65 days now,
I have booked TATA Tiago XZ+ grey (Kerala) from kerala, till now there is no information about the date of delivery. I have emailed TATA Motors customer care so many times there is no fruitful information from them about my car delivery, Everyone is helpless no proper communication between TATA Motors and Authorized dealership. Territory Manager of TATA Motors in Kerla also helpless .

Date of booking: 25th Sep 2020
Committed date of delivery: 4-7 weeks according to TATA Motors norms (Written and signed in PROFORMA invoice and verified from head office after the booking according to TATA norms )
Inconveniences Caused
1. When I am booking my car, the ex-showroom price in Kerala for Tiago xz+ was 5, 99, 000/-, Now TATA motors increases to 6, 13, 000/-
2. When I am booking my car, the Consumer offer was 20, 000/-, now you decreased to 15, 000/-
3. When I am booking my car, the Waiting period according to TATA Motors norms was 4-7 weeks, now 9th week running, two months now.
Now, this 9th week running, I have lost valuable 65 days now, more than two months, while I am asking Dealership they saying they don't get supply from TATA motors, while I am asking TATA motors they will say will inform Dealership. In between customers become fools.
If TATA Motors can't afford the supply, that should have to inform the customer at least one week after booking, here I lost 65 days now.
Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
