I wanted to recharge my new hd box subscriber ID : [[protected]] with Rs 1000 but by mistake I have recharged old subscriber id: [[protected]].

Recharge was done through my goggle pay

I have done recharge of Rs 200 on 12th Sep 2021 but the amount was not credited to my account. I had raise a complaint after two days and now it is almost 22 days past but the customer care does not bother to resolve my complaint. I will wait for few more days or else need to go to consumer court.

I have bought a new tata sky connection for 2600 rupees for a yearly subscription and My customer Id is [protected]. From the first day, I cannot view all the channels except a few. I had to recharge extra for viewing channels. But when the recharge amount is over the channel doesn't show as usual. The yearly package subscription has many channels which I cannot view. The Tata Sky HD set top box which I use comes with HDMI cable and since yesterday afternoon, it is not showing any sort of video, only audio is being heard. I've tried many ways but nothing yield an output. Neither Tata Sky website nor The Chat Bot are providing satisfactory responses. Kindly look into it....

It is showing from last 2.5 hours software updating and restarts from 0% from every 63%. Tata sky officials on helpline number are also not providing helpful reply. I dont understand how much bad tata sky broadcast is working for few paid channels like suntv, vijay, z tamil during the evening time (Prime time). We can see only blank screen. Despite master reset, reset tata sky box, power reset nothing seems to be working fine. While other free channels like 1546, madha channel, vijay super are working fine, why only this issue is happening for few channels?

We have subribed hd channels . But since last week we are not able to view hd channels all other channels are clear. On my complaining the same on helpline number, they demanded visiting charge of rs.150/- we argued as when all other channels are ok, the reason why visitng charges to be paid. We request you to help us in this matter...

When i on my tata sky, it works fine after few minutes it said not receiving signal. Then i restarted
Setup box now green light only glowing (Standby light) remote doesn't response and nothing is shown on tv. I checked all wires but it won't work.

After many hours of switch on tv it works... Again it start from above step.
But today it stop working completely. I call customer care they doesn't respond correctly...

My tatasky id [protected], i have recharged my account with rs 837/- on 5th august by google pay. Instead of my account by mistake recharge was done for other account - [protected].
Kindly refund that amount or transfer to my account -[protected].

The help screen only shows box id. It does not show subscriber id. And rmn shows a subscriber id which did not work for the box. There is not customer service number for tatasky that can resolve this issue hanging customers clueless and helpless. What a shame!...

My tata sky set top box is stuck on standby mode and does not turn on. Sometimes it turns on but shows no signal after a few minutes or if we change the channel. We have tried unplugging all the wires but no result. We are continuously trying to contact the customer care but no response from their side. They have not resolved the standby problem solve instead provided a new set top box and charged me with 400/- now there is again same problem...

The executives gave me a holiday hungama package as gift.

Through my subscriber id..
But am unable to login with error as invalid code
I am struggling from last 20 days. Tata sky executives are cheating public by saying wrong information which is against the fact for selling their product
