I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT THE INTERNET SINCE THEN BECAUSE THERE IS LOW SPEED AND ALWAYS INTERRUPTION OF NETWORKS. MY TATA PHOTON WHIZ NO IS [protected]. MY CONTACT NO IS [protected]. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM URGENTLY . AN EARLY ACTION IS REQUESTED. I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED A COMPLAIN IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO ANY SOLUTION HAS BEEN MADE.     I have puchased my tata photon today from connaught place delhi and the tata guys were not able to install it in my laptop then finally they have said that the laptop hadware (dell latitude e5500) is not compaitible with your laptop. you required to replace this. When i have complain this in zonal office of tat photon this guys said windows is installed i donn't how to connect on it. I know how to connect only in windows xp. when i have complain for the same this guy name was pankaj (not confirm) he has started abusing to me and tried to hit me then his colleague has put him in pantry room and close the door. And said to me that this guy is mad and apologize for the same so in the i have gone to purchase tata photon not to meet with a mad guy so what he is doing in the office in tata photon.

    I this type [censored]ng service they are offering and then asking for feedback.

      Hello

      i have purchased tataphoton+ HUAWEI EC1261 in chennai. As per the system requirements/specification, it will support windows7 32-bit OS.
      In reality it not supporting windows7 OS.

      1) After installing the device software, the device is not detecting and it's failing to find it.

      2) The second thing is that when i installed the device software, my laptop operating system is not shutting down and rebooting properly instead its crashing with blue screen.

      3) When i completely removed the tataphoton+ software from my laptop, its able to shutting down & rebooting properly.

      4) My laptop USB Device is perfectly fine, it's able to detect all devices, except tataphoton+

      5) Tata photon+ is not compatible with windows7, they were cheated me. i lost money and lost valuable time.

      6) Tata photon+ service men/customer care representatives didn't gave any solution.

      7) When i speak with manager of the shop where i purchased this device, he is refering to tataphoton+ customer care and diverting without giving any response.

      Need urgent help regarding this problem, and how can i proceed further.

        I had raised a complaint with respect to photon plus which was linked to my account on Jan-2010, there was no proper response and I couldn’t use my photon connection for last three month which is highly critical for my kind of work where I need to access my mails & do my work, so I had an severe mental torture as my whole lot of office work everything went for toss. I have already suffered lot of loss and pain due to your service issue. I would request to discontinue this service at once and pay back the cost of harassment as well as deposited money, device cost with interest...

        Note: - for your reference please review the bellow mentioned points, this will be very helpful for your for your judgment in favour of authentic truth...

        1. Why you are revised our credit limit 800/- to 2500/- without our conformation or request...

        2. Bill No[protected], period 03/07/10 to 02/08/10, Bill Amount Rs 1868.00 (As previous billing we recd unusually excess billing recd from for the period of 03/07/10 to 02/08/10 ) and no appropriate response recd from your end for rectification of of bills Rs 1868.00, and neither i have to recd bill wise detail from your side...

        3. Ensuing payment not done by our side and is barred by you on dt 7th Aug-2010 without any information due to non payment essue...

        4. On 5th Aug-2010 New bill generated and the same mailed to us on 8th Aug 2010 , bill No[protected], bill period 03/08/10 to 02/09/10 Amount Rs 1868+480 = 2348.00/- (without single minutes used due to service is barred by TATA Indicom side)

        5. In between July-10 to 26th Sept-2010, I got it approx100 calls “Iin office time’ or night from your collection agent or TaTa Indicom CSE dept for payment , but no single respond on our request for item wise bill detail...

        6. On 25th Sept-10 we get it a call from Rs. Riya (M #[protected] and he assure us for wavering/adjustment of extra charged amount Rs.548.00 and payment of Rs 1800.00, but she is not agreed to provide us the same thru mail or on TATA letter head...

        7. On 26th Sept-2010 Ms. Riya Re-called to us ...and he assured us for written confirmation...and final payment of Rs. 1800.00 (In cash mode)...and the same is same day preceded thru our end as receipt No 903565 on dt 26th Sept-2010 and service is activated now in front of collection agent...

        8. After ten days (4th Oct-2010) now received the bill for the period of 03/09/10 to 02/10/10, bill No[protected], Amount Rs. 1170.00/- with use of some minutes & and finding it wrongly activated plan “HSIA HNI 950 Night Minute Plan” + Rs 200 o[censored]n known charges like “Account level Other Charges and Account level NRC etc...

        9. For the period of Aug to Oct 2010 please the conversation and request detail as mentioned bellow (the TaTa Indicom response is self explanatory for reference)

        a) Request #[protected] on dated 17st Aug-10 for Monthly rental plan of Rs.250.00 , Your customer service dept assure that requested tarrif will effective from 3rd Sept-2010 after closing of billing cycle...but the same is wrongly activated as point Sr. No 08

        b) Request #[protected] on dt 21st Aug-10 for reduction of credit limit 2500 to 1200/- because the same is enhanced up to 2500/- without our confirmation or intimation to us

        c) On ...Sept -10 , we surprised to lessen from TaTa CSE “our plan is wrongly activated “HSIA HNI 950 Night Minute Plan & Request No #[protected] for correction of tariff plan, CSE dept assured us for correction of plan as requested in as per Request No[protected] with immediate effect...
        Note: No action has been done as per above request and finally I got is bill of Rs.1170.00 for the period of 03/09/10 to 02/10/10) with Monthly rental plan “HSIA HNI 950 Night Minute Plan, bill No.[protected] for the period of 03/09/10 to 02/10/10). As per our request No.[protected] No action done from TaTa Indicom side ..

        d) On 6th Oct-10,i have recd a SMS from TATA Indicom “ your outgoing service in suspended as your current uses has crossed your credit limit... (we shocked outt after receiving is this SMS because Now I/m in out station and our discussion held with SCE for correction of tariff plan “in this situation I,m completely unable to report our office or any other due to non availability of net connectivity due to service issue of TATA indicom...

        e) On dated 7th Oct-2010, our discussion held with Tata CSE and he assured us for reduction of excess amount up to Rs.450.00 (I.e. 1170-450 = 720) and closing of matter in 720.00/- in 24 Hr , Now he assured us for confirmation of subject discussion thru reply mail..but as on date no response or mail recd from your end and neither have to recd revised bill from TATA Indicom side...

        f) As on date our service is still barred and TaTa indicom is following us for payment only thru his collection agent...

        TATA Indicom — Incorrect billing - Cheating customers

        Sir,
        I've had the worst internet broadband connection(Tata indicom) for nearly 2 years. They have the most awful customer care. Every month i have connectivity problems, and when i contact the customer care, they promise to resolve it in 24 hrs but they more than 3 days to resolve and they dont call back to confirm if the connection is fine after rectification. They have a stupid night unlimited scheme ( 9pm to 9am free) for which we pay an additional Rs.299 every month. Last month, on 3 days, i started using the internet at 9 pm and used upto the next morning 6am. For that they charged me Rs.200 on each day and at the end of three days i was charged Rs.600 and my connection got terminated because of account nil balance. I contacted the customer care for more than 10 times and no one was able to reply properly to my query and after 20 days they came back to me and said i had started using the connection at 8.59 pm and so i've been charged for the entire night usage. They did not refund my money and closed my complaint. They are so happy to let go of a customer. After all they cheated me and earned Rs.600 last month. If they do like this to every customer, imagine !!!

        Tatatel services/data card — not responding after receiving payment

        I have paid all the money they required and all documents they required on 11th Nov-08 till 22nd Nov-08 no body is even responding. So I feel cheated.
        ITS A RASCAL COMPANY I TELL YOU... CHEATING EVERY WHERE... PISS OFF TATA INDICOM...

        Solutions Point — Billing Issue

        Sir,

        I have taken a new connection with connexxion in the month of Jan 2009 with the Tel No[protected]

        And C A No- [protected] in the name of Solutions Point InfoTech. Received a bill of Rs. 539/- and

        I have paid the amount .Next month Tel No has been changed to 28822424 and given the bill of Rs. 4668/- in the month of Mar 2009. 3000/- has been charged as special number, as I have never asked or even given concent on any VIP No. I am only willing for connexxion No which starts with 288.

        Even I have no problem in changing the Tel No also. As I am not ready to pay Rs. 3000/- more.

        I have gone 10 times to MTNL, Preet Vihar office. I have moved a file also One and half month back. But it is thankless.

        Please do something, so that I can use the telephone.

        TATA Indicom — Incorrect billing and no response

        I am using Tata Indicom ([protected]) for almost 10 months now. In Jan, they charged extra Rs.462 against the Voice Portal. I spoke to the customer care and sent numerous email explaining them that I have never used Voice Portal service. I requested them to verify that I have never activated Voice Portal on my number and hence the billing is incorrect and the charges of Rs.462 should be waived off.

        But they have not paid attention to my request. They suspended my service since Jan but they are still charging me every month and my phone bill amount is increasing every month. I also requested them to disconnect the service but they insist on paying the full amount.

        Now I am in losing position since my bill is kept on increasing while my service is suspended.

        Please register a complaint and take action against Tata Indicom. They are charging customer for the service that the customer has never used.

        TATA Indicom — BILLING CHEAT

        Tata Indicom is an absolute cheat. Each month they activate a plan from their database, and on receiving my bill i am forced to pay for those activated plans. When i havent used any of them in the first place. When you question them,they blame it on you, and act very ignorant of their faults. I have a walky connection, to which they have activate numerous plans, my complaint request has been filed, but now they have charge me almost Rs.700 as RenTal itself! rental for facilities i havent even used!.. Im actually fed up with their service. Even the telecallers are highly inactive,they keep you on hold for 15minutes at a stretch.
        They are absolute frauds,who exploit consumers,n when bills are not paid they send you letters from court. I really hope the Court takes a strict action against them

        TATA Indicom — Regarding wrongly costing of charge

        I had talk customer care on 12524 on 03.06.2011 from wrongly costing of charge Rs. 0.60/- while dialing on the number as well as no. was ringing and it got ended after while still my 0.06 got deducted and this happening many times. so I call customer care, but they said that call was conducted by me.

        But again again can it happen.
        I Recharged my Tata Photon + on 31st July 2011 having number [protected] KANAKARAJ.
        After using the photon in my house, Didn't get Tower in my House .
        I contacted customer support they gave me various settings, but couldn't get solution.

        I spoke to Various executive in customer care, They said to changed various setting in the computer, but didn't get any result.
        I called customer care 4-5 times, call attended Executive names Vinoth, anil, Mohamed, kumar, ramesh, , etc.
        People say one repeated dialogue : i will take this issue in high priority .
        The complaint was registered 09 july 2011.
        My Ticket ID NO : ptc[protected]

        since than today is[protected] still my photon is not working and not used.
        I don't know how much day Enough for Resolved my problem.

        I have recharged my Photon + the validity is one month and I still face the same problem

        The quality of people for CC as well as maintenance is pathetic.

        Is this how the global company works?

        Kindly I would request consumer forum to help me to Resolve my Tata photon Tower issue in my place.

          I have registered a complaint with Tata Photon Plus Customer Care on the 3rd of October, as I was unable to connect my internet. The customer care promised me 24 hours and now one week has gone and they have not provided me with the solution.

          The Validity of my recharge is 30 days in which 14days have already gone if this week also passes by then my whole money is in vain.

          We have not received hard copy of the bill last three months because of We shifted our office.we have not able to pay without bill, in this regards our company person went to your customer care centre continuously three days, but they are not given any bill copy so far. they are not answering properly at Kasturibai nagar Customer care centre dayar, chennai 20( Near Nally silk). So kindly help us to get the detaild bill for the bellow our official mail id.

            My Tata Photon Plus Account No. is[protected] and TataIndicom No. [protected] witg Tarff Plan is HSIA [protected]@950 Capping Plan. The connection was taken on 15/09/2010. My main purpose to take the connection to give an important presentation at Kolkatta and do net chating with clients. It is really sad to inform that no broad band connectivity available, it was an embarassing situation for me and my whole trip got badly effeected. This shows the big claims by your company about the service is complete lie and hollow.

            The moment came back, I called at your customer care. It was promised that within 24 hrs Service Engr will visit my residence. But, here also no one turned up, for this I was already prepared mentally, because this is a normal culture of big organisation like yours.

            However, after 3 days of my complain one of your staff called me and wanted to know, what is the problem. It is really a laughing matter, how could a service receiver will know about the peoblem? After testing they could not resolve the issue and it was said that due to tower problem, this data card will not work. This was another surprise, because when the connection was provided, do your marketing person not aware about this or they only concern about to sale the product and keep their score high.

            I have already suffered lot of loss and pain. I would request to discontinue this service at once and pay back my deposited money with interest.

              Hi my name is Mr Mukul Roy . I am a Photon wizz Customer. But I am not satisfied by your Monthly bill for the month of OCT 2010 . My rental is Rs 574 per month but I was charged Rs 683 for the month of Oct 2010 with out any usage of your service. As I was out of station for the last month . So I was unable to use your service . But can you explain me why I was charge Rs 683 rather than Rs 574 with any usage ? I have already paid the bill as per due date. But I want to kno abt this wrong charge of bill on Photon Wizz ??
              So please do the needfull to correct this problem or else I will Be Bound to leave your service .

                I’ve ordered TATA photon+ through website (http://www.tataphoton.com) on 12 June, 2010, and I’d received call from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd on 14th June, 2010. Saying that they are calling from TATA Photon. Then a Sales Executive, Mr. Dhirenendra came at my place and installed Data card in my Laptop.

                When I ordered this, there was an offer, prompting on the website for free Laptop Bag with Tata Photon+. But instead of that, He offered me Holiday e-Voucher to Goa for 2 nights & 3 days package, which can be redeemed within one year.

                On Date: Sat, 19 Jun 2010 10:46:39 +0530; I received an email from holiday.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com with the link http://offers.connectindia.in/tataTravelVoucher.htm

                When I enter data it gives error like wrong MDN number. I have been contacting Vriti executives but they are not responding neither picking up my calls. Ms.Sarika at[protected] was the executive from Vriti's number is always busy. I had to follow-up with them like anything. Those people never pickup call....whenever I called always busy.... Even at Midnight also.

                  I have puchased tata photon whiz AC8720 on 07/02/2011 and having a quite discomfort using the device.. It is that though the TATA company has printed on the box that it supports the MAC 10.5 and other, but to my surprise i did not found the driver to be installed on the MACBOOK. They provided the Mini CD but i dont think that you TATA people would not be knowing that the MINI CD does not works in MACBOOK.
                  also TATA has not provided the software in the USB modem itself for MAC as it is only given for windows.
                  Also the suppliers of the device does not know what to do & they have no answer for this.
                  I am seriously frustrated and full of anger and thus writing to you as i have downloaded many software from the net or TATA website but none works for my device as my device is ZTE AC8720.
                  Please do something as soon as possible and provide me the correct guidance towards the download of software for MACBOOK OS X 10.5.

                    My tata photon ID is [protected] on my name A.P.Udupa, Sr. Signal & Telecom Engineer working for Anti collision device in Konkan Railways. I had complained about the blocking of my device some days ago. I thank you very much for attending to my problem. I had deputed one supervisor Mr. Kiran shinde and since yesterday evening the device has resumed working.

                    In fact, I was not in Mumbai and I needed this device very badly and contacted Croma Belapur for help from where I purchased the device and got the connection duly submitting the required records on July 2nd but after that time, I remained out of Mumbai for 2 months and so the verification process remained incomplete.

                    However All is well that ends Well. Thank you once again. A.P.Udupa

                      I am using Tata Photon Plus from last two months. The executive told me that I will 3mbps speed on device which they are providing and also they give me offer that in 12 months 200 rs will be deducted from bill amount if I would take plan 850 in which 3 GB is free and I have taken this plan. In first month I got a bill amount of 1073 rs even though I have used less than 200 mb. I have complaint to customer care and tata indicom executive and they have resolve this problem before 1 day of due date of bill. They did not send revised copy of bill and bill amount also not changed in online account. Now, I got second bill on my mail and amount is 3322 rs even I have not used internet whole month. Kindly look for this issue

                        I had got a promotional call from VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD, NOIDA / Mr. Amit Tata Photon to promote sales of the broadband. I made online payment on 29th september 2010 and got the card on same date.

                        He promised me that activation will be in next 24 hours. Accordingly, I made the full payment and got the reference number also.

                        After that, the person just vanished. He doesn't pick up phone despite numerous calls.Today is 7th october and my Tata photon card is not active.

                        On calling Tata Photon customer toll free no i was told that my docs are not submitted. Since then i have called them innumerable times the mentioned below contact numbers

                          Its really shamfull thing that some of the third person utilises and access my internet connection and company customer care says they don't have any tools to track that.!? i have spoken with four differnt executives and all are very well trained in giving fals commitment towards the problem, spoke to them hours to gether each time i have to reapeat wat problem i was facing it means the employees doesn have time to update the complaints sooo busy TATA employees in chit chating it seems.

                          and the forth guys name i forgot each of the employees are giving false commitment about problem solving but none of the employee resolved end of the day i have to suffer its !

                          jus two days back i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid due to nonsense service of the TATAPHOTON
                          thinkin not to disconnect lets make it as prepaid and use it when required but here also the big concern. even after recharging company employee says your account bal is nill so need to recharge again when i was not used it at all. m raising complaint not b'cos i lost 200 bucks i don't want this to happen in future else it will be like i will be keep on recharging and some else will keep on eating the fruit of it.

                          this is pathetic and nonsense service i ever seen in my life....

                            i have purchased tata photon winz for internet surfing from nearby distributer from tata shop located in rang multiplex complex but to my surprise it is not working well i hardely get speed equilent to dialup from thee usd data internet card mydata card number is[protected] but now due to poor service from the provider i want to give backthe instrument and want my money back but the distributer is refusing to do so and also not aggring to change the instrument as he says that it is not in his portfoli to take back the instrument pls suggest and guide also pls provide me some contact details if available with u to do complain to higher authority

                              My name is Vaibhav. I have corporate connection of Tata Photon, [protected].

                              I purchased this photon in Delhi, for my home usage, in Haryana. But after purchasing, I came to know that photon services were not launched in Haryana, and average downloading speed was 12 KBps (96 kbps). This really didn't solved my purpose of taking photon, but still, I was using it.

                              In August billing cycle, I was charged for excess usage. When I checked my account, 3 days usage was found in excess, making overall limit to reach 5819 MB. Those 3 days usage was - 1763, 1473 and 1330 MB.

                              I have not downloaded this amount of data. I have used it approx 8 hours per day, for those 3 days. If I go with the statistics, then there is no way I can reach the limit, as stated in their records.
                              Even downloading at 15KBps (say, this is the maximum speed) for 24 hours will reach to maximum of 1265 MB...
                              But I have used it for 8 hours, means 421 MB usage and this usage is nowhere closer to 1763, 1473 and 1330 MB

                              I logged many complaints regarding the same. But customer care department was unable to do anything (and took 10 days) and delhi nodal team and billing department team did not helped me properly and took 20 days to resolve the issue. They told that usage was correct and gave me 600 Rs off as a goodwill waiver.
                              During that time, they disconnected my net and my work suffered a lot and no one is going to pay for the loss I faced. I requested them several times to activate my net, untill this billing issue was resolved, but they asked me to pay the bill.

                              I paid the bill as I was in urgent need of net. But my issue was still unresolved.

                              There are many things that are not cleared to me -

                              1) How my bill reached 2063 Rs. if my credit limit is 800 Rs?
                              My plan is 550 - 3 GB. Net should have got disconnected as soon as I have reached the limit of 800 Rs.

                              2) My 25 days usage was 1250 MB and next 3 days usage was 4550 MB. How this happened ?
                              I am not a fool to use internet to this limit and pay more than thrice the amount of normal bill.

                              3) How can you use 4550 MB with 12 KBps speed in just 3 days (internet running at max. 10 hours per day) ?
                              Practically, this is impossible. (Make it possible and I will pay ten times the billing amount)

                              4) "This usage was shown in system and system is always correct" (all the staff members - customer care, nodal team and billing department, kept on saying this). Being a technical person, I can clearly state that this is a system error. Who will correct this, as their staff is ignorant towards this ? What if this issue re-occurs ?

                              I escalated this issue on their website, to Mr. Jogesh Nayar, National Service Head. But again, someone from his desk sent my complaint to customer care, and hence, ignored (because customer care is unable to do anything). I mailed him again, thrice, but got no reply. There is no one to resolve my issue in that esteemed organisation. There are big words said by them but no support or service is provided. Check the link of their website.

                                Kind Attention: Sh. Rattan Tata Ji,

                                Sir, I mase up my mind to purchase Internet Data Card (Photon). The Marketing Person came and gave me the demo of this and told me the speed of this card is upto 3 MBPS and the same is written on the product. But when we actually checked the speed, it was below 1 MBPS.
                                When I asked the reason of this, they claryfied that we are not claiming it's actual speed is 3 MBPS, but upto 3 MBPS.
                                I asked whether it provide the said speed (3 MBPS) any time in the day or month or year. Then he said not at all.

                                Sir, my concern whether TATA group has started to sell the product by misleading the client. Has TATA group forget the concept of Jamshed Ji TATA whereas consumer expression is that TATA group never sell the product by quoting wrong information.

                                  I purchased Tata Photon + Connection, because the sales rep told me that the Max Speed is 3.1Mbps and worst case i will get 1.5mbps. I was looking for good speed connection and hence bought this connection. The speed i am getting is ~250kbps. I was very much dis-appointed and called up customer care and the response it says is "speed is upto 3.1 mbps, but 256kbps is good speed and that is what we can give". We cannot give more than this and they mentioned nothing will be done for the complaint. It looks like i am cheated and Tata customer service and nodal officer is not taking responsibility for this.

                                    I brought photon plus data card on Dec 21, 2009... I have been facing lot of problems, I called to custmercare to complaint (sofar morethan 1000 times) no proper responces from their end.
                                    every month I have paid a 100+ rupes more than the bill amount...
                                    but this time (for sept) they asking me to pay 200 rupes and i have called to custmer care and loged complaint (complaint no:[protected] and recarded the call, they said that, they will calling back to talk about this issue on or before sept 30, i am still waiting for the call - -- --

                                      This is to inform you that I purchased TATA Photon + internet cable as on 29th Sep’2010 at 11am, connection was started instantly, from 12pm to 1pm I was easily access internet, but from 1pm I facing frequently disconnection in internet using, I complain for the same in TATA Phone Call center, problem was solved for 10 minutes after that I again talk with them they are telling that problem will solved shortly. But no resolution found.



                                      At 3pm I raised a complain for the same the Complain number is , Customer care executive told me that between 24hr engineer will come and solved your problem, on 30th Sep I got a call at 12pm telling that engineer will come in 2hr, but no one came at my house,



                                      On that day around 3pm I again talk with Customer Care than Mr. Amin Rangrej (TL) I talk for the same and I also told him that if you not able to care the customer that take back your TATA Photon, then he told that if you have prepaid Connection use if you want otherwise take with you, we can’t take back. After that he call me and tell me that we arrange a engineer in next 24hr, but no one came,



                                      On 1st Oct I’ll talk with Neha(Nodal officer), she again give me 24hr, but again no one has came.



                                      Actually i am doing add posting work with internet and for that work I give Deposit of 4000rs in Company, and they gave me target of 150 add post per day, but due to internet problem I’ll never reached my arget, now company told me you are not get back your deposit back. Due to TATA Photon I lose my 4000rs. And 2500rs of Tata photon + connection.



                                      For meddle class 6500rs big thing, request you to please do the needful, I am very thank full to you.
