Hi,
I am tata photon internet service holder and I asked to changes my plan of 990 unlimited to 250 ( on 29 July ), He said he will change plan.
Now in August they charging me Data Usage Charges : 500.00 and I DON'T LOGIN FOR SINGLE TIME EVEN AS I LOST MY DONGLE WHILE SHIFTING !!!
Bill Period : 09/08/12 to 08/09/12
Amount : Rs. 842.70, ( Monthly Rentals : 250.00)
I got call from
1. vision.[protected]@yahoo.com - On 2 Nov, To settled issue and I asked him to send my login session as i am sure that i dont login for single time even but later they dont respond.
2. Mr. Nilima from store - on 15 Nov , To settle issue, I explained entire case and asked her to give solution , she said she will talk to main boss and will call again, still I am waiting for call, I called to store for asking , why Nilim not calling, lady on call said, she is on leave.
3. Mr. Pooja from Shivajinagar consumer court : on 19 Dec, I again explained entire case, she said she will call again in 5 min , conversation is of 10 am, its 2 pm now, still waiting for call.
Please please don't buy Tata photon get, they almost touch your feet to take plan but later we come to know, we are just adding fund for photon account, NO responsible person for solving issue, Customer care closed ticket by just giving reply that your problem is solved!!!!

my name is Amit, tata photon+ number is [protected] ....m not able to use my device from past 2 months ( that should be enough to open up your eyes) & regularly almost twice a week complaining to your customercare since then...from the past 2 weeks your stupid nodal office members are making false promises of JE visit....there has been not a single JE visit from your end since past 2 months & now m frustrated & writing this email to you guys ....
i've tried the highest authorities i could talk to including Mr. mayank Jain, Veneet Bhatia & Sudesh & i found them too useless & irresponsinble as your other CC executives....
these guys are simply ruining the reputition of a good brand name like TATA with this kind of lazy behaviour ...i mean a small issue that could be solved within hours is taking so long that it's been over 2 months & these all guys are still answerless .........
still i[censored] are not able to resolve this issue ...i want my full money back i spent on purchasing your sluggish device , so that i can go with Reliance or MTS ......i chose TATA over reliance but i now guess i made a wrong choice & i want my full money back...........i don't want to hear more excuses from your end...just a straight answer...can u solve this issue now ?? or just take your device with you & pay me my 3500 bucks ....
