It's been 3 months since I booked a tata Tiago XT (grey)(Sept 9th to be exact.). At the time of booking KVR Tata, Kannur promised to deliver the vehicle in 4-6 weeks.

I have been complaining continuously to tata motors for 1 month.
They just keep saying "we will deliver the car ASAP" since Oct 30

No time commitments from tata motors nor dealer.

Lame excuses like Diwali, covid...etc have been used.

No proper response on when I will get the vehicle from tata motors. Shame on you to behave irresponsibly.

    My name is Barani and I bought Tata Nexon XMA(S) from lakshmi tata Velachery chennai on Nov 12. But the actual delivery date was by October 24.
    We booked this car for Marriage purpose first of all. I told them that I am going to do the registration in our locality (Cheyyar RTO). So there was a temporary Registration from chennai and permanent registration will be done from cheyyar. I demanded the transport documents (Model papers) from lakshmi tata on 8 Dec 2020 and I informed them that temporary Registration expires by 11 Dec and to make it fast. They informed me it will be done before 11 Dec and there is a delay and I was waiting in the customer lounge for more than 40 min to be attended. Then they informed me that Manager is not available here and to come next day. As I told you this car was bought for marriage use and with out registration the car is still in garage of no use. The marriage is over and all the rituals are over. Now I have no use for the car. And finally I have this registration issues. I ask you to resolve this situation immediately and take responsibility for the late fine for registration.

      Sir it is very disappointing thai i sarat singh chauhan who had bought your tata signa 1923 truck for a whooping price of 30 lakhs and the truck broke down after 3 days only. It is very disappointing to see my new truck broke down like this. The issue that arising in my truck is that my steering got jammed as per my driver has said. I have told your service center about it but there is no active response from them. Kindly do the needful.

            Respected authorities, this is Ajay Gadekar booking Tata Altroz XE rythem pack booking reference no is 8423124 I'm booked the car on second week of October and my dealer promises to give delivery upto 4-6 weeks but unfortunately Im not get delivery of car so please kindly take action on it.
            My delar also not communicate well to solve my issue.

              Booked Nexon XZ but I have been offered Display CAR with some dirt. I don't want to take it but Sales person said there are no New Cars coming in December (Nexon XZ) Specially.

              Prio to Booking they said to Provide fresh and New car but seems like I have been cheated.

              Please confirm if it's True as I'm not getting any good answers from Dealer Ship.

                Booked Nexon XZ car in November from Chandigarh Dealer (Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Berkeley, Industrial Area Phase 1 - RSA Moters).

                They showed me Demo Car as reference and told to deliver fresh batch but now they are delivering me that very same Old Demo Car which I rejected at very first time. They told that car is in transition but now not giving any justifiable anser.

                Now they don't have XZ in their stock and no new Nexon XZ is coming for month as per their Words. I'm very frustrated by their behaviour and misleading information.

                What Can I do as Don't want to use used and scratched CAR.

                    I have purchased Tata Hexa XM varient on 26/09/2019. I booked this car on online portal, when the tata motor was offering online cashback of Rs 30000/- direct refund to account from which the amount was paid during booking. But this is to inform you that after several times I complaint this issue with [protected]@tatamotors, but nothing has happened till today.
                    I have raised this issue with their regional officer pune so many times also but no action has been taken so far. He only assuring me since last one year but not yet resolve my refund issue. Sorry to say this but such reputed firms are cheating on people of india. Playing with our sentiments. I request you to plz look into this matter and do needful as early as possible because one year has already passed.

                      I have canceled my tata altroz booking which i booked online on 1 Nov 2020 on tata altroz official website. i didn't get my refund back.

                      i have already called customer care many times and also contacted at dealership wasan motors the gentleman Deepak Bhande lways saying one week more one week more.
                      i dont know when i will get my refund back.
                      i am getting very nervous .

                                  Hello there,
                                  I’m YOGESH from Lucknow, owner of Tata Tiago. My Tata Tiago XZ(P) car had some strange noise coming from under-side for a few days. Upon inspection by a driver at my office, he informed me of broken Rear Twist Beam and told to get it fixed ASAP. I visited SRM Tata Motors Vikash Nagar Lucknow the very next day.
                                  Service advisor Mr. Ankit Tiwari, upon inspection asked me get it claimed from their Bodyshop....

                                  I booked a car last month but still, I didn't receive any confirmation from the showroom. Very worst response from the dealer. I know this is wasting time to post here. You won't take any action because every they saying tata product is good but service and showroom were not good but still you didn't take any action. See Really people will happy with the tata product, but they really scared because of the service and response from customer service. So many times I complained in customer service, but there is also the same issue. Worst customer service. if we have any problem we can call customer service. But customer service also doing same means where we can complain

                                    when booked this car that times showroom says end of the november u r getting your car delivery. And we did all payment at your branch 8 nov, but,
                                    we not received still today(2nd dec) and also say within december month end you getting your car. Why to much late. And why u commit wrong date of delivery.
                                    Very irresponsible reply from tata dealer for delivery.
                                    When u have not supplement for delivery why u commitment for delivery in end of november .
                                    Please resolve this issue . We feel very uncomfortable for tata motors before buying tata car .
                                    We also call at your call center but still not responce

                                      Tata Motors — tata altroz delay in delivery

                                      I have booked the tata altroz (XE) GRAY color petrol bsvi model from "ANANAD automotives" (FAIZABAD PIN-224001) on 13th NOV 2020 by paying a token amount of rs 11000 against their commitment to give me the delivery on 28th NOV 2020 (Marriage purpose) As per the commitment by the dealer, i called the executive But the executive don't respond. And after called the finance manager he replied me that he will inform me the status after checking their system. But no one called me till today evening. Then i directly went to the showroom and meet the manager one and informe me that they can't delivered the vehicle on the due date. Finally he asked me to contact the agm and when we called the agm he says some excuses.
                                      We are not accepting such a irresponsibility from the side of such a reputed firm like tata motors.
                                      We need the delivery on MAXIMUM 5 DECEMBER 2020. If there is no other option as this order is for a wedding purpose.
