Tata Motors — tata altroz delay in delivery

I have booked the tata altroz (XE) GRAY color petrol bsvi model from "ANANAD automotives" (FAIZABAD PIN-224001) on 13th NOV 2020 by paying a token amount of rs 11000 against their commitment to give me the delivery on 28th NOV 2020 (Marriage purpose) As per the commitment by the dealer, i called the executive But the executive don't respond. And after called the finance manager he replied me that he will inform me the status after checking their system. But no one called me till today evening. Then i directly went to the showroom and meet the manager one and informe me that they can't delivered the vehicle on the due date. Finally he asked me to contact the agm and when we called the agm he says some excuses.
We are not accepting such a irresponsibility from the side of such a reputed firm like tata motors.
We need the delivery on MAXIMUM 5 DECEMBER 2020. If there is no other option as this order is for a wedding purpose.

    Hello,

    I booked car from Progressive Cars- a dealership of Tara Motors in Ahmedabad( Shapath 5 building Branch)

    I booked it on 25th oct with promised delivery date of 20th Nov or earlier as i wanted it before Diwali or Labh Pancham that is on 19th Nov. However I didn't get it on any of the date.

    Then i called sales person and then he made me to talk to senior sales Rep. Again he promised that he will deliver max by Dev Diwali that is on 29th Nov and he will try it even before that. But again days passed and I talked to general manager who said they will give chassis number of car in one or two days but it already 29th and i have neither chassis number not confirmed delivery date.

    So basically every time deadline comes, they will play games of giving dates like court. On one hand, we are trying to support indian companies and other hand, they never fail to disappoint customers. I have paid booking token amount and loan is already approved since 16 days and installments will start soon.

    I booked car from Adhisakti Motors- a dealership of Tara Motors in Bangalore( Near Hebbal Branch)

    I booked it on 16th Jan with promised delivery date of 6 week or earlier as i wanted by March 1st week. But now sales team is telling i may have to wait one more month. i am confused now whether i will have to wait or cancel it and go for other cars other than tata.

    So basically every time deadline comes, they will play games of giving dates like court. On one hand, we are trying to support indian companies and other hand, they fail to satisify the customers.

      Greeting sir,
      I bought Tata Harrier from Garyson motors, Ludhiana in mid december. I took a test drive of the car and in a short spin on the highway I did not realize the issue of ORVM'S being too big and creating a big blind spot. for 6 months i did not drove my car that much in the city but not when i drive in the city it creates a huge blind spot and creates a big issue for me in turning the vehicle. I realized it when an Auto driver and a pedestrian almost crashed into the car due to those mirrors. So, to avoid any incidence I request Tata motors to provide me a solution for my problem. Hoping for a speedy response.

          Dear Sir,

          I have booked tata altroz on 18th Oct at SP Vehicles Tata Motors, Vadodara. According to commitment vehicle was supposed to deliver by 11th November. Till date more than 40 days gone. Still I am waiting for allocation.

          Kindly look in to the matter.

          I would like to suggest below proposal to avoid such obscurity in process of booking to delivery.

          I suggest to implement order tracking mechanism just like flipkart, Amazon to keep customer aware of product delivery status every day.

          This will help
          (1) retain and improve customer satisfaction and trust towards Tata Motors regarding timely product delivery.
          (2) limit any allocation manipulation by dealer.
          (3) this will be first of its kind customer satisfaction tool in domestic automobile sector.

            Till now running km is 16000
            But car has so much higher vibration i also shown to showroom in Baramati
            But he say its some packing issue... He has not resolved my problem...
            Please look into matter...
            Tata is brand so i have taken and it is reputed organization...

              Complaints regarding delay in delivering TATA TIAGO

              I had booked a Tata Tiago Xt varient on 3/08/2020 @ mk motors kodimatha, Kottayam Kerala considering that the car should be available by 7 week's I was told that dilevered in 1 month and now I am writing this email to you on 57th day.

              I have booked this car considering the festivity and festive season. But seems like the excitement has faded now with all the delay.

              I have been following up from last few weeks but the situation remains the same.

              Let me know if this can be taken care on priority basis. Thanks!

                    Tata has built a huge trust wave among people but once a person buys a Car at SRI LAKSHMI TATA MOTORS, I am sure it will break.

                    Last Feb-20 I have bought TATA TIGOR from your dealer (SRI LAKSHMI TATA MOTORS) car details are mentioned below.

                    Based on the below Chassis and Engine number can you please confirm whether this is new car or old car or any Refurbished car

                    Because there was a lot difference between my car and other Tigor (My frd's 2 of them having same model)

                    Everytime after escalated to your top management team next day you peoples speaking with us

                    After that as usual no response from you all below trail mail was the perfect example

                    Till now I didn't receive any courtesy call or SMS for you

                    Never expected such worst experience from TATA MOTORS

DT (O) Foliage green color. on 12.11.2020 as I was Promised by the Dealer that the car will ge given to me before 28.11.2020. at any cost. As my wedding Anniversary is on 28.11.2020 and i wanted my wife to give a surprise but now dealer is saying that company's manufacturing is slow so there will be 15 days delay. Sir.. my deepest emotions are involved and i feel very heartbroken and cheated. I am very upset and depressed. Kindly help me.

                        I booked Tata Nexon (XM, S) variant from Sagar motors(Noida) on 22nd October and paid booking amount, they given delivery date 17Nov, Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been delivered yet and today is 24Nov and still they are not sure to deliver the vehicle, i need car by 27th Nov due to marrige function.

                        This is totally worst service to customers and Tata is losing their customers and trust because of worst services.

                        I look forward to settling this matter amicably.

                          I purchased Tata tiago xza plus 3 months back. I didn't receive smart card . Sale representative person is also not responding in key motors Mysore road. We went in rto twice but they r asking abt acknowledge, date of issue so many questions which dealer know they want sale person to be present but no response from dealers. Without doc v can't driving police r checking. We r facing too many problem but tata is not helping out. Details which rto is asking we r unable to clarify. How many tines to run showroom and rto.

                            65 days now,
                            I have booked TATA Tiago XZ+ grey (Kerala) from kerala, till now there is no information about the date of delivery. I have emailed TATA Motors customer care so many times there is no fruitful information from them about my car delivery, Everyone is helpless no proper communication between TATA Motors and Authorized dealership. Territory Manager of TATA Motors in Kerla also helpless .

                            All about Dealership not getting suppay from TATA Motors

                            Details
                            Authorized Dealership: NCS Cherthala, Kerala (Good support, but not getting proper supplay from TATA Motors)
                            Date of booking: 25th Sep 2020
                            Committed date of delivery: 4-7 weeks according to TATA Motors norms (Written and signed in PROFORMA invoice and verified from head office after the booking according to TATA norms )

                            Inconveniences Caused
                            1. When I am booking my car, the ex-showroom price in Kerala for Tiago xz+ was 5, 99, 000/-, Now TATA motors increases to 6, 13, 000/-
                            2. When I am booking my car, the Consumer offer was 20, 000/-, now you decreased to 15, 000/-
                            3. When I am booking my car, the Waiting period according to TATA Motors norms was 4-7 weeks, now 9th week running, two months now.

                            Now, this 9th week running, I have lost valuable 65 days now, more than two months, while I am asking Dealership they saying they don't get supply from TATA motors, while I am asking TATA motors they will say will inform Dealership. In between customers become fools.

                            If TATA Motors can't afford the supply, that should have to inform the customer at least one week after booking, here I lost 65 days now.

                                I booked Nexon on 21 sept and I am yet to receive the car. The bafna motors is not responding with a date of delivery. This is very pathetic. I can only think of not buying indian products after this.

                                  I Dharmin Shah have purchased Tata NeXon xz+ from Suryoday Auto Vasai Maharastra, After purchasing the car.

                                  First mistake was found of Steering Wheel, major issue was happen it was informed by to tata service center an after that they had consider it is an Manufacturing default of steering parts was replace after 15 to 16 days that time was clearly informed that parts are not available with the service center and we have to order it from the company. But till today I am not satisfied with steering wheel.

                                  Second issues was the of the body parts including doors which are making noice while driving continuously.

                                  Third issue left side front Tyre which getting plunk down shown in the showroom they charged me 700rs for wheel balancing and it was informed by that on third service the machine was not working so we had not done the wheel balancing of the vehicle. But after the wheel balancing done still the same issue is going on as per my knowledge there is a Suspension issue but they had refused stating there is no oil lekage or damage is showing on suspension site.

                                  Fourth Issue as silencer had cracked since i have purchase the car they informed me on my third service since that time they had me they will get parts from company but till today i am not getting any responce from Tata Company nor even the Service Center Suryoday Auto.
                                  I think so i am been made fooled by Tata Motors and By Suryoday Auto by giving Manufacturing Default car.
                                  i am shame of that One of the India's Largest selling Private company behave so awfully with there consumer.
                                  If Tata Company does not satisfy me I have to go Consumer Court and file a suit against the company.

                                    I had bought a Tata Nexon Diesel zx in Dec 2017. After which i have had about 6-7 regular servicing. Everytime i have complained about the cars sterring getting locked when i turn while reversing. The complaints are taken but problem persists. Once i was told there will be a upgradation and problem will be solved but it was only for a short period. Recently i complained again and have been asked to bring the vehicle again. I have no other issues with the car and enjoy driving it. Gives good mileage, smooth run etc but this issue is a major irritant and i have been reluctant to recommend Nexon to any prospective buyer when they ask for opinion.

                                      I have booked TATA Nexon on 21.10.2020 at PMG automobiles Mohali, Punjab and their sales person Mr. Jayadeep told that the car will be delivered within 10 days of booking and later he told it will take more time and maximum 4 weeks which is also over. I have been calling them but no date has been given to me till now. What next should I do to get my car delivered and get the people responsible punished for their false promises. I wanted to get the car before my marriage anniversary which has already passed. Deeply disappointed by dealer.
