I booked for a new Altroz I-turbo vehicle with Heritage Motors, Panchpakdi, Thane West on 23rd April and the advance payment of Rs 20, 000/- was made through rtgs on 27th of January, for the booking done on 23rd Jan.
It's 6th week and as of now, I have not received any information of delivery and for the follow-up calls made by me, I didn't get any favourable reply other than saying that they await confirmation of details fro. TATA.
Can you please help me by expediting the quick delivery of the car.

Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had also spoken with Mr.Jithin (Mob: [protected] ) with regard to the above and he was not helpful in this regard.
Today, i.e on the 12th of March 2021 I had visited Sree Gokulam Motors to inquire about the same as old Concord staffs are working there. Sree Gokulam Motors has stated that they will not be able to help me out in this regard.
On hearing the above I had decided to carry on with the servicing of my vehicle at Malayalam Motors. I contacted the service executive (Malayalam Motors) to replace the coolant water pump. Unfortunately, the particular part was not available with them, on my enquiring, the service executive said that the said part does not get damaged and that it is a manufacturing defect which if had been under the warranty period could have been replaced at free of cost.
A manufacturing defect needs to be cleared by the company, please help out.
