I have booked TATA Tiago at 30th December 2020, at SCHAKRALAYA MOTORS, Murungapakkam, Puducherry. As of today (more than 10 weeks passed) they never delivered the car or at least called me and gave me an update. I also paid a down payment as i believed their false promise of early delivery. Extremely disappointed.

    Recently i purchased a TATA ALTROZ XZ model. in this car there is no door lock facilities properly.even though after locking all doors by centrel locking system, the doors are easily open.kindly support me for this issue.it is a major problem i facing in highway.am not expecting thhis from tata motors in highly safety vehicle.

      Am booking my car on feb dealer was says that your car will be dilevered on last of Feb but h NCIS will extended the date and again he say 5th of march but today the dealer is said that your car will be delivered on april 15 to 20th april i m totally disappointed with tata motors service

        I have booked Tata Nexon on 27/12/2020 in Tafe Access Chennai and was promised a 6 to 8 weeks on delivery. But it has been over 11 weeks and the vehicle is still not even allotted, even on multiple follow-ups with the sales team at Tafe Access and Allotment team at Tata Motors, there has been no positive sign on allotment or delivery of the car. Please someone help me solve this issue.

          I am having Tata Tiago which is 3 years old & it has completed only 29k kms. One day AC of my car stopped working & went to SRM motors to resolve the issue but the staff was very unprofessional.
          They asked me that they will open AC parts to check & asked to submit 6k rupees. I asked if my car is in warranty then why I need to pay the amount going to escalate on social media for this issue.

            Hello, I booked Tata nexon XMS on 5th Jan 21 from Autovikas Sales and Services pvt ltd, Sec 5, Dwarka, New Delhi.
            Booking No 18198 and was promised delivery in 6 weeks
            However, the dealer says that delivery is being delayed from manufacturing unit. I initially filled a complained in feb. since then I tried to reach out to customer service by all possible means, social media, telephone, emails. However, they don’t bother to reply. My booking amount money is blocked since jan 5th, also loan is sanctioned and I might not get the loan processing fee back, in case the vehicle is not delivered. I have wasted so much time in follow ups and emails. I feel disappointed and harassed. People are rude and they have no clue about anything. Can you please help me when can this be delivered.                 Dear Sir/Madam,
                I had booked TATA Nexon XMA S white colour variant on[protected] from KVR Dream Vechicles with Booking Ref No SOKVRDRM[protected].
                Before booking I had confirmed them about delivery and they assured that it will be delivered before end of February 2020.
                My Marriage is scheduled on March 28th and that was the reason why I confirmed about the delivery of car.
                Now they are saying that they have no stock with them, it will get delayed etc .

                It is such a pathetic experience from you that after assuring about the delivery and later stepping back from it.

                If Tata is unable to make delivery on time why they are accepting new bookings?

                  Sir, i am a ex-servicemen i booked a tata nexon car from army canteen on 27 November i was promised dilivery in 6-8 weeks it has been 16th month and there is no sign of my car i am utterly disappointed in tata delivery and even the staff is very rude whenever i contact them they say jab aayegi toh mil jayegi i mean what's the meaning of it i think i will have to cancel my booking i m fed up now.

                      I planned to buy Nexon. I visited Trivandrum Motors Showroom at bypass road Thiruvanathapuram Kerala 10 days back to book test drive. They agreed to arrange it in one or two days. I waited for almost 1week and didn't get any response. Next week I tried to contact another showroom at Thakaraparamb Thiruvanathapuram. They also agreed the same. Even after 5 days I am not any response from the Tata dealers. Kindly do the needful to make your dealers atleast cater the basic services you offer

                        Dear Sir,

                        I own a Nexon XZA+, which I purchased from your dealer Concord Motors in 2019. My vehicle had been delivered to me on 16th March 2019 and the invoice date is showing as 28th Feb 2019.
                        I had given my vehicle for service to your dealer Malayalam Motors on 09th March 2021. Upon checking they have said that there is a leak in the vehicle coolant and that the coolant water pump needs to be replaced and the same will be chargeable.
                        They have said that there the 2-year warranty has expired on the 28th of Feb 2021 as the invoice had been created on the 28th of February 2019, whereas the delivery of the vehicle has been done on 16th March 2019.

                        I had taken the AMC also which is expiring on 17/03/2021.

                        Why is there such a cheating being done, why I am being penalized for such a thing. Am I not eligible for the warranty as the delivery date is 16 days after the billing date.

                        Request an action on the same as this is misleading my trust in TATA.

                        Hi,

                        I had also spoken with Mr.Jithin (Mob: [protected] ) with regard to the above and he was not helpful in this regard.

                        Today, i.e on the 12th of March 2021 I had visited Sree Gokulam Motors to inquire about the same as old Concord staffs are working there. Sree Gokulam Motors has stated that they will not be able to help me out in this regard.

                        On hearing the above I had decided to carry on with the servicing of my vehicle at Malayalam Motors. I contacted the service executive (Malayalam Motors) to replace the coolant water pump. Unfortunately, the particular part was not available with them, on my enquiring, the service executive said that the said part does not get damaged and that it is a manufacturing defect which if had been under the warranty period could have been replaced at free of cost.

                        A manufacturing defect needs to be cleared by the company, please help out.

                          I have booked Tata Nexon on 24th Dec 2020 and dealer have assured delivery of vehicle within 8-10 weeks. I need resolution on below mentioned 2 issues.
                          1) 10 weeks have passed after booking of vehicle still dealer is not committing any delivery date.
                          2) Dealer is not giving price Protection as they are saying Price Protection is valid for invoicing before 28th Feb 21. Now the delay is from Dealer end and we are not responsible for delay so we are not going to pay any additional money as per price hike also we have booked vehicle 1 month before the deadline of price Protection date which was 22nd Jan 21.
                          Request you to help me with the resolution for both the issues as stated above.

                            Hi Team,

                            I have booked my Tata Nexon XZ+ ST white on 24th November 2020, the Jaika Motors showroom Nagpur promised vehicle delivery January end. I have been regularly doing a follow up on a weekly basis since then and I am just getting a standard reply and revised date that the car will be billed in 7 days. Looking at the complaints I see that most o[censored]s are facing similar issues it severely affects the Brand Image.We know that there is a huge demand 8000+ units in a month and the production capacity is less causing this delay, what we need is a clear picture on a tentative delivery of the vehicles. So we can plan things accordingly.
                            I tried customer care 3 times couldn't lodge a complaint due to technical issues, so raising the same here . It's a humble request please address the issue at earliest possible sharing a clear picture.

                              I have booked Altroz XZ variant at 27-Jan in SRT TATA showroom coimbatore and sales team assured that car will be delivered within 30 days. The promise given was that Car will be delivered within Feb 2021 but it is mid week of March and still i haven't received any clear information on car deliver. There is no response from SRT tata even after visiting their showroom during my work hours couple of time and consistently following up with them in calls.

                                My android auto system is defective since very beginning.
                                I purchase car on 4th dec 2020 and since then i am not able to use android auto, it has worked only 3-4 times that too getting disconnected with network error intermittently

                                    We have booked our car from Panchjanya Showroom, Warje(Pune) on 6 December 2020 and it's been 90 days still we didn't get any confirmed date of delivery.                                       I am totally disatisfied with the service provided by the service advisor. He gave wrong informations about AMC and imposed AMC without my consent. He also delayed billing and delivery of my vehicle. Now I don't want to continue with AMC as I am not interested. I am regularly servicing my vehicles at Tata authorised service stations only. Moreover I am a previleged customer of Tata vehicles for the past 15 years. My previous vehicle was Tata Manza. This is the first time I am complaining about Tata service.

                                        At Shabkar Motor, Sales person not given hard copy of bill he sent soft copy of bill on whatsapp only and he said me that car will be delivered in a week.
                                        He sent me soft copy of bill of dated 25th Feb 2020.

                                        But since then he is not responding phone call and sms.

                                        Even he didn't give chechis no. and other details of car as he said he would provide in only 2 days from the date of booking.

                                        Please suggest what should I do?
