We had booked a tata nexon xz+ petrol variant on 15th august. The saleslady told us that car will be delivered in 4-5 days after finance. After giving the confirmation of finance there was a no response from the dealership. We kept calling the dealer every 3rd day to keep a check, but everytime there was the same answer that the car has not come from tata motors so what can we do? It's almost been 2 months now 15th October, very poor service....

I have a Nexon car, which has got 02 door latches non-functional within 02 years of age. This is very serious issue art safety of occupants on road.
While reaching to authorised service centre they had only single latch and they replaced it in font door on chargeable basis.
Services offered are also not upto the mark.

We booked a Tata Nexon XZ+(O) from Puneet Automobile Malad on 3rd September 2019 and they assured delivery on 20th September 2019 and they wrote that even in mail. But they didn't deliver it and they are extending dates every time by 3-5 days and not giving us a proper date. Please look into this. They aren't even responding to my mail now where I'm asking for a delivery date....
