Dear sir, our brand new trailer continue breakdown, when I purchase since last 04 months, now in tata DLT international Jamshedpur, since last 10days, he trying, but not response, he play with me, he don't no how to repair, 4 months finished our trailer but only 20days running, I was complain, mail, legal notice, twite, but not response, our EMI how pay ?     I booked Tata Nexon at Sagar motors noida sector 5. They promised the delivery by 20 July but it’s 14th August and we still didn’t get the delivery. The updates from them are very rare. I have to keep calling them every day for an update.

      Hi, today I have noticed fog issue in both the headlights after the vehicle is water washed. Purchased the vehicle from Panchajanya automobiles, bhosari, Pune in Dec 2019. Vehicle manufactured in Nov 2019.
      Need help on replacement of headlights as it looks like a manufacturing issue.

        I booked Nexon XZA+S Flame Red Petrol variant on 28th jan 2021 from key motors, bangalore. It's been 7 months but no sign of vehicle allotment, From last 4 month i am getting 2 excepted date range each month. Dealer is telling they have nothing to do tata is providing them vehicle and if i connect with tata customer care they simply forward the request to dealer.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is Bharath from Hyderabad, I have booked Nexon -Petrol - Flame Red - XZ+ variant on 23-April-2021 at Venakataramana Motors, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

          During booking I was told that my vehicle will be delivered within 4 weeks and they have been telling the same story for the last 4 months.
          It's been more than 15 weeks, till date, I didn't get information on Vehicle allotment or any reference number. No information regarding my Vehicle delivery.

          I would like to know what is the expected date of delivery of my Vehicle, as I need my vehicle urgently due personal reasons.

          Kindly let me know the status of the vehicle and EDD ASAP, or else I will not have any other option, but cancel my booking and go for some other Brand.

            Gearbox oil leaking - nexon

            Bought a new TATA Nexon from tejaswi motor service center Madhapur, Hyderabad in Feb 2021, just drove it 5200 km, and found gearbox oil leaking in my second service.
            The service center agent said, they sent the pictures of the gearbox leakage to TATA Motors & waiting for their approval to replace it, but why the new car has these issues?...

            I have been serving my car in Tata Authorized Service Center had an earlier experience of not performing a decent job at Crest Motors Rabale. This time the experience has actually broken my heart and am writing this it is so bad that I had some leakage in my Tata Manza and some sound from the suspension. Suspension was changed after completion of 10 years as wanted to keep the car which has been problem and accident free. Estimates went for a toss for leakage 28K. They did not bother to check advise or fix the sound from the suspension. It is better to give cars dearly loved to some local garage where it will be properly checked and rectified with not much pinch to your pocket. They don’t even bother to give your car a water wash too 2 instances. Roadside guy will do it for 50 rs. Please refrain from taking your car for repair or services to Crest Motors Rabale. Very Poor Service Quality.

              This is to inform you that i have purchased tata tiago from your authorised dealer (Fairdeal motors srinagar kashmir) now as the govt introduced mixture of ethanol in petrol (act regularised in 2014) The car manufactured by tata motors under model name tata tiago XT 1.2 2017 (BS4) make does not meet the specified requirements to run on ethanol based mixture of petrol which have resulted in frequent break down of my car and also incurring costs ( i could have lost my job) due to manufacturing defect of this car.

              I just want to convey either i want a compensation of my incurring loses due to manufacturing defect in the model or i will proceed legally...

                Dear Tata motors I have purchased used Tata vista petrol it's get feel that I had taken wrong decision due to parts availability costly and shortage on time I suggest to you please focus on your parts availability with reasonable rates of I compare intake manifold or thorttal body it's very costly ten time compare to Maruti parts in this situation why not go with Maruti products whose care customer pocket also I agree with your built quality is solid as per according to Maruti but if your exshowroom price is better than Maruti then why parts are ten time costly from Maruti and also mentioned about about per litre average Maruti win in this stage, Maruti Ka body shell ko lag rakhde toh mere khyaal se engine performance higher then you yahan tak ki authorized service centre charge is cheaper and better then Tata my last service experience is bad with Tata motors my car no.                   I have called showroom representative and his name is Mukesh he works in tata truenorth showroom Mayapuri delhi and. I have informed that my car left side mirror is damaged accidently and scratches on rear number from left side and they asked me to call them on monday means 9th August 2021 I have called them in morning on the same day to take claim for the same and guy stopped answering my call and then I went to showroom reported this issue to showroom head Mr Vishal and he had not taken any action and after lot of communication they have taken my car to repair and I have requested the showroom due to sudden death of my mother and father due to covid of have to go to my hometown to visit and I need it urgently on Friday they said yes after one day all the representative have stopped answering my call and after lot of my calls my call was answered by same person Mukesh nd I have asked the status of car repair he said my our services center paint machine isn't working and we don't hve parts to replace and then somehow I have manage to talk to Mr sushil truenorth showroom service center mnaager and he said me your car paint work is already started and mirror we will fit tomorrow and will give u the car tomorrow and I have asked me to sent the pic of my car so atleast I have surety about it and then the person stopped answering my call after that. This is really embarrassing and It feels like I have made a mistake to opt tata my second car and this is the actual condition of the showroom of tata and when I said them I will make a complaint on consumer court so they don't even care and started misbehaving with me really please help I want to take action against these people they have really broken my trust from tata, please help me

                    With ref to complaint registered with tatamotors[protected], I was committed that i can get my car within 2 months from the dealer but its been 3 now and i havent received any communication in last 2 weeks. I have raised complaint with tatamotors as well but there as well no one is taking responsibility despite dropping multiple mails. Really not sure on the status and highly frustrated with the way i am being dealt with from Tatamotors.

                        I have brought a car by 31 march. Vehicle registration number is AS01ET5290 (TATA ALTROZ XZ). I have visit service center too much time to solve my noises. At that time service center change some parts and solve my problem. But after one month again too much noises. I totaly ruined my time and money. I don't think that tata altroz is this kind of car. I am not satisfied now.

I am from Vadodara Gujarat, i have booked tata Nexon xm from local dealership. But i am tired of pathetic staffs. They lack proper communication and customer support to their customers. Whenever i called them for any matter they just do throw from one person to another !!! No solution at all. Are you a govt Agency!!!???? Yours staffs behaviour are purely govt type... Now i am feeling that buy purchasing tata product made a mistake.

                                Since 2019 my Tata Indigo manza AC direction switch is faulty and even after logging complaint dhanbad service center SS Motogen anyhow managed to arrange the switch after taking advance payment but not giving any slot for past 2month for replacement. Every time they are giving excuse that their have limited manpower.3times i have visited but problem not resolved. For 1year i am unable to use my car.

                                  मैने आपनी गाडी को आगरा ओर सतना दिख्बाया लेकिन को भी शमस्या का समाधान नहीं निकाल पाया। अभी गाडी लिये मुझे 1 साल भी नही हुआ है ओर problem बन गाई। पिछ्ले wheel से proper sound bana hua hai.

                                    I have booked a complaint on AC during my first service 2 months after purchase and now it's almost 3rd service about 1 year after purchase and the complaint still remains unresolved.

                                      It has been 4 years that Tata motors and the dealer points haven't been able to resolve the issue on my Tata Tiago XZA automatic version. IT has been over 20 visits to the service center and recently I towed my automatic Tata Tiago because the vehicle won't move. I took the vehicle for a drive because the service advisor said the vehicle is fine and won't show any errors. Now the vehicle isn't moving and I had to tow my automatic Tata Tiago. It stayed there for a couple of weeks and the problem came back.

                                      Your service advisors and team are incapable of solving the issue and I have been crying about this for a long time.
