My subscriber ID is [protected], I am not able to see some channels and i have been calling tata sky customer care everyday for past 9 days. Everyday i am promised that a technician would visit to fix the issue but nobody turns up. Kindly look into it and get my issue fixed asap. Thanks

    Subscriber Id- [protected] As a user I am really fed up with Tata Sky services. I have been complaining from 20 days on 3rd request a Tata Sky executive comes and doesn't have any solution and changes the set top box and tells this is what I can do and if you know better you can do it yourself. I just want to discontinue the services and return the amount I have paid to Tata Sky. Their is no professionalism with your services and I am fed up with day to day problems even the customer care doesn't have any answer for this issue. This is the worst experience ever had from any of the companies. I subscribed for the annual pack and now Tata Sky has just took our money and now playing with us. Anil Wadhwa

      Non adjustment of rs 300/-(rupees three hundred) against tatasky id-[protected] from sbi a/c No [protected] on 14 jul 2015. several times complain to the customer executives but no body replied fruitful nor the amount paId rs 300 on 14 jul from my sbi a/c have been credited to my tatasky id. Service executives are requested to investigate the matter and credit the amount to my account. I am the oldest customer of this service. The deduction of the amount paid to the tatasky from my a/c is att as document proof for verification and positive action pl. My regd mob No [protected] email ID [protected]@gmail.com

          Our remote was broken, we asked for exchange Tata sky has delivered us a broken remote, when we asked to exchange again then they said they will charge twice the amount its means = 2 times(remote deliver twice so two times cost added even broken remote they had deliver that also charge they have added) + 2 times person visit. It is highly annoying and disappointing matter, how the service is causing hamper to us. Even no one from them even tried to resolve the matter.

            It is really disgusting that Tatar sky for payment working very promptly .But when it comes to customer satisfaction, the company is completely fail. I am paying the monthly charge before time and therefore it is my right to get service properly without any hurdle . My complain is as below :- 1. Chanels like NDTV Hindi news, DD News, &TV etc telecast have been stopped without any reason 2. My package has been changed without my consent Please make sure the restart of all Chanels that I explained above immediately My registered mobile no is [protected]

              Hi, I am not able to view tata sky services since 5th December 2015 till now after relocation to new house in same Bangalore location..Since then I have called almost 50 times to below mentioned customer care number([protected]), But no response, couple of time their service engineer came and they said issue has been fixed but still the issue persist and they keep on deducting the amount from my tata sky account.On 20th December 2015, I finally placed a request for disconnection and refund of my amount from tatasky account for which they raised a ticket, but without my knowledge they closed the ticket. Now I would request you to take some strong action and help me to disconnect the connection and refund of my amount from my tata sky account from 16th December 2015

                    Sir,

                    We surprised to know that the subscriber id showing in DTH TV screen is different from the actual.
                    Generally We used to recharge DTH based on the subscriber id shown on the Screen.
                    If this comes wrong, there may be some technical problem in your DTH connection.
                    Hence we can not bare on our own.
                    Kindly refund the money recharged and close the issue.

                      Hi, I have been a TataSky customer for over 3 years now and this is the first time I had requested for a relocation in Bangalore. My request ID is LOEYQM9. This request was raised over 12 days back and everytime the SLA is reset. The technicians call me but they don't visit the place as promised. I've tried reaching out to the customer care almost twice daily, raised requests online( closed without approval). What more do you expect your customers to do? I will never suggest any of my friends to use your services. Fix it today.

                        Dear Sir, Tata Sky is the service provider for our dish connection and my customer ID is [protected]. While going thru' the list of channels we find that apart from the basic channels, HD channels are included in the package which we have subscribed. On checking the bills we found that Tata Sky is charging additional amount of Rs. 175/- towards HD channels. Concern was immediately to the representative of Tata Sky. But they failed to reverse this amount. We need your intervention in this regards and take up this matter with Tata Sky. Regards, Sandeep

                          Tatasky people simply call customers and activate unnecessary packs. They have some lock in period where you cannot even deactivate the pack. Such a cheap way to earn money.

                              I have recharged my annual subscription last week and I got some free shopping vouchers for discounts for shopping at various sites with a very minimum days time i.e. I recharged on 12th and given time till 31st to use all coupons worth 7500 Rs. When I tried one coupon I found that it was already expired, I tried another one, same message and then the third one. I lodged complaint at [protected]@tatasky.com, however even after 2 days when no one gave me resolution I called up call center, where I again been given [censored] promises that our senior officers are looking into it and will provide solution, but no one reverted as yet on 4th day. I am attaching all 3 snapshot of expired vouchers. Would expect some steps against such fraud being done to customers. Online complain no. LRRGLWM

                                  I am using tatasky at motihari, bihar.as requsted on phone call from tatasky people i agreed to take karaoke .one man named pradeep came to install it 10 days back. He told me _it will start working after 24 hours .i will come and demonstrate it. 10 days passed away he didnot turn up even after my repeated phone call i asked to come and collect money then he infomed me it will be deducted from your account.still this karaoke not working. It was never told me prior that it will be deducted from my account. This clearly cheeting from your side.please i want to return my karaoke and please refund my money if it is deducted from my account.

                                    May I bring to your kind notice that the irregularity committed by the tata sky customer care Delhi. I am a customer of tata sky with HD, ID- [protected] On 15th August 2015 [protected] was displayed on my tv screen indicating that my account requires recharge to avoid deactivation. I recharged my account on the given id (displayed above) from Anand Telecom on 18th August 2015, Jawala Heri, Paschim Vihar, Delhi. The sum of Rs. 500 recharged did not get transferred into my tata sky account, I contacted customer care number [protected] and inquired on the date 21st August 2015. I was informed that due to some technical difficulties in the system the incorrect id was displayed in place of my id [protected]. I was assured and promised that the sum of Rs.500 would be transferred into my account id within 24 hours. My compliant was registered with number JOWQBPT dated 22nd August 2015 at 12:45 P.M by M/s. Aarti. The tata sky called us several times without any action and gave false assurance of the sum being transferred without the real sum actually not being transferred into my account. I also sent a complaint through speed post to tata sky's head office, Mumbai, on 27th August 2015. this is a clear case o[censored]nfair trade practise and sheer mismanagement from the tata sky company.                                       I the undersigned R S Mehta having TaTa Sky Connection since 2008.I am paying Rs.570 as monthly charges. Due to poor reception i lodged a complained. Company asked for visit charge of Rs.170 without understanding the problem. I denied to pay. When the dish antenna is not working properly with some technical issue, it is the duty of the company to manage it. The technician has came to my premises. I again denied. although he visited the the place where the dish antenna is fixed.Within 2 minutes he came back and said that dish is o.k and you have not to pay any amount.After two days there is deduction of Rs.170 from my credit balance and company is reminding me to recharge the account. This act of the company is untrustworthy.The company can't deduct any amount of the customer without his consent. I denied to pay twice. Now this is the time to say good bye. If i will not get my money back i will discontinue and tell the public through social media about this type of activity of the company.

                                        I had ordered TataSky last week (14 Dec 2015) and they had called me after 2 days. For some- reason I could not not answer the call (as I am a School Teacher). The next day (Thursday) I called them on their Customer Support helpline[protected]. After holding the line for about 25 minutes, I got to talk to a customer service executive. The executive blatantly told me that since I was not able to answer the call, my order has been cancelled. He did not talk anything about refunding the amount I have paid online. I then requested him to activate the order again. He then said that the order is active and tata sky will be installed on Saturday at 2 pm. And as expected they did not care about installing it. Today (Sunday), I have been trying continuously to contact them but the I am put on hold for indefinite time after which I cut the call. Just to check if they are working today, I made a new request for a connection, through their website by filling the online form (without any payment) and after about 10 minutes I got a call from their executive. I then told him that I had ordered a connection online and I am trying to contact them to ask about the installation and not receiving any response. Then the executive asked for my phone number that I had entered while ordering online. After checking the details, he asked me, "Sir, is your name Shinde?" I said yes. And then he immediately cut the call. All these things have given me a lot of stress. The order amount was Rs. 1850. I want a full refund of this amount or installation of the service as soon as possible. Thank you.
