Address: Tata motors jasper industries Vijayawada

My car Tata altroz XT model got delivered on[protected]two months old) at Jasper industries Vijayawada pin-520012. Till now registration is not completed with RTO due to dull/light chassis number punching which is on down side of the driver side window. Show room people had uploaded chassis number images multiple times to RTO and the same has been rejected by RTO. I am not getting proper solution/support from Sales team and they are saying that this is the problem with RTO not with the vehicle. Already my temporary registration has expired and i cannot drive the car without registration on the road as per rules and insurance also not covered if any damage happens to my vehicle. Hence please take serious step and do the needful as soon as possible.

    Sir,
    My Tata Truck 1613 bearing no, OR 02 BP 2505 was send to Tulsian Motors, the authorised Service Centre for Tata Trucks at Sambalpur in Odisha for repair. First they repaired the fuel pump and payment was made. But the problem couldn't rectified. Then again the fuel pump was send for repair. After second repair the problem remains the same. They are not able to detect the defect and working on trial basis. Already more than 15 days has passed but still my truck is in the workshop and their service setup not able to detect the defect. I request you to kindly up with the service department for proper repair of my truck.

      Sir 20 days ke under 3 baar gaadi ko service center le jana pda or har baar vhi same problem ho rhi hai vehicle sir load bhi nhi le rhi hai jitni uski pass hai or pickup bhi kam hota jaa rha hai sirf 20 dino ke andar agar sir aise gaadi ki halat rhi toh EMI kaise pay kar paayenge .

        I'm booked tata tiago xt with Rs5001by upi payment method from puneet automobile azamgarh, 's Jaunpur branch dated 19/10/2020.He promised to give car onroad price 580000/on date 24/10/2020 but dealership not delivered car timely. He demanded more money for delivery .I'm cancelled deal 24/10/2020 but dealership not refunded my booking amount and harassed me. Please resolved my problem immidiatly.

          Right from the day of delivery of Nexon to me, there are issues in a)HVAC, b) bubbles in front windshield, c) Rust in front disc brakes, and d) sharp edge in front driver door due to poor quality beading finishing. Because of this I got blood injury on forehead near eye while opening door from outside.
          Kindly refund my money and take the defective car back.

            My booking is done on 26th of September 2020 at TAFE Access, Coimbatore -Tamil Nadu. At the time of booking, they promised me to delivered my new Tata Nexon XM Blue color within 3 weeks. I made a initial payment of Rs.50000 on booking. Later from Bank loan, they have credited 6.06 lakhs. Balance will be paid at the time of delivery.

            As I am expecting that I will get my new car before 19th of this month.
            when I ask for my status, no one is aware of the status and keeps prolonging.

            Upon speaking to Manager, he gives me a reply that delivery will take 4 to 6 weeks. When I ask about delivery promised in 3 weeks during booking, I am not getting proper reply.

            During booking, its been clearly explained to executives about my travel and expecting delivery within 3 weeks.

            But they do not give any specific answer to me.

            Now its been more than 4 weeks and still no clue on my vehicle status.

            I did not expect such a response from this dealer.

            Please expedite my delivery.

            Such a worst support from Tata Motors. More than 6 weeks and the vehicle is not yet allotted to me. The sales have promised to deliver in 3 weeks and still no response.

            Tried to contact Tata motors Area Manager over phone and mail but no response.

              We have placed an order for TATA Altroz xe1.2 RTN BS6 on 1st September 2020 (1/9/2020)for 6, 10, 000 from Malayalam motors muvattupuzha kerala. But even after 40 days from the date of purchase there is no response from the dealers.Then after regular visit and making calls over phone the same was delivered on 28/10/2020 for 6, 27, 620 with out fitting the mudflap . The car was there for last 8 days, but they hadn't done the temporary registration procedure and it was done by our own risk. After delivery on road the front mirror on right side fell down.It is very sad to say that the customer service is very bad.They neglected the urgency of the customer.please do necessary action for the bitter moments experienced by us.Hope for the best. The details of the complaints are enclosed herewith

                  The Worst has WORSEN..

                  My story comes with a heavy heart and disbelief I never thought I would be in a position where I am left with no choice but to take help of social media in order to get some response from TATA, it’s a sad state where I have posted many positive feedbacks and lovely experience of HEXA XTA, I have to admit that those were is mere excitement and now when the actual picture came in front I am deeply saddened.

                  A few words of my back ground, perhaps I am the oldest fan of TATA in passenger cars starting with their first Indica and then upgraded Indica, followed by Safari storme and now to HEXA XTA. While many o[censored]s may take this as false information so I am even writing the registration number of the vehicles for the verification purposes, perhaps even some TATA guy who is lesser lethargic then the ones who are dealing with me will find time to study the pain.

                  Every moment of these purchases I have gone through bad referrals from all my known peoples and some of the typical sentences were.

                  Don’t take Tata product they are terrible in support..
                  Don’t keep tata car even one day post three years, else it will show its true colors.
                  Tata Can only make trucks, don’t buy passenger cars.

                  I really don’t know why I didn’t listen to them and went on purchased TATA cars throughout my life because of many obvious reasons as you all know being supportive of INDIAN company.

                  This belief and trust of mine has shattered and I have suffered a lot, all troubles of Indica were ignored because let’s give them chances they are new and will gradually improve the platform, promises of SAFARI quality were told to me by the dealer sales team now that TATA is using the expertise of Jaguar and Land rover so be assured of it, however I had huge trouble of AC. Let’s keep the story short and come to current one.

                  I purchased my HEXA XTA vide number UP14 DJ 3266, on 26 September 2017

                  March 7th 2020 I found that there is a minute cracking sound when I switch in the AC, out of my aged experience with TATA it was clear that might be a fuse or some issue which I will get it addressed when I visit the workshop. However I did call their customer care 1800 no of 15h March and updated this, I was advised to visit the nearest dealership, one more thing usually we keep the number of workshop people whom we get our cars serviced regularly, in my case it was concorde motors Patparganj but they have shut down shop, so I complaint to their toll free number and these people act like a bot with typical answers.

                  Thanks to CORONA I couldn’t go to workshop but I was abit relaxed that it was announced that car services shall be extended.
                  Another major factor was my job comes under essential services and hence I was given an ePass for movement during corona, the ePass needed a car number and it to be pasted on windshield hence I used my other car and HEXA was idle at home as I cannot use both the cars during corona.

                  I took my HEXA to SAGAR MOTORS Noida on 13th October and I was told that the AC compressor has gone….

                  The chain of pain started from the same day..

                  Let me be very clear here that I am not posting this message to save my few thousands but to make people aware the torture I have gone through.

                  I decided to approach the correct forum which is customer care centralised email, regional manager customer care, dealership all in loop and decided to escalated the request to higher authority if the action is not taken, to my surprise the BEST LETHARGIC TEAM OF Tata Motors didn’t even tried to contact me except the emails which has come from dealership end proposing me discount in repairs.

                  Can you believe that ?? I now realise that why my friends were opposing going to this brand and also had various apprehensions. All were true..

                  A 20 Lakh car, meter ticking 47000 Kms only, always serviced on time from dealership has AC compressor gone. And the TATA Support team didn’t even have time to respond, the answer from dealership end is three years have been passed and we guaranteed your vehicle till three years.

                  Wow, perhaps they didn’t know that the AC compressor of any car be it, has a minimum life of ten years, I would have accepted their arguments if the vehicle would have run more Kms or their might not be CORONA which has forced me not to come out.

                  I am not surprised now by Tata Motors out of their attitude in taking this case forward. I also heard that we took the case to proper forum of customer care and they rejected.

                  Rejected ??? as if I am begging for a discount, I just want them to accept the fact that their best CAR HEXA XTA AC compressor can go off in three years and few days.

                  Just accept this fact that you have fooled us by the name of inheriting jaguar or land lover legacy while selling tata cars and it is nothing but a piece of [censored] which won’t work even 10 days after 3 years.

                  I will gladly junk this away, but answer this publicly and accept this, you made mockery of me by not following the peoples recommendation not to go for TATA BRAND.

                  YOU CAN CHANGE THE SHAPE AND NAME OF YOUR PRODUCT, YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE IT HAS WORSEN FROM WORST.

                  Why should I alone enjoy the humiliation, dear tata motors, please prove that whatever I am saying is not correct or face the firing. Of course I will take you to consumer forum but first taste the social media.

May i know your valid reason after complaint i still didn't got any response from your side . Thought i was near by service center and showroom !! Is this your service . I am highly disappointed from your service i didn't got any service last night . Call center supervisor Ranjeet behalf of him i left the car over night and walked away home by 1:45 pm .

                        Shockers of my vehicle got damage with only 13500 km run of vehicle.
                        Vehicle Reg no UK-06-AQ-8498
                        Yr of Mfg 2017.
                        1) With this low km run there should be no damage.
                        2) Dealer at Rudrapur charging exorbitantly.
                        3) Local mechanic says mounting damage, but individual spare not available.

                        Certainly a defect, which customer has to bear, since it is out of warranty.

                              Dear sir I kumar utkarsh booked a nexon xz+ dt petrol on 24th September 2020.in shanker motor patna. It's now more than a month had gone.I do not know when I get the car.I need to know the specific date of delivery from your end because dealer says as soon as he get the car from TM factory he will deliver.google says waiting in patna is 30 days.please tell the date of delivery to me.                                 I have booked tata nexon XZA+ from Pune, Bafna motors on 19th August 20.
                                Today 24th October 20, I still haven't received my car.
                                It was said 4-6 weeks but right now i am on going to 10 weeks.

                                  My Tata Tiago which was bought in March 2019 runs approximately 3500 KM provides only average 9.4 km per litter milage against companies claim 23 km per litter. This is a clear case of misleading buyer with false information by tata motors. It is a real scam. I feel that I'm cheated by tata motors with their false claims regarding milage of tata tiago which is no where near 23 km per lit as per their claim. Being a low middle class buyer this kind of low milage is making a big hole in my pocket. I think it is a faulty car and tata should replaced the same or buy back with reasonable price as it never be sell in open market carring a milage tag 9.4 km per litter. My car number is WB 12 AX 8369.

                                    I have booke an Tata Harrier XZA+ DT RED & BLACK on 29th September of 2020. On booking time DION AUTOMOTIVES BHUBANESWAR (ODISHA) to deliver my car by 19th of October but due to some personal reasons I have asked them to extend my delivery to 25th of October as it is the eve of Dusshera. They committed me of the delivery but cheated me with selling my car to any other. When I asked them they replied me it’s an order froM TATA MOTORS that you can’t keep a TATA HARRIER with you for more than 7days. I asked them what about the promise of TATA and your company replied me back in front of money there is no place for your emotions. I have deposited 30000 on booking. I was to exchange my old car and have given them on 16th of this month.
                                    As I know that I will get my new car on 25th of this month.
                                    Sir on 25thOctober is a special day for all o[censored]s and specially for Hindus. They denied to give me the delivery. When I visited the showroom I was made seat for more than an hour to meet GM of the showroom and when finally I met him the person in front of me was a very bas...d person who even don’t know how to get behave with a customer. That person did the mistake by selling me cr to another fur just instant money and was talking to me in a very arrogant manner such as he or his company hasn’t done anything wrong me. They took my old car without any paper work and said me we will give it tomorrow but when I asked for papers tomorrow replied sorry sir our staffs are on leave due to COVID-19. God knows what they would have done with my car in these seven days. I cancelled my booking with them and informed them to return my booking amount and car and they very easily retuned my car and said me to wait 3 to 4 days for booking amount refund. I feel they might have done something wrong with my car and it’s the planning to just cancel the booking by doing something wrong with my car.

                                    I Was very much surprised with their behaviour in booking and behaviour on cancellation of my car.
                                    They played with my Emotions and feelings.

                                    After corona as every Indian I was also wanting to go for Swadeshi (inspired by our Honourable Prime Minister shri Narendra Mosiji and the Respected chairman Of TATA group Mr. Ratan Tata sir but I am really disappointed with DION AUTOMOTIVES group.

                                    I have cancelled my car with Dion and tried somewhere else with another dealer and if I get failure to get it by 30th of this month will go for any other company such as MG or KIA but not TATA coz having faith on TATA’s dealer and TATA will no more be so easy for me to do. I have cancelled this only for the worst behaviour of GM and the sales person Mr. ROMI PATTNAYAK who cheated me and my feelings.

                                      Please help as commitment date is passed & we waited for more than three-four weeks for our new cars TATA NEXON XZA+(P), Daytona Grey & now dealer is saying that vehicle billing not done yet.
                                      As per them billing is not process by TATA motors & dealers cant do any thing regarding this.

                                      At time of booking dealers persons told be that it will be delivered by 17th OCT 2020, till 16th as per them it will be delivered by time & they working for that but till date i didn't get vehicle delivery.

                                      Now, as per dealers if billing will be done than it will be delivered after Dussehra festival or till Diwali festivals.

                                      Why dealers not told us actual scenario regarding vehicle delivery at time of booking, as due to them we have to suffer.
                                      Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
