I placed an order for tata nexon xz+ from 4th october from sparsh delight showroom ( Dwarka, delhi) by tata on cash payment . I submitted 80% amount on that dealer. but at that time when i submitted that money he gave me a time of two weeks but after two weeks completed they never gave me a car and told me tata is not confirming your billing.. i really felt sad on that time because on that day my guardians had make a pooja for a car but it didn't happend.. After that he gave me an another date after 3 weeks back but after 3 weeks completed they said same thing to me again. tata is not comfirming your booking.. such a worst service i felt from you or on that dealer.. definalately i will never buy anything from you or suggest anyone not to take anything from tata.. I really dont have words about your service.. you made customer crazy, fool.By felt this service i had written a cancellation form for my money back.     Complaint: 2020 BS6, Tata Altroz XT(p)
    On (08/10/2020) I purchased a motor vehicle from MK Motors Kottayam ( 2020 Model, Altroz XT(p) Down town Red and Chassis number:MAT632103LPHH1654, Engine Number REVTRN10HZXM09940, and TP registration number:KL2020-T/R-0609AX). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because

    1. Gear systems complaints
    The gear system not working properly from 5th November 2020 (From 1600 km), fifth gear and reverse gear are not working, If you have already taken the car back for service on 06/11/2020, your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle 07/11/2020, 2pm and started using it again, the problem was still there. Then your subordinates are retaken the car back for service, at that time your mechanics inspected my vehicle and unscrew the gearbox and tighten the clutch in a way
    The gear system not working properly from 5th November 2020 (From 1620 km), fifth gear and reverse gear are not working, am forwarded this complaint to MK motors on 5th November, am already pointed that the vehicle is not in a running condition because of gear compliant, Then, Technicians are came to my home and carry my vehicle to workshop on 06th November and there after MK motors informing me that the vehicle have no more complaints and also the gear have no complaints. thereafter, i got the vehicle on 07th November 2pm. when i was driving i noticed the gear complaint (I felt) that time the reverse gear was not working no movement forward and backward (5th gear and Reverse). Am again forward a complaint to MK motors service department,
    The department was told me, your vehicle had no complaints, if you have feel any complaints, and it’s your own mistake
    Then i took a video and forward to MK Motors technical staff, there after two technicians are came to my home and checked the vehicle at 5.30pm, and said me the vehicle have gear box compliant. then the technicians are unscrewing the gearbox and tighten the clutch cable in front of me, no more positive response from gear shifting, sometime its working and sometime it’s not working There after the technicians give me spare vehicle and carry my vehicle to workshop on 8.45 pm
    2. Poor Millage (Below expected mileage)
    Company guaranteed the above 1199 CC Petrol Model Millage is 19KM/Littre but I got only 12 KM/Littre
    3. Some Vibrations and noise are snooping from steering wheel while driving
    4. once again am remind you that when i noticed the vehicle technical complaint and forward the complaint to MK Motors, they can’t provide proper service
    or
    i think the vehicle is not perfect, so MK motors service have not efficient to solve such type of technical issues

    I am really disappointed in this matter that the 10 year old vehicle in my garage which completed 8 years and 1.20 lakh kilometres has never any such kind of issues till date. The car which i dreamed of is only 1 month old and covered only 1700 kms showing these kind of issues.
    I am really frustrated in this matter that the car of my choice from India's best car manufacture and one of the best dealers is really unlucky for me..
    My choice for TATA Altroz was after getting so much positive experience from the existing owners but now all my expectations is below the benchmark..
    I think used car is better than this vehicle, used vehicle have also get 1 year free service and warranty, and that kind of vehicles available in lesser amount. I brought this (Tata Altroz XT) after paying full amount like a new healthy car, so I expect a new healthy vehicle as prescribed in advertisement, as a consumer am not expecting this type of technical errors.
    Considering the above facts I sincerely requesting your good self to kindly resolve my issue at higher priority and make necessary arrangements for car replacement or pay back the money and take back the car..

    I am expecting and positive response in 7 days’ time else I may be forced to consumer protection or through the courts..

      I've booked Tata Tiago XZ+ on 12th Sep ( order no: SO-Manaik[protected]. Initial delivery date given to me as 25 Oct. Today 10th October still I've not been given any further dates for the delivery. I've lodged complaint with Tata customer care on 3rd Nov complaint No:[protected]. Regardless of this complaint company failed to provide any updates on the progress of my order. I've already disbursed the loan amount of 4 lac on 17 th Oct also have paid 11K Rs as a booking amount. Dealer stating they still waiting for vehicle to arrive from TATA.
      This Booking is done at Tata Dealer Manikbag, Belgaum, Karnataka.

            I have canceled my tata altroz booking which i booked online on 1 jan 2020 on tata altroz official website.still i didn't get my refund back.

            i have already called customer care many times and also contacted at dealership gentleman always saying one week more one week more.
            i dont know when i will get my refund back.
            i am a student and i get very frustet when i remember all this..

              I had booked a Tata Nexon Xm varient on 17/09/2020 @Jv motors sangli Maharashtra considering that the car should be available by 10/25/2020. I was told that dilevered in 30 days and now I am writing this email to you on 53th day.

              I have booked this car considering the festivity and festive season. But seems like the excitement has faded now with all the delay.

              I have been following up from last few weeks but the situation remains the same.

              Let me know if this can be taken care on priority basis. Thanks!

                I am Abhishek Mulik. I have booked Tata Nexon XZ+(O) petrol variant at Tata Dealer - Bafna Motors Pune on 11 August 2020. At the time of booking, dealer said delivery will be done before August end. Accordingly, I applied for loan and it was sanctioned on 18 Aug 2020. But even after 85 days and continuous request for delivery, i have not received vehicle and it's costing me my peace of mind now.

                  Buyed Tata Tiago XZ+ from Banerjee Automobiles at Burdwan(West Bengal) on 14th August 2020. Delivery taken at night for which failed to see some manufacturing defects. I saw it on 15th August 2020 on morning and suddenly contacted the sales team and they suggested me to visit service center and i did the same .
                  While solving the issue they tampered my body by which colour of the vehicle got defected in left gate and the issue of manufacturing defect was not solved . They again informed me that a complain is raised once they get the confirmation they will call me and will fix it . On my visit for first service they tried to fix some issue but again failed to and this continued till September and October .Since the service centyre was moving from one place to other they asked me that they will confirm once they shift and then they will call me. Again on 19th October they called me to fix the issue and kept my vehicle for 3 days. They called me and confirmed that the issue is resolved . I was happy that my issue got resolved but when i saw my Car, none of the issue was resolved and again they tampered the left gate in upper part by which the colour got defected, I asked them about the same and they in return asked for pardon and requested me to visit again .
                  After the request of a Company person named as Mr. Suman Patra as he promised me for the resolution in return again I visited Banerjee Automobiles Pvt Ltd at Burdwan on 5th of November 2020 .

                  I asked Mr Suman Patra to check at least 10 times and then call me to receive my vehicle .
                  I got a call from Banerjee Automobiles Pvt Ltd 12:10 pm dated 7th November for the delivery of my vehicle .
                  I after visiting was disappointed again and was shocked after seeing my vehicle as only one issue was solved and none of the other issue was solved . And again there was a lots of Tampering in Body this time . Body colour was damaged heavily this time. I wrote a mail to Tata Customer care again this time but as usual no result .This was not first time in case of sufferings . Before this vehicle i was having a Tata Nano, whenever I Visit Banerjee Automobiles Pvt Ltd my issue always gets increase rather than getting any solution of it .
                  I am not sure about the pending service as i think again I can be cheated in case of providing service by Banerjee Automobiles Pvt Ltd .

                    I had booked Nexon petrol base variant on 24/09/2020 from KVR Kanhangad outlet, Kannur (main).
                    I was told the waiting period would be 4-6 weeks and I had accepted.

                    Currently, the waiting period is over and the dealer now states that i can expect the delivery only in December (that too is not a confirmation).

                    The customer gets treated well while booking and later its all on us where we have to go behind them with the request of delivering. I didnt ever get a response from the dealer about the delay in delivery.

                    I am still waiting for the delivery which would take more than 2 months and that too not assured.

                    I request the concerned authority to look at this issue and sort asap.

                      When today 6 Nov I call to sales exucutive (ANKU JHA)they told me that car is not available...and we are unable to provide you on 12 Nov. Because TATA COMPANY is not responding... company delayed our order or not provided car for customer.

                      I had booked a Tata Altroz XM Peteol on 18oct 2020 at INDERJIT CARS PVT LTD BOISAR MUMBAI considering that The car should be available on 14-16 Nov 2020, Diwali festival.
                      When last 6-7 days I call to sales exucutives they told me that car is not available...and we are unable to provide you on 14-16 Nov on diwali festiwal, Because TATA COMPANY is not responding... company delayed our order or not provided car for customer.
                      I am following up from last few weeks
                      But situation remain the same.when I was booking the car, sales executive committed car delivery available on diwali festival but till date nothing..If car is not available on date why executive committed to customer at the time of booking..
                      Please do something.

                        I (Johnson Clement Madathil) have booked Tata Nexon XMS on 05/10/2020 at Marina Motors, Kalpetta, Kerala. One month was the delivery period informed to me. One month has gone and no information about the delivery. When asked about this, sales executives are saying that they cannot say anything.
                        It is not good corporate practice to take customers money and say that the goods will be delivered when we like it.
                        I would like to know when will be the delivery of my vehicle?
                        I hope my vehicle will be delivered before Diwali, at least.

Did customers put a gun and asked i want in 45 days only...why tata can't realize that...i[censored] said one date ...make sure of it or don't take the booking...your trust name fame all getting destroyed and more over ppl like me who bleived lot got totally disappointed...I hve booked nexon xma petrol...

                            I Ravendra Kumar, am the owner of Tata Indigo CS regisration no (UK07AQ6925). I am resident of Morna Bijnor Utter Pradesh . I am a big fan of Tata vehicles. It is proud feeling to be he member of Tata Family because Tata is a pride of India. But sir/madam some people are destroying the big name of Tata. There is Service Centre in Rudrapur, Uttrakhand name Bala ji Auto Links.Which is near about 150 km from my house. I sent my Indigo CS for service on dated 7 Oct 2020 the issue was bad mileage, acceleration and Turbo charger . They have done service without replacing Turbo charger and handover to me but after 30 km the engine was over speeded and over heat and the car stopped on the way and get it pulled with tractor to the workshop back. This time they told that engine needed overhauling and the estimated cost near about 35000 Rs to 45000 Rs.They called me to take back my car. They have done service properly and done the test drive. After test drive i observe that there was a very heavy smoke through smoke pipe. then they said to check the car once more and told me that there is crack in engine block. I have spent 70489.00 Rs till date and my car is in the workshop there and not ready. I am very disturbed and not satisfied with them because i am facing very much problems without my car till date.
                            Please consider my problem and take a strong action against Bala ji Auto Links Rudrapur Uttrakhand.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have complaint no from Tata Motors.[protected]
                              On 28th Oct 2020, I was returning home from office. On the way in running condition lever get locked in 3rd gear. I stopped car slowly and tried again and again to come in Nutral condition. Somehow after some time it get working condition but not smoothly. I came home and requested for checking to authorized Garage. They took car to garage and that time lever is completely locked. They checked car and told me need to change gear box or repair existing.
                              But why should I have to face this issue, as car is purchased in Jan-2018. and Driven only 30, 000 KM. If it is design or manufacturing defect then Tata Motors should give replacement of gear box.

                                Dear Tata motors,
                                It was one of my dream to purchase my own car and i have accomplished with buying a brand new tata altroz before 25 days ago. But i had a terrible experience few days ago, that one of the front tire's side wall has been cut/hole was created due to sharp edges or stones on the road. I couldn't believe the tire was damaged in a such a way the attached image shown due to a sharp stone on the road. Its really heartbroken moment for a middle class person like me. To be frank i am not at all capable to bear these kind of expenses in the middle of paying car loan emi's. Hope tata will consider my kind request and provide a replacement for my tire. Please please please its a humble request.

                                  Respected sir/Madam
                                  I had booked Tata nexon XMS petorl vehicle on 5th of October 2020. The Bellad Motors Ballari are not giving proper response. I was promised to deliver the vehicle within 4 to 5 weeks. It is already 5th week running and billing is not yet done and always sherk their responsibility by saying that though the amount is paid the billing is not done by the company for petrol vehicles. At one stretch I think there is no fun in following the *Atmanirbhar* or make in India. The other companies are at the door steps to deliver their vehicle, but where as the Tata motors which is known for the good services, now a days became in active. The hike in the market for nexon is going to fall down and will lose its significance because of its service at present situation. Jan 2021 Automobile Expo will be held and many companies will be waiting to grab the opportunity. My booking details are annexed herewith. I had also sent a mail, but no proper response from them. The loan is also sanctioned and if the vehicle is not allotted, once again it will be cancelled. I have to do all paper work from beginning.
                                  So kindly do the needful at the earliest possible time.

                                      I have booked tata nexon XM petrol dated 10th of October 2020 in patna from ananya auto agency pvt Ltd. The dealer has committed that we should delivered your car with 5 week. But now they are telling that now it will took 3 week to delivered the nexon XM petrol car. I need the car on 14 th of November 2020.but the dealer is not giving any confirmation. They are only false commitment. Is it tata customer service???? It is hearting my sentiment... If I will not get the nexon... I will leave the brand(Tata) for ever...
