Have recharged in jun 2016 on an offer with annual pack.
Now on 17 aug they say that they hv rverted my money rs.3000 to bank.
My bank has no such refund till 22 aug.

Making complaints since 17 aug. Made multiple complaints... each indl there gives a different versions.

Even after recharging fr annual pack and then for multi tv... not getting any channels .

    Since last one month i am unable to view the channels including door darshan and the other channels as per the pack i have subscribed for. I lodged a complaint 10 times with tata sky customer care but is of no use. The techinican was to visit for this purpose on 12th august, 2016. Before that he telephoned twice that he will come but did not turn up at all. Again after i complained and gave 3 alternate nos., i was told that they will call back and then send technician but they have not called back at all and are saying "phone unreachable".

    It is highly impossible to get complaints registered with tata sky because till the time you get the right person, you would have lost rs. 20/25 on the telephone because of their stupid voice recordings. The problem is from their end as after they have changed the channel nos. There is a lot of problems as their customer care is hopeless and says "sorry for inconvenience - it cannot be helped". The problem is that their set top box is getting signals for some of the channels and not for other channels as per my pack. Further, i want to emphasize that when i cannot view the channels which i have paid for and doordarshan/national channels which are free, due to their fault they should ensure that the period of subscription is extended correspondingly as i have paid subscription for a year till 15th october, 2016. I want to put it down here that they have taken it for granted to overlook the customer grievances. I request you to take up the matter with the authorities concerned for immediate solution and restoration of all the channels which i have paid for.

      1) i was called by tatasky customer care and was offered hd +set top box at the cost of jst 600rs, with two months of subscription absolutely free without any hidden charges.
      2) i was also told that after these two months if i want to discontinue the hd services, i can simply do it and normal channels will be shown as before, else i've to pay jst rs. 175 per month for hd+ channels.
      3) i've already spoke to your customer care executive and told him about this (Voice records can be checked).
      4) further i want to submit i'll pay only 175rs. For hd+ channels as i was promised by tatasky.
      5) please sort this issue by today itself as i'm not able to view hd+ channels without any fault. I'm pretty sure you don't want to loose your very old costumer and defamation of the reputed company.

        I have subscribed to Tata sky services for last 10 years.

        My HD Plus box was replaced as disk faulty on July 5th and i paid required amount for the same. However the box never worked properly and there were 5 complaints of no signal in box which were relolved in one month every three to four days. My complaint on August 2nd and the technical guy visited on August 4th saying there is nothing wrong but lose connection. As soon as he left the box stopped working again. on yet another complaint the technical guy visited on August 6th and said the box was faulty and i again need to but new one as it was out of warranty of one month. Kudoos to Tata Sky for making a fool of me. . I have been paying more than 14k on annual packs. Although I shall have no option but to switch to Airtel but i promise you I shall spread this to all over social media. Either Revert back or check out your reputation om SM

          My set-top box not working so i complain to tata sky installation staff but they are not responding after that i call to t tata sky toll free number but they are also not responding... If tata sky not responsible after seals the product then why tata sky talking about there product and service very well... Tata Sky service is tooo bad and there service staff behavior is also very bad

            My tata hd box (Id no [protected]) was not working and i register complaint on 8th aug. The technican contacted by 9 aug which time to come id said late evening and so it did not worked on 9th aug as i was late. After that till chasing them through tata sky helpline everyday, finaly the techician came on 14 aug. He did some changes for five mintues and it started working. Again the next day it stop working. Again i complain to the helpline. The helpline tema assured me that technician will call but the technician did not call even once. After day i used to get a sms of technician time of arrival and it used to get reschedule. The spo called helpline team was helpless to resolve the issue.
            In fact once the technician updated the helpline that i asked him to reschedule it next day.
            Finally after chasing one of their senior technician team leader mr bajpai he finally send a technician to rectify. On 18t aug. He resolved the issue but again on 21st aug i am facing the same issue.

            Tata sky technician team is ill equipped to deal with any problems plus they take advantage of the limited power the helpline team has and they work as per their will.

            Its a very frustrating experience to dealt with tata sky. Next year i planning to change the tata sky due to their worst service though it doesent make any difference tata sky as they have large customner base.

              Mereko vo money vapsh haiye. Apke adhikari ne mereko 48hrs ma time diya he but
              Me 48hrs kiya karu. Mereko apke adhikari ne rs 36 balance bhi diya he 2din ke liye.
              But mere ko to mera money mere bank ke account me chahiye. Online mara
              Recharge nahi huva vo apka probalem he vo apka technical probalem online
              Recharge me nahi huva. Mere ko ye apke aur se 2 bar probalem huhi he. Aab

                This has reference to my on-line complaint lodged on 15th june2016 for non-availability of few channels out of the package offered to us and subsequent tele-talk undersigned had with your official.

                Against my above complaint, during the help-line check done by your person, it is conveyed to me that there is a signal problem (Totally blank) for few channels. Subsequent to this, tata sky service engineer was visited to my home and changed the pin and told to us that there is no charge for changing the pin.

                However, of later, we have received message appearing on the channel that an amount of rs. 200/- has been deducted from our account for the above service (For changing the pin). This is contradictory to the one told to us by your engineer while changing the pin i. E. No charged will be debited to us.

                In view of the above, i would request you to kindly reimburse the amount of rs. 200/- debited to my account towards changing the pin.

                I also failed to understand that how the pin is working for few channels and not for other channels.

                We are now looking forward for your confirming reversal of above amount of rs. 200/- to my account.

                  From last two days i am trying to get tata sky connection get installed for my led tv but all in vein. The engineer cancelled my request yesterday and today despite my 3-4 calls to customer care of tata sky i have not recieved any call neither any one has come to install setup box. This is the worst service i have ever seen. It was bettee if i would have taken a videocon connection.

                  It takes almost 5 min for the set top box to power on and show channels and it takes further 5-6min for the channel information to display.

                  the remote is also very slow in response in changing channels.

                    My complaint was registered on friday 19th august, 2016 at 8:30 a. M. Is still not attended. Three service requests on their website are showing as closed when the problem is still not attended by any technician and my television is not receiving any signal since friday morning. More than 48 hours have elapsed. I need to watch business channels daily for my work. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services of tata sky. It can be said that tata sky employees cheat the subscribers of tata sky.

                    I received email from consumercomplaints.in yesterday, 21st August 2016, that my complaint had been forwarded to Tata Sky Ltd. Customer Service. A technician from Tata Sky visited my house today at around 3:45 p.m. He changed the adaptor and now my television is getting signal for the subscribed channels. I received calls from mobile number 7039561198 both on my registered landline telephone number and mobile number to confirm whether the set-top box was receiving signals and to make payment for the charges of adaptor and technician's visit only through my account and not in cash.

                    I called Tata sky Bangalore. But they are not speaking in Kannada. When i asked to talk in Kannada, he told me talk in English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. If you dont want Kannada, why the hell are you doing business in Karnataka.

                        My tatasky id [protected]. I am subscribing since its inception. Reason? The name tata signifies honesty, integrity & efficiency. But alas! The services had markedly deteriorated. I have being paying annually for 2 tv sets all these years. I paid rs. 10630/ on 20th. July 2016 for the annual mega pack for both the tv sets since my last year's subscription was to expire on 16th. August 2016. The acknowledgment appeared on both the tv sets the following day. However the validity of the recharge was displayed as 7th. March 2017 instead of 16th. August 2017. After complaining the date was changed to 25. June2017 instead of 16th. August 2017. One m/s ankita gave some ridiculous excuses and failed to understand our problem. Thereafter a chat with m/s anamika appeared to be equally futile. When can we expect u to rectify the mistake and stop the harassment.

                          I have been a tata sky subscriber for about 5 years and the kind of service i get is completely crap.
                          The network keeps getting interrupted and the only message i get to see is "no signal". I have received that message so many times i know it by heart. About 20 technicians have come to our house and changed connectors and taken money when their boss says they should not. On top of that they have been debiting money from my account for the connectors. The worst thing is that each technician says that the last one screwed it up. I tried to talk to the supervisor and my line got cut.in fact 2 days ago a technician sold me remote at 500 rupees and another tach says that it is 200 rupees. But hats off to tata sky because they made an effort to change the animation in the "no signal" message, very entertaining.

                            I have a couple of complains with tata sky.
                            There is total service deficiency in the system. No response to email communication. You probably dont have right kind of help desk complain type selection related to actual issue.
                            They charge even while the unit is deactive.
                            When asked for reason for error, you only get answer that either you went to wrong person of the executive did not give right information... You just realise at end of cycle that you were charged and there is no correction to that.
                            There is no record from old requests that will justify customers request.

                            Shear non-sense & service deficiency..

                              This is to inform you that i have been informed through your
                              Call centre executive that, in case of hd upgradation i
                              Hall get new hd setup box against old setup box and 1year
                              Free subscription and only need to pay rs.1500/-. After
                              Installation the same, it is showing that i need to recharge
                              Again for sd to view channels, this is really unfair.
                              Request you to please resolve this issue as per the
                              Information provided to me.

                              Note: the person who came for the installation taken back
                              The new card with him stating that it is not required.

                              After complaint the nodal person said different story he said it's not free rs.990/- is for set up box and rs.510/- for hd connection. When i asked then why your people not explained when i am saying that my tv is not hd ready and what benefit i can get if i take this, he said i can able to watch tv on hd and shall get 1year free subscription and you need to pay only rs.1500/-. When i said fine if this is the case pls return back my old setup box and take back the new one and i shall subscribe the sd package the nodal officer said not possible, i do not know why, this shows customer should not pay before checking the services which is being promised to them, so do not go by the advertisement only pls check the credential of it.
                              This is really unfair, pls resolve this issue.

                                Please replace my box which was getting no signal in-between. After a technician came the received signals got even worse. The box has stopped working altogether. Service charges have been cut without providing any valued service. My box is in warranty period then why was it not replaced? The toll free no is not working at all. I am not able to connect to the right person whom I can explain. Why consent from the customer is not taken whether a service is provided or not?

                                  Tata sky adds packages without customer knowledge. My account has been added with tata sky comedy package and charging 60 rs per month.

                                  When called customer care they are clueless who added the packages and disconnected call.

                                  I would like to know how the package got added and also need the amount refunded to my account.

                                    I have been having problems (R. S. Kalyanasundaram, [protected]) with my set top box and gave a complaint last week. I have multitv connection and both set top box the technician said need to be replaced. He wanted to test it at his location and took both boxes to his office for a day and came back and said both need to be replaced and wanted rs.350 per box which is refurbished and does not come with warranty. We wanted new ones and enquired the price and he said (I can provide details on the technician upon enquiry) the new ones are not available and can only give us refurbhished. Since we wanted to watch olympics and had no choice bought one set top box.

                                    Now i want to disconnect my other line but i am being sent from pillar to post. When i call help desk[protected] i only get menus and when i finally get an executive he speaks only hindi and when i ask for english speaking person i get disconnected. I am being charged rs.6 every time i call and i made 4 phone calls one after another. I wanted to speak to a supervisor and i was told that he was busy and would call within 4 hours. I am being charged on a daily basis for connection that hasn't been working for more than a month.

                                    I need tatasky to address this issue. I can provide details of my calls upon request.

                                    Hope this will bring end to my suffering.

Oct2015 me bhe maine recharge karaya tha.Tata sky par year ka plan baat karke recharge karay.recharge karane ke baad company pe phone karke TV start karaye .Abbi two months bal. hai magar boxes bundh go gate hai.tata sky par baat kiya to kahte hai aap ko phone par batana tha ki p ure saal ka plan chaiya .jab hum pure saal ka pyment kar rahe hai to 2 mahina ka kyo TV jam dekhe.ur Tata sky ka paise lens ka tarika hai.
