I have recharged tatasky with the QR Code shown in TV through Google pay and it was successful. However tatasky saying they haven't received the payment. When enquired on Google pay, it's successful. Nobody taking ownership and not sure where did the amount go. Reaching out tatasky support not helping.

    It's been a year . Every time I do monthly recharge my pack expires early . now expiry time is going big now it's on 15 days. what the hell . taking money of whole month and providing less days ?...

    I want to close my tata sky DTH and want my security money back. but they are not refunding my money. Only make people fool. I do not suggest tata sky. Use another provider.

      Channel 454 is not played on TATA PLAY inspite of subscription
      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Hi, we understand your concern. These channels are not available on Tata Play mobile app for live TV viewing as the broadcaster has stopped the feed. You can continue to watch your subscribed Star Network channels on your TV, as before.

          My name is pratham devadiga ph.no.[protected] I had ordered tata sky now tata play dth next day tata sky excutive visited my place and told me that Tata sky can't be installed in my how to some circumstances and satallite Signal issue after that I contacted tata play's customer care number I called tata play 5 times but they Just Said they will refund my money but it is still not refunded now it's more than 2 week's above I please request you to help me get back my refund.i ordered dth under the name of pratham devadiga pH.no.[protected] subscriber I'd.[protected] I paid 1698rs. Please look into this and initiate my refund please.

              Star Sports.... Ch. 454

              The customer was not informed about downgrading their service.

              The customer was able to watch the match on live tv from his app mobile and today was an important match of India vs Pak the customer was not able to watch the match or price distribution on live tv of the tata sky/play mobile app as star sports had stopped broadcasting their channel to any other platforms and only TV.
              This was not informed to the customer....

              They Provide Online Channel Viewership In App Of All Channels We Take On Our Tv But Now They Are Not Providing Star Channels Saying That It Stopped By Broadcasters And They Changed It After My Bill Payment And Before Next Payment Of Bill.

              On Complaining They Just Close The Complain Saying Done From Broadcasting Side But Providing Same Service Through Premium Plans Also When I Said That I Don't Want To Close It They Closed It Saying It Is Compulsary (Done To Show High Resolution Rate Of Complaints).

              How Can Company Change Service Before Next Billing Date And Can Deny Service After Payment For The Same.

                        This is Anjaneyulu, Im using Tata Play, and Two scoundrals (girl and boy) came to my place and explained about Tata Play Binge upgradation process and collected payment of Rs.2458/- through UPI and said Technician will come very next day and then Later on No Response at all.

                          I have been contacting TATA SKY since last 4 weeks to understand the the amount of Rs 150 that they have deducted from account .Some of the help desk member told me that they the charge pertain to new Adaptor that provided to me during the recent technician visit which is absolutely wrong and i am using my old adaptor /charger and they have not provided anything new. Though helpdesk indicated that they have raised complaint and even escalated to backend team . Unfortunately, one one contacted me till today .. It has been almost 4 weeks !!! What a customer Service !!!

                            iam calling to every day to customer care number they are saying sorry sorry but issue was not resloved, iiam paying monthly rentals also with out usage of tatasky.

                                Hi,

                                I have Tata sky connection for my TV. On 15th September I made a recharge of rs. 299/- based on the package shown in the TATA PLAY App and it was suppose to be valid for 30 days.But they disconnected my connection in 15 days stating my package was not modified even though I selected the 299 rs package on their app and the app let me pay the same amount.Now they are giving me following excuses:
                                1. You cnt modify the package when your account is deactivated. My question- then why there is option of selecting different packages while recharging and why this information is not displayed anywhere in the app that once account is deactivated we cnt modify the package.

                                2. Also I as a customer talked to 7 different customer care executives who are just cutting the call in between without providing any solution.

                                They are now asking me to recharge again for rs. 515 and then modify my package for rs 299 package.

                                This is clearly misleading the customer, fraud and mental harassment.

                                Please help me resolve this issue as I am entitled for 1 month connection as per my last recharge.

                                Let me elobrate your game to you.

                                You are calling my father and loading him with information and he is continuously asking you to contact me by giving my number and your executives are not complying with it even though complaint was filed by my number.

                                Also your solution is asking me more money where as you are not providing me service as per my last bill.

                                So may I ask that is this broad day fraud is happening from Tata Sky is under your knowledge or you are unaware about it.

                                Also let me know if you want to make my number public as your executives are not calling me but then Whatever fraud calls I get due to this non professional behaviour from Tata sky will you guys be responsible?

                                Also at the end MY ISSUE HAS NOT VEEN RESOLVED.

                                And keep updating false comments govt authorities will sooner or later intervene.

                                I cannot believe your fraud level. I recharged my tv for 100 rs as my family wanted to watch IND VS PAK but now again my tv not working and your exec says while recharging my set top box should be on else it won’t reflect.

                                You are calling my father and loading him with information and he is continuously asking you to contact me by giving my number and your executives are not complying with it even though complaint was filed by my number.

                                Also your solution is asking me more money where as you are not providing me service as per my last bill.

                                So may I ask that is this broad day fraud is happening from Tata Sky is under your knowledge or you are unaware about it.

                                Also let me know if you want to make my number public as your executives are not calling me but then Whatever fraud calls I get due to this non professional behaviour from Tata sky will you guys be responsible?

                                Also at the end MY ISSUE HAS NOT VEEN RESOLVED.

                                And keep updating false comments govt authorities will sooner or later intervene.
