    Recharged Tata Sky with an amount of Rs 3144 on 12 September 2023 via the PhonePe app and the PhonePe team confirmed that the merchant has received the amount (Merchant Order ID: YPHW[protected]) but TataSky is continuously ignoring this and not recharging my account.

    Please either recharge this amount to my tata sky account as soon as possible or refund the same back to my account (phonepe).

      This is to inform you that my Tata sky is not working properly for quite some time despite raising the query again and again no action has been taken calling every day .Regarding the same problem customer care representative are not able to send a technician to our place kindly see the matter and give it a top priority because its been more than 7 working days.

        This is regarding the TATA BINGE+ box which I have been using for the last few months and approaching you as I am not getting any help from support teams and dealers. I even called on [protected] on 26th Sept 2023 and was trying to speak you directly but somehow again Nodal Support team had word with me and if I recall Shehnaz was the name, she spoke to me in a very rigid manner and was not even trying to provide a solution to my problem and later she disconnected the call abruptly, which is totally unacceptable.

        Below are the problems which I am facing with this TATA BINGE+ box and these issues were not there in the old HD box.
        The first issue which I highlighted just after taking this new box was - For the channels which are not in my subscription, there is a SUBSCRIBE NOW button available on screen and usually kids and senior citizens click that and again it becomes a pain for me to later unsubscribe and bear the cost. For this I understand there is no option to block subscriptions via Remote. I stopped chasing support teams on this.
        But now the main issue is the remote for this BINGE box is not stable. Within a few months of opting this box, the remote stopped working properly, on 19th Sept it was replaced as it was under warranty and now within a month it again stopped so today i.e. 11th Oct, got a new remote. My worry is what will happen post warranty period, who will bear the cost of the remote as this product is not stable. Or if someone can guarantee that since the product is not stable remote will keep on replacing whenever issue happens even after warranty period.
        I even had discussions with support executives on the field and they confirmed that on a daily basis some or other executive is replacing remotes, although I know the company will not agree on this. As per latest update from field executive, Anoop(ASI) had written an email highlighting the remote issues which customers are facing but I personally don't have any copy of that email communication.

        Regarding the above issues, may I kindly request you to please allow me to switch back to the old HD box, as that was a very stable product and never faced any issue with remote in usage of 7 years and surrender this one as replacement.

        Also I understand that customer experiences may vary but at least for one customer I think that is achievable. Appreciate your response on this please.

        See what kind of support is there. They just called formally and iterated the same answer that a customer cannot downgrade to HD box. My question is if a customer is using any service for last 7+ yrs and if not satisfied with new BINGE+ box, why he is not allowed to downgrade to HD box ???

          Wrong Recharge reversal

          Dear Sir,
          I am a Tata Play customer and on 8 October, 2023 I mistakenly recharged the Tata Play account with Subscriber ID [protected] and Mobile Number +[protected] old ID, not working) instead of my new Sub ID [protected].

          So, I would like to request the refund of my above mentioned Recharge of Rs 200

          I had ordered a remote from Tata Play and my parents took the delivery for it.
          The tata sky executive took tata sky otp from my parents phone and activated tata play binge and ₹300 was debited. He gave the reason that its necessary to give otp to activate remote's warranty.
          This can also result in bigger fraud like taking bank otp.
          We had trusted tata sky but it was in vain. Very disappointed

            I am Sumit Guha, residing at 1/56A, azadgarh, Regent Park, Tollygunge, Kolkata - 700 040 (near Samajgarh Park). In my locality there is a highly infected 7 sick dog which is spreading infections/having susceptibility to spread infection among the people of the locality (specially children). Sometimes these dogs enter into the premises of the houses through the slit of the entrance gates.
            In view of the above it is requested to rescue/catch them and remove from the locality to save the people.

              My sub id is [protected], i had subscribed for Rs 249/ Plan for Binge app services from 2 sept for OUR TV (NOT MOBILE AS CLAIMED BY YOUR STAFF). On being provided the same it was noticed that out of the 22 Apps applicable, ALL except SUN NXT Live was availble on our TV.

              On repeated complaints at least 14 people from Tata Sky have contacted me so far, to resolve it but COULD NOT BE and so as of date 12 Sept, SUN NXT IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE.
              A rep was requested who came on 09 Sep and tried to resolve it, but COULD NOT and stated it is to be done from BACK END and that it will be available by that evening. Since then, not only HAS SUN NXT NOT COME, BUT YOUR REPS HAVE NOT EVEN ASKING or CONFIRMING FROM US, WHETHER IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED OR NO. SAD.
              DID NOT EXPECT SUCH SERVICE FROM A TATA CONCERN.

              Since you stop servcies when money is over, how WILL YOU COMPENSATE ME, FOR THE LOSS OF 12 DAYS OF MY SERVICES OF SUN NXT NOT BEING PROVIDED.
              i hope some contrete action will be taken.

                  My Tata sky ID is [protected] and before taking tata sky we have recharge the 404 approximately but tata skya increasing the amount without any adding the Chanel in my account. I have complaint so many time to tata but they are continuously increasing the amount. Last month I have reached the tata sky of Rs. 441/- but again this month they are message me to recharge your account with Rs. 461/-. My request to TRAI to resolve the issue or guide us the further way out.

                    I have opted for a monthly pack of Rs. 154. Now Tata play has increased the minimum recharge amount to Rs. 200. If a customer has opted for a monthly pack of less than 200, why would they recharge for higher amount.                         I got the attached message on[protected] from TATA play saying that a paid News channel has been added to my account, which I obviously didn’t add. It was added automatically and amount deducted from my account. The same News SD channel is already Free, why would I add a paid HD one. It affects my payment due date which was 6th Oct and got changed to 5th Oct due to this incorrect addition.
                        After chasing customer care for a week, I got a call and explained ever but she refused to acknowledge that it wasn’t done by me. She also didn’t share the request Id for this change as obviously it was illegally done.
                        I need a refund on my account for this activity and my due date to be adjusted accordingly.
                        Tata sky/play are finding new ways to cheat customers.

                          Dear Sir
                          As your technician had swap the set top box on 7th July, I was charged 400 for it.

                          But today I get a message that 300 rupees have been charged for the card.

                          this happened on the 7th july, the technician who broke the card, broke it because he was putting the card in and out again and again.

                          And he had confirmed that this card is broken from my side, so you will not have to pay the charge for it, then why did I get this charge?

                          And do you give such service to the customer that I did not like your service at all. First you confirm with the customer then charge and after one date is gone what is the point of charging.
