Dear Sir,

I own a Nexon XZA+, which I purchased from your dealer Concord Motors in 2019. My vehicle had been delivered to me on 16th March 2019 and the invoice date is showing as 28th Feb 2019.
I had given my vehicle for service to your dealer Malayalam Motors on 09th March 2021. Upon checking they have said that there is a leak in the vehicle coolant and that the coolant water pump needs to be replaced and the same will be chargeable.
They have said that there the 2-year warranty has expired on the 28th of Feb 2021 as the invoice had been created on the 28th of February 2019, whereas the delivery of the vehicle has been done on 16th March 2019.

I had taken the AMC also which is expiring on 17/03/2021.

Why is there such a cheating being done, why I am being penalized for such a thing. Am I not eligible for the warranty as the delivery date is 16 days after the billing date.

Request an action on the same as this is misleading my trust in TATA.

Hi,

I had also spoken with Mr.Jithin (Mob: [protected] ) with regard to the above and he was not helpful in this regard.

Today, i.e on the 12th of March 2021 I had visited Sree Gokulam Motors to inquire about the same as old Concord staffs are working there. Sree Gokulam Motors has stated that they will not be able to help me out in this regard.

On hearing the above I had decided to carry on with the servicing of my vehicle at Malayalam Motors. I contacted the service executive (Malayalam Motors) to replace the coolant water pump. Unfortunately, the particular part was not available with them, on my enquiring, the service executive said that the said part does not get damaged and that it is a manufacturing defect which if had been under the warranty period could have been replaced at free of cost.

A manufacturing defect needs to be cleared by the company, please help out.

    I have booked Tata Nexon on 24th Dec 2020 and dealer have assured delivery of vehicle within 8-10 weeks. I need resolution on below mentioned 2 issues.
    1) 10 weeks have passed after booking of vehicle still dealer is not committing any delivery date.
    2) Dealer is not giving price Protection as they are saying Price Protection is valid for invoicing before 28th Feb 21. Now the delay is from Dealer end and we are not responsible for delay so we are not going to pay any additional money as per price hike also we have booked vehicle 1 month before the deadline of price Protection date which was 22nd Jan 21.
    Request you to help me with the resolution for both the issues as stated above.

      Hi Team,

      I have booked my Tata Nexon XZ+ ST white on 24th November 2020, the Jaika Motors showroom Nagpur promised vehicle delivery January end. I have been regularly doing a follow up on a weekly basis since then and I am just getting a standard reply and revised date that the car will be billed in 7 days. Looking at the complaints I see that most o[censored]s are facing similar issues it severely affects the Brand Image.We know that there is a huge demand 8000+ units in a month and the production capacity is less causing this delay, what we need is a clear picture on a tentative delivery of the vehicles. So we can plan things accordingly.
      I tried customer care 3 times couldn't lodge a complaint due to technical issues, so raising the same here . It's a humble request please address the issue at earliest possible sharing a clear picture.

        I have booked Altroz XZ variant at 27-Jan in SRT TATA showroom coimbatore and sales team assured that car will be delivered within 30 days. The promise given was that Car will be delivered within Feb 2021 but it is mid week of March and still i haven't received any clear information on car deliver. There is no response from SRT tata even after visiting their showroom during my work hours couple of time and consistently following up with them in calls.

          Hi,
          My android auto system is defective since very beginning.
          I purchase car on 4th dec 2020 and since then i am not able to use android auto, it has worked only 3-4 times that too getting disconnected with network error intermittently
          .
          I have first service on 4th Feb, it was fixed for 2 days and again started creating problem.

              We have booked our car from Panchjanya Showroom, Warje(Pune) on 6 December 2020 and it's been 90 days still we didn't get any confirmed date of delivery. We send so many emails to Tata motors customer care but they also not able to give any confirmation date about delivery.

                I have servised my Nexon Reg.No.KL04AP7678 at Hyson Motors CIN : U5010KL2006PTCO19662 on 06/03/2021.

                I am totally disatisfied with the service provided by the service advisor. He gave wrong informations about AMC and imposed AMC without my consent. He also delayed billing and delivery of my vehicle. Now I don't want to continue with AMC as I am not interested. I am regularly servicing my vehicles at Tata authorised service stations only. Moreover I am a previleged customer of Tata vehicles for the past 15 years. My previous vehicle was Tata Manza. This is the first time I am complaining about Tata service.
                Please take necessary actions to rectify my complaint

                  At Shabkar Motor, Sales person not given hard copy of bill he sent soft copy of bill on whatsapp only and he said me that car will be delivered in a week.
                  He sent me soft copy of bill of dated 25th Feb 2020.

                  But since then he is not responding phone call and sms.

                  Even he didn't give chechis no. and other details of car as he said he would provide in only 2 days from the date of booking.

                  Please suggest what should I do?

Actually his 10 days are endless, from 1st Jan 2020 he is saying 10 days.

                      I have booked my Tata Nexon XZ+ white on 19th November 2020, they have promised vehicle delivery within 8weeks . After that period was over we called and they said to wait for 12 weeks as the estimated waiting period was extended by Tata Motors Now it's been more than 14 weeks and we haven't received any update regarding our vehicle, whenever we approach the dealer they make fake promises that your car going to be billed inb4-5 days and so I think we have already visited the dealer like 5-6 times putting beside our other work . But still we don't have any information regarding the vehicle . We are just wasting our valuable time and money . This is the scenario before vehicle delivery, I guess what would happen after we take delivery and after sales service.

                        Continuously following up and there is no proper responce for the delay. I have booked Altroz XT model on November 26th 2020 and today (March 5th 2021) still now the car was not allocated as well.

                        Losing hope on buying TATA product.

                            I have booked TATA Altroz XE Rhythm on 4th Feb 2021 and I was told waiting period is of 4-5 weeks and it's already 5th week and there is no information on delivery.

                            At the time of booking I have informed my marriage is on 17th March and SE told I'll get my car before time but now it's embarassing for me.

                              I had booked my vehicle TATA Nexon XZA+ST Petrol color Green on 19th December 2020 @WASAN MOTORS PVT LTD Borivali East it been almost 78 days and there's;s no commitment on vehicle delivery, as per the waiting period of 45-60days I am been contacting the dealer on a very regular basis but don't receive a concrete answer, every time I call the concerned person its been prolonged by 10days. This is very unprofessionalism and bad customer service.

                                I had booked my vehicle altroz xz petrol white on December 23 2020 @vkg motors gulbarga after discussing with tata motors TSM prashanth.[protected]@tatamotors.com. its been almost 11 weeks no commitment on vehicle delivery and protection from price hike as it was confirmed on press release that all booking made before jan 21 2021 will still have old price.

                                    I purchased tata Tiago regn no.
                                    Wb24ap0392 from tc motors salap in exchange of my previous vehicle indigo manza regn no wb26k 5160. I am surprised to observe that the dues against road tax, insurance in respect of my previous vehicle is being sent to me by rto barasat west bengal. Even after several req, tc motors salap is not able to furnish any information to me. Pl ensure that I m not being harassed unnecessarily by rto and police AUTHORITIES for the cause of my previous vehicle. Reply awaited

                                      I booked for a new Altroz I-turbo vehicle with Heritage Motors, Panchpakdi, Thane West on 23rd April and the advance payment of Rs 20, 000/- was made through rtgs on 27th of January, for the booking done on 23rd Jan.

                                      It's 6th week and as of now, I have not received any information of delivery and for the follow-up calls made by me, I didn't get any favourable reply other than saying that they await confirmation of details fro. TATA.

                                      Can you please help me by expediting the quick delivery of the car.
