I am using tata sky([protected]) cable connection since last four years and regularly subscribing the same. Since two weeks I am not able to some of Channels i.e Colors Gujarati, Sandesh, ndtv News channes and getting error - NO SIGNAL. I chatted with executive of tata sky, and they informed that our executive will visit at your doorstep with the service charge of Rs.170. If tata sky is failure to provide some channels then why should i pay for that?

    Dear Sir, This is to inform you that Iam your existing Hd customer whose registered mobile number is [protected] due to lack of services from your end Iam going on stopping and lowering down the packages.Iam not able to view few of tamil channel and hinds channel.Even after calling and requesting so many time to send the engineer at my resident. Earlier all the channel were coming, now 3 month before after the engineer visits, Iam not able view the channel and you people also charged me for that. Do the needful ASAP Regards, Muthu.

      My work order LW6XHQ1 dtd.[protected] time-12.57 afternoon is yet not resolved. Technician has yet not called for the installation of the Digicomp. Address has been changed as the re-installation work has been completed and Rs. 200/= has been charged for the same and confirmed by SMS too on my regd. mobile.         I have subscribed a channel package named 'Everywhere TV' for which I pay Rs 60/month, which I want to unsubscribe. However, I haven't been able to do so as there is no option to remove it over the website and when I tried doing it, multiple times over the helpline contact number it doesn't give me the option to remove this particular channel package. It's annoying to be not able to remove this package after spending hours and money over website and phone. My patience has been tested and 60 Rs have been charged for the latest monthly recharge. Kindly resolve this matter and refund the 60 Rs. My subscription id [protected]

          My registered no. Is [protected].. Its been one month i am using this DTH services, already lodged 4 complaints in last one month for no signal.. A technician, may be with less or no experience visit n go.. But the problem remains the same.. Today, since morning, i am again facing this problem, called up customer care, talked to executives, they promised me of solving the problem in one hour bt no body turned up yet.. In evening again called customer care, this time talked to a senior executive, first one disconnected my call, as he was buzy gossiping with his colleagues, which was clearly audible.. And second senior executive promised me of solving the matter in one hour.. And still no one turned up.. Its a request to please refund my money now, and take your set up box back... Kindly revert asap...

                I have my recharge pack rs.290/- monthly but last month increased to rs.305/-then this month raised to rs.365/- without my consent. I contacted customer care they replied it will be rectified after 31st Dec. However I spent rs.20/-for phone call. so my request is to keep my recharge pack of rs.290/- only.

                  My work order no. LW6XHQ1 DTD.[protected] TIME- 12.57 AFTERNOON, was registered but till now the complaint is not resolved. Instead of resolving the problem company associates are continuously calling over my registered mobile & every body is asking about the problem again and again. Is this the service rendered by the high standard company like : TATA SKY". I have already recharged my account with Rs. 500/= and without viewing the TV my balance is being deducted. I am sorry to say, if this happens to the consumer after paying so much, for viewing TV channels, -----it will not take much time in this competitive era, when the consumers will be leaving this giant & prestigious company.                     Dear Sir, My tatasky subscription number is [protected] . On 24/12/2015 I made recharge in my account of Rs 850/- . The new balance showed Rs 3351/- and due date of next recharge 12/05/2016. On 25/12/2015 I received message on my mobile number showing balance amount as Rs 593.80 and next date of recharge as 11/03/2016. Please explain me .

                      I was a very satisfied customer of tatasky from[protected] with my company fitted setup box As they upgraded and changed setup box for free... After a year the problem started... Every 3-4month the setup box is not working and they are changing and replacing with someone's old repaired setup box... With out warranty and again we have the same issue... I am fed up with... Please understand the customers who are using it and serve them better

                        Dear Sir, I am using tata sky from last three years .I have recharged with its annual subscription around rs 1800from date 30 april 2015 and it will expire on 28 april 2016. From last two days, set top box receiving signal for very short time(one hour working and 8 hrs not getting signals approx) and i have complained to customer care and they even demanding for 200Rs service charge to resolve this issue and even they told me that as you not pay, we will deduct it from your account. So how many times i need to pay for their services for which i have paid earlier in advance for year? and also that is not sure that after resolving this issue, after two month again if it will arise again than also i need to pay for that?                             So many services added by this company. They added extra services many times to my pack without confirmation . they are doing this last three years . sometimes they call to my mother that is alternative no and make her fool . she always reply jaisa chal RHA hai vo hi chalne do kuch change mat kro but they are saying this reply confirm you are agreed to add this service . this they did only one time rest of time they add without confirmation . they newer like to call register no. I want all call recording that they did on my mother no and NY no during adding extra services . If I called to customer care they are lying and not want to listen anything Please help as my mother lives in village and frustrated to pay them extra money.                                 Never in my life have i experience such a horrendous service. I have been using reliance big tv for 5 years n i never face any issue but since last two months was filled with waste of money n time for me. Tata sky is really expensive their customer service no. Charges you a bomb and the agents just know to waste our time. My issue is still not resolved i asked them for a call back they strictly said no.. Why isn't a customer giveb a call back when he/ she demands. Last time i took a toll free number from them but it was not at all toll free. It was equally chargeable. I wasted 40 rs on a call n still my issue was not resolved. All i wanted was to change my pack but i was transferred from this department to that department. Also the customer service agents are very rude. A girl name Cai was very adamant she was strictly denying to take my call back request. Please take a strict action against tata sky.. They don't deserve to be into business.

                                  I have made a mistake in subscribing for tata sky services by paying annual subscription. There are no signals and when made a complaint the call centre promises you a call by certain hours to schedule a visit. When no such call came through, I called the call centre, i am told some arbitrary timing for the technician's visit. Upon asking that why was i not consulted in respect of the timing, I was informed that the local centre decided the time and was directed to the local centre. the lady at local centre denied any such time allocation and mentioned that she will have to talk to the manager and plan the visit. When I asked to speak to the manager, i was told there is no fixed timing for his being in the centre and therefore i cannot speak to him. To add to this the lady stated that the timing given to me has been scheduled by Hyderabad call centre and means nothing. Does Tata Sky people think that their customers should be available and unemployed so can be available at any time they feel like making a trip? On last occasion the technician gave a time and i waited for 3 days for his highness to consider arriving for resolution of the problem, which finally after 20 calls he came at a time of his choice. So actually tata sky is proving : CUSTOMER BE AWARE" We should actually look at their advertisement : pay only for a day at a time so your frustration will not be too bad"

                                        Dear Sir, I am using tata sky dth service. My subscriber id is [protected]. Previosly I was using HD+ premium plan of tata sky dth service and it was activated for one year. And than the plan expires after one year. And I got the call from tata sky costumer executive that my plan had expired and he offered me the basic plan for rs. 2600 for 1 year and said me to get recharged by 2600. After some time I again got the call and get the recharged done of rs. 2600. And than I got the call from costumer care executive that we will confirm the the pack activated via message and call. Than I had called costumer care executive and they said wait you will get the call but I havenot recived any call. Than after a month I got a statement in my email id and they had cut 1109.20 rs. From that 2600 rs for the hd+ services and I havenot got any call from them regarding this and I was not using that setup box waiting for their call or message. I called their executive and they had denied me the refund. Please help me provide the refund. Thanks
