[Resolved]  Tata Photon — No complaint listen till yet.

Me To customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in 14 Nov Hi, I am user of Tata photon number [protected], From last 4 months i am fedup of your service and now i don't want to continue with your service.As I calld your call center many times for complaint regarding tata photon speed .they put phone on hold and after that phone get disconnect, This happens many times .When your executive call for bill payment and when i told them to please resolve my speed issue of photon. They cut the phone and when i request them to please make my talk with senior manager.Again they disconnect the phone.I mailed many times. I don't understand what exactly problem Tata company have . I will definitely sue on your company for giving bad customer service after taking money in consumer court .Your services making me not to pay your bill. [protected] in morning.In 5 mins conversation he was not having any specific answer to give me .They are just selling packages, If speed is low take this package or that package.They are not problem solver, only they are plan seller and in end they cut phone.If you have recording you can hear, How trained your employees are who disconnect as they have no answer to give. Tata executive caller was misbehaved with me very badly.I also complained but no one there to listened me.
if tata can not provide good service to their customer at least resolve complaint as soon as possible like Airtel.or they should close the company
