Interchanging primary and secondary boxes

I've been trying to change my primary box to secondary and secondary to primary box as my primary box is of no use but I'm directed to pay for both. I've contacted the tata sky telephonic customer care for many times (which isn't toll free as they mentioned) but they put the call in hold for half an hour and reply we will resolve asap but forget and not care after that.

They haven't even opened a complaint ticket to track.br...

Employees problem

Tata play company is providing good service for customers but not for their workers they are not paying salary on time i worked as tata play installer and service technician but they are not giving my salary when I asked to ISP head he is not responding it's almost 2months gone they are not ready to give my salary. Tata Play Binge Mobile App Subscription

Hi,

I have not purchased or clicked on any links for Tata Play Binge Mobile subscription but they have activated the same without my content. Even after reaching out to them multiple times and raising a cares ticket they are not responsive and closed my request.

Please help me to take the refund of the service which I have not purchased. They are forcing me to take the service only instead of giving a refund...

Wrong recharged

Tata sky recharge refund needed

I had accidently done my previous recharge of 271 rs on tata sky it was supposed to go for tata play in gpay from my bank acount. I need a refund as soon as possible for the same. There as been no action from their side. I want my previous recharge refund....

On 5th Sep 2022, i have requested for an add on connection worth 1099 Rs from tata play app. While ordering there was discount offered of Rs 149 if payment is made online.
I did the payment and 949 Rs got credited to my TataPlay account.

Signal issues

Subscriber ID: [protected], We have been repeatedly complaining about signal Issues, every time we call them they charge us a fee 400 but there won't a permanent solution they are just looting us and not providing any solution in competent Technicians, They come they say box problem and they take some money for replacement and replace the box and problem arises again and they come by saying wire problem, what kind a stupid games is this if...

Extra charges revived six months pack stopped service in 5 months

I have purchase a six month pack in May 2022 which was stopped in the first week of September now i am calling to customer care as well as email them register complaint but no one replying they added another extra package which they are charging every time i already file a complaint in March but they again charging for the same....

Online fraud by Tata play services

I booked online tata play set up box of Rs. 1938 /- with 6 months pack validity.. ang also promised me to give RS. 2000 gift voucher and Apair of shoes by online booking agent.. but after installation I paid Rs.2038/- and no extra as promised to me ..instead of this my channel activation not done by company and demanded Rs.1354/- as said by dealer whose technician installed set up box if I want to activate my packs..this really shocking to...

Refund pending for more than 3 months

No refund on the tata binge box

I have upgraded to Tata binge box which is 1800 on July 8th 2022 and on august 15th 2022, I was facing a technical issue, I called the Customer care multiple times for the help and all they promised to fix ASAP but no help came, so I decided not to continue with service and when I asked for the refund for the Tata binge box which I used only for one month, they're telling no refund on the Box as per the policy.
