Tata Sky — no service and support for 3 days [Resolved]

There is connection problem since 3 days for the whole building where there are more than 50 connections and till now there is no resolution. We lodged complaint and everytime get to hear that work is going on. It's been 3 days and there is no help.in today's world also 50 plus families are not able to watch tv since 3 days and all the courtesy goes to pathetic tatasky, no customer satisfaction at all. We are now planning to switch to videocon to get rid of pathetic tatasky who don't value their customers....

Tata Sky — tata sky dealer is not ready to install dish in our appartment [Resolved]

I have been contacting tata sky guys in bangalore electronic city to install tata sky in my apartment for the past one month, once i say the area no one is ready to come for installation and says take other dish tv connections and we cannot give you connections.
They are so rude on the phone and say that if you want you can complain to any one you want, i dint expect this type of response from tata sky.
Even though i was ready to bring in your service engineer from his office in personal vehicle he is not ready to come down.
He states that the local cable guys will cause problem...

We have call your worker and we have to put TV in our house but he says tomorrow and then say in 25 hrs today Please any one do not contact Tata sky service because it is not of any work. We should not call them because it is our time waste Please anyone do not contact them.we have to set our dish and our televission. It is the the worst company in the India...

Tata Sky — poor service system [Resolved]

We are using tatasky for last two years.

Our connection was not working hence it was fixed by their service person.

It was also told by "tata sky call center that" we are premium customer hence there is no service charge of rs. 225 for home visit but the card of setup box has damaged which need to be paid by us.

We agreed for this but they charged for (1) service charge (2) card damage both.

Raised around 3 ticket with them which get closed automatically after a day or two.

The reason told by them was "i was not reachable"...

I had booked a new connection on the phone on 19th april 2018. I received a sms confirming the order and delivery time of around 3:00 pm next day. No one turned up. When i called the number again, they apologised and said they will send someone on 23rd april 2018 for delivery and installation. No one turned up again. The i called back tatasky said they will respond and asked me to hold the line. Then the line got disconnected (Or was it deliberately disconnected). Still no one has turned up....

I bought Tata sky hd with one month free ultra subscription.at d time of installation person told me that pls recharge yr account for breakfree viewing so today i recharged and i lost my free package. Mr Mahammad of customer care executive is bluntly saying that max i can give u rs.10 for compensation. Boss u never hv attitude like this .Thats not tata branding. Tatas must check the persons ability before hiring such people in custmer care. Very poor service....

I have logged a complaint on 21.04.2018 late evening of non functioning of my tata sky channels. Customer care executive told me technician will visit on 22.04.2018 but yesterday entire day (I cancelled my plans being sunday) waiting for executive but no one came from tata sky.
Again yesterday (22.04.2018) i called up tata sky call centre and complaint of such unprofessional behaviour, executive told that technician will visit on monday and will call by 10:00 am early morning.
But till now no one has called neither visited my home....

I was not using the connection for a month and once i'm back switched on my tv to fine this pairing error my rmn is [protected] please help me get this sorted out as this ipl season.
I need to recharge for star sports and start watching ipl so please get this sorted at the earliest. It s a bit frustrating on why i get such errors from a reputed company please sort this out...

Tata Sky — no changes in my rmn or email [Resolved]

My rmn was changed without my request. Someone is trying to access my tatasky connection in my absence and i would like to inform tatasky not to make any changes/updates in my account unless a request is made from the registered mobile number or the registered email.
Today when i called customer care to inform the same i was told it is not possible anyone who will verify the address and pin code can get the rmn changed.
This is very low level of serurity that tatasky is providing.
I do not want any changes in my account without my permission....

I have relocated from domlur to maruthi sevanagar, and since morning 9:30 am i have been putting reinstall request.

At 9:30am when i he'd put request i was said i will be getting a confirmation call within 2 hours, which i didn't get, 11:30am i again called customer care and the executive took my compliant and again said within 2 hours i will get a call, which i again did not get, 1:30 i spoke to an executive who again said the same words and assured me that i will get a call in 2 hours and reinstallation will be done today.
I got a call around 1:50pm from customer care asking...

Tata sky id [protected] not receiving singnal from. Last 4 days.in 1st technican attended and told disc has loosen hence no signal. On 2nd day another technican has attened and told disc. Had damaged. On 3rd day when called to customer care for to know technican has mentioned disc has installed on balcony of 12th gloorand as per rule they can not installed in balcony which i disagree as my balcony is safe one. Called to customer care seniors and eaxplained but from last one day no one has attened to fix the issue. It shows how irresponsible tata sky pepole are. Fix the issue by today...

Tata Sky — not getting service post 10 time complaint [Resolved]

I am requesting for a technician visit at my place for last 5 days and everytime customer service person has commited that technician will be visited on next day. But till now neither i have received any call nor any technician turned up. I called up yesterday evening and supervisor navdeep singh told me i will be receiving calls within 2 hrs (This was my 8th call for the same issue) which i did not and when again called up in cs someone told me i will get call today at 10 am for visit confirmation. I am waiting till now not received any calls. I am unable to watch tv but my data pack is activated....

In April 2017 I had recharged my HD recording set up box along with secondary setup box with annual mega pack. But before completing one year my second setup box was disconnected by Tata Sky with the accuse that one comedy channel was activated from Tata sky without my consent. However, I request them to solve my problem but they did not respond though I had paid for full 12 months....

Booked a showcase movie, fees got debited however channel didn't start.
Raised concern twice to finally get a ticket id # 14ec6rb6, next day i was informed to send a photograph of the channel for them to verify. Before i could send the photo, ticket was closed without rectifying the issue or taking my consensus. The moment i had send photo through mail again new ticket # 14eq5ijy was generated. Got pissed off with on call support team, tried my luck with online support team through chat. Even after giving my subscriber id, there is no response from tata sky till date.

Also yesterday i got the message that my tata sky payment due date is april 25th 2018. Last month my due date was march 30th 2018. This month how can it be 5 days before?

I don't know why tata sky people are doing like this with the customers. It's disgusting.

I need a reply on this issue. Kindly take the action asap....
