Dear Tata motors,
It was one of my dream to purchase my own car and i have accomplished with buying a brand new tata altroz before 25 days ago. But i had a terrible experience few days ago, that one of the front tire's side wall has been cut/hole was created due to sharp edges or stones on the road. I couldn't believe the tire was damaged in a such a way the attached image shown due to a sharp stone on the road. Its really heartbroken...

I have booked tata nexon XM petrol dated 10th of October 2020 in patna from ananya auto agency pvt Ltd. The dealer has committed that we should delivered your car with 5 week. But now they are telling that now it will took 3 week to delivered the nexon XM petrol car. I need the car on 14 th of November 2020.but the dealer is not giving any confirmation. They are only false commitment. Is it tata customer service????...

I have booked my car and given advance on 21 Sept 2020 and they committed it will delivered within 15 days. Today its 4th Nov, still car is not yet delivered. Dealers are saying it will further take one month more.

Now I am calling them they are not even picking up my call. I dont have any transparency on my Car delivery.

I have booked tata nexon on October 5th 2020 and for the occasion of daasara 26th of October. But failed to deliver 26th and every day saying next two days.
I got frustrated and went showroom meet GM. They are saying after 30 days another 20 days to deliver and chance are very Less.
I don't what the tata motors management doing for this type of show room mistakes.
I can definitely say all are losing trust on tata motors....

december 2019 i received tata harrier xm model from ncs tata showroom kayamkulam, 19-Oct-2020 when we driven the car suddenly brake down, then we informed the road service assistant thay came and taken the car to muthoot service center kottarakkara and thay checked the car and tell us the fuel pump bis craked.
Till now we didn't received the car we can't able to do our personal things...

My car Tata altroz XT model got delivered on[protected]two months old) at Jasper industries Vijayawada pin-520012. Till now registration is not completed with RTO due to dull/light chassis number punching which is on down side of the driver side window. Show room people had uploaded chassis number images multiple times to RTO and the same has been rejected by RTO. I am not getting proper solution/support from Sales team and they are saying...

My Tata Truck 1613 bearing no, OR 02 BP 2505 was send to Tulsian Motors, the authorised Service Centre for Tata Trucks at Sambalpur in Odisha for repair. First they repaired the fuel pump and payment was made. But the problem couldn't rectified. Then again the fuel pump was send for repair. After second repair the problem remains the same. They are not able to detect the defect and working on trial basis. Already more than 15...

Sir 20 days ke under 3 baar gaadi ko service center le jana pda or har baar vhi same problem ho rhi hai vehicle sir load bhi nhi le rhi hai jitni uski pass hai or pickup bhi kam hota jaa rha hai sirf 20 dino ke andar agar sir aise gaadi ki halat rhi toh EMI kaise pay kar paayenge .

I'm booked tata tiago xt with Rs5001by upi payment method from puneet automobile azamgarh, 's Jaunpur branch dated 19/10/2020.He promised to give car onroad price 580000/on date 24/10/2020 but dealership not delivered car timely. He demanded more money for delivery .I'm cancelled deal 24/10/2020 but dealership not refunded my booking amount and harassed me. Please resolved my problem immidiatly....

Right from the day of delivery of Nexon to me, there are issues in a)HVAC, b) bubbles in front windshield, c) Rust in front disc brakes, and d) sharp edge in front driver door due to poor quality beading finishing. Because of this I got blood injury on forehead near eye while opening door from outside.
Kindly refund my money and take the defective car back....

My booking is done on 26th of September 2020 at TAFE Access, Coimbatore -Tamil Nadu. At the time of booking, they promised me to delivered my new Tata Nexon XM Blue color within 3 weeks. I made a initial payment of Rs.50000 on booking. Later from Bank loan, they have credited 6.06 lakhs. Balance will be paid at the time of delivery.

As I am expecting that I will get my new car before 19th of this month.

I booked car from tata motors and loan was also disbersed but due to an emergency I wanted to cancel it but dealer applied rto registration without asking me and continously harassing me to deliver it and demanding down payment...

The Worst has WORSEN..
