Dear sir,
I had purchased a tata Nexon XM variant (2018) KL11BL2030 vehicle from Calicut. Am the second owner of the car. and also am purchased this car on loan. I pay every month EMI also. when I took the vehicle the running kilometer was 52000km. at 60712km I put my vehicle in the service center for major service at Malayalam motors Vazhakkala, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala. the service cost I paid was 8165/-rs.my car showed a first-time complaint at the kilometer 64072km. the complaint was showing a red light key symbol in my car dashboard. tata breakdown assistance team arrange to tow to Thrissur hyson motors service center. they replace the oxygen sensor at 16//12/2021. I paid the charges 2832/-rs there. At the breakdown time tata motor's breakdown assistance team arrange uber for travel. the cost I pay first. the customer care executives told me it is credited my bank with in 15 working days. I pay the number of 1635/-rs. I didn't get a refund of that amount till now. I took the car from hyson and next time also the same issue reflect on 28/12/2021 the kilometers covered 64576km. The second time also the car put on the service center at hyson Thrissur. they check everything and give back the car. the third time same issue was found on 04/01/2022 the kilometer covered 64785km. this time towing is arranged to Malayalam motors Vazhakkala. they replace coolant temperature sensor, coolant and I pay the amount 3531/-rs. I took the vehicle from there and again the fourth time the same issue again reflected the kilometer covered 65828km. I call to breakdown assistance at 4 am and the executive was very unpolite and irresponsible. and they arrange to tow at 8 am. am fed up with this data product. finally, I complained today tata complaint desk and the reference number is
[protected]. am purchased this vehicle because of the pandemic corona situation. I have a three-year kid and I cant travel in public transport during this time with my kid. and I am concerned about our health. that's why I think to buy a car. found the internet Nexon have 5* rating and all. but all are misleading the consumer. the last week I suffered from chest pain and consult a doctor result was first-degree av block. if I met such kind of any critical issue that time the car will use to travel. so that I purchased the vehicle, in my case the last 2 months any emergency I go out in the car it showing temperature warning light always. It's the fourth time I face the same issue. all documents in my hand .if its required i will mail it to tatamotors.com.so I humbled request you to please take necessary action for my complaint as soon as possible.

    Hi,
    I bought tata harrier last year after reading about their great safety features.
    Recently I met with an accident where there was a severe head on impact. Despite that there is no the airbags did not open. I want to lodge complaint for the mental trauma this is causing me. Luckily we came out of the accident with very minor injuries. But what happens this sort of an accident happens again and the airbag doesnt open. The car is still at Hubli Tata service center and I someone to look into this issue asap.

      Dear Customer care Team,

      PUNCH Prelaunch-booking on 10th Oct2021 in Jaika Motors, at Nagpur location . Not delivered till date & no updates from dealer & Tata motors.

      Dealers are saying Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle .

      Please let me know the delivery time of pre launch booking done from Tata motors to dealers

      When can i Get the update from the dealer/Tata Motors for getting my vehicle .

      This is really very frustrating, Not even order tracking is available with dealers .

      Dear Team,

      I have booked Tata Tigor XZA+ vehicle in the month of Jan dated 27, 2022 in Erode Tamilnadu showroom. Initially they have informed that vehicle between 30 to 45 days. But now the date is 26th March 2022 till now not get update about the status. I asked for Tigor silver color initially they said yeah it's available but without informing us they have booked white color which I didn't asked for. After the waiting period they informed silver color is withdrawn we have to give color variant change request again and have to book a fresh request then again we have to wait for another decade.after getting the advance their way of approach is very worst and also no response even we visited the showroom in person thrice. Their way of approaching the client is very worst and behaving rude to the customers. Really frustrating worst service from TATA. Didn't expect this

        Hello Everyone,
        My car met with accident and I took insurance claim for it on 26 Dec 21. It's been 22 days now and still the company says that we have ordered some parts and it will take another week for the parts to be delivered and post that they will fix the car.

        If it takes this much time to order the parts of the same company, then TATA is the worst motor company, the worst customer support and most time taking company.

          I am raising complaint on behalf of my father Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh,

          Our Vehicle met with an accident on 24th Nov 2021 and on 25th Vehicle was towed to service center at Purnea.
          I have been told that they will provide the towing receipt but it has been more than 45 days since then, I have been waiting to het the Money Receipt for Towing.
          I had also raised the complaint in this regard a month back and after that I have followed up with them numerous times and every time I receive feedback that I will be getting the receipt within 24 hrs.

          My vehicle is ready for delivery and I have no clue whether I will be getting the receipt and by when.

          This is the type of service Tata is famous for, and there are millions of complaints, The internet is flooded with service quality of Tata motors.

          Dear All Thankyou for the response, My Complaint has been resolved today and i have received the vehicle as well, My Vehicle has been repaired and it is up to my expectation and i am satisfied by the work and support provided my Tata Motors Dealer Sankar Motors, Purnea. This is to reIterate that I didn't face any issue in regards to sales and service of Sankar Motors, Purnea, in fact I am very much satisfied by their work and service provided by Sankar Motors and their team. My complaint was on your Emergency Breakdown Services provided by "TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited" They were not providing Towing receipt to us despite numerous followups, we were told that the receipt will be emailed to us by TVS if you will check my call log at tata customer centre you will find that i have been reminding they regarding the receipt on daily basis. Today when I became adamant that I will not disconnect the Call unless and until I get the receipt in my mail, after speaking to senior personnel of Emergency services, they provided me with the receipt This is again to highlight that the receipt date is of 15th JAN 2022, this means that they have raised the receipt just 2 days back and I have been complaining since last month on the same issue. Anyways now i have received that Towing receipt and also have collected the vehicle from the service centre. I would like to thank you all and specially tata sankar motors, purnea for the service. Please close the complaint from my Side.                 For all this while I was feeling proud owner of Tata Tigor, which was delivered on 19/10/2021.
                However Soon after the delivery, the car started giving problems as below:
                1. Issue
                No.1- During our family trip to Lonavla on 5-Nov, the car boot was locked and could not be opened. All the bags were locked on reaching the hotel. After contacting tata motors service center, very little help was offered and was told to tow the car to Pune center which was impossible.
                Finally they( survoday service center, vasai East ) suggested to get the boot opened by local garage. We were able to open the boot and get the luggage out, however the boot got locked again. So after checkout from hotel, my parents rented out car from hotel to reach home since all our Luggage could not be fitted in car space with boot locked. Also the infotainment system was getting hanged frequently which was reported to Suryoday motors( vasai East).
                2. Issue no. 2- the infotainment system was getting hanged more frequently and the maps could not be accessed. Also while playing music, the volume could be reduced as the system use to get hanged after few minutes on starting.The only option was to stop the car( which we did Frequently !) to reset the system. This issue was being experienced regularly now ( as of 17-dec-2021)
                Again the issue was reported to Suryoday motors, which took a while to resolve.
                3. Issue no.3- the seat covers were worn out in just 2 weeks and the issue was reported to Suryoday. Managed to get front seat covers replaced.
                4. Issue no.4- on 13-Jan, the car failed to start. Strangely the battery was totally discharged in just 5 days.
                Again Suryoday service sent me toll free no on 14-Jan morning. This response was again very slow. I had to google and seek road side assistance myself and get the car started the same day evening. I had previously reported the car battery issue( battery symbol displayed in car running condition) to service center however failed to get any update on same. I still can’t figure out how a brand new car with brand new battery gets drained completely in JUST 5 days.
                I just wonder whether the car is actually brand New or just refurbished with all parts.
                I have been highly disappointed with this purchase having to face so many issues every now and then. Not sure how many more issues I have to face in future.It’s actually more of embarrassing situation every time I have a breakdown. Having voted for the most trusted brand like Tata has let me down totally. Am so fed up and frustrated.

                Please note I have been using car since 2009 and I have never faced such issues with new car!
                As of today, the car has running of 1832km.
                Please update on below 2 options for me:
                1. Arrange for a replacement model
                2. Buy back

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I received the delivery of Tata Punch Accomplished AMT with Dazzle Pack on 6th Jan. No complaints on the performance of the car. Look wise, road presence everything is Ace.

                  But when I turn on the Air Condition... I don't know the speed of the AC fan or the Ac temperature coz there is no display anywhere. After checking with the dealer they told me this feature is only available on the Top Variant.

                  Please allow me to express my utter disappointment with this. Display of Ac or temperature is not a feature, even the smallest car gives a digital display for the ease of Driver and passengers and here I am purchased a 9.5Lakh car and It won't show the AC display.

                  I am a big fan of Tata motors and really liked all the latest models... but I am extremely disappointed with this so-called feature of being not available on any variant except the top one... So I am humbly requesting the top management of Tata Motors to please look into it and resolve it. Even if I don't get control of the AC on the infotainment system I can live with it but at least give us a display of Ac fan and Temperature.

                      Hi sir/madam,
                      I have booked a TATAPUNCH pure variant car from SELECT MOTORS, Karimnagar branch on October 25th of 2021. They have given assurance that we would get a car by at least ending of 2021. Now that its mid January and still I have not got any updates about my vehicle. The dealers are still not clear about when will we receive our vehicle.
                      2) Same vehicle from same brand has different waiting period for different variants and why is it so? is it a marketing gimmick to say that they have released a vehicle at so and so low price and when customers want their low price variant, simply reject their offer by cleverly implementing high waiting period?
                      3) How come a more equipped top end variant which uses more silicon chips have less waiting period than the base variant which uses less silicon chips? ( if the issue is related to silicon chip shortages)
                      4) Is the company simply afraid that the sale of an overall product get reduced if more and more moderately looking base variant vehicles travel on roads? this issue has to be sorted I as a huge fan of TATA MOTORS and their work am not feeling good by what this organization is up to.
                      On an purely personal request, I seriously need my TATA PUNCH vehicle to be arrived ASAP. If only the dealers would have mentioned about this long waiting period before, I would not have opted for this car in the first place. Please take this issue seriously

                          I took my Nexon delivery on Jan 5th.

                          While taking delivery I found that the one touch driver power window is not working. I am not sure what quality of PDI tafe access is providing to customer ?

                          On Jan 7th, front tire got damaged ( not puncture) and the same is reported to Yusuf( sales guy) and Anuradha (Manager). On Jan 8th windshield crack was observed from the roof top side, the same has been informed to Yusuf and Anuradha.

                          On Jan10th, I visited the service center and met Yusuf, he took my vehicle for service after lot of quarrel. Till now no proper update is received from the team. If the service is this worst then I need to go for a different phase of handling this issue.

                              Issue with TATA nexon EV

                              I recently purchased the dark edition of Nexon Ev, and within the purchase of 15 days there was an issue where a symbol was indicating on the odometer and the car did not start. After contacting the service center they took the car under care and the same was rectified. Now again the same issue has occurred and I am out at middle of the road and my car does not work. What am I supposed to do now. I am not able to share the video of the issue...

After 25th nov they said they will deliver before 25 dec...I have paid full payment from 28 dec 2021 bt till date am waiting...                                 On Saturday 08/01/2022, I have taken my newly owned safari to Jagdalpur motors dealership to change my break pads. While taking the test the service guy has met with an accident with a bike. My car doors are on the left hand side has been badly damaged. Now the dealership is using my insurance to replace the vehicle which I believe should not be the case because I am not the one who has caused the damage to my vehicle. I expect some justice to be done on my loss.

                                    My Tata nexon xz+ DT diesel was just 6 months old when I started getting clutch sensor issues. Took to the service station took them long to identify the issue and was fixed. Within 1 and a half months the issue reoccured. Along with that the stereo doesn't work properly and tyre pressure monitoring error keeps popping up in console. I and my family are very much disappointed with the quality of Tata product. If I had to leave my vehicle at service station for most of the times I wouldn't have spent so much to get a new vehicle. I have mailed Tata Customer care but haven't got a satisfactory response. I urge the concerned department to either fix these issues once for good or give me a vehicle with no defects. I didn't pay for a defective one.
