I took a test drive of tata altroz xz model on 19th July 2021 and booked the car same day, checking all its features. When i tool the tesr drive the car has digital instrument cluster and i was impressed by this feature, now when i received the car tata altroz xz yesterday (18th August 2021) there is no digital instrument cluster, now i have got analog instrument cluster which is totally unfair and i am completely disappointed with this.

I paid the money for xz model to get all the features that it had in it, especially for the digital instrument cluster.

Ratna tata sir's name is the first thing that we have always respected and trusted for long years but paying for the one we have selected and getting the one where this digital instrument cluster is removed is totally unfair to us.

Now, i am feeling as being cheated.
I deeply request you to please help me sir, either by replacing the analog one with a digital instrument cluster or by replacing the xz model by xz plus, whatever will be the extra amount i am ready to pay.

Please dont break our heart and the trust that we have on Ratan Tata sir, we are always inspired for the "vocal for local" but now we are feeling as being cheated because we tool test drive seen a different xz while taking test drive and received a different one.

My deeply request kindly help me in anyway you can sir, or if you can arrange a meeting with Ratan Tata sir.

I too have booked on 12th July... Showroom guy said they don't know about this as the Tata Motors didn't update them on this.
I too booked 10th July same for digital instrumental cluster now I got normal analog showroom guy said that the same thing don’t know I am fully disappointed sir plz change the analog to digital I am ready to pay fr that

    Model: Tata Harrier XT+ 2021
    The car was bought in Jan 2021 and within 6 months we have faced multiple issues.

    Have been to the Raebareily Uttar Pradesh TATA workshop 3-4 times and they are not able to figure out the problem.

    It just suddenly starts showing F in the instrument cluster and the car refuses to start. This is highly disappointing for people who believe in Indian brands. TATA does deliver a safe car but with poor quality and way worst maintenance. Putting in 20 lacs and then getting stuck in the middle of the market is very frustrating.

      I booked my nexon XMS petrol on 14/06/21. They have promised me to deliver within 6 weeks. And they changed the date 2 times. But still they are not sure about the delivery date. Even they told me that i can cancel my booking if i cannot wait. Really sad experience.

        Hi,
        We are extremely disappointed from "Panchjanya Automobile." (Bhosari outlet) Pune dealership of tata motors.

        I have booked car on 15th June 2021 and expected to get it on or before 15th Sept 2021. But till now they didn't delivered the car and showroom people are clueless about delivery date.

        I bought this car as a gift for my parents on a special occasion and they are coming from hometown to take the delivery of car.
        I believed in tata motors but this incident made me disappointed and losing my trust in tata motors.
        I used to trust and recommend this tata motor vehicle to my friends and how can i do this same again.
        I believe i will get justice from you people and looking forward to hear from you.

          I have purchased Tata tigor xt in 2018.
          After one year it start giving problem.
          On long route the car stops accelerating properly and starts jerking.
          I complained about this in sagar motors during the service time, they told me that they solved the problem.
          But again on long drive the car starts jerking and not accelerating properly, i again told them at the time of service,
          But not get positive response.
          Now the problem is still happening, and now they are telling me to change the fuel pump .
          But now the car is out of warrenty,
          But my point is that i have complaint about it when my car was in Warrenty.
          Please i request Tata motors to change my car fuel pump.
          I also check about this problem on internet, and i get to know that most of the tigor and taigo are facing this problem. Please change it as it is manufacturing defect and i had complaint it during warrenty period.

            I have given my Tata Nexon XMA vehicle for service 3days back. I was surprised to hear that there is an oil leak on the gear box. Its just 6months i bought this vehicle and i drove only 1150kms. This, i see as a major quality issue. I was told that the oil seal got damaged. I have concerns over the trust tata built over these years.

                With reference to above subject, we would like to inform you that recently we have purchased 4nos A NEW BRAND TATA 1918 TURBOTRON CHASSIS from TATA CARGO Gandhidham. we observed that slot of lights and wiring available in COWL but during fittings of lights of left side lights not fitted due to Air filter. So, we have ask the dealer for the same they assure us that issue of lights will resolve shortly but till the date no progress.

                Also, find attached vehicles details and photographs which are self-explanatory.

                You are humbly requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.

                Your prompt action on the above will be highly appreciated.

                    KL72C9114 (Tata tiago) is my vehicle number. After the second service I saw the following problems. The ABS symbol is displayed while driving. Ac only gets cold when it is cold or hot. It's very hot when the car is running a short distance. The above problems occurred when my wife and I were traveling with my baby yesterday. Since it was night, it was very difficult to call another vehicle and take the wife and baby home. After half an hour I stopped and it was almost morning when I got the vehicle home. Therefore, the problems of this vehicle must be resolved. Otherwise, I will file a complaint against Tata in the Consumer Court.

                      I have been serving my car in Tata Authorized Service Center only for the past 10 plus years. I have had an bad experience earlier too of not performing a decent job. This time the experience has actually broken my heart and am writing this it is so bad that I had some leakage in my Tata Manza and some sound from the suspension. Suspension was changed after completion of 10 years as wanted to keep the car which has been problem and accident free. I was not given an estimate you can check the estimate pink slip given nor was I called and informed and the estimates went for a toss for leakage 28K. Also the second complaint of noice coming was not even check or advise or fixed the sound from the suspension. Feel like cars dearly loved to some local garage where it will be properly checked and rectified with not much pinch to your pocket. They don't even bother to give your car a water wash 2 instances. Roadside wash facilities all over Mumbai will do it for 100rs water wash. I would refrain my friends or folks who own Tata cars from taking their car for repair or services to Crest Motors Rabale.

                        I had bought Nexon XZA+ in March 2021
                        and in three month 200km its giving race issue.
                        pollution Filter is getting block and car is not racing more that 30km/Hrs

                        Even AC air Pipe also got removed while driving automatically in month after buying car

                          वरील विषयी कळवण्यात येते कि मी २७ जन २०२० रोजी सान्या मोटर्स औरंगाबाद येथून टाटा टीयागो गाडी न एम एच २० एफ जी ८५७२ हि गाडी खरेदी केली व सर्विसिंग च्या वेळी नियमित सदर डीलर कडे सर्विसिंग करण्यासाठी जात गेलो . दिनांक १९ जुलै २०२१ रोजी सान्या मोटर्स औरंगाबाद येथे माझी गाडी सर्विसिंग करण्यासाठी घेवून गेलो असता त्यांनी नियमित वेळेत माझी गाडी सर्विसिंग करून दिली नाही .व सर्विसिंग करून झाल्या नंतर त्यांनी माझी गाडी हि त्यांचे शेजारी बांधकाम चालू असले ठिकाणी उभी केली व त्यामुळे माझ्या गाडीच्या समोर व मागील काचेवर व चोही बाजूने सिमेंट पडले व गाडीच्या काचा तसेच बॉडी सिमेंट मुळे खराब झाली . व खराब झालेला भाग सदर सान्या मोटर्स येथील कर्मचार्यांनी घासून काढण्याचा प्रयत्न केला असता आणखी गाडी ड्यामेज झाली .
                          असे कि मी दिनांक २० जुलै २०२१ रोजी माझी गाडी सान्या मोटर्स येथे गाडी आणण्यासाठी गेलो असता माझ्या गाडीचे नुकसान झाल्याचे मला दिसले तेव्हा मी तेथील व्यवस्थापक अनिल झाधव यांना सांगितले असता ते म्हणाले कि तुम्ही गाडी घेऊन जा हि समस्या ८ ते १० दिवसात आपो आप संपून जाईल असे म्हणाल्यावर मी तेथून गाडी घेऊन आलो व तब्बल १५ दिवस सदर समस्या संपण्याची वाट बघितली परंतु माझ्या गाडीच्या काचेवर पडलेले सिमेंट हे निघाले नाही तसेच बॉडी वर उडालेले सिमेंट देखील निघाले नाही म्हणून दिनांक १४ ऑग २०२१ रोजी मी सदर सान्या मोटर्स येथे या बद्दल सांगण्यास गेलो असता त्यांनी आम्हास उडवा उद्विचे उत्तरे दिली कि हे आता होणार नाही त्याला आता काही पर्याय नाही .असे म्हणत त्यांनी माझ्या गाडीची झालेली नुकसान भरपाई करून देण्यास नकार दिला.
                          तरी विनंती कि,
                          १) माझ्या गाडीचे सान्या मोटर्स यांनी सर्विसिंग दरम्यान केलेले नुकसान भरपाई करून द्यावे .
                          २) सेवा देण्या साठी माझ्या कडून पैशे घेतले व सेवा दिली नाही म्हणून सान्या मोटर्स यांचेवर कारवाई करण्यात यावी .
                          3) सान्या मोटर्स औरंगाबाद यांनी माझ्या गाडीचे १५००००/ रुपये दीड लाख नुकसान केले ते तत्काळ भरपाई करून द्यावे.
                          ४) इतर योग्य ते आदेश तक्रार दाराच्या हिताचे व्हावे .

                            I have a tata 407 cng bus.Which has not running well.It has missing problem.I have checked Pilkhuwa & Shibabad tata workshop but problem not rectified it spare are too costly.I have spent much money but problem is same.This workshop has no any traind persion.So tata has no good service.wiring have changed by me before three year which price was 17000 ₹ that time but now is 48000₹.This ecu 560 was 48000₹ that time but now is 78000₹.So it is not user-friendly & chep.This workshop have charges 1000 to connect only which is not proper.This dealers do not provide this software support.you can not be do work out side.So it is monopoly of tata dealers.So they charged havely.

                                I booked Tata Nexon at Sagar motors noida sector 5. They promised the delivery by 20 July but it’s 14th August and we still didn’t get the delivery. The updates from them are very rare. I have to keep calling them every day for an update.

                                  Hi, today I have noticed fog issue in both the headlights after the vehicle is water washed. Purchased the vehicle from Panchajanya automobiles, bhosari, Pune in Dec 2019. Vehicle manufactured in Nov 2019.
                                  Need help on replacement of headlights as it looks like a manufacturing issue.

It's been 7 months but no sign of vehicle allotment, From last 4 month i am getting 2 excepted date range each month. Dealer is telling they have nothing to do tata is providing them vehicle and if i connect with tata customer care they simply forward the request to dealer.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      This is Bharath from Hyderabad, I have booked Nexon -Petrol - Flame Red - XZ+ variant on 23-April-2021 at Venakataramana Motors, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

                                      During booking I was told that my vehicle will be delivered within 4 weeks and they have been telling the same story for the last 4 months.
                                      It's been more than 15 weeks, till date, I didn't get information on Vehicle allotment or any reference number. No information regarding my Vehicle delivery.

                                      I would like to know what is the expected date of delivery of my Vehicle, as I need my vehicle urgently due personal reasons.

                                        Bought a new TATA Nexon from tejaswi motor service center Madhapur, Hyderabad in Feb 2021, just drove it 5200 km, and found gearbox oil leaking in my second service.
                                        The service center agent said, they sent the pictures of the gearbox leakage to TATA Motors & waiting for their approval to replace it, but why the new car has these issues?...
