I m interested tata Tiago ZT car so I m booked dec 16 th 2021, show room employees told Jan1 Delevary, But still now not delivered and no response, more time visit and called,

My car loan number LACHE00045183XXX
Loan Amount-RS 12433 per month,
1st EMI also came this month.

Already completed to Facebook also one person call and collect all details but she also no response,

    I booked tata Nexon xe from 27th of Oct.
    Company tells delevery time arround 60days
    But right now it's more than 98days from booking date but still I don't get my car

      I had asked the service centre in Thoraipakkam to do the first service and also to cover the accidental damage incurred in car (Tata Altroz). I spoke to the service centre on Jan 24, 2022 and was picked up by a driver on Jan 25, 2022 which was picked up only after multiple calls. The car was not delivered as said by a week rather it was delivered only on Feb 4, 2022 (exactly 11 days after taking up the car). Once we got the car, it was noticed that the silver beading in car was not proper and also there was a gap in the right side near bumper as opposed to left side. This was reported to the service centre immediately and they said it will be done the next day where a person would be sent directly to my address. But the next day, respective person was not sent instead I was asked to take the car in the nearby service centre. I would like to know what kind of customer service is this being provided and why there is a delay and negligence in doing service for a car. And that too Tata being a brand value, this is not expected. I would mainly look for this delay and negligence to not happen again.

          Car leke 15 din bad airbag ka issue shuru hua showroom walo ko bataya to bola gaya kuch badi problem nhi he 1st service me thik kar denge par nhi kar paye bad me 2nd service me bhi nahi kar paye ab third me bhi nhi hua aur kitne bar jana padega har bar 2k ka petrol ja raha he aane jane me aur kuch hua to hamare safety ka kya hoga.

            I purchased my Tiago in Oct 2018 and I have drive over 30000km as of 2022 feb. From the time I had taken the car I have been facing issues with missing, and during each time of the service I keep repeating the executive about the same. Everytime they just clean the fuel pump and return back to me without replacing the complete fuel pump. In between I have started noticing the some notice coming from the steering wheel while turning and raised the same to the executives during periodic service. They just did some minor repairs and returned back to me. Now since the warranty period is over when I raised the same issue they are saying the need to change the faulty fuel pump which will cost me ₹11000 and to change the steering wheel ₹20000, which is not my fault. I'm so unsatisfied with the service of the car and it is unprofessional. While I see most Tiago cars have the same issue, and since it's a manufacturing defect, the company is supposed to replace the same, now I'm supposed to pay from my pocket since the warranty is over. I don't want to waste any more money for the manufacturing defect. Can someone please help me with this?

              I have booked nexon dark edition on 11/10/2021 from ASL MOTORS JAMSHEDPUR.They are insisting me to buy insurance policy from their show room.as compared to other insurance company they are charging more than double premium amount.

              please clarify whether is it compulsory to buy car insurance from car dealer.

              If it is mandatory then provide us official rule or law.

                  At the time of delivery dealer had given me 3 months waiting period.
                  Now it's been 4 months but still not getting confirm delivery date.
                  Deal is just giving excuses that car is not getting deliver from Tata motors.
                  When I will get my car? It is just frustrating..

                    After run of 150 to 200kms if we stop somewhere and then again try to start car without manual push unable to start the car.
                    This has been happened frequently but not always.
                    Visited service center they have told that whenever it happens do let us know but this situation happens anywhere where there won't be any people or outskirts only.
                    Battery status have been checked it it okay and still unable to resolve this issue .
                    Tried contacting customer care but got very disappointing feedback.
                    They were pushing it on the name of servicing center when I was insisting them to let me log complain to higher authority but they were completely helpless.
                    Now the issue I'm facing is happening quite frequently and I'm quite disappointed because of that.kindly provide the solution.

                      Hi,

                      My Name is Amar ( Mail id : [protected]@gmail.com) I have given my car for 2nd servicing on 5th Dec, 2021. At the servicing time issue identified with wire harness bitten by rats. i have provided my insurance policy details and signed claim form . Since last one month my car is at service centre and today at delivery day i received reply from Service Centre that my car front windscreens is broken and need to replace it.

                      At my first servicing also the SC driver bumped my Car to parking pillar and that was also took 1 months time to replace it by very poor quality work from Sai baba Autowheels Kalewadi Pune SC.

                      I am working with TATA JV company and considering TATA pride i decided to book TATA Altroz. The vehicle is class but the service part is very worst and pathetic.

                      With Such experiences how one can suggest anyone to go with TATA cars.

                      Tata Should look in to such concerns seriously to be a brand in automotive market.

                            We had purchased the Tata INTRA V10 from Vaishnavi motors, bulandshahr.
                            Vehicles registration number UP13BT8607
                            All services have been carried out thro VAISHNAVI MOTORS unit in bulandshahr 203001.
                            The vehicle had mileage problem for August from that problem, the service provider check the car inspite of fixing the mileage the mileage has been decreased.
                            After the 5th service, car iis facing too much problems like
                            1. Turbo charger
                            2. Exhaust pipe
                            3. Silenecer.
                            And 4 . Mileage
                            The service provider is also not helping in full support to check the vehicle... it's not even a year that we bought that vehicle.
                            From above statement it clearly shows that vehicle isn't working properly after the service
                            So kindly help in that.

                              Hello, I have booked togor ev at 31st August 2021 online from tata website. I got mail with reference Id and contact of local seller parin motors, Rajkot, Gujarat. I haven't received any update further. When I contacted the dealer, he said that they got booking details but no money was received in their account. Since then I am not at all getting any update nor got my booking confirmed. If there's real tata motors costomer care, then please try to resolve my problem. It's been almost 6 months now.

                                I purchased tata Nexon Zplus S on October 2020. The company had promised a mileage of 17 kms per litre but I am not even getting 14. My colleague and friends who wanted to purchase this vechile, i am discouraging them citing mileage as reason. I bought the vehicle because of trust of company and it being Indian. I now have lost the trust

                                  I have purchased tata tigor xz plus in 2020. Car doesn't start . Shows " F " sign in red color, indicate all warning lights in instrument cluster. also indicate engine lock. I have sent the car 3 to 4 time for service at Yash motors which located in bhilwara.but problem remain the same . Around 1.5 year I'm facing this problem. Please help.

                                    I’m writing this letter as there is no other option left now. I’m fed up of one of your authorised dealer here in PCMC area, dealer name is Panchjanya and they are having a service Center in Chinchwad.
                                    I gave my car for servicing on 5th of December 2021 and I specifically informed my service advisor about the pick up issue I was facing in my car. They returned my car same day without resolving the issue but they told me that the issue has been resolved. I took my car to Karwar on 7th December 2021 which is 530kms from Pune. I faced the same issue and almost got saved on two occasions as I was not able to overtake and during the drive I got hit by another car and got a dent on my tailgate. I came back on 5th January from Karwar, as there is no authorised service centre in karwar I couldn’t get my car repaired. Anyway I came on 5th January and gave my car again to Panchjanya thinking they will resolve my issue, they did resolved the pick up issue by changing spark plugs but the tailgate repair issue is still open from my side. They kept my car for almost 16 days just for a small work. There was no follow up from their side, not on a single occasion. They returned my car first time almost after 8 days that too the paint work was not done properly, there were blisters/bubbles on tailgate, I have videos of the same.
                                    So they asked me to drop my car again on 22nd Jan, they again kept my car for almost 8 days and returned my car again on 29th Jan I.e yesterday but still it wasn’t done properly. I can clearly see two different shades of colours on tailgate. I’m really surprised the way the body shop handled of Panchjanya handled my case and I can guarantee you that these guys are inefficient to do any paint work.
                                    I tried raising issue to Branch manager Mr. Pareira but to my surprise even he wasn’t ready for any customer feedback and he threatened me to complain about him and his team to anyone in TATA and after talking to him even I got the feeling that I can’t do anything here as during my call to Mr. Pareira he threatened me that even if I complain to anyone in TATA the complaint will come back to him and he only has to resolve It,
                                    I never expected that I will get this kind of after sales support from TATA or else I would have never purchased a tata car. I have used Honda, Maruti cars in past but never had such a bad experience with any of the authorised service Center.
                                    Shalakha from Panchjanya called me yesterday and assured me that they will get it resolved by sending some person to my place but I’m against any jugaad work, they have got the money from my insurance company and if they are inefficient with the paint job, they should replace my tailgate As I’m not going to accept any jugaad work on my car.

                                      Replace my car.

                                      Since day 1st of the purchase of new car my car is giving 8 to 9 km per litre mileage.

                                      Its almost 8 months I am struggling big time but struggle is never ending

                                      Local dealer and local service center jointly couldn't resilve my issue
