Dear sir,

At sukinda chromite mines, dist : jajpur, odisha, around 500 hundreds employees are having tatasky connections since long. our manager hrm was the authorized person for co-ordinate. he has send mail to your authorized representative for activation of service (1st phase 419 connections on 29.10.16, 22 nos of connections on 08.11.16 and 3rd phase for 8 nos of connections). we recreate to inform you that, with regular followup with your person concern, no action has been taken by your end for which peoples are unable to watch tv. we are not expected the poor service from tatasky.

    My Tata sky ID NO. is [protected]. Yesterday I rechage an annual subscription package on line but the amount was deducted same as per the previous package itself. I wanted to change my annual subscription package, so I called the customer care to change my package but the customer care refused to change my package even when they have provided the option to change the package at any time.
    They refused to change as the new package I wanted to subscribe was of less amount. I requested them that I don't want to have the rest of the refunded but want to extend the periode of subscription, but they were not ready to hear me.
    They have provided the option to change the package at any stage but they are not doing so as the amount will be reduced.
    In this way they making undue gain to themselves and undue loss to the customer Which is deficiency in providing the service.
    Therefore, I am requesting to change my package from supreme sports kid to dhamaka mix and I also want to remove the HD subscription.

      Tatasky charged me without authorization. They activated the pack on their own and when i complained ab ithat they say they can't help it as it is their company policy. Lodged the complaint t0zl04b but it was of no use. My registered no is [protected].
      I used every portal to bring it to their notice but they dared to say they wold not be reverting it back. Monetary loss is not that significant but the malpractice pinches.

        I am using Tata sky since 2007 on my previous id and since 2013 on id # [protected] I am trying to stop your active games and kids pack since the free offer of your 10th anniversary. After that I am not able to stop these services. I have called your customer service no and given request for 5 to 6 times to stop but that hasn't stop and I call again and they have confirmed the same that service has been stopped from your end but I can still view these channels they confirmed that you have not to pay extra for this then at the time of recharge I was shocked to see that you have include the charges of these services as well. I am pissed off with your services they give me excuse that I have given request through missed call but I can verified it through my Telecom service provider that I hasn't given any missed call and this is your system error for which I am suffering from it. It is effecting my child behavior in not able to block these services and loss to me financially and mentally. You also have recordings of my calls for giving requests again and again. Today as well for your information I have given request to stop these services they have confirmed the same but still I can see these channels and use services. Plz confirm to me that what will be the solution for this and compensate me on my financial and mental loss. Or I will go for an alternate dth or set top box service provider.

          Today i.e. 14.11.2016 at 11.33 am I received the following two messages from BP-MYTSKY at my registered Mobile No.[protected]:-

          1. Request completed for Actve Smart Manager, Rs.. Current a/c bal Rs561.23 Due date 07-Dec-16. New Monthly Charges Rs 460

          2. Acve Smart Manager is now active on your Tata Sky with first 5 days subscription free followed by Rs. 10 per day for the 91 day course.

          Immediately, after receiving the aforesaid messages, I made a phone call from my land phoen no.[protected] at Tatasky helpline no.[protected] for knowing the reasons. However, the customer care executive failed to give any answer, rather she said that I might have given consent on call from Tatasky side. Then I asked her to give line to some senior executive. However, on asking how the aforesaid package has been activated, the senior executive also replied in the same manner. Then I asked him that the aforesaid package may be stopped, which was never activated on my request. Thereafter, for knowing the reasons for activation of the package, he gave my email addres [protected]@tataky.com to write and know the reasons.

          Therefore, through the present complaint, I wish to know the reasons.

              My name is Joybrata Bose, (ID[protected]. i have been residing in my Flat in Bansdroni area of Tollygunge Kolkata (Kolkata 700047). I have been using Tata Sky connection from 2006 - 07.
              Recently I have aquired a second residence in New Town area of Kolkata. I had got the old Disk anteena dismantled from my Tollygunge residence and got it erected in my new premises (Address: Anushka House. Plot No. DA 109, Street No. 251. Action Are a1, New Town, Kolkata 700 156). This erection along with istallation of a new HD Set-top Box, etc. was carried out by 2 men deputed from your agency named SUNSHINE. The senior person was named Biswajee t. They took all payments for the new set-top box; and set up the entire setup so that we started seeing all channels on HD mode. They spent about 2 - 3 hours in my flat. No outsider had entered my flat after their departure last evening. Today morning I I wanted to pack up my new DELL Computer as we were returning back to our old residence in Tollygunge. To my surprise, I could not find my new SELL Laptop bag, although the laptop was lying intact on my study table. I am therefore making a formal complaint that one of your 2 agency men must have removed the Computer Bag yesterday evening. Please make necessary investigations and have my Dell Laptop Bag returned to me at the earliest.

                Hi,

                I am tata sky customer from last 5 years. this year i faced a serious non compliance issue with tata sky. They changed my tata sky setup box for the third time recently for 1500/- informing that i'll be getting a one year free subscription to HD channels but they didn't informed me that those money which they credited for one year free subscription to HD channels are getting deducted for some previously activated pack for english channel.

                Now they're not accepting instead they're asking me to recharge for another 500/- for subscription to HD channel. This is such a issue of misguiding someone for some extra money every year.

                Please treat this issue on priority.

                This is regarding the same issue which i raised it on consumer complaint forum, you may check the history to get the context.

                on 25th Nov, i got a call from back end team from Hyderabad saying please recharge with 510/- and we will apply annual HD pack from back end as the complaint was regarding the same.

                on 3rd Dec, i recharged for my base pack renewal as well as for the said amount 510/-, but till now no communication has been made to me from back end that how you will activate the HD pack, inspite of that i'm tired of calling customer support for their help in raising another complaint, i hope they did raise the complaint but my question remain same ... when will HD pack got activated.

                I'm tired of pathetic customer service response and false statement by your agents, better i would switch to any other DTH service.

                P.S.- I'm tata sky customer from last 5+ years, i'm not sure how you treat old customers but this is what i'm now sick of it.

                Request you to please escalate as much as possible to get the work done at the earliest as it is a long prevailing issue now.

                  I have recently upgraded to TATA SKY HD for which the cost is 600/-
                  The guy who came to install HD set up box charged me 600 and also after sometime 600 was deducted from my tata sky account.
                  Even after rasing more than 5-6 complaints and calling customer care more than 6-8 times, the query is not resolved.
                  TATA SKY is a big fraud. Unresponsible and arrogant customer care executive.

                    My cable TV connection was repaired just two days ago by a tata sky technician.
                    But today there has been a total black out since 4.30 pm.
                    I called the customer care at 6 pm and requested urgent service as I cannot view any channel now.
                    But no one has come from tata sky nor called me so far after more than 2 hours.
                    You boast of 24×7 service!!
                    I.don't. Understand how the channels can all disappear just after two days of repair.

                        Hi,
                        There are a big fraud in taky sky smart manager chanel 701. which is free of cost active my monthly mix dhamal pack as called me taky sky customer care team. I have not seen this program but he has charged rs.10 per day unnecessary without any intimation neither any information me. now i have seen my due amount Rs.645. i have called to customer care team but they are not ready to reimbursement.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am Rafik Surve your customer, actually I ordared dish tv REMOTE on 30th October, they dispatched on 7th of November but we didn't got.
                              Your employers told that the remote has been received and also deduct my 200 rupees .
                              I talked with tejas and Pravin at 9:30pm, both are senior executives they are saying the same dammed thing.
                              If you don't take any immediate action then I'll be going to complaint to customer forum.
                              Hopefully will take any action or we move to customer forum.

                                I would like to raise a complaint against your representative "arfath” he was extremely rude and was not at all giving me the correct information. Upon asking the same question again he is telling me aapko 5baar already batha diya hai aapko samaj nahi aarha hai and on top of that he is telling me agle baar se mere se dyaan se baat karna is he threatening me?? Is a don or something?

                                I am the new user if i don’t know something it’s better to ask you guys, i guess that is why they have been appointed right? I was really shocked to hear these things from a well reputed organization like tata sky. I then asked to transfer the line to senior manager or supervisor. He then transfers the line to tejas, who was very polite and patience and helped me out. I told him about the incident and he took the complaint against him (Complaint number:- sxhy5su).


                                I demand an apology mail or call from arfath as soon as possible. I hope this time you won’t disappoint me.

                                  I live in a building that has a common Tata sky dish. When I moved into the house, I reconnected the tata sky services and took a pack that included everything except HD.
                                  More than 50% of the channels werent coming. Being busy with a new job and hundreds of chores related to moving into a new city, I did not find the time to notice the flaw or call tata sky. My father moved in with me and started complaining that even Doordarshan isnt coming. I called tatasky and complained. They sent a technician who spent less than 60 secs doing some setting and while leaving he said that I will be charged 200 for the service.

                                  I was shocked because while placing the complaint itself i had mentioned that the fault wasnt mine or my equipment. It was a mistake of tatasky itself that they did not do the setting or get me to do the setting when I took the pack. they did not even have DD coming and that it their fault not mine.

                                  A tatasky person is always hanging around in the building and yet they made me call the helpline and deliberately cut off my 200 rupees. I complianed about this and there was a call from them. The agent only called to say 'no no no no no no' He rudely said, i will not revoke the charges without even understanding what I was saying. That is not customer service - its a sales team that has finished collecting the money.

                                  I feel cheated and swindled. Pleasehelp.

                                      I am unable to view some channels like DD Rajya sabha TV, WOW Cinema, R Vision, Enterr10, Movies, Cinema TV, which are a part of my base package. Call center people say the visit would be chargeable. They are not listening that commitment has to be fulfilled, if it's their fault.Why should I pay for the fault of tata sky. Unnecessary harassment & unethical practice being followed by tata sky.

                                        where it was clearly mentioned by the executive that the charges would b wavered after the complain .. but later they are denying now
