Misinformation and Fraud

Hi,

I have Tata sky connection for my TV. On 15th September I made a recharge of rs. 299/- based on the package shown in the TATA PLAY App and it was suppose to be valid for 30 days.But they disconnected my connection in 15 days stating my package was not modified even though I selected the 299 rs package on their app and the app let me pay the same amount.Now they are giving me following excuses:

Hello mistakenly I recharge on my previous tata sky account which is not in use, kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

Recharged wrong account but no response yet from customer care from 1 month

Keep calling customer care and told that i have recharged wrong account bymistake but its never sold kept trying so many times once they told me its 0 balance so i need to recharge rs - 100 and my account will be credited 1500/- back but its been weeks still it no steps taken by customer care, no proper response

I had done a reacharge of amount 529 with the help of Amazon UPI dated 30/09/2022 at 6:58 p.m with bank reference id[protected], but till now my setup box with subscriber id [protected] is not recharged neither my money is refunded in my bank account . So I kindly request you to refund my money without any delay or transfer the money to my tataplay ID.

Tata sky recharge not reflected

I recharged my tata sky account through google pay for rs 369 by sending to upi id - billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. The amount got deducted from my account but recharge didn’t get reflected on my tata sky account. Please refund me the amount or reflect my recharge on tata sky...

Package not activated for new connection even after payment

I requested a call back for new connection from tata sky. They called me and told about some dhamakka offer for price 3500 and i will get all telugu hd channels, news channels, some kids channels and some sports channels. After i take connection and paid money, I didnt get any channels and when I call the person who told me about offer, she is not resonding me now and she blocked my number. So dissappointed with tata sky service....

Charges deducted without Binge service. Refund promised not delivered.

Two issues mainly
a) Binge charges deducted without consent between March and September 2022.
b) Firestick replaced with promise to refund but not refunded till date.

My Binge stick warranty expired in March 2022 and hence Binge services too. As I had preloaded my ID with around 2700/- however binge charges of 299/- were deducted every month and I realised when my services were stopped owing to Stick replacement....

Interchanging primary and secondary boxes

I've been trying to change my primary box to secondary and secondary to primary box as my primary box is of no use but I'm directed to pay for both. I've contacted the tata sky telephonic customer care for many times (which isn't toll free as they mentioned) but they put the call in hold for half an hour and reply we will resolve asap but forget and not care after that.

They haven't even opened a complaint ticket to track.br...

Tata Play Binge Mobile App Subscription

Hi,

I have not purchased or clicked on any links for Tata Play Binge Mobile subscription but they have activated the same without my content. Even after reaching out to them multiple times and raising a cares ticket they are not responsive and closed my request.

Please help me to take the refund of the service which I have not purchased. They are forcing me to take the service only instead of giving a refund...

Tata sky recharge refund needed

I had accidently done my previous recharge of 271 rs on tata sky it was supposed to go for tata play in gpay from my bank acount. I need a refund as soon as possible for the same. There as been no action from their side. I want my previous recharge refund....
