My tata Nexon is two years old, many places over body of the vehicle painting has bubbling and rusting issues, it looks like a second hand vehicle, lot of embarrassment is being faced by me.

    Dear sir I kumar utkarsh booked a nexon xz+ dt petrol on 24th September 2020.in shanker motor patna. It's now more than a month had gone.I do not know when I get the car.I need to know the specific date of delivery from your end because dealer says as soon as he get the car from TM factory he will deliver.google says waiting in patna is 30 days.please tell the date of delivery to me.       I have booked tata nexon XZA+ from Pune, Bafna motors on 19th August 20.
      Today 24th October 20, I still haven't received my car.
      It was said 4-6 weeks but right now i am on going to 10 weeks.

      Really disappointed by the time taken by tata nexon late delivery.

        My Tata Tiago which was bought in March 2019 runs approximately 3500 KM provides only average 9.4 km per litter milage against companies claim 23 km per litter. This is a clear case of misleading buyer with false information by tata motors. It is a real scam. I feel that I'm cheated by tata motors with their false claims regarding milage of tata tiago which is no where near 23 km per lit as per their claim. Being a low middle class buyer this kind of low milage is making a big hole in my pocket. I think it is a faulty car and tata should replaced the same or buy back with reasonable price as it never be sell in open market carring a milage tag 9.4 km per litter. My car number is WB 12 AX 8369.

          I have booke an Tata Harrier XZA+ DT RED & BLACK on 29th September of 2020. On booking time DION AUTOMOTIVES BHUBANESWAR (ODISHA) to deliver my car by 19th of October but due to some personal reasons I have asked them to extend my delivery to 25th of October as it is the eve of Dusshera. They committed me of the delivery but cheated me with selling my car to any other. When I asked them they replied me it’s an order froM TATA MOTORS that you can’t keep a TATA HARRIER with you for more than 7days. I asked them what about the promise of TATA and your company replied me back in front of money there is no place for your emotions. I have deposited 30000 on booking. I was to exchange my old car and have given them on 16th of this month.
          As I know that I will get my new car on 25th of this month.
          Sir on 25thOctober is a special day for all o[censored]s and specially for Hindus. They denied to give me the delivery. When I visited the showroom I was made seat for more than an hour to meet GM of the showroom and when finally I met him the person in front of me was a very bas...d person who even don’t know how to get behave with a customer. That person did the mistake by selling me cr to another fur just instant money and was talking to me in a very arrogant manner such as he or his company hasn’t done anything wrong me. They took my old car without any paper work and said me we will give it tomorrow but when I asked for papers tomorrow replied sorry sir our staffs are on leave due to COVID-19. God knows what they would have done with my car in these seven days. I cancelled my booking with them and informed them to return my booking amount and car and they very easily retuned my car and said me to wait 3 to 4 days for booking amount refund. I feel they might have done something wrong with my car and it’s the planning to just cancel the booking by doing something wrong with my car.

          I Was very much surprised with their behaviour in booking and behaviour on cancellation of my car.
          They played with my Emotions and feelings.

          After corona as every Indian I was also wanting to go for Swadeshi (inspired by our Honourable Prime Minister shri Narendra Mosiji and the Respected chairman Of TATA group Mr. Ratan Tata sir but I am really disappointed with DION AUTOMOTIVES group.

          I have cancelled my car with Dion and tried somewhere else with another dealer and if I get failure to get it by 30th of this month will go for any other company such as MG or KIA but not TATA coz having faith on TATA’s dealer and TATA will no more be so easy for me to do. I have cancelled this only for the worst behaviour of GM and the sales person Mr. ROMI PATTNAYAK who cheated me and my feelings.

          Dion Tata motors. Manger name Sunil. And advisor Prashant I had given my car for insurance claim and repair. They promise to give my car. On 13th nov but till now. They have not fix. My car issue. They gave me the car on 16th after taking. 5k money. From me but. Still the work is not. Done from there end.
          Kindly. Help me with this. Issue my cluster. Got average. Issue. Reverse camera is not working and the colour difference. Is there. For. The work done. By them. Need. Justice.

            Please help as commitment date is passed & we waited for more than three-four weeks for our new cars TATA NEXON XZA+(P), Daytona Grey & now dealer is saying that vehicle billing not done yet.
            As per them billing is not process by TATA motors & dealers cant do any thing regarding this.

            At time of booking dealers persons told be that it will be delivered by 17th OCT 2020, till 16th as per them it will be delivered by time & they working for that but till date i didn't get vehicle delivery.

            Now, as per dealers if billing will be done than it will be delivered after Dussehra festival or till Diwali festivals.

            Why dealers not told us actual scenario regarding vehicle delivery at time of booking, as due to them we have to suffer.

BR29AJ0470 so many fault from this car.. now new issue come again... i regularly service from your service center name URMILLA AUTO MOTOR SIWAN BIHAR.. this service center not done appropriate service what a need of the CAR.. plz take neccesary action against my complain..

                  My booking is done on 12th of Oct 2020. On booking time Harsolia motors Gandhinagar .gujarat has given me promise to delivered my new Tata Tigor xm white color on 19th of October. And at booing time their behaviour is best. I have deposited 30000 on booking. I have also exchange by old car and I have given my old car to them on 14th of this month.
                  As I know that I will get my new car on 19th of this month.
                  Respected Sir on 19th October is a special day for me but they do not give my delivery

                  Than I have deposited 1 lack more on 14th of this month
                  For new car my loan is also approve.

                  They did not give me car on 19th of this month
                  So I have request them to deliver my car on 23rd of this month

                  But they do not give any specific answer to me

                  I really feed up
                  They are playing with Emossion
                  After corona as Indian I want to go for Swadeshi ( inspire by The TATA group and Honorable Mr. Ratan Tataji) but I really disappointed with Harsolia group
                  Plz manage my car.
                  They do not give any answer.
                  Their behaviour is so rude..

                    I bought a Tata Harrier on First January and I have complained many times about the brake problem in this vehicle from the beginning, but till now I have not found any solution due to which I am very upset, please tell me what should do.
                    And apart from this, there is a very loud sound in the car, I have been complained about it many times and till now I have not found any solution.

                        Dear Tata Motors Team,
                        I am writing to you regarding the poor annual maintenance services provided by Rudra Motors (Tata's authorized service center in Pune).
                        We as a customer buy Tata's products, from salt to jewelry to investment to cars, because we trust Your brand. Irrespective of the name of the store or service center, we go there because we trust your brand. However, the recent events have dented the credibility of Tata Motors' service centers.
                        I had asked for pick up and drop service on 19th October 2020. After pick up the maintenance executive called me and I had clearly mentioned that there is no issue with the car and it just needs regular maintenance.
                        Issue 1: I was given a tentative estimate of 6500+ taxes over call. When I queried about the break-up, I was told over 2, 000 inr as labour cost hence higher maintenance. Plus change of oil filters and lubricants, though the car has limited run in last 1 year (less than 400 KMs). Though I felt the maintenance on higher side for Tata Tiago, but still I agreed as it was the annual maintenance.
                        Issue 2: I had clearly mentioned that the car needs a proper wash, as it has been parked for over few months as I did not drive out due to Covid-19. I got a call on 20th October from the maintenance supervisor stating "I have put the car for washing, and it will be delivered after 2pm same day." However, when I received the car, no cleaning or washing was done. You can see the attached photos of the car received post delivery at my place. But I was charged for the same. When I talked to the supervisor, he lied that he had himself supervised the car wash and it is not possible that car has not been washed.
                        Now, I doubt that whether the parts have been replaced at all or was I charged INR 5, 800 without even changing the filters and lubricants?
                        I am not sending my vehicle again to Rudra that's for sure. Secondly, I would like to take this up with Tata Motors' higher authorities because when I purchased the car I was promised excellent car services across any Tata Motors authorized center.
                        I am sure neither I am the first customer nor I will be the last who feel cheated by your service centers. Please understand it is not about car wash which was never done or the higher amount charged. It is about the trust we have on Tata Motors which has been severely impacted now.
                        If such type of customer services are provided, I wonder, what difference remains between a Tata's authorized center and a road side service center?
                        I don't know if my concerns will be addressed or will fall in to deaf ears, but I am sure, my car is not going to Rudra Motors anymore.

                          Dear SIr,

                          I have booked TATA Nexon XZ plus petrol variant in "foliage green" colour from SAB Motors pvt ltd from tata car dealer at patel nagar ghaziabad on 14th september 2020 and i was committed to get delivery on 20th October 2020 in the auspicious week of navratri but now dealer is unable to deliver on time and telling me to take another colour.
                          I have also paid Rs. 1, 11, 000/- in advance and now they are not able to deliver me the committed colour and product in time and telling me to take another colour.

                          I just wish and expect to get my demanded colour and product in time i.e, before 24th of October 2020.

                            I had booked Nexon XZ+ plus S variant on 21st September 2020 from Tata Motors Car showroom, Panchkula.

                            They had 100% promised to deliver the car before 20th Oct 2020 .
                            We wanted the delivery during Navratras time.

                            Now when we are enquiring about the delivery they dont have any idea when they can deliver it. The dealer is saying it can take 20-30 days.

                            Please let us know when can we expect a delivery. Otherwise if it will take so long better we ask for refund and book some other car.

                              I am a first time customer of the car.
                              Bought Tata Tiago XZA.

                              I am very much pissed of by the service.

                              Firstly, within a month hand break of my brand new car was not proper.

                              Now within 3 months, . Indicator is not working, light focus is not proper and steering is out.

                              Above all, when ever I m visiting service centre, their is a theft of my car fuel.
                              More over today when I came back home I can see 1 scratch in my car which was not earlier.

                              I m way too pissed of..look into the matter and advise .

                                Pathetic customer service. I booked my Tata Nexon XZ+ petrol variant on 11th August with Bafna motors, Law college road, Pune. Initially at the time of booking I was told that I will get my car latest by 13th September. When I started following up with them every time they provided false commitments to me. I talked to their TSM, sent email to customer care whole lot of times, but no one is eager to listen or take any action.
                                Just couple of days back Bafna motors said they can see allocation in plant and due to technical error car is not getting billed. But, now today they said car is not available in plant. May be the car might be allocated to different dealer. This is pathetic service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
                                Till today after 70 days of my booking they are clueless and unable to provide me any commitment. I can totally understand delays due to COVID situations but it is already 2 and half months and still they are unable to provide any commitments. I would request to escalate this to highest level in Tata motors.

                                        My name is YVN Reddy and I have purchased Tata Nexon XZ+(O) Diesel single tone car on 07.10.2020. I have driven the car only 120 kms. I have taken my car to show room as some odd noise is coming in the cabin while driving in bumpy roads or speed brakes at front tyres. I have lodged a complaint on 10.10.2020 at show room and they have asked me to come on 13.10.2020. So on 13.10.2020 my car was taken by the service centre attached to the showroom. As of today i.e 18.10.2020 forget about the solution, they are even unable to find the problem. They dont know from where that noise or rattling sound coming from. It is a brand new car and from 3rd day onwards making such type of noise. I am really disappointed with the situation. Even after 5 days they are still doing some trial and error method by replacing the parts of the new car. In this regard can i ask for new car in place of present car?
