On 5th Sep 2022, i have requested for an add on connection worth 1099 Rs from tata play app. While ordering there was discount offered of Rs 149 if payment is made online.
I did the payment and 949 Rs got credited to my TataPlay account.
On 7th Sep 2022, technician visited my house and installed the add on connection, NO additional accessories, extra wire etc.. was added. As per technician also only 949 Rs was billed.

Binge+

I deactivated my Binge in September 2021. The pack was auto-activated after 6 months in June 2022 and the amount (Rs. 299) was deducted for the next two months. I raised a complaint for the deactivation and refund. The customer care executive gave the assurance initially.

Extra charges revived six months pack stopped service in 5 months

I have purchase a six month pack in May 2022 which was stopped in the first week of September now i am calling to customer care as well as email them register complaint but no one replying they added another extra package which they are charging every time i already file a complaint in March but they again charging for the same....

I booked online tata play set up box of Rs. 1938 /- with 6 months pack validity.. ang also promised me to give RS. 2000 gift voucher and Apair of shoes by online booking agent.. but after installation I paid Rs.2038/- and no extra as promised to me ..instead of this my channel activation not done by company and demanded Rs.1354/- as said by dealer whose technician installed set up box if I want to activate my packs..this really shocking to...

Refund pending for more than 3 months

My Tata sky subscriber ID is [protected]. I requested for cancellation of Tata sky account 3 months back. Can you please help in cancellation and refund of amount Rs 3013

Inspite I have called and emailed them multiple times, I haven't got refund.

No refund on the tata binge box

I have upgraded to Tata binge box which is 1800 on July 8th 2022 and on august 15th 2022, I was facing a technical issue, I called the Customer care multiple times for the help and all they promised to fix ASAP but no help came, so I decided not to continue with service and when I asked for the refund for the Tata binge box which I used only for one month, they're telling no refund on the Box as per the policy.

I have paid for recharge the Tata Sky Com and Tata Play Limited through Google pay App.

But no recharge amount reflected in account.
I also discussed with customer care number, but found no support.
Customer care of google pay told that above amount is transferred to Tata Sky.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I applied for the tata play subscription but didn't get any response

I applied for the tataplay subscription and also paid the amount online but didn't get any response nor any message form the tataplay team, their tollfree number is not helpfull please address this issue...

Installation not done after receiving payment

I applied for a new connection through Tata Play website and I made the payment through the website itself. I am attaching the payment confirmation I received in my email.

So far I have not received any call from Tata Play personnel and my mobile number is not being recognized by Tata Play helpdesk and also in website. I spoke with Customer support and they said they will not do anything without subscriber ID, which I did not...

Tata sky binge logo issue

I see a big tata sky binge logo at the right bottom corner which blocks the live cricket bowling stats or any stats shown at the bottom. It's really annoying....

I recharge my account money deducted but not credited

I have done my tata sky recharge on 27 aug 2022 through google pay payment option in their site.
(It was a successful payment)
The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account..
This is the second time it is happening with me.. But i didn't get any response from their side I need my previous recharge amount refund or credited to my tata sky account......

Tata Play Binge Services

I Mr. Bharat Shah had requested for downgrade my tataplay bing firestick services to Rs.149 from the existing Rs.299/-, much prior to my monthly expiry for My tataplay a/c no.[protected]. But My subscription has not been downgraded even after repeated complaints on the telephone as well as on Facebook page. But they just refuse to downgrade my subscription. This is called cheating me, and I want raise my complaint for the same....

Recharged to wrong account

I have made payment of Rs.1000 to "TATA SKY COM" through Google pay on 1st Sep 2022 at 8.47 PM. The amount has been deducted from my account, but I don't see the same reflecting in my tata sky balance.

So, it seems that the UPI ID "TATA SKY COM" is wrong account to which I have made the payment. And now, I need the refund from this account....
