My complaint was registered on friday 19th august, 2016 at 8:30 a. M. Is still not attended. Three service requests on their website are showing as closed when the problem is still not attended by any technician and my television is not receiving any signal since friday morning. More than 48 hours have elapsed. I need to watch business channels daily for my work. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services of tata sky. It can be said that tata sky employees cheat the subscribers of tata sky.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received email from consumercomplaints.in yesterday, 21st August 2016, that my complaint had been forwarded to Tata Sky Ltd. Customer Service. A technician from Tata Sky visited my house today at around 3:45 p.m. He changed the adaptor and now my television is getting signal for the subscribed channels. I received calls from mobile number 7039561198 both on my registered landline telephone number and mobile number to confirm whether the set-top box was receiving signals and to make payment for the charges of adaptor and technician's visit only through my account and not in cash.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
