    Purchased tatasky set up box on 09.10.2016. Installation provided by tatasky. Due to poor installation we are not able to view the services. The signals lost in every alternate days. Tata sky representative visited and told us for proper installation they need to do more wiring and do the drilling in windows for laying wires. We are ready to pay for more wire length (more than 10 M ) but drilling and other things for installation always needs to be done by tatasky. We have paid and recharge 2 times but signals creating problem every days.
    The tata sky person who is visiting denying to do holes in window and asking us to do all these arrangement for installation of set up box.
    That representative Mr Manish also misbehaving with us at our home every time we complained for problem in signals. Since 20 days we are giving complain in tatasky and the same guy Mr Manish visiting in our area from tatasky and misbehaving and abusing at our home.
    Tatasky also not doing anything for installation neither taking action against that guy.
    Kindly look into the matter so that we could view the services for which we had already paid.

    Sir,
    The number of times we are complaining for this issue, the local tatasky person (Mr Manish) coming at our home or calling us and misbehaving with us. Loose talk will not be tolerated any more.
    We will lodge a complain in police if any loose talk will now be done by this tatasky person. Also we will file written complain in consumer forum if even once this person will misbehave.
    We humbly request tatasky to pl resolve the issue without any further hot talk in this matter or return the set up box and return our money since we are not able to view the services.

    Sir,
    Tatasky representative visited the home but denied for installation without giving extra charge. He is asking for extra money for re installation to receive the proper signals. As per tata sky representative earlier visited person have already taken money for installation and for proper installation to receive the signals in better way; we have to pay again.
    Why shall we pay extra if fault is from your side. Kindly arrange for proper installations we had already paid once for installation.
    We are in problem since so many days but unable to receive the solution. We had paid Rs 560 & Rs 425 for recharge and even after so much payment we are not able to view the services and days are passing without any firm response.
    Really quite disappointing.
    Once again requesting to pl arrange for installation as payment already done.

        After checking new rate rs. 530/- per month (ultra pack) l have paid for ten canection rs.58300/- for one year from 3/11/2016 (as per package one year at a time payment 11months only l have to pay). last year package rate was 470/- for sports dhamaka.. your company told this package no more available. so l recharge for 530/- and change the package but now so may call and sms coming that l have to pay more. please solve my problem and see that l will recharge again on 3/11/2017 only. if you not solving my problem then 100% your company will loose this ten canection even l will disconnect my house canection also.

          I am posted as General Manager, District Industries Centre, Tamenglong, Govt. of Manipur. When I came back home today, I could not see the channel under Dhammal Pack. I came to know that there was a little balance of Rs. 7/- and as such, I recharged Rs. 1000/- as a part payment of annual pack of Rs. 3135/-. The balance amount shall be credited by Monday.
          Would you be gracious enough to allow me to watch the Dhammal Pack at the earliest.

          The amount so far recharged at 10:35 p.m. of 05/11/2016 was Rs.1000/- at my ID No.[protected] which I recharged using my Debit Card and this was as per message received in my RMN. Another similar message also came at 11:21 p.m. of 05/11/2016 says that Recharge amount is Rs. 1000/- and New Account balance is Rs. 1007/-.

            Following from an ad on my tata sky tv (an SD connection) about upgradation to HD set top box and free HD services for a year, I gave a missed call on [protected] to request for a set top box.

            The service was prompt and a Tata sky agent came home and replaced my previous SD set top box for an HD set top box for 1500 Rs.

            On calling customer care, I was told that my previous plan (Mega Sd) is off the platform and the free service offer is not valid on this. This wasn't told to me when providing the set top box. Moreover if my plan was not eligible, an ad shouldn't have flashed on my tv.

            Tata sky now refuses to provide the free HD services and says the only way out is to subscribe to an HD package. To add to this they refuse to refund 1500 rs for the HD set top box. This means I forcefully have to subscribe to HD due to gross misguidance.

            Request Tata sky to resolve this issue at the earliest.

              I have given a complaint earlier to which your people have repeatedly contacted me over pjhone in response to the grievance, i have told them i am not interested anymore in taking your connection and asked your people to refund my amount paid to you. so far i have not received but today i have another message my dues, as if you have given connection and i have been using that,

              please note to refund my amount forthwith or i will be constrained to take whatever action is needed to be taken

                I am Tata sky user more than 4 years now and using HD box with recording.i was having problem in recording .sometimes my box was showing black screen and getting hang and need to restart.after complaining to Tatasky .they replaced my box with again a faulty box, which works on its own mood. anytime stop sensing remote.after turning on .default channel 100 keep on running and you cant change channels.and next day it works again. after sometime it keep on malfunction again and again. their technicians come and even see once box having problem, later bring box with him to office and after 1 day put same box saying it working in y office. again same problem after 2 days.really fed up with TATA Sky service. one of worst customer care center excutive and service delivery.I request all to never go for TATA sky for DTH.

                  I have been calling the customer care for the past 3 days but neither am I being able to connect through nor have I received a call back in spite of leaving a request. On 3 Nov I held the line for 11 mins in the first instance and then for 17 mins but have not got through as yet. What type of customer care is this? Diplorable.                       I just recharged my tata sky on 2 november with rs 630 id no:[protected] it's a dual connection and it's already saying that it needs to be recharged by 5 November and it's just been a day that I recharged my connection so what seems to be the problem it's really annoying for me to go through such issues since I have been Using tatasky for a long time so I need it to be fixed asap..

                        Hello, i have multitv connection at home for three set top boxes.

                        Out of those three connections currently two set top boxes are not in use. Details for the boxes is as below.

                        I do not intend to use these boxes in future hence wish to surrender these boxes (Along with respective digicard).

                        After reaching out to tatasky helpline, i was informed that i can not return the hdpvr boxes though if those are not in use and i wont get any refund for the boxes.

                        Request you to look into this on priority and address as appropriate.

                        I have received multiple calls from TataSky regarding the request to return the unused HDPVR boxes against the refund of money. But all they were saying that I wont get any refund of money if I wish to surrender the boxes. This seems to be unlawful hence need your help in resolving the issue at the earliest.

                          It has been many weeks to months that i have lodged a complaint and it was followed by phone call and then visit by a technician.
                          that was the end to the story. the problem was not corrected and then i reminded one Mr Krishna [protected] who said he has asked some other guy to dot he job.
                          then dead end.
                          no response from krishna or the supposed other guy
                          so the TV does not work yet.
                          then again wrote a complaint but no one has come expect a call where people assure of service but no use. October 8th, october 27th and again on 30th october from the call centre with offers but i tell them the TV is not working. and no progress till date.
                          u keep sending reminders of activation while i don’t have a working connection thanks to your promo staff or associates.
                          Whom do we talk to now??
                          Disgusting service to say the least.

                              I had done Tata sky recharge of Rs 420 on 31 Oct 2016 and amount was not credited in tata sky account but deducted from bank.
                              When i called customer care, they simply said to wait for 24 to 48 hours so that amount will be credited or refunded.
                              But after more than 48 hours, still amount was not credited in tata sky and not refunded in bank account.
                              And now customer care is not receiving my call.
                              Firstly it says to wait for 5-6 min and then to wait for 10 min and same continues for 1 hour to wait for 10 min, wait for 10 min...

                                Tata sky customer care services are bad. I was complaining about my set top box that was not running 30 Nov. Customer Care reply next 2 hours we will send our technician and he will resolve your problem but he's not coming after next I was back call customer care they say that technician is coming and we will resolve your problem definately today. But the technician is not coming. The customer are not satesfing me &my family. Today they also told me that the technician is resolve your problem but wait wait &wait ...but technician is not coming . Bad service provided by customer care of Tata sky. I have also complain no.

                                  Dear tata sky,

                                  I have made online recharge of tatasky id [protected] on 30.10.16 of rs. 400 through mvisa of hdfc payzapp. The payment was sucessful from bank end and same amount got debited from my account. I called customer care and this was accepted by tata sky executive on same day 30.10.16 that its sucessful & will get reflected into the account in within 24 to 48 hours. Amount is not yet credited to my acount. Called multiple times and every time executives are saying that will get credited.

                                  Till now payment is not reflecting in tatasky account.
                                  I spoke customer care senior managers also.

                                  My payment due date is today and got a message saying that going to deactivate by today.

                                  Pls do the needful. Awaiting for earliest response.

                                    I have purchased new set top box before 1 year and this is third instance that set top box stops working. And tata sky representative says that I have to change set top box and need to pay again for set top box. They have low quality set to boxes so its stops working within few months. Totally disappointed.

                                      3. no 1 set top box recharge has been done on 24 oct 2016 but in report details on login id it is shown validity date is 10 dec 2016.
                                      4. for accounting procedure we need to take a print out of exact validity date of no 1 set top box.
                                      5. no 2 & no 3 set top box are being recharge on monthly basis. the details shown are correct.
                                      6. so request to the correct validity date so as to enable us to take the print out for our accounting purpose.
