Id # [protected] - it is regret to mention here that tata sky is really cheating the customer. I recharged the package by paying rs. 8, 500.00. But immediately on the same day, i requested to change the package which was costing me rs. 6, 300.00 and asked them to refund the balance amount, after adjustment.

Tata sky mentioned since part refund is not possible, you make payment of rs. 6, 300.00 for the changed package. And immediately on receipt of that we will refund you the full amount of rs. 8, 500.00 received excess.

I did accordingly on the same. But regret tata...

Tata Sky — my set top box not working [Resolved]

Giving me error 02 - digicard may not be inserted properly.
I have several times took off and inserted digicard after i started getting this message. But in vain in still continues giving me same message. I have inserted photo of my tv screen for your information please advice how to resolve this.
If its digicard problem how to resolve this....

Customer service of tatasky was contacted for no signal receipt to customer id [protected] on the name of g mukesh - f no 406 kaveri chs, radhegram near vakola bridge pattuck college, santacruz east 400055.

Person was deployed by tatasky stating it is under warranty and no service charges shall be charged, person came and checked that there was week signal, he spoke to his centre and with his instrument improved signalling, tv started receiving signals. He also checked some cable joints for his satisfection and tightened bolt connection.in his job completion document also i mentioned...

Tata Sky — balance deducted from my bank account but recharge failed [Resolved]

I recharged my tatasky with rs.100 via net banking (Bank-pnb) on[protected].
The amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge failed.
I tried calling every customer care number but none was working and i even sent a text in the help portal of their official website but still no response has been recieved yet!
I want either my account to be recharged with the same amount or a refund asap (As soon as possible)....

I had renew my subscription on 10/2/18 for rs. 3175/- from. My registered mobile no. [protected] when l checked the receipt on the mobile it showed that it has been credited to id [protected] l immediately informed your executive on ph. [protected] he said that my refund will be getting within 10 days today one lady executive told me that the above id is activated and that the amount of refund will be after deducting the no. Of days it is been activated which is not my fault my id no. Is[protected] which is been given to me when l subscribe for new connection in the month of jan. 2018 kindly look into...

I have recharge on 23rd mar at 10.30am on the website rechargeitnow i have waited for the past 24 hrs but there has been no response. Later i checked my bank account today morning to clarify whether the amt has been deducted, yes it has been deducted. The same incident has happen last year around in july but i have not cmplain as i was in outstation. My son told me that online payment are not secure and he has gone to recharge it at the nearby shop and it is now working. So i hope the company which i recharge earlier will refund the money back. I have raise my voice so unlimited number of times for the issue, previously my dish tv is reliance digital as it is stopped its service in the market, so they have moved the services to tata sky but the tata sky didn't transfer the amount available in the reliance account. Still they are saying me to contact the reliance customer care if the origination is closed how can i contact them, if i am asking for the contact details they are not informing them as the handover is done by the reliance to tata sky is should be have to maintain all the details and database of the reliance customer right?

I had recharged online for rs 370 on 27th january which is not reflected in my account. I had to recharge again for the same amount (As suggested by them) after registering a complaint with tatasky customer care. The issue is not resolved till date. When i got in touch with their customer care executive just a while back, i was told that my earlier complaint had been closed as it had been resolved which is not the case....

Earlier complain no. Is wo#12q2j96y.
Complain was regarding that the recording facility of set top box is not working properly. Even the earlier recorded programme is not possible to play some times. It also switched over automatically from one channel to other when we try to watch.
Without solving the problem, company has cancelled the complain without satisfaction.
Please solve the problem or refund the latest recharge amount so that i can go to other service provider....

I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
My subscriber id is [protected]
Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

My Tata Sky Sub ID is [protected], I received a call from customer care that you have an offer of Rs.1500/- for 1 year Subscription as the TATA SKY was inactivate for more than 3 months. I confirmed the same 3 times from customer care, and went for reinstallation. After reinstallation I had done recharge of Rs.2000/- on Dt[protected]As the Recharge of Rs.1800/- was unsuccessful on reinstallation date).On Dt.[protected], I received a call from customer care that you have an offer of Rs.1800/-for 1 year subscription, and there is no offer for you in Rs.1500/-.Do you want to continue the same then...

We were using a yearly subscription of tata sky and one day i got a call from your call centre employee who offered me hd subscription free for a year. I gave him consent to change my set top box. After establishment of new hd enabled set top box we were able to see tv only two days through new set top box after then services got blocked and asked us to get new subscription of hd which was earlier said to be free....

2days ago technician came and aftr that 225has been cut for a his visit although box is in warranty.
In jan also he came an since poor signal change the location and charge 300 please resolve my issue i am pissed with it they charge useless money to customer in order to make their own
I call customer care several time they only creat id and do nothing so decided to post here

Dhamaal mix hd access if free from 5th febrauary till 6th march but till now no hd channels are coming tatasky is cheating me by not giving 30 days free hd access and bluffing me. I have attached my account details screenshot also. I have lost lot of my mobile currency by calling their worst customer care. All the time they will tell issue is resolved but no use....

Hi,

I have lodged a call regarding relocation of my tata sky dth on 19 feb 2018 and the technician visited on 20th feb 2018 but after visiting he denied to relocate the dth and giving reasons it wont be any of the location. I requested him to fix it on the roof but he denied by saying there is no space to fix it where as there is lots space and we can easily fix the dth. Some time later i realize that technician doesn't want to climb on roof and because of that he was giving excuses. It seems tata sky doesn't value their customer. Very bad and pathetic experience.

My name is ananda k r. I have tata sky connection for 6 years. All of a sudden the set top box failed to receive any signal. I checked all the connection including the antenna on the roof top. My Tatasky ID number is [protected], as per the records you will be able to find out that I have been your loyal customer from 2009 and have never thought of changing to any other DTH service provider. Off late I was able to find out that your charges are too high hence I decided to move out from Tatasky and take up another service provider.

I received a call on January 27th claiming to give me an offer If I come back to Tatasky. The offer stated 50% discount on the existing packages but the condition was I had to pay for one year. Below is the break up.
