Hi team,

Hope you are doing good :)

I have a complain regarding the recharge i have done for plan of rs 597 for 3 months.

I have done this recharge twice but it was only continued for more than a month whereas i have recharged for 3 months.

When i called to customer care regarding this they said that i have not changed my plan hence it was only considered as recharge or top up. When i did recharge from paytm i got to see the plans and it was showing 3 months pack hence i recharged. I was in under impression that i will be getting 3 months...

Tata Sky — not providing access to modify packages [Resolved]

Really feels cheating now, because on web app there is no page to modify packages section which use to be there before, in their faq they say that there is another facility called selfcare n it is also not available right now...
There is no selfcare option also available on tata sky website...

I am 100% loyal fan of tata but now i have to think out of it......

The tv went completely blank even though set top box and tv show green light. On speaking with customer service she advised various methods but nothing helped. Finally she concluded that the common dish antenna fixed in my building for all residents is faulty. It’s not my personal dish nor is it my fault that it’s not working! Yet i was told that i have to pay the technician for repairing it! No service provider can be more of a cheat. It’s daylight robbery! They have absolutely no work ethics. I’m waiting to get rid of them and waiting for jio to begin their cable service!...

Tata Sky — false commitment of 3-months free hd service while selling hd set of box. [Resolved]

Tatasky subscription is quite expensive that’s the reason i had kept it off for more than year. Then i was continuously getting calls from tata sky sales team to continues with the service.
Then they offered me service and aligned new hd set of box, asked me to recharge for an year pack and you will get 3 months free hd channels and you need not to pay for one year for your another packs.
Conclusion was - with the paid amount, it was expected that i will be able to subscribe all offered channels for year + 3 months all hd channels free.

Dear sir जी

मेरे पास reliance की dish थी

उसमें मैं 16 november 400रु का recharge करवाया था 

और company ने मुझे 50℅ extra दिया था

मतलब 600₹

पर tata sky ने मुझे exchange offer दिया

पुराने reliance big tv और साथ में 200₹ ले कर tata sky dish देने को बोले और साथ में 

मेरा reliance dish का...

Rude customer care executives and pathetic services

My tata sky id is subscriber id: [protected] and i am a privileged customer of tata sky

There was a problem in my set top and registered a complaint. On arrival, the technician informed that the connector switch installed by previous technician is of higher capacity (10 connector switch) instead 2 connector switch and has duped me with higher charges. Payment made two times on 06-nov-2017 :
1). Upi[protected]indiaideas@icici[protected]collect-pay-request =ref. No.[protected] =rs.229/- =unsucessful.
2). Pos 416021xxxxxx4404 mvisa-mvisa: tat pos debit =[protected] =rs.229/-=sucessful.

First payment was not successful but amount was debited.in order to avoid deactivation of service i did another payment. Checked with my hdfc bank and it was very clear that they processed successfully (Attached bank statement).

Request you again as i did many times... Please!! Refund my money asap....

My tatasky id is [protected]. Some days back i opted out of south hd online
Deleting hd and my subscription would be rs.234 but tatasky's oline service
Is asking me rs. 324. Tatashy does not consider the modification i made online deleting south hd.
I got the help of some agent today 24th novemeber 2017 to give effect to the change of package i made online earlier. But again tatasky added some fashion channel without my request being complete online.
This can be verified online. Very, very, very poor online service

I am giving this complain for second time as not solved. I recharged on 13th nov 2017 of rs 425 which is valid for 30 days. The next recharge date should be on 13th dec 2017. But message came the next recharge date is on 12th dec 2017. Sending this message they are earning one day amount. It's a fraud. When i talked with the customer care people i had to count them 30 days. Still they are not convinced of recharge date. They are keep telling the recharge date should be on 12th dec. If they are so concerned about the customer, should give extra day. Rather they are taking away one day. Please look...

I paid annual subscription of 5160 in mid july. After 3 months, they asked me to move to tatasky which i did. I also got just rs1000 balance transferred. My reliance id is[protected].

Tatasky representative priyanka from the backend team was rude and simply closed my complaint. This seems to be a big racket by tatsky

There will be many more like this and we need to file a police complaint against tatsky/reliance...

I am a tata sky customer with subscription id[protected]. Previously i was a customer of reliance big tv with subscription id[protected]. I had an annual subscription of reliance big tv which was ending on 26 october 2017. Hence to continue with the subscription, i paid an amount of rs. 4200.00 on 18 october 2017 to reliance big tv. After that i also got the message from reliance big tv that my account balance is rs.4353.00 on 18 october 2017. But suddenly after that, a message was being flashed on tv screen by reliance big tv that the company licence is being expired and they are closing the transmission...

My tata sky is not working since 3 month.. I m followup for mechanic visit and the he came and said that ur set top box is not working change set top box then he changed remote also and take total charge 1225/-. But still i m getting no signal error. When calling to customer care they not response at all i m only getting message from 4 days that technician will visit today tomorrow when i m calling regarding visit the are saying that your mechanic found that building is under construction how it is possible.. Even the mechanic or customer care not informing about this i m tata sky customer last...

My name is sagar goyal and i have been your customer for a good number of years. I currently have the tata sky hd+ box and have had an annual platinum hd subscription.

I had recently complained to the tata sky customer care about the programs not being recorded fully. Your technician had come home and had done the basic troubleshooting like changing the buffer time before and after the program start and end time; thereafter informing very conveniently that the box has to be changed. Later on the problem was still there...

Based on the communication from tata sky representative to make a subscription for one year ultra pack & hd i have made payment through my tata sky mobile app the sum of rs.7525. The payment was made through upi mode. The request came to my upi app with vpa named "indiaideas@icici" requesting the amount provided in the app. I have approved the collect request and the payment was successful - dated nov 16, 2017. After the transaction, till date i have not seen my tata sky account reflecting the amount recharged. When the same was inquired with their representative, he said the transaction was not...

The day before yesterday one lady staff of your company called me stating that you have an offer free of cost for first five days but i was not interested on it and told her not to add any channel on my pack because it leads to money deduction at last. This is the way of money hacking of your company. After few hours i got a sms that a channel has been activated and money deducted. This seems to be a practice of money extortion of your company as it happened quite a few times with me. I request you to send back the money deducted from my account and cancel the channel....

That's a complete gameplay by the company to gain more profit from the poor subscribers which i don't like it. And if the concerned company don't make the things right we too know how to ruin their business.
I request the company to rectify my problem within 24 hours. I am really disappointed!...

Tata Sky — no signal in tv

Problem:- irregularities in signal is occurring in tv. While watching tv the signal goes off for long duration of time and this is happening since one month.
I have complaint against this many times to both local service provider of tata sky and it's customer service representative as well but both of them have negligence towards the this issue and are not handling seriously.
Kindly consider the issue and take crucial action....
