I have received below mail from Tatasky as per them they have dropped the packs in below mail but they're still on. Haven't stopped yet and then they claimed that I have given missed call to start it again I am pissed off from Tatasky
Plz suggest me what to do I can send images or videos as proof

We would like to inform you Actve Smart Games Rs 2 Per Day Pack and Kids Monthly Sep16 Pack has been dropped on 14/11/2016 however the same was activated through missed call previously whenever the pack is dropped by our executive as per your request, hence the charge are valid and we will not be able to extend subscription credit.
The account balance is Rs.117.16/- available as on 14/11/2016. You need to renew it by 17/11/2016.

This is regarding the same issue which i raised it on consumer complaint forum, you may check the history to get the context.
on 25th Nov, i got a call from back end team from Hyderabad saying please recharge with 510/- and we will apply annual HD pack from back end as the complaint was regarding the same.
on 3rd Dec, i recharged for my base pack renewal as well as for the said amount 510/-, but till now no communication has been made to me from back end that how you will activate the HD pack, inspite of that i'm tired of calling customer support for their help in raising another complaint, i hope they did raise the complaint but my question remain same ... when will HD pack got activated.
I'm tired of pathetic customer service response and false statement by your agents, better i would switch to any other DTH service.
P.S.- I'm tata sky customer from last 5+ years, i'm not sure how you treat old customers but this is what i'm now sick of it.
Request you to please escalate as much as possible to get the work done at the earliest as it is a long prevailing issue now.
