I had asked the service centre in Thoraipakkam to do the first service and also to cover the accidental damage incurred in car (Tata Altroz). I spoke to the service centre on Jan 24, 2022 and was picked up by a driver on Jan 25, 2022 which was picked up only after multiple calls. The car was not delivered as said by a week rather it was delivered only on Feb 4, 2022 (exactly 11 days after taking up the car). Once we got the car, it was noticed that the silver beading in car was not proper and also there was a gap in the right side near bumper as opposed to left side. This was reported to the service centre immediately and they said it will be done the next day where a person would be sent directly to my address. But the next day, respective person was not sent instead I was asked to take the car in the nearby service centre. I would like to know what kind of customer service is this being provided and why there is a delay and negligence in doing service for a car. And that too Tata being a brand value, this is not expected. I would mainly look for this delay and negligence to not happen again.

I didnt received the car yet. And just few days ago the car dealer informed me about the price hike. I told him that if i vooked the car already then why should i pay this amount extra. As per Telephonic conversation with the customer care tata motors I was assured that the tata car booking before 18th jan will have price protection. so I am requesting you to kindly give me the same on email or written about the price protection as the my dealer is asking for the new price of the car
