Good Morning Sir,
This is Sundareswaran from batlagundu. I have booked Altroz XM rhythm model on 30.10.2020 for my company Phoenix crop care.
Booking no. 782 sundareswaran
XM rhythm (or)XM rhythm plus style Or XM plus sny variant available no problem sir for taking delivery. Sri china cars, Madurai. Still I am not getting any information from dealers side. Hardly 17 days gone without information. Pls arrange as early as possible.

    I have bought a new tata nexon car from KVR Dream vehicle kannur kerala on 2/11/2020 and the vehicle showed oil leakage and reported to KVR service station and thay took the vehicle on 12/11/2020 for repairing. till now information regarding the vehicle .

      I bought a tata tiago XZ in 2018 oct. But nowadays the car is totally misbehaving and do not show good pickup and also Tata motors service centres at Sangrama Baramulla(Apex Motors) and AM Tata service centre at Hyderpora Srinagar failed to resolve the problem after repeated visits

        I booked tata tiago in 02.11.2020 in Bhasin tata Motors Mahasamund. but some family reasion I don't want to buy car..
        I apply to return my booking amount just next day 3.3.2020.
        But in MAHASAMUND CHHATTISGARH SHOWROOM they don't pickup my phone call and I don't have my money return back..
        So Kindly take some action immediantly beacuse I have money problem...

          AMT Failure - Even though gear lever in Drive/Reverse display shows Neutral

          I am using TATA Tiago for the past 14 months. Purchased a second hand vehicle from a seller directly and was quiet happy with the vehicle performance & response. Unfortunately past few months vehicle starts showing AMT failure indicator ON and used move gear from reverse/drive to neutral even though gear lever is in reverse/drive. Initially it used to happen at petrol stations and while parking at home etc. Two months back I gave the vehicle...

            Its been over 2 months and i have not yet received my Nexon XMS. Dealer told me that the VIN # has been received and the car would be delivered by 10th of Novemver and now he is saying that the VIN # is not yet received and i i have to wait longer. Dealer has stoped receiving my call now. Its been 70 days and now i think i wont receive the car from them.

              I had booked a Tata Altroz XM Peteol on 18oct 2020 at INDERJIT CARS PVT LTD BOISAR MUMBAI considering that The car should be available on 14-16 Nov 2020, Diwali festival.
              When last 6-7 days I call to sales exucutives they told me that car is not available...and we are unable to provide you on 14-16 Nov on diwali festiwal, Because TATA COMPANY is not responding... company delayed our order or not provided car for customer.
              I am following up from last few weeks
              But situation remain the same.when I was booking the car, sales executive committed car delivery available on diwali festival but till date nothing..If car is not available on date why executive committed to customer at the time of booking..
              Please do something.

                It is much difficult to get in and out of Tata Nexon Car as the door top curve point is not correct. Kindly find the solution regarding this. My neck is paining by getting in & out of my Nexon Car by frequent use.

                  We have booked Tata Nexon XZ on 1st Oct 2020 (Akar Motors Vaishali Nagar Jaipur) and were promised car will be available by 2nd November 2020.We said we will take the delivery on 13th Nov 2020 we were assured of delivery.But to our surprise when we went for delivery they said car is not available.We have already made payment on 17th Oct 2020.Still they are not sure when car will be available. Is this how they treat there customers. Not a single call from the executive after the payment was made regarding the status of booking. I had booked the car for taking my pregnant wife to my place of posting.This incident has ruined my festival and has caused me mental agony.

                      I book my tata altroz xz verient on August 2020 at the waiting period of 30-45 days but at Rajshree motors khokhra ahmedabad-380009 but they not delivered me altroz on time and giving me 5 times they gives wrong timeing of deleivery time and date and every they fail to fullfill thier commitment even my payment of cars is fully paid by me and give satisfacted answer and rudlly behave with us. The period of my booking is more than 78 days they not properly guide or not giving temporary solution till my altroze is delivered to me

                        I request to do not booked any TATA vehicles through Ram Auto Car Rohtak. He is a fraud dealer. He booked tata vehicles of peoples and delivered to another person with 20 to 50 thousand with extra benefit without booking. This dealer do the cheating with honesty people. He is a fraud. It is a blur of Tata motors. Be careful to connect with Rama Auto Car.

                          I had booked Tata Altroz xe patrol through Rama Auto Cars passenger car dealers, Rohtak, Haryana on 31 Jan 2020 with the amounting of Rs 30, 000/- . Mob No [protected], Manager Mob No [protected]. Rama Auto Cars. I was assured delivery within 45 days or before from the 31 Jan 2020. The car was received on time at Rama Auto Cars, but he delivered the vehicle to another person with the extra benefits and denied to deliver it to me. This complaint was registered to consumer complaints on 20 Mar 2020. Tata Motors Customer Support has been notified about the posted complaint on 20 Mar 2020 and not taken any action against the Rama Auto Cars. Thereafter, Rama Auto Cars informed me your booked car in transit and will be delivered to you on 13 Nov 2020 positively. But, today (12 Nov 2020) at 1000h Rama Auto Car informed me your car was delivered to another person due to it necessary and will not delivered to you. I repeated request to Rama Auto Car and registered compliant to Sales Manager Tata Mr Ashis, Mob No[protected] that my car should be delivered to me on 12 Nov 2020 positively. I have shocked no body took action on this Fraud. Rama Auto Car is doing as he like and TATA Motors is silent.

                            Dear Tata Motors,
                            This is to inform you I have purchased New vehicle of Tata Tiago xz plus on 26th October 2020 from Bellad Enterprise pvt Ltd Hospet. There is problem in vehicle battery( exide) has leaked and most of the parts are got damaged . I have visited Tata service center at hospet and met service station Manager Mr. Danesh Gurappnavar and he has provided stand by battery and said new battery will get by within 3 days . But still I have not recieved vehicle battery and I am really upset about service and parts which are damaged .

                            Request you to take this as primary priority and do the needful of change spare parts and Make arrangement of new battery(Exide).

                              I am from hyderabad.We booked a tata altroz on October 8th 2020.we were told that the vehicle would be delivered by the end of October as there is no production in tata plant.Till now there is no clarity from the dealer as to when the vehicle would be delivered. Didnt expect this from a reputed company like tata.The only reason we went for TATA was to encourage Indian Made...thanks to TATA we regret our decision..We don t mind waiting for some more days..but the total ambiguity in giving a delivery date is frustrating..

                                I have booked Tata Nexon - XMA (S) Foliage Green on Sept 28th, 2020 through SRT Tata, Peelamedu, Coimbatore with ref no: SRT/RCPT/CASH/18-19/0282

                                I was informed of a delivery timeline between 30 - 45 Days. So I thought I would be having my Car delivered before Diwali and Booked by paying 21000.

                                Suddenly I am getting a response like "We are not sure when will it be billed and delivered". It might take another 2 to 3 weeks.

                                  Model on 19 of September from
                                  Jkr motors pvt. Ltd, NH20, Ghurkari kangra (HP)
                                  They assured us it will be delivered on 17 October.
                                  But today
                                  is 12 November still there is no sign about our car and the dealer is just skipping dates after dates .

                                  Kindly look into this matter .
