Hello sir/mam

Sub: tata ultra 1518 continuously breakdown & start off & always service center charges a bulk amount

I am shubham barnwal from Giridih, Jharkhand purchased a truck vehicle of newly launched tata ultra 1518 on 2018 got registration on 16.5.2018, and the vehicle no. Is jh11w7927. Since i purchased this truck i am completely fed-up...it always get starts off on any road highway all such problems make me face lot of money burn at service center & torchening...as more as the amount of money i had puchased this vehicle, i burn my money to repair it only, sometimes service center charge 50k 20k 60k 80k etc, who will compansate my money...i have 6 vehicle of tata motor but this truck will bring us on naked road...after this harrasment i faced, i will never ever suggest anyone to buy any of tata truck...no- one cares of it on service center...i think it has manufacturing defect i think...if someone of tata motor company could lead this issue resolved as shortly as possible i would be very thankful...

    IRA is not working since the car purchase

    The IRA app is not working and several complaints tto the dealer and customer care has yielded zero results.
    The staff does not appear to be technically qualified to handle the system...

    Hello sir/mam

    My car Tata Tiago car UP 25 8072 had an accident on 17th April 2021. Now the car has been repaired. But the employee of the service center told that the Due have not come from main HQ.
    Then the employee said that 8 thousand to 10000 rupees due will be come, I have no idea about these things, so from where did I buy my car from Etah uttar pradesh
    When i asked the manager, he said that due to the accident, the cost of my car due will be only[protected] rupees. Then where is my car repaired. in bareilly uttar pradesh, I called again and they said DUE is not coming and your service charge is Rs.8000. And they don't give my car back.its 1 month due is not coming they postposed dates to my car. My car got repaired in Bareilly. my car have 0% insurance bought in November 2020. Employee's name is Rakesh, who is asking us for money. I have given the address of the service. kindly resolve this problem and gave my car back

      Dear Sir/Mam,
      We have booked a Tata Tigor XZ plus model from Sab Motors Pvt.Ltd., Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Sector 58, New Delhi on 24th July, 2021 with the name of Mr. Vikas Pathak. We took the delivery of the car on 02 August, 2021.
      The car delivered to us on 2nd August, 2021 did not have rear parking sensors installed. As per mandate passed by the Ministry of Road Transport in 2018, the rear parking sensors are mandatory in vehicles for safety purposes. . The notice is attached for your reference. Kindly refer Annexure-6 in the attached notice.
      How can tata motors remove rear parking sensors at least in the top model of any car as these are mandatory requirements. Kindly provide an urgent solution to the above said issue.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        This is regarding Car Repair work not being done properly for my vehicle
        this is the address of the service station

        Address: Survey No 46/ 1A and 47/1A Thorapalli Agraharam, Hosur, Tamil Nadu 635109

        The car I'm using was purchased in the year 2012 Used Car (Tata Safari Dicor) from True Sai Hosur, every single time they charge heavily for repair work, and till date, I have many issues with the car, I strongly feel that they have not done proper work. It's a waste of Money and Time, they don't provide proper value service... typing this while my car broke down near Karanataka

        I spent more than half of the vehicle cost for service itself

        Note I'm not blaming All True Saai this is related to True Saai, Hosur
        very poorly serviced for many years

        Kindly do the needful and take some action on them as its loss of money and time

          Third free service was not done any way. software not updated. I have complined for denting penting, wiper problem, milage problem but nothing resolved and charged Rs 3000/-. not even washed. oil not changed.
          I have complained three four times. but no support from your side.

            I Have purchased Tata Nexon Petrol XMA-S model on 23-June-2021 from Tata Tafe, Mount Road, chennai.
            From the day one, on the way to my home the car stopped in the way within 20 km in the busy mount road.
            Had restarted car and my initial thinking was the petrol might be lesser, even though the distance to empty showed 57 km.I filled another 20 liters, but within 2 km, the car again stopped in the road.

            I booked Tata nexon car. It has been4 month I am waiting for the delivery. I booked this car from Aarya tata motors, Gurgaon showroom. As per showroom manger he always say that he is not getting cars from Tata motor's side. I raised a complaint to tata motors also. But there is no solution provided. I just got one apology email and nothing else. Problem is still there. They are even not able to tell a fix date when they can deliver the car. Every time they just say call after a week.

            Being customer I never faced such a service. I think tata should not fool people and promise that they will deliver car in few days. It seems like even I cancelled my booking they don't have any concern towards there customer.

                I continue follow up Basudeb Auto, hazaribagh service center for my issues in Tata altroz.But my problem is not resolved since one month.I visited 3 times there, but my problem is not resolved.
                1. Water leakage from front AC.
                2. Infotainment system not working
                3.Dashboard discoloured.

                  Please note, I brought new Tata Tiago car which is only one and half week old. As we have observed that the paint off issue of the car and it seems very low quality of paint. Expecting positive revert from company and resolve paint off issue as soon as possible.

                    I had just purchased new tata tiago XZA veriyent from HERITAGE MTORERS PVT at thane, Ghodbandar road and got my car delivery on 11/07/2021.When I drive my car I have notice that my car suddenly got power lose when I was driving slowly (1st gear drive mode) or when I was trying over take any other wehichal after race my car (1st to 2nd gear mode.) Its happen many times its dangerous for me or my family.
                    Please solve this problem.

                      My name is chamarthi hima booked for tata nexon xz+O in the month of March 2021 it's been 4 months completed still there is no response from tejashwini moters and every time they r saying there is no response from tata itself. Everyday we r calling those guys and they r so rude in giving the answer. Now iam frustrated and thinking why I have choosen tata, because while booking the person said it might take 60 days and now he is not answering the call only. Please give a resolution else cancel by booking and give my money back.

                        New Tata Altroz having issues

                        I have bought a new Tata Altroz from angalore on 20th April 2021. After riding it for sometime we started noticing a "rubbing" kind of a noise from the front where the turbo and air filter are located. This noise appears while driving, especially at[protected] rpm. It's not a continuous sound though, but while shifting gears and speed variations.
                        I intimated the service center (KHT Motors Service center) during my first free service...

                        We bought a Tata nexon automatic in 2019. Only 5400 kgs ran. The car is good but the body has started resting in some places. This is due to poor quality of metal used. The dealer kropex in Bangalore has not been able to do anything. It is a defect obviously. Pl address this complaint. I have experienced this in Tata Nano also. Good bye to Tata cars now.

                          I bought tata tiago 3.5 year back but currently fuel pump on the car is not working properly, car getting stopped in betweeen while driving 200- 220 kms... then after 15-20 mins it get started automatically... I noticed this thing this year as i was on my to my hometown coz i faced the problem on both ways going and coming back... Last year also i faced the same prblm but only while going so i ignored that as i thought maybe car got heated or something... While i research for it i got to know that its a manufacturing problem in most of Tiago manufactured in 2017-18 period and now your service agent in Okhla, Delhi SAB Motors told me that you are required to change your fuel pump and it will cost around 12000 rs.

                          My request is that if most the tata tiago facing that type of problem than is is covered under the manufacturing defect of the product. The car of that period should be called back... then WHY not so??

                          We trusted TATA as an Indian company now they also has to prove the trust about they care for their customers money... This trust should be shown in both ways...

                          So request you TATA, pls look into this matter.

                            Respected one,
                            I have taken the car on the dated 27/08/2019 and model no is Nexon xza plus (st) (d) from pramukh automotive pvt. ltd.(udhna, surat) till date 2 year not finished and my car battery is not working . It is very painful to tell you that these kinds of cheap parts broke our trust from TaTa motors.

                            six months before the watch type of key stopped working and I called roadside assistance also but my key was not repaired yet. it seems very cheap quality products you are selling.

                            Before this, during the second and third free service I had complaints about hand break (not working). But an engineer from pramukh service station (surat) told me that it is the company's fault and we can not do anything and he did not repair the hand brake. After I put my car in jalaram service station, surat. and i paid 14000/- and got the work done.

                            Now I request you to please replace my battery, watch type of key and give me the reason why the pramukh service station engineer did not do my handbrake work.

                            If you do not resolve my complaints then I will complain in consumer court and I will put this car on top of the dustbin at four crossroads. and i will never recommend anyone to buy products from tata.

                              There is a service station of TATA vehicles. They are parking all their vehicles on road. The the vehicles are all big transport vehicles. They block the road of others. They service the vehicles on road. This has also lead to damage of road. They don't allow anyone to pass from that road.

                                This is for your kind information that I had purchased Tata Tiago Xz model with Chassis no:-MAT626281HKG44606 & engine number:-REVTRN02GSYK35750 from Monalisha Motors, Angul registered on 25.09.2017.But after 1 year o[censored]se the body of tata tiago started showing rust at left side of the back door which progressed eventually for the past years.It has become so worst now that both the sides of joint of suspensions of dicky steel is punctured due to rusting as a result i had to use m seal to closed the hole on the body of my car.The rusting is also seen in all the door handles & lower body of my car which is progressing .This sort of vehicle is never expected from Tata Motors.I had purchased the Top end of Tata Tiago but to my pity that was the worst decision made by me.I also possess cars from Honda & Maruti but rusting has never happened in them for last 9 years.My Tata tiago xz is just 4 years old and has run 33696 kms only but i dont think its body will last for more 15000 kms at least.I had also decided to buy Tata Harrier but to my vain i had cancelled the plan after seeing this rusting & losing trust on Tata motors.
                                Is it worth it to buy a Tata Motors Car which doesn't have a good quality steel even at its top model.

                                So kind request to resolve the issues at the earliest & do the needful required in order to prevent escalation of this issue to a higher forum.Literally i am suffering as in the rainy season rusting will progress at a faster rate.

                                Same issue for my TATA Tiago. Purchased the higher end in automatic in 2018 (TS15 EU2287). Given in Tejasvi automobiles in Hyderabad and still waiting for the reason. Meanwhile raised to Tata motors customer care & answer is not satisfactory. First rust is found below the front driving door and later the paint bubbles coming all door handles.

                                Actually I have decided to upgrade to Nexon in the coming year. Now i am rethinking on the same. Servicing branch is also worst in terms of service.
