I booked my nano CX at the time of initial booking and paid Rs. 1,20,000/- as booking amount and got delivery in September 2010. I have upgraded it to Nano LX by paying diffence of amount and got Tata Nano Lx On 30/07/2010 thr dealer ASPI Cars Ahmedabad

Following complaints
(i) Inner lining, in front and back is very stiff, cutting is not accurate, not enough margin so every day that lining comes out from the body. Quality is very inferior type compared to other nano cars of the same model or CX. It is very stiff and rough material.
(2) On backside above engine, cracked and lower quality body material is used
(3) Rug material used in dikky portion is also of inferior quality
(4) Bonet portion was damaged, which one could see.( At the time of delivery ) So ASPI men changed the bonet and took two hours. We have to sit their and wait for 2 hours at the time of delivery. It was too late so we could not check much.
(5) After coming home we noticed one dent below car But ASPI men are saying no it was not there at the time of delivery Bottom metal sheet is badly bent, I[censored] want I can sebd u some photographs also
(6) One thing I want to say about ASPI cars your dealer - Not at all satisfactory Some of the scratched and complaint about door they promised to cover up in first service but we suffered a lot. The car was not ready at the time of delivery and also at the time of first service.
(7) A.C. Jali shutters are not finished well
I was very much exited about my new car and which was world's the best cos. smallest car and praised by world's great people. I m fan of Tata Group. I m possessing Gold Card of West side and also of Tanishque. I m using many TATA items like car, watches, ornaments, clothes, mobiles, phones, etc etc and very much satisfied with all the items. i m also holding shares and mutual fund s of TATA group of co. since long.
But this nano car disappointed me. My sister has also same nano car but has very nice finnishing inside and outside so we were very much happy aout the car but particularly my piece of car given by ASPI is not worth and it totally disappointed me.
So what u can do in this matter Please help me to find a way and guide me

TATA NANO — service
During third service I told that 1.oil chamber was leaking bht after serviced still oil chamber is leaking 2.body is being corroded but it si not attended
