Plz remove and block such upi ids and refund my money asap as its my hard earned money

Tata Binge says 3-month subscription is free with the Tata binge 299 plan and after 1 month they charged me 179 extra for Amazon Prime . When I contacted customer care they said "sorry Sir its 1 month and this will not repeat again" . I never understood what they meant by not repeating again. Still today I get the same message for 3 months free subscription when I open TataPlay chat response.
Customer care is pathetic - every time you get a new response
Nodal office - They try to prove the customer is wrong, and that there is no fault on their end.
Such a shame if no senior person from tataplay is even keeping an eye on such complaints.

Around 10 days before my payment due date, Tata sky stopped working and keep showing account deactive, recharge message.After multiple calls to customer care, resetting etc, it’s still not working, despite having significant balance in the account.

I am a tata sky customer. we have had a pack which I am trying to modify before the yearly recharge. However I am unable to change to the new selected pack. I tried to reach the toll free no. but that is also not working. This has been the case for every time I try to change the pack but due to complexity of web portal and no customer service I get tired and pay for the next year as its waste of time fumbling in the complex website of tata sky which doesn't change my preference. Few years back I had suggested to provide this feed back to the company which has still not been implemented. It is a horrible customer service by tata sky. The old pack is a default which is over priced as we hardly see these many channels while I am unable to change to the selected changed pack. How can I get to the newly preferred pack of channels? and Why is company not listening to the customer?

I am tatasky and I am trying to modify the pack. I called tatasky customer service for change my pack however the toll free no is also not working. I am trying to change to new pack however the portal goes back to the old pack with more money. I have tried this multiple times every recharge but because the website is so complex and there is no customer care no. on which can seek guidance, its a criminal waste of our time and money. Kindly look into this matter and help resolve.

Activation of "News lite NETFLIX basic combo pack" on my Tata Play ACCOUNT without Request Initiation /consent from my end

This is in reference to activation of "News lite NETFLIX basic combo pack" on my Tata Play account [protected] without any Request Initiation from my end for the same & not initiating any consent for activation of this pack.
This is sheer harassment for a senior citizen by Tata Play who doesnt even have Tata Play binge set top box to avail this service & doesnt even have a Netflix id and has never accessed such a service. It has been Usage records can be checked at Tata Play end.
While recharging my Tata Play account I was trying to analyze surge in my monthly charges for last 3-4 months, to my total surprise i found being charged for this pack.
Immediately, I called up Tata Play call center for de-activation of the same & refund of my money since the time this "News lite NETFLIX basic combo pack" has been activated on my Tata Play account. ( Complaint no : 4AVL8RN3)
Thereafter, todayi.e[protected] at 7pm received a call from Tata sky team - caller Pranita saying charges cant be reversed ; if not satisfied contact our Nodal officer for any complaints . The caller was very impatient, just not ready to hear my concern and check further. The caller was very unwilling to share her complete name & from which back team of Tata Sky she was calling.
Exremely poor service standards from a brand like Tata.This have never been the case

Tata play dealer has wrongly guided me and activate Binge pack Rs. 99 telling me that this is a free pack for you. The pack has been over but still I am finding in my account. I am unable to remove it from Tata play app or Binge app. I can't drop or add any channel due to this pack. I have registered so many complaints in tata play customer care but they don't do anything after 15 days.

Hi Team,
1. We have done lot of calls to tata sky/play for sudden deactivation of service even after doing recharge of full year.
We have raised complaint to customer care, but complaints are getting resolved without resolution.
Also, false promises are given to resolve complaint within 2 hours but complete day issue is not getting resolved.
2. And there is slowness issue observed for binge for which we had done complaint in the start when service got activated. But company is asking us to pay visiting+ technical charges for the technical issue which is being done from their end.
Pls help to resolve these two complaints as we are unable to use services even after paying full recharge amount.
Also we request to provide us the grace days for which service was not available as tata sky/play has the amount charged for each day.

Erosnow Curiosity Docubay Epicon Docubay Shemaro etc not playing for last one month on Android smart TV even though subscribed for mega pack annually for 2999/- All the apps are included in the subscription but playing and no resolution for the pathetic service team from Tata sky. Feels like being cheated. The apps are asking for additional subscription individually for viewing. The Zee5 is not playing 4k content even though both my TV and the Tata play set top box are 4k box.
