friends and relatives if this issue is not resolved.

                              Kindly look into the matter and at least let me know what can be done in the matter so that i should also know whether i will get back my hard earned money or not.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have booked my Tata Nexon XE P from Treo Tata Go Auto pvt Ltd Safardanj, Okhla, New Delhi on 3rd November but still i haven't received my car.
                                At the time of booking i was told waiting time as 6-8weeks but it is almost 6months but i haven't received my car.
                                I have been regularly following up on calls, mails, WhatsApp, Twitter even eslate the issue but each time i am given false delivery date and i am told your number in que is 1st. I have been told since February that my number in que is 1st you will get car soon but no delivery.
                                Request you to please look into it.

                                    I have booked a TATA PUNCH on February, 2022 and as said by dealer i would get the delivery on May 1st week itself. But i requested them to deliver the same on 22nd of May, 2022 as it is date of my weeding anniversary.
                                    But from last week they are neither responding to my calls, and when today i go to them, they behaved so rudely and said we can't deliver the vehicle, if you have so urgency go to MARUTI showroom and buy one.
                                    I m not going to buy a vehicle of Tata Now, but just giving you information how your Dealers are behaving with customers.
                                    They need only commission, if i give them extra money or have taken loan from that dealer i would get the same at earliest.

                                      We are buying a new tata intra v30 in the year of 2021, I had always problem with this vehicle, the reason is that the vehicle has gear shifting problem many times I had fraustrate this problem please solve my problem, there is a more money I have paid Jasper to resolve my gear shifting problem but my problem is not resolved, I had to know I want to a gave a vehicle to your company
