Sub: I was not getting signal for couple of hours due to weather and called customer care. they misguided to do some master reset in setting in that they asked me to select SUPERLNB option ( which I was not know about what it is) after that I was not able to go forward button to setup . this forward or next button will come when receives signals only.so they told me that, they are saying raising a request for technician visit which chargeable and I agreed. but after some time I got some signals and automatically enabled NEXT button from where I stucked so I forwarded...

Tata Sky — getting daily unwanted calls and sms from tata sky [Resolved]

Dear sir,
As mentioned in subject, i am getting daily calls on my cell [protected] since last more than 2 years. Every time i am explaining them that, i am not using any any tata sky.
They have registered my name as altaf shaikh in their system.
But i am not altaf shaikh. My name is dayasagar and same i told them more than 1000 times.
I want permanent solution for this. Please raise a fir on tata sky, i am totaly irritated....

Tata Sky — set up box not receiving signal and often going on stand by mode [Resolved]

Our tata sky subscriber id is [protected]. Our set up box is not receiving signal often and goes on standby mode every 15 days interval. We have made many complaints, the centre at kotturpuram, chennai 600085 keep coming every 15 days and temporarily fix the problem which again comes back after 15 to 20 days time. Hope this complaint will help us to get rid of the mental harrassment we are put in by making repeated complaints for the same problem with no solution....

Tata Sky — pairing error in set top box. [Resolved]

My tatasky box is showing pairing error. It happened after there were no signals for 3-4 days. I tried to re-insert the card but it did not help. I also removed the signal wire and reconneted but no use. I rebooted the box as well but all went in vain.

Please resolve the issue. Below are my details.

Hello,

I have been following up with tatasky team for installation of dish tv at my house in mulund.

After lots of follow-ups person amit upadhyay called me and shown his frustration about tata sky and about giving him 13 call/visits per day even though limit is 5 calls / visits.

After that he said he has forgotten drill machine and not interested to install dust today. He was very arrogant and very open to face escalation, in fact he challenged me to escalate.

Highly disappointed with tatasky.

Kindly get dish installation...

I have a common dish in my building. About 3 months back, some equipment on the dish got burnt and since then i have not been able to view all the channels. I have made several complaints, few technicians were sent over as well but none had a definitive diagnosis or solution to the problem till the time of writing this. I have paid a subscription fees to tata sky but it has failed to provide me with the promised service which is a breach....

A big fraud done by tata sky they gave me offer of dhamaal mix pack with 1st tv at nearly 2100rs nd second tv nearly 2700 rs and hd access for 1045 rs all were clubbed together for 6180rs for 1 year subscription. I didnt have to pay a single penny till june 2019 as stated by tata sky customer care as i recharged my tata sky with 6180 rs with offer on 4june 2018 morning. But they are such a spammer i should have seen that in true caller with already 1700+scams. Rajesh has given second connection from my disk to some one of my neighbor without my permission and unofficially collecting bribe from them, at the time of relocation of my unit he has changed my signal universal lnbf and after my enquiry he has misbehaved with me which is quite irresponsible behavior of your company person, your company is not able to provide proper services on such higher cost as well your contract persons are misleading us. Have been fed up with the false and different information provided by the customer care employees. All i wanted to do is swap my primary & secondary set up boxes. They made me recharge for 200 and did not complete the procedure for 6 days. After 6 days they call and say cannot process the request as account is inactive and ask me to recharge again. I have recharged my tata sky dth [protected] on june 6th through upi. But it is not updated and the deactivation is today night. This is the second time its happening. Yesterday the two tataksy connections that I have stopped working abruptly and all i saw was a message that said that the STB is not receiving any signal . After calling customer care and doing some basic checks as suggested by the customer care executive we were still unable to fix the issue . The customer care executive then told us that a technician will come home and check what the problem could be . Then today the technician after some investigation informs us that we need to purchase a new super LNB because that tatasky dish doesn't support the two tv connection anymore due to some change...

Tata sky technician visited for sorting out my signal issue. He suggested your wires needs to be changed so you get better signal. I was charged for the same and later i realised he had cut down my existing wire from independent dish on terrace and connected my connection joint to common dish on terrace by joining it through someone else. Due to which i have started facing severe signal issues. They are really corrupt and try to create issue for others users in same society while they visit to fix for someone. I Hiren Bandodkar sub I'd being [protected] had made complaint to Tata sky as some of the channels we were unable to view on around 18may
Their technician comes and straight away stay that my HD set top box is getting hanged and needs to be changed.
He changed the box and leaves.
Within 15 minutes the problem continued.
I called him again but he didn't pick up.
So made complaint again in Tata sky.
Now some other technician comes and says my dish tx needs to be replaced. And hd Box need not be replaced.
He does that.
Again in 2-3 hrs the same...

I have logged the request for Tatasky reinstallation in Thane on 2nd June

Since then I m just following up for the same... It is being rescheduled n Being rescheduled ... Since I have paid yearly subscription .. it seems no one from Tatasky bother to install the same...

This is really pathetic service inspite of paying a yearly subscription in advance n obviously not expected...

Need quick resolution ... I have already lost 3 days... Is Tatasky going to pay me for same ?

When the due date of recharge is near .. customer care will call...

I booked a new connection on 16 may 2018 thru your call centre and they advised me to pay rs 2000.00 for a HD set top box which included a free ultra pack for a month with all channels included, which i agreed.i was given an id [protected].. some guy by name asif came and installed your wiring set-top box etc and took rs. 2000.00 from me in cash as he said that i hv to pay cash and must not pay online. he did not give me any receipt or documentation for the transaction. totally 4 metres of extra wiring was done which he said that i have to pay rs 96.00 which i should pay when i recharge after a month.

Recently two people from tata sky organisation approached us and asked us to take the connection by telling us the best deals and offers and asked us to pay an amount of 2700/-, i have paid the amount through paytm. I could see many complaints of same type and i am little worried about this concern. Can someone let me know if this is genuine or fraud. If fraud, could you please explain me the process to get my money back.

I booked for a multi connection on 30may with the dealer and tey are charging me 1500rs extra.. Connection cost was 3200 but they are asking me to pay 1500rs extra after puting the connections, i asked them why are they charging so much they just said if you want pay we will give the connection otherwise they will take it back..
