One month back i bought the Tata Sky, I personally feel that i got cheated. at the time of selling they said they have 4 - 5 no for customer care but when i call to change the package, every time the waiting time was 10 min and that not got over for 45 min. I am trying them last 3 days even i try to change the package online but they did not send me any mail and msg to my register no. they put me a very high package 680 rs. but on the other hand there are other packages are available on 240 rs that suit to my pocket. at the time of selling they said it is 3 month free but every month they block my channels and ask for recharge. can anyone help me in this case..     I have made payment 15 days back. Still my services are not active. i have been calling the call center 2 or 3 times daily. People there dont seem to understand. TataSky should learn what service means. !!!

      Complaint against Tata Sky Services. I am using Tata sky connection, id – [protected] from almost last month (7th december)and facing problem with Tata Sky Signals, which interrupt TV channels. Now from last 26 days again I am facing a same issue because of that most of the news channels, movie channels and some entertainment channels are not showing up. To make a complaint for this issue I am trying on contact the Tata Sky customer Care from last 26 days, I am able to submit my complaint, complaint no. is – LUY14BH.

            To the Management at Tata Sky (if this mail reaches anyone) 1. I usually dont like writing these mails but have no option. 2. I wanted two set up boxes (new connection) for the two TVs we have at home. SO I called your call center on 1/1/[protected] hours) and spoke with Ms. Deepika who assured that someone will connect with me in 2 hours - I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL (as on 1346 hours on 2nd Jan) 3. I in the meantime found out the scheme of booking Set-top box on your site and booked the normal one with payment on delivery + a Rs 5981 pack and got a confirmation email id from Tata Sky with the order no DS[protected] (tatasky transaction ID) at 1429 hours on 1/1/2016. 4. I got a confirmation sms on my mobile with the workorder details as M0ZLJZ6 at 1431 hours that someone will contact for the installation. STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL / COME 5. At 1730 hours on 1/1/2016 I CALLED your call center again to inquire what happened to the call and installation . The agent Mr. Anant or Anaht claimed that there is no pending request from my side. FAIR ENOUGH ... the new year party hangover could be the reason. 6. He transferred the call to someone called Nitish who seemed confused and said he will check and call within 15 minutes. I did not receive any call till 2039 hours on 1/1/2015 which I could not attend as I was busy. When I called back at the number around 2045 hours there was no response 7. I Get a second message on my phone at 1958 hours - 1/1/2016 that for workorder M0ZLJZ6 the visit has been planned for 2nd Jan between[protected] hours. STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME 8. The questions to your team are these a) Is the company still functioning and taking new orders for set top boxes from customers b) If so then are you executing those requests in time and as per what you promise c) Is your CRM systems in need for upgrade that customer requests and calls go unrecorded and unfulfilled without someone getting flak for it d) The bigger question is WILL SOMEONE AT TATA SKY PLEASE CALL / CONFIRM / CANCEL - at least have the B***S to get back even if its to say you cant give me two set top box, you cant install them EVER e) and this brings me to the last query for you - Is the team on dope in this new year ! I am not expecting any miracles ... the X-MAS season has gone by ... but yes... I as a customer am entitled to response either which ways ! Now lets see if and WHEN you revert ! Adios Senors !

              We are not able to receive signal for our primary and secondary connection from one month and have been regularly complaining the authority through telephonic medium. Each time the technician (Engineer) visiting the place complaints about the obstacles caused due to Grown trees and even advising to chop the trees for clear signal reception. This recurring issue is prolonging from the day one we subscribed the Tata Sky connection and is been not fixed as per the customer satisfaction.The service engineers are clueless about the issue. If the same is not sorted within next few days, planning to opt to other brand and seriously thinking to file a suit in Hon Consumer Forum Court for the problems caused and not been able to rectify the same.

                  Complaint against Tata Sky Services. I am using Tata sky connection, id – [protected] from almost last two and half year on my wife name Richa, but in last 1 year 3 time I face a problem with Tata Sky Signals, which interrupt TV channels. Now from last 3 days again I am facing a same issue because of that most of the news channels, movie channels and some entertainment channels are showing up. To make a complaint for this issue I am trying on contact the Tata Sky customer Care from last 3 days, after spending almost 60 bucks in 3 days yesterday on 1/1/2016 I am able to submit my complaint, complaint id is – MOV72PZ. Here the problem is whenever I call the Tata sky they put me on waiting, day before yesterday I was on waiting for almost 30 min but nobody there to receive a call and during waiting its keep saying waiting time is 5 min or 10 min. yesterday on 1/1/2016 I made my complaint and according to the executive technician will be expected to reach in between 4 pm to 4.40 pm, but no technician reach here till 5.10 then again I follow up to customer care and they assure me the time 7.00 pm. At 6 pm the technician came and suggest me to relocate the antenna and ask me to wait for next day also he said your Tata Sky antenna is not on 90 degree which cause the signal issue, when I ask him why this signal issue with Tata sky started from 3 days and also this antenna was also installed by the TATA Sky executive, he was helpless and insist me to relocate the antenna. I request to the Tata SKY Management to take action against and help me to get out of from this problem. From last 3 days again I am not getting the TATA Sky Services and I believe this was not been compensated by any mean.

                    I noticed a charge for active learning pack in my september bill. On checking back with tata sky - i was informed that this was activated based on IVR thru my registered mobile number on 25th july 2015. But such an ivr activation is not possible as I was not in india on those dates. And had left my mobile in india. There was no such outgoing call made from my mobile even as per my mobile call logs on that date. Repeated follow ups to tata sky have been futile. Even their nodal officer has sought to summarily dismiss the issue without investigations. Escalation to harith nagpal their CEO have also failed. If this be happenning with bills of other customers even 10%, we are talking about 1 million customers at the very least - and all getting surreptiously over charged by Rs 50 - Rs 100 every month .. So an over charging of approx Rs 50 million every month by tata sky. And no clarifications / explainations given. So customers be aware. Check your bills carefully.. I will be shifting out of tata sky ( and perhaps back to either cable connection or internet based tv or a cheaper more reliable provider ) this year. Tata sky is a blot on the name of Tatas. Isko laga dala toh paisa dubaya !!!

                      Sir, we didn't see certain channels like sun, sun hd...from yesterday onwards.it shows like "no signal" .we have booked complaints twice.they told us to send a tech person.but no one came and rectify this issue.the same problem we had during diwali, that time we didnt watch channels for 3 days.now, pls send a person immediately and rectify this problem.our sub id;[protected].name;sudarsan gayathri sudarsan

                        Hi Tata Sky Team, I have taken connection yesterday[protected], but the activation is not done till now, around 24 hours. I called customer care 3-4 times, every time they told it will be activated within two hours, but no use. When I called today morning[protected] executive told me that the installer has not give the details of installation and have not done the recharge, I have paid the installation guy 1550 rupees already. The Installation guy was asking for extra money other that tata sky fees, as a KHUSHALI and I refused, might be he has taken it personally, otherwise it will not take one day to installer to make the recharge and provide details to Tata Sky Service Centre. Why installer is asking extra money when he get salary from tata sky. My Subscriber ID : [protected] Please activate it as soon as possible, else I want to disconnect your services before activation itself.

                                We called the local Tata sky technician due to poor image quality and continuous interference. The person took our set up box for 3 days and brought it back saying that he had repaired it. However we found that all the English movie channels we had subscribed to was not coming. We called up customer care services who said that we had to register a complaint and pay for the repairs. What we don't understand is why should we pay for repairs when the fault is with the technician? The customer service person was rude as well and they did not look at the situation from our point of view. Extremely disappointed with Tata sky service.
