Customer person called us and sold teh pack of 999 /Rs by telling it will be valid for 6 month but after 3 month pack got expired. When we asked them about this they are denied to consider this for 6 month and telling that due to its your problem you didnt checked your pack it got expired in 3 month .
I want my money back or else need to give me the access for next 3 months.

    This is Damodaran with subscriber Id-[protected]. I here to file a complaint on continous deduction from my account by saying a unwanted lie of as using binge app which im unaware and unutilised. This is not the first time im complaing here. It is 3rd time the same issue is being happening to me alone. If i didn't get refund for this i will go to the next level to resolve it. Don't cheat customers money.

          This is in continuation of earlier complaint during last week of december. some of the channels will stop intermittantly like sony, zee and colours hindi .though technician promised to get it resolved he has not attended to it. it appears without ascertaing the fact it appears you have closed earler service request.

                I unfortunately misplaced my set-top box while shifting. I spoke to the customer care and they informed me that I can install a secondary box and swap it with the primary box number once the installation is complete but the installation team that is not possible. I spoke to the customer care and they again told me to install the secondary connection and swap it with the primary connection. This happened three times and I finally got tired and requested to cancel the connection.

                The customer care told me that I would get a refund of my account balance. Later when the cancellation team spoke to me, I was told I will have to pay a penalty for loss of the box and I will not get my account balance refunded. Upon asking how much the penalty would be, they refused to tell me and said I will have to cancel the connection first. I have spoken to at least two representatives from Tata Sky and all of them have said that I will have to cancel my connection first before I am told what the penalty charges would be. Already, the teams following the customer care is contradicting the first set of information provided.

                Why is there such a lack in transparency in informing customers of all cost involved? All I keep getting told is that they are only following the process. There is no one to escalate to and no one with any viable answers has contacted me.

                If a customer is cancelling the connection, isn't it only right to provide ALL the information before hand? Doesn't the customer have the right to know such information at any point in time? An organization cannot take customers for granted and constantly change the information provided at every stage and expect us to follow along like rats in a maze.

                  Recharged twice for Tata Play Binge+ of Rs. 800, bank transaction is successful yet it's not reflected on Tata Play Binge+. Called the customer care and the lady says she can't see the transaction and we should get the refund soon. It's been a week and we are Rs. 1600 down. Really frustrating!

                      Very bad state of affairs.Looks like no one is looking at emails and customer complaints.
                      Right from the beginning I am informing that, My registered mobile number for binge elite is 98xxxxxxxx. This is mentioned in my email subject itself.Why are you people calling on other numbers which are not mine. It is just carelessness of the team to intentionally attempt to mislead customers saying we cannot contact you.I have already informed your customer care team that there is no other number for me please make your records clear.
                      Please do not divert the issue instead of solving it and forcing me to take legal action.Either solve it within 24 hour or refund my ₹999.
                      NO need to contact me over phone. Just solve the issue and reply by email.

                                      I have an account on TATA SKY/TATA PLAY with Subscriber ID- [protected].

                                      There was an offer running on tata sky to pay INR 6000 and the tata play binge box will be set up for free. We deposited the amount in tata sky account for availing the offer but before taking the offer I called the customer care company and the taken confirmation that the installation fee will be there or not including the wire amount, the person cleared that no amount will be taken so I have taken the offer and shared the date. On the selected date, I asked the person to come early as there is no light on the terrace. The respective person at 10 am said the installation guy will come in 1 hr. I waited, and called again he again said will be there in 2-3 hours. Again waited and the same was repeated till the evening and at 8 pm the person come to my home for the installation. We denied for the installation and both the guys had misbehaved on call and also when they reach at my home and said that I have selected the time frame of 7pm-8pm for the installation. BUT THE REALITY WAS I HAVN'T SELECTED ANY TIME FRAME even though we were not aware of the same.

                                      Then I decided to deactivate all the service from TATA SKY/TATA PLAY.. I called customer support for deactivate the DTH and FIrestick service and the person said he has forwarded both request and said me to wait for 2 weeks within which refund team will contact me. I requested to call me asap. but they didn't. They called in on the 16th day from the complaint and asked me to send a canceled cheque copy via email for refund and refund team will call me again within 24 hrs.. I shared the email but refund team haven't called me so I again called the support team but they again n again shared the 24 hrs tat which never gets fulfilled. I have called the support for almost 50-60 times jzt for arranging the call for my refund. MOREOVER, AS SOON AS THE NEXT MONTH STARTED THEY HAVE DEBITED THE MONTHLY FIRESTICK AMOUNT FROM MY TATAPLAY ACCOUNT, which I have not used and on 1st call only I have deactivated all the services including the firestick amount.

                                      Even had word with L2 level but they are not of any use and these stupid guys giving only 24 hrs tat and stating to the customer that this all they can do and its customers duty that they don't read the TnCS.

                                      Kindly refund my whole amount of INR6000 including the deducted amount which should not be deducted else I will go to the nxt level. As these people are looters and always n always loot people and are not ready to help or retain their valuable users.

You guys don't have the details at your end. Do check the details at your end and initiate my refund amount. Moreover I have shared and elaborate my concern very well.
