Hi i have taken a new connections from medchal, besides bus stop. The next was sunday an request them to come for installation in the morning cause i have to attend evening service bud the technician turned up at 6:30pm instead. Before he started for installing he was in a hurry to leave, where his incomplete work made me more trouble with out signal strength and channel can be watch. A repeated calling the technician and the shop owner to come and rectify the problem is unloved till 3day i am frustrated callin them any more. But they didn't activated the plan so far.. I recharge on 18 december 2017 and so the next due date must be 17 december 2018 but i received a massage that my next due date is june 2018... Plz activate my plan...

Account shows that the payment is due on 23rd dec 2017.

This is not true, as you have not updated the account.

Tata Sky — improper guidelines of new connection

We bought tata sky connection on 29 november last month by which due date should fall after 30 days of connection but unfortunately it is showing 17 dec 2017 instead, which is 19 days after connection. And it was free for one 30 days (1 month). We thought we were mistaken about company's policy and made our first recharge yesterday night by which next due date should fall around 16 jan 2018. But again it is showing 11 jan 2018 instead. We tried to call customer care but nobody bothered to solve our problem. My registered mobile number is [protected]....

I recharged on 14th dec 2017 of rs 425. According to the sceme it is one month. Bumper `425 per month - tata sky (Its the link in internet). But it comes in the message that you have to recharge on 12th jan 2018 which is wrong. When i called the customercare people they said first its ok 30 days. Then i had made them count. They are making so much of fun. I have all the recorded conversations. I am going to send it to the ministry of consumer affairs. I can put it also how their behaviour. After making complaint of no signal, company person visited our place. He changed set top box with hd box (Upgraded) by saying that old box is not working. Even after that problem remained same. Now person is saying that card has to be replaced. This is unacceptable....

This dongle was sold to me with wrong information and deducted rs.300.00 from my account without any intimation. When your rep. Informed if at all it is deducted the same will be returned back. Today one of your rep. Checked i don't know what and informed reversal is not possible. Today i have received a message that i need to recharge otherwise it will be deactivated. This is something ridiculous for me. Okay it will recharged with a request - please. Don't sell your item by giving incorrect / wrong information....

Iam having 2 nos of tatasky connections one is in my shop and another at my home. My house connection is faulty because of the h. D. Set box is out of order. I reported the service person named sureshkumar 4 days back who is mobileno is [protected] and he promised to replace a new h. D.. Set top box. Till now he is not even responding my calls. If your company not interested in good servicing to their customers, we the customersintend to shift the connection to another d. T. H. System. Iwill wait another few hours for the service person of yours, if there is no response. I am forced to go for another....

It has happened thrice to me now that i activated this channel to watch the movie that is been mentioned in the schedule provided at the bottom of the screen by tatasky, however, each time a different movie is running and i am still charged for this channel. '17 and still now there is no resolution. I have been told that my account has been debited by 315.80 paise for relocation charges where as i had been told at the time of purchase your package that first relocation will be free of cost and moreover there has been no relocation service has been provided to me. Myself subscriber of tata sky service but facing a lot of problem for the last four days.
I got my tv recharged with 250 rupees on 11.12.2017. Got this message below.

Everywhere tv added @ rs0 pm. Current a/c bal: rs215.2. Due date: 04-jan-18. New monthly charges: rs 299. If unable to view channels, simply power on your box and give a missed call to[protected] and start viewing our services instantly

Due to no signal, i called customer care n the next day a technician named sunil (His phone no..[protected]) visited. He asked for rs.625 cash n changed my set up...

For this query 11xok3lo. You got to reply my mail. I'm out of country and my family is unable to watch tv because of your nefarious activities of taking deposit and then manipulating it best to earn more profits in hope of getting accreditation.
Ratan tata will be ashamed and probably wish such employees or system doesn't exists in tata group.

Why does tatasky hides behind call center. Hasn't @haritnagpal taught his executives to reply to emails??...

I have been using tata sky since long, i shifted my connection of tv from bedroom to my hall, it has been 3 days, i have been speaking in there customer care every 3 hours, still i have neither receievd a call nor any technician ever turns up.. Every time i call up they transfer the line to there some head... He assures me... By saying aap neeshcheent raheye... Complaint has been taken..in next 2 hours.. Our technician will come. I dont know which 2 hours they all say...

Last month, we could not see 4-5 days the zee news channel (No. 511) on my tv through my tatasky dth connection. Others all channel were clearly seen only zee news channel not respond. I have lodged so many complaints through by rmn [protected].

Thereafter three days gone, your service provider boy just came for a few minute & touch the set top box and thereafter said me "sir take hd connection with new set up box”. He did not provide any services. I am totally unhappy & dis-satisfied...

As per supreme court verdict, there was nothing on the blockage of live cricket feed on prasar bharti. This is an unfair practice. Why should i pay such a heavy price for one channel when i'm already paying for doordarshan. Moreover the signal strength is weak and it affects the channel quality. Using tatasky for more 7 years. Unhappy customer. Changing dth if not resolved....
