    Hi.

    I booked Tata Tiago car on 4th October with dealer Go Auto pvt.Ltd Okhla Delhi with 5000 rupees by credit card, but due to some personal issues I requested for cancellation on next day, I sent one email to them about it also had conversation sales guy on call and whtsapp chat he agreed to initiate cancellation and prepare a refund cheque, however since then he's saying next day next day

    I really need help from Tata authority to take action against this dealer.

      Hello Team,
      I have booked the Tata Nexon XM (S) on 21th sep2020 at Jay Automotive Baramati. At the Time of booking they said that it's took hardly 30 days to delivered the vehicle. They said like before Dussera festival we delivered the vehicle. Usually everyone wants to took new vehicle in festive time. So I obey it. now they said that due to some problems car delivery was delayed.after festival we will delivered the vehicle. But I checked with other Car Dealers they are ready to give delivery of same vehicle before festival.
      So please look into this matter as soon as possible. Try to help get vehicle in time.

        As i have booked TATA NEXON XZ+ PETROL VARIENT at 18/08/2020 and its been more than 60 days they are still giving fake promise for delivery and giving us reason that TATA MOTOR is unable to deliver them car... So i would request you to please look into matter as it really disappoint ..this is second time i am not able to get car from tata motor as i have booked once before also at verenyam tata motor bhopal and they have done same to us...please follow up regarding my complaint at my mai.           I bought tata tiago xz in july'18. Since the time I bought it, I faced lot of fuelling problems (inconsistent throttle response) mostly during uphill slow moving traffic between 20-30kmph in 2nd and 3rd gear. It also misfires when the car is slowed down and suddenly when I try to accelerates. The service centre representatives say that it is a normal issue with 3 cylinder cars and there's nothing much they can do about it. I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible as this issue is very dangerous and I have escaped many problems while driving over flyovers when the car suddenly loses power in middle. I have also mailed the customer support team 2 months ago but they did not replied on the mail too.

            Dear Tata Motors Team,

            I have purchased Tata Nexon XMA model on 21-Sep-2020 and I have seen a crack developed on my front glass shield. Contacted and Tata Motors help line and team was mentioned talk to agency or dealer. I was contacted the dealer and they said all the cars standing in sunlight must get crack but which is not that real situation.(From last 10days daily rain fall and not much temperature also.). And Simply said claim insurance. Here matter not about how to claim thing is why this happen and how to resolve.

            My concern,
            how the issue of the glass shield crack can be resolved as in future it may break while running and can cause serious injury to the people sitting inside which will not be good with nexon image as it has given 5 star ratting for safety concern.

            I hope that my above query would be taken as high priority and concrete solution is provided to resolve my concern as early as possible.
            Being very high faith in tata motors, i expect resolving of my mentioned issue at the earliest.

              I am a customer of Tata Tiago, after starting the car a sign 'a car with spanner across' showing.Already I submitted 3 tlmes my car to servicing centre 'muthoot Tata group's in kottarakkara at that time sign get cleared but after 24hrs the sign reappears, recently on 15 Oct, 2020, I admitted my car to the servicing centre they cleared the sign but on 16 Oct 2020 evening sign reappeared.please take appropriate step to solve this problem

                I am from Vijayawada Andhra pradesh i have purchased a TATA TIGOR car on 18 Mar 2020 purchased car is 2018 Sep make Tigor XZ car taken from Vizag Tata dealer Tristar Auto agencies ( Vizag) PVT LTD in Vizag but i am residing at vijayawada, i have taken the car with availing loan from SBI Bank later on delivery at 400 hrs break down issue for petrol pipe damage, then Vijayawada TATA dealer Jasper Industries has given service after fore days continues followup and lot of suffering, later for first service after 3rd month from purchase date service done by Vijayawada Dealer but on second service after 6 months from purchase date i came to Vijayawada dealer for 2 nd service with lot of complaints on my car then vijayawada dealer objected to service on second service coupon then i came to know that the vehicle has been delivered to some other person before to deliver the car to me, after 3 to 4 months from first delivery the same car has been given to me as brand new car so the Vijayawada dealer conformed that my 2 nd service was lapsed then i came to know that i am second owner to my new car which is 100% not acceptable, Vizag dealer Tristar Auto agencies pvt Ltd cheated me like anything

                  I have booked the Tata Nexon XM (S) on 9th sep2020 at Venkataramana Automobiles. While the Time of booking they said that it's took hardly 40 days to delivered the vehicle. They said like before Dussera festival we delivered the vehicle. Usually everyone wants to took New vehicle in festival time.                     I have contact with HR Pooja Sharm Fauji job and first she taken from me 2150 rupees as registration fees uniform and ID card and laptop package price 7000 and they ask me salary account details which I was not having they told me toupee 10000 they will open my account I said no I want to cancel my file and refund my money now they are not giving him my money back (help me)

                      Booked a nexon car on 11 sept with sla of 4 weeks, chasing for delivery since 1st week of oct. Sales guy said he forgot to mention 7 weeks lead time while we were booking. Then again he said that cars booked after 2 sept have sla of 11 weeks.
                      No transparency is maintained. Have raised this to bafna as well, they say nothing is in their hand

                        I had purchased a Nexon XM from M/S A M TATA Jammu in Dec 2019 and during 2nd service of said car at AM TATA Jammu in begining July 2020 i was advised by the company to get the arm and radiator support replaced as the said two parts had been damaged due to vehicle slipped in a drain near my house on their advise i requested the said company to get them replaced they told me the spare parts will be booked and whenever received you will be informed accordingly from that time I am time and again enquiring from the company and from last week regularly enquiring but no proper reply is given it is as such requested to kindly look in to the matter and get the issue resolved on priority

                          It has been more than 10 days my car is at my nearest showroom(BASUDEV AUTOMOBILES HAZARIBAGH) having oil leakage issue, recently breakdown occured within an hour of servicing done by ur company, my music system is also not working, door problem as well as I am suffering with some more defects the other day .
                          These showroom people always assure to sort out my problem but do nothing and return my car in the defected form .I am facing lots of incovinience with my car and its service need an urgent solution for this

I have paid the manager the actual requested amount . he is not giving a proper statement for the amount what I paid . after all long conversation he sent me a copy of invoice which gave me a feeling that I bought it from a toy shop.

                            No signature nothing on statement.

                              I bought a nexon XZ+O model a month ago and the ira app isn't synced till now. Despite sending the car to the service station no solution has been provided. The dealer cosmos vehicle at jalandhar isn't replying to my concerns and the bafna motors dealership at pune where i had given my vehicle for the app is also not replying.

                                We had booked a tata nexon xz+ petrol variant on 15th august. The saleslady told us that car will be delivered in 4-5 days after finance. After giving the confirmation of finance there was a no response from the dealership. We kept calling the dealer every 3rd day to keep a check, but everytime there was the same answer that the car has not come from tata motors so what can we do? It's almost been 2 months now 15th October, very poor service. Going to cancel my nexon and book scross which has a decent service at Nexa

                                  Sales Executive (Manish Kulkarni) don't know how to treat customer, they literally judge you by your appearance and age. Still I just wanted to buy car and I ignored all this things, at the time of booking executive promised that car will be delivered in 3 weeks, when I called him to confirm the status of my booking, he took U turn from his promise and said he never promised of delivering car in 3 weeks and it will take another 3 weeks for delivery, but I do have proof of his earlier conversation, so I called his manager to complain, but she (Deepa Khedkar) was not accepting this and was taking stand for her wrong employee.. My loan is already approved and my first EMI date was before my car delivery date, just because of this unprofessional people.. Tata has really big name, and we trust Tata but this dealers and their unprofessional employess are ruining Tata's image...

                                    I, Dr. Sandeep A V (working at Govt. General Hospital, Wayanad, Kerala) and my colleague had purchased two Tata Harrier, XZ Plus and XZA Plus dark edition respectively on 23/09/2020 from Rotana Motors, Calicut. On the same day, I gave my car for ceramic coating at EVM YasMark, Calicut. While checking they noticed paint sagging in the right front door, scratch on dickey inner side, orange peeling on rear bumper, fade effect on right center pillar, paint touchup in round shape in rear left side door. So they stopped their work and informed me about this. I informed the same to the Rotana Service Manager, Mr. Nishanth on the same day and he came on 26/09/202 at EVM Yasmark and confirmed the same. He told me that they are ready to repaint the damaged parts, but I wasn’t ready to use a repainted vehicle just after delivery. He assured that he will clear the paint related issues during first free service and sent a mail stating the same. Now I feel like using a damaged vehicle. Tata is providing this dark edition vehicle with extra rate and excluding all purchase benefits. Then why should I adjust with these painting issues.
                                    I was choosing Tata Harrier with pleasure after experiencing ride on Creta, Seltos, Hector, etc. I’m still satisfied in its great appearance and performance, but I got totally disappointed with its painting perfection.
                                    I have no issues with Rotana Motors’ dealership. As a dealer, they gave me all support. So, to conclude, I expect you either to replace my vehicle or to give compensation for using a damaged vehicle. I expect a response at the earliest; otherwise I will proceed legally via consumer court.
                                    I am already getting a lot of enquiries from doctors group about the vehicle and till now I gave good feedback. I expect all the support from Tata Motors as you are much concerned on Covid warriors. Photos of damaged parts have been attached for your reference.

                                        I was booked a nexon xz petrol varent from thiruvalla MK motors in 18/08/2020 in the name of Jolly kuriakose at that time saleman said that within 25 days they can deliver the car .And also the fund transfer to MK motors on August last last week.But now about 58 days have passed and I have paid my first emi but they have not delivered the car till now so please to understand my bad experience from your showroom .And make the delivery immediately .
