I have recharged Sub.ID[protected] with Rs.500 on 2/6/23 and transaction number XT[protected]. I was later realised that I paid for the cancelled set top box. Please refund the money into the card account. Thanks

    I had a word with their customer care now at 7.20 and i explained them that i was not in Mumbai due to certain death in the family from 10 may to 30 may and it is showing in their system that the tv is not used.So when i came back to Mumbai it asked me to recharge the tata sky package.So i request them to refund that amount as I have not used.The lady was too rude and she disconnected the call.Plz look into this matter.

      Subscribed channels and few free news channels are not working.called couple of times to customer service but no resolution.it is frustrating.sometimes hd channels don't work and now sdbalso not working.

        Due to a thunderstorm, our Tata Sky hd box failed to get any connection for two consecutive days. Numerous complaints have been lodged to a Tata Sky technician whose number we had received from the Tata Sky Customer Care. Despite promising numerous times he will come, ‌ he never did. Such deplorable customer service is completely unexpected from a company with a reputation as yours. Please address this situation and do the needful as quickly as possible

          Service Request Fraud

          From May 23, 2023 my Set Top Box is not receiving any signal and for solving that problem I raised a service request on May 24, 2023 in Tata Play app. Request Id is W0#1-4H8R8BEE. It was told technician would visit my place on May 25, 2023 within 9a.m to 12p.m.
          On May 25th, 2023 at 10:38 am I received a sms on my registered phone:
          "Dear Subscriber, Tata Play Technician visit for WO#1-4H8R8BEE is scheduled."

          I recharged my tata sky account on 5th May, 2023 for Rs.100 using Google pay. Transaction was successful but it was not showing in my account and also I didn't receive any SMS confirmation. I complained to customer care but they said it's not their responsibility as they didn't receive the money. But my bank statement and Google pay history shows that transaction is successful to tatasky Paytm account. I mailed them attaching the screenshot too. Tatasky is simply blaming it on Google pay even though transaction was successful.

            I recharged my tata sky on 5th May, 2023 for Rs 100 but that didn't show on my recharge neither did I receive any SMS confirmation. I contacted the customer care and they responded saying it's not their responsibility. I e-mailed them too. But they simply said it's not their responsibility.

              Please do not buy tata sky becuase of his service is very bad and his customer care is close complaint without resolve.
              Because of 10 days TATA SKY shut in my home and i am three user customer in house but they are not resolve my netowork issue problem till date-28.4.2023.

                Tata play is sharing customer information with non customers. I am getting email about and account number [protected] belonging to some Jageswar Bora and the recharges he is doing. I have not been able to figure out if the recharges are coming from my account yet. I have called customer service but every time I talk to them their system is down and they do not escalate to their manager. Nor they do they write down the information to call back.

                  Internet was down for 22 days, horrible experience

                  Recently I had some horrible experience with Tata Play fiber. I made my usual recharge on last month but after that my internet was out for more than 22 days. I raised multiple complaints and talked to several agents, but nothing. Only yesterday my internet was back online. But as I talked to them earlier I was promised that my validity would be extended to 22 days as there was no connection. I do have the call recordings with me if proof...

                  On 12th April 2023, I recharged my tataplay binge of Rs 949 but still it was shown deactivated. So i recharged my account again of Rs740 thinking that itll work this time but still it was shown deactivated. So I called the customer care number and they assured me that itll be resolved within two hours. For the past 7 days Ive been calling them everyday thinking they will resolve the problem but the only thing that I got in return was false promises saying itll be resolved. Today is the 20th of April 2023 and still Im not able to view any of the channels nor the OTT. Kindly help me with this issue.

                        After split I was given new subscriber id [protected] but despite 7 days it was not activated even after lodging complaint with nodal officer. They also charged me for relocation and asked to recharge by 400 bugs.
                        I am really fedup with frequent calls in name of resolution. So at last I changed to Dish TV.

                        I am really fedup with its service and agony caused to me.
                        Requesting you suitable compensation and action against the cheating company.

                          Iam Tata sky customer. Since the last recharge, signals have been slow. Comes only in day time.signal coming in the night time lead.this problem reapets daily.when calling the customer care service they are asking for the amount to fit that there is a signal issues.this has been the case ever since we bought tata sky.please help us

                            TATA PLAY DTH Connection and their service

                            Since installation on March 10, 2023 we are suffering with the below mentioned problem. Despite my several attempts TATA PLAY has not resolved this problem.

                            1. Changing channels through respective zoner like movie, news, spiritual etc., is cumbersome hence the option of “favourite” where the user can group frequently viewed channels for quick and ease of changing.
                            2. The remote that is provided does not have “favourite”...

                              Hi Team
                              I received from [protected] to my mobile at 12:26PM on[protected] mentioning she is from tata sky. The lady person on the call wanted to explain about some tata sky channel newly added. I was busy and said to her that i was not interested to continue the call. But the way she replied back was a bit harsh. She is questioning why i cant spare 10mins and then she had cut the call abruptly.

                              This is very bad spoiling the mood of customers.
