I recharged my tata sky account through google pay for rs 369 by sending to upi id - billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. The amount got deducted from my account but recharge didn’t get reflected on my tata sky account. Please refund me the amount or reflect my recharge on tata sky

    I requested a call back for new connection from tata sky. They called me and told about some dhamakka offer for price 3500 and i will get all telugu hd channels, news channels, some kids channels and some sports channels. After i take connection and paid money, I didnt get any channels and when I call the person who told me about offer, she is not resonding me now and she blocked my number. So dissappointed with tata sky service.

      SIR, I am a TATA PLAY customer, my tata play consumer no [protected]. I am paying Rs. 226 regularly every month and my next due is on 1st October 2022. i got a message that i have to pay Rs. 269 before 27th September 2022 other wise my services will be disconnected. I hadn't modified any channels for the past 1 year and more. i had talked to their customer care and they are saying that they will look into this. But today morning i got a message that my services will be disconnected on today midnight. i called the customer care and they are not giving any proper information about the tariff hike. i request you to look into the matter and help me to solve this.

        Two issues mainly
        a) Binge charges deducted without consent between March and September 2022.
        b) Firestick replaced with promise to refund but not refunded till date.

        My Binge stick warranty expired in March 2022 and hence Binge services too. As I had preloaded my ID with around 2700/- however binge charges of 299/- were deducted every month and I realised when my services were stopped owing to Stick replacement. Prompting me to check the recharge amount. Upon realising the situation I lodged complaint to refund ASAP. This is still open and not refunded

        There are several complaints registered on above but were closed without required action. The service technician suggested that the "Optimizing Apps" is a known issue and needs the stick replacement. Also told that 2499/- wil be refunded to the Subscriber ID.
        I have been following up on this on various platforms however there has been no access. The technician is MR. Satya from Bangalore -Bommanahalli service team.

        All in all, Tata play owes me 4000/-, this reflects the trust of consumer and deficiency in delivering service by service provider such as you. My request is to immediately refund the amount without wasting time. You leave me no option but to pursue legal course, should you default on this note.

        The said note will be your notice on the deficiency in delivering service as promised and deducting charges without consent.

          I've been trying to change my primary box to secondary and secondary to primary box as my primary box is of no use but I'm directed to pay for both. I've contacted the tata sky telephonic customer care for many times (which isn't toll free as they mentioned) but they put the call in hold for half an hour and reply we will resolve asap but forget and not care after that.

          They haven't even opened a complaint ticket to track.

          Ive been very disappointed with the customer care service of tata sky as they are charging for channels that I didn't add but they add random channels and charge for them.

            This is Jayanti C K

            My Taya sky box no is [protected]

            and registered Mobile no [protected]

            I have shifted from Hubli to Bangalore on 30/08/2022. And raised a request for relocation.

            On 30/08/2022 a technician Sri Lakshman SN visited our home for relocation Service. He said our tata sky box is not receiving signal. So it has to be replaced with new one. Already brought one new box with him on that day. He asked us to give 1200/_ rupees to make payment yo his phone pe. Accordingly we made a payment. And he gave his own and old tata sky box no which was in his spouse name Nivedita with her mobile number. And he has taken our old box with hi. He said name and number can be changed after few days. But later when I tried change mobile no and name email id . Then I was being asked OTP. Which was gone to his spouse no. Then I called him and said that I'm unable to change no and name . And also I asked him that yo give our old box back. Then he refused yo come back to give and asked one week to wait. Then I waited for a week. But, problem did not resolve. Finally, I said if he doesn't give our box back we will make a complaint to tata sky. Afterwards, he came to our home and returned our old box. But when I saw the box I came to know that he has removed the sticker and bar codes which are back up on the box. Further, I made a complaint regarding his fraud.

            And ticket was given to ke is 3UTIU245 on 18/09/2022. But my ticket ID was closed by tata sky without resolving the issue and without giving service. In this regard I'm calling everyday to tata sky customer care but they are not resolving our issue. Instead they are taking complaint everyday and giving ticket if to us. And closing the tickets without my awareness and not intimated to me for having closed. In this connection one more tata sky technician Sri Harish kumar visited our home to box replacement service he us also asking us to pay 1200 instead of 400/_ Standard charges.

            So I request your goodself to kindly take a disciplinary action against Sri Lakshman SN (his mobile no: [protected]) who is fraudulent.

            Kindly do our tata sky box replacement on standard charges. And deduct/ debit from the salary of Lakshman SN for having committed the mistakes during his duty.

            Hope my issue would be resolved in few time

                  Tata play company is providing good service for customers but not for their workers they are not paying salary on time i worked as tata play installer and service technician but they are not giving my salary when I asked to ISP head he is not responding it's almost 2months gone they are not ready to give my salary.                     Dear Sir

                    I am T RAJESHWAR RAO, retired senior Government official and aged 69 years of age I have been subject to a lot of hardships by your staff. I would like to inform you point wise one by one.
                    I had first taken Tata Sky connection in Mumbai in the year 2004 which I continued for some time and because of your not getting along and other reasons I switched over to some other service provider..
                    Since I used to travel Abroad frequently and moreover due to returning back to India after long periods I again took 2 connections of Tata Sky TV connection as my wife wanted to watch the channels she liked I had got 2 HD Set Top boxes for separate viewing by us. Within a few months both o[censored]s had to go Sydney where our daughter was settled. Within a month we went and I came back alone to Mumbai. I requested one lady by name Ms. Neelam who sent a technician and I got my connection. After I got my Tata Sky connection that lady Ms. Neelam phoned me and asked whether I still had 2 and connections and when I said that since the past more than 1 1/2 years I was having only connection, she told me that during that period the earlier technicians showed as 2 connections and I was paying tor 2 set top boxes.I thanked her for her king gesture which is very rare to find these days.
                    Until I was in Mumbai I was paying only for the primary connection, on shifting to Hyderabad on 30 July 2022I requested for Tata Play and I was given the connection and I paid Rs.671/- as monthly rental, after two days the connection was deactivated and I was not able to understand the reason for the deactivation and nobody would be available for solving my problem. With a great difficulty I contacted the lady in Mumbai and she told me that instead of bringing my primary set top box I had got my connection in my secondary box and so my account was showing as 2 accounts. Moreover, I was charged Rs. 400/- towards relocation charges for two set top boxes and I was denied a receipt for the charge when I was having on one box with me in Hyderabad and the other one is still in Mumbai. After all the struggles I was told to again pay Rs. 502/-as monthly charges and I had to pay.
                    After going through all these formalities I am not getting all the channels in Telegu (HD) as my set top box is HD and moreover same cinemas as coming in two channels and despite so many requests nobody seems to bother. Please bear in mind that we are paying the money that we get as pension.
                    I want to know from you whether at any point make surprise checks how your staff are treating the customers, whether they have proper knowledge of the rules etc., and whether I can be charged for 2 set top boxes just because I have 2 accounts and the technician knows that he has checked only one connection.
                    I would like to inform you that I have the highest regard for the owner of Tata Play and I am sure he will not tolerate once he comes to know what is happening under his nose.
                    I have ultimately decided to bring to your notice and in case it is possible for you to send a representative I shall be obliged to bring all the facts before him.
                    In case even this appeal does not work I shall be constrained to go to Consumer Forum or cunsumer court.
                    I stop here waiting for a proper reply from you.

                      When I am logging with my registered number in tata sky it is showing logging through this subscriber Id is not permitted

                        Hi,

                        I have not purchased or clicked on any links for Tata Play Binge Mobile subscription but they have activated the same without my content. Even after reaching out to them multiple times and raising a cares ticket they are not responsive and closed my request.

                        Please help me to take the refund of the service which I have not purchased. They are forcing me to take the service only instead of giving a refund of the amount in my Tata play.

                        Hi, My concern is not addressed yet. I received a call from Tata Sky CC on Sep 19th and was told that my problem will be resolved soon. However, this is still not solved and I am waiting for a refund. I was not contacted by anyone post-Sep 19 and haven't received any updates as well.

                        When we connect with you directly, we get the same updates that the problem is resolved which is not. Please help with this ASAP. This is pending for a long time.

                        I have received a call on Oct 10th, 2022. I was informed over the call that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

                        The same thing was addressed to me earlier as well. Still, no confirmation is provided to me. It has been over 1 month I have raised this ticket. Please give a confirm Date for resolving this problem.

                          Complaint under tata play sub id [protected], my name sanjay i am purchase Tata play on 5th of august receive calls same day installation 7:30 pm, on 7th august raise 1st complaint that dual noise sound come in my tv tataplay eng visit 3 time but not resole the problem, he tild me sir share me your connection details in whatsap the same i am share all the images to him, after 7 days i am again call cc senior team, she/he told me that your complaint close, i am surprises how can closed without my confirmation again she/he taken complaint and resolution time given 22 of aug 22 the same no calls receive, no problem resoled, again i am call tata cc senior team shout him to refund my money he again rase complaint and give resolution time and date 31st aug 22, same no response i am call cc team 31st aug 22 he given final date 13th sept 22 i am reacd calls but the peson tell me the amount detect 1590.00 remains refund else i am send technician to Solv your issue, i am told him this was your falure you just check the complaint how you can detect amt he says this is company policy i am quotation on 7th aug 22 aug 31 st aug where is you policy that time, i need 100% refund without any detection of my money. please help this matter and get resole.

                                  On 5th Sep 2022, i have requested for an add on connection worth 1099 Rs from tata play app. While ordering there was discount offered of Rs 149 if payment is made online.
                                  I did the payment and 949 Rs got credited to my TataPlay account.
                                  On 7th Sep 2022, technician visited my house and installed the add on connection, NO additional accessories, extra wire etc.. was added. As per technician also only 949 Rs was billed.
                                  On 8th Sep 2022, on checking the transaction logs i found Rs 1049 was debited for the add on connection instead of Rs 949.
                                  Till date, none of the tata play representative is able to explain why 100 Rs extra was charged to me and debited from my account !!!
                                  Almost 5 requests on call and 5 request thru mails were logged and none of them explained the reason !

                                    I deactivated my Binge in September 2021. The pack was auto-activated after 6 months in June 2022 and the amount (Rs. 299) was deducted for the next two months. I raised a complaint for the deactivation and refund. The customer care executive gave the assurance initially.

                                    I received a follow-up call. Very rude response from the customer care executive. She blatantly denied any refund and abruptly disconnected my call. Moreover, this is the second wrongful deduction issue with Tata sky.

                                      Subscriber ID: [protected], We have been repeatedly complaining about signal Issues, every time we call them they charge us a fee 400 but there won't a permanent solution they are just looting us and not providing any solution in competent Technicians, They come they say box problem and they take some money for replacement and replace the box and problem arises again and they come by saying wire problem, what kind a stupid games is this i[censored] r technicians doesn't know what to do train them. what do you think of family houses, you should assign a technician for one particular area, when ever a case is raised there will be different people coming to our house doing nothing and Money gets deducted directly from Balance.
