I have called showroom representative and his name is Mukesh he works in tata truenorth showroom Mayapuri delhi and. I have informed that my car left side mirror is damaged accidently and scratches on rear number from left side and they asked me to call them on monday means 9th August 2021 I have called them in morning on the same day to take claim for the same and guy stopped answering my call and then I went to showroom reported this issue to showroom head Mr Vishal and he had not taken any action and after lot of communication they have taken my car to repair and I have requested the showroom due to sudden death of my mother and father due to covid of have to go to my hometown to visit and I need it urgently on Friday they said yes after one day all the representative have stopped answering my call and after lot of my calls my call was answered by same person Mukesh nd I have asked the status of car repair he said my our services center paint machine isn't working and we don't hve parts to replace and then somehow I have manage to talk to Mr sushil truenorth showroom service center mnaager and he said me your car paint work is already started and mirror we will fit tomorrow and will give u the car tomorrow and I have asked me to sent the pic of my car so atleast I have surety about it and then the person stopped answering my call after that. This is really embarrassing and It feels like I have made a mistake to opt tata my second car and this is the actual condition of the showroom of tata and when I said them I will make a complaint on consumer court so they don't even care and started misbehaving with me really please help I want to take action against these people they have really broken my trust from tata, please help me

    With ref to complaint registered with tatamotors[protected], I was committed that i can get my car within 2 months from the dealer but its been 3 now and i havent received any communication in last 2 weeks. I have raised complaint with tatamotors as well but there as well no one is taking responsibility despite dropping multiple mails. Really not sure on the status and highly frustrated with the way i am being dealt with from Tatamotors.

        I have brought a car by 31 march. Vehicle registration number is AS01ET5290 (TATA ALTROZ XZ). I have visit service center too much time to solve my noises. At that time service center change some parts and solve my problem. But after one month again too much noises. I totaly ruined my time and money. I don't think that tata altroz is this kind of car. I am not satisfied now.

              Dear TATA Motors, your products moght be good but your staffs/executive s at local stores are very irresponsible and too arrogant . I am from Vadodara Gujarat, i have booked tata Nexon xm from local dealership. But i am tired of pathetic staffs. They lack proper communication and customer support to their customers. Whenever i called them for any matter they just do throw from one person to another !!! No solution at all. Are you a govt Agency!!!???? Yours staffs behaviour are purely govt type... Now i am feeling that buy purchasing tata product made a mistake.

                Since 2019 my Tata Indigo manza AC direction switch is faulty and even after logging complaint dhanbad service center SS Motogen anyhow managed to arrange the switch after taking advance payment but not giving any slot for past 2month for replacement. Every time they are giving excuse that their have limited manpower.3times i have visited but problem not resolved. For 1year i am unable to use my car.

                    I have booked a complaint on AC during my first service 2 months after purchase and now it's almost 3rd service about 1 year after purchase and the complaint still remains unresolved.
                    I also booked for the 3rd service but they kept postponing the service twice, very much disappointed and frustrated by these
                    Would like to have the repairs done as fast as possible.

                      It has been 4 years that Tata motors and the dealer points haven't been able to resolve the issue on my Tata Tiago XZA automatic version. IT has been over 20 visits to the service center and recently I towed my automatic Tata Tiago because the vehicle won't move. I took the vehicle for a drive because the service advisor said the vehicle is fine and won't show any errors. Now the vehicle isn't moving and I had to tow my automatic Tata Tiago. It stayed there for a couple of weeks and the problem came back.

                      Your service advisors and team are incapable of solving the issue and I have been crying about this for a long time.

                        I bought a new TATA Tiago XZ+ from Lakshmi TATA Velachery, Chennai on May 9, 2021. On the day of delivery I noticed there was some problem with the Rear view parking camera and I immediately informed the delivery sales guy. As the day was just before the start of Lockdown, the sales team had told me to bring back the car post lockdown relaxation.

                        Then after a month I came back and the Sales person Mr. Prem had told the the issue will be resolved when I leave my car for first service. But it did not happen. The service team told me that they can not resolve the issue as it a new car and needs the sales team action.

                        Then I got the contact of Mr. Rajesh (Customer Relationship Manager) from Lakshmi TATA who had then assured me that he will resolve the issue in one week. But it went for more than a month now and the he still keeps promising that he will resolve the issue in coming week.

                        When a car comes with a defective camera, it is the primary duty of TATA Motors to find and replace the camera. Instead they are trying to ignore the issue by lapsing the time.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am writing this letter being very much disappointed, as i purchased my car with great expectations and recommendations. I am shocked to see that my car battery ( Exide)was showing problems from the sixth moth of purchase on my way to Munnar a hill station with my family, which I got it rectified from there locally.
                          Even during this covid lockdown days also I used to ensure that my car is started every day... Even I used to go out every alternate days as well. I should say still the problem is persisting and I am fed up running behind the dealers and service stations with my 18 months old brand new Car.

                          Here I am writing you this letter as my last hope with an expectation that you will do the necessary to get my problem rectified. I request you to consider my demand for replacement of the battery, fixing the issue and meet up my expectations from Tata motors.

                          Enclosed with this letter Hardik copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high please don't disappoint me again.

                            My complaint, car is not starting. I contact near by car service center, where mechanic has brought one battery and attached to my car battery, then car has started.

                                I Dipesh Gohil bought Tata Harrior top end model last year from bhavnagar gujarat. After few days I have complained for breaking problem at your authorized service station at bhavnagar but there was no any response given by your side and after 11000 km of running and on first service i further complaining for coming some noise in brake and working properly it was inform by service executive that brake pad needs to change and after next service there was same problem in brakes and it was charged for changing of brake pads. I really very disappointed with your car and services. Because it was changed twice in just 40k kms of running my car. I don't want to continue relationship with your company and take your car back.i have also complained to p d cars pvt Ltd at bhavnagar complained Ref no. [protected]

                                  Hi sir/ma'am,

                                  I had purchased a car from Treo Tata Dealership in Safdarjung, Delhi. It has been more than 3 weeks since I made the payment to the dealership and took the delivery of the vehicle. Since then, the dealer is unable to deposit the registration tax to the RTO and provide the registration number. Even after multiple calls to the dealership I only get a new timeline each time and new excuses in failure to deposit. I am hugely dissatisfied with Tata in providing required after sales service. I like the products they are creating but at the same time hate their incapability in providing necessary services for them. I request you to take necessary action against this dealership and provide a timely resolution to this matter.

                                    Sub: tata ultra 1518 continuously breakdown & start off & always service center charges a bulk amount

                                    I am shubham barnwal from Giridih, Jharkhand purchased a truck vehicle of newly launched tata ultra 1518 on 2018 got registration on 16.5.2018, and the vehicle no. Is jh11w7927. Since i purchased this truck i am completely fed-up...it always get starts off on any road highway all such problems make me face lot of money burn at service center & torchening...as more as the amount of money i had puchased this vehicle, i burn my money to repair it only, sometimes service center charge 50k 20k 60k 80k etc, who will compansate my money...i have 6 vehicle of tata motor but this truck will bring us on naked road...after this harrasment i faced, i will never ever suggest anyone to buy any of tata truck...no- one cares of it on service center...i think it has manufacturing defect i think...if someone of tata motor company could lead this issue resolved as shortly as possible i would be very thankful...

                                      IRA is not working since the car purchase

                                      The IRA app is not working and several complaints tto the dealer and customer care has yielded zero results.
                                      The staff does not appear to be technically qualified to handle the system...
