Despite various complaints during last 3 to 5 months, and various technicians visiting for rectification, my tatasky HD Multi TV, is not giving uninterrupted viewing.Today again the same trouble was there.Helpline number is not toll free .I'm asked to hold for 3 minutes. I have suffered around thirty days of non-nonviewing beside loss of money on making calls for complaints. Now, making my mind to get disconnected and to shift to DishTV.     I ahave applied for new TAT sky connection on 02 Jan 2016 but as of now it is not installed. I got the message on same day that it would be installed between 18:20 to 20:25 on same day. But it was not done . I called the customer care they feel sorry for the same and said we can not do now so it would be installed on sunday upto 10:00am. Again false commitment. Today i am regularly following up for the same but getting the same reply that " it would be done wiyh in 2 working hours." As it is 06;17 pm but i have not recevied any call from company or engineer. Why company made the fallse commitment to me and why i have to suffer if i am ready to pay as per company guide lines. I opt the company product on the condition that connection would be installed on same the i.e 02 jan 2016. Thanks : Kshitij Vasishtha [protected]

      Today i got a call from tatasky customer care. they asked me for active games. but i refused them. yet they activated active games on my ID. and deducted balance from my account. This is chiting with us. please solve my problem. i will be thankful for you.

          After many calls and mails, I am not able to contact Tata Sky Customer Service to talk directly.
          My request is to stop all my current packs(My Subscriber ID : [protected]) from today and continue just normal pack Rs.165/-, which has been continuing from beginning of my Subscription i.e. from 29th April, 2011.

          Please help me in this regard.

            My Tatasky consumer ID no-[protected].As per the SMS received to my registered mobile number on 17th and 22nd of December 2015 i've made my account balance as Rs1895 as on 22nd dec.Surprisingly my primary annual pack has not been renewed.Im being charged on daily basis.I have made 30 phonecalls.My problem not solved stating that SMS messages received from Tatasky have no sanctity.All the tatasky executives stating different versions and finally it was told that the primary package can not be renewed.When there is no possibility to renew primary package why the misleading messages to cheat the consumer was issued from Tatasky?Is this the reputation of such an organisation? one executive namely Priya saying that our messages will not mean the current pack can not be renewed automatically.Basing on the message received on 22nd of dec.She has created new meaning to deviate the exact words in the messages.Requesting the CEO Tatasky to intervene and solve the problem by renewing my annual primary package for which i have paid Rs1895 as per the SMS received from Tatasky on 22nd of December.Enclosing the screenshots of messages received by me from tatasky on 17th and 22nd of Dec.I also request to initiate proper action on the persons responsible for harassing the consumer for the past 10days.

              I have 4 set boxes, 2 of which stopped receiving a signal on 31st evening, for which i complained. A technician came on 1st, explained the problem, did not resolve it and left! I complained again, 2 technicians came on 2nd, explained the problem, promised to return at 5 pm with a splitter and still haven't shown up! Its the 5th day now and tatasky calls me and sends me a msg "complaint resolved on 3/1", deducts Rs170/- hence depletes my account balance, disconnects my other 2 set top boxes too and now I'm paying 1550/- for no service!! They are meant have a 7 day service, but the technician says they don't work on sundays!They have a bunch of ill trained staff with no commitment to their work. Interdepartmental communication is nil! But they are getting their money, irrespective, while i continue to be harassed!! And who in the system is answerable??

                TATA SKY DTH service wherein they advertise that just missed call on [protected] and you get call from our representatives, but it doesn't work. As I got massage quoted below. Thank you for your interest in Tata Sky. This .Missed Call .Service is exclusive for new subscribers. Call the helpline for further details. IT SHOULD BE THEIR IN ADVERTISING THAT OUR ADVERTISE IS ONLY FOR TO ADDD NEW CUSTOMERS ... OUR AIM IS NOT TO PROVIDE SERVICE FOR COSTOMER.

                    I have two accts with tata sky. [protected] and [protected] as multi TV, both in my daughter'd name viz Harpreet Dhaul. Acct no ...262 was suspended 2-3 moths back since not being used and ...303 temp suspended wef 22.12.15 on my request. On 3.1.16 at about 7 AM, I requested through chat to activate both accts. ...303 was activated. ...262 not activated till now. reasons---- on starting its top box, I found its power supply defective. I approached them and bought its inverter from them. The acct still did not start. I gave SMS at 56633, It cost me about 3.5 rupees but the msg was rejected by tata sky. Though both accts are mine and co-located, I recharged this one by Rs 300 and other by Rs 100. Still the acct did not start. I gave email at about 7 PM but no action taken. I tried to chat just now on 4.1.16 but the chat does not open up. Their Help desk leads me to all other sites generally on recharging /fresh connection etc but not chat. I don't know what to do now.

                      I am unable to see the English entertainment and English news channels though I have added these packages. My subscriber ID is [protected]. I have complained about this issue for the past two days but to no avail. No acknowledgement was received and nor has any technician come to visit us. There are many problems with the set top box.

                      For the past few months, the TV has been going off after a few minutes of playing with the words" your tatasky digicard is not inserted properly etc..."
                      I called the customer care number[protected]. and was told that the pincode of my address is 400208 or something and nearby are is Alibaug. I told them that my address pincode is 410209 and we are not close to Alibaug. I was then told that 410209 does not exist. I told them that it is available in google as Kamothe and to verify. But they stuck to their point that my pincode is wrong. So now I do I get my problem solved? I am unable tp watch continuously even for 15 minutes.

                                [protected] Id Have called 4 times in this month. Many channels show no signal. Whenever I call they say to do some settings and the matter is not solved. 20 days back I was told within half an hour it will be rectified as sometimes soft ware problem persists. Today the executive was rudiculous and abruptly cuts the call. My additional set up box is not working since 2 months. Now I'm in a dilemma whether to recharge or shift to some other cable service . If my problem is not solved within 24 hours (without any technician payment) as it is not my fault. Some channels r receiving signals some are not, I will be compelled to change the service which I'm using for more than 10 years to some other service.

                                  There is always a network problem during day time in my tatasky settop box and it works absolutely alright at night. The hd channels and some subscribed channels are unavailable during day time . please solve this problem it is annoying...

                                  Tata Sky has an extremely mismanaged customer service. Got no complaint ID from them and even after continuous follow up from our end for more than 6 times, didn't get a single revert. They are all about computerized and good-for-nothing formatted responses, which would definitely not work if they can't act upon the complaints. Awful experience! Sad to see such a big name performing so carelessly!

                                    Hello, We have faced such a worst services from customer services as we were facing lot of signal problem and there is no clarity\signal for many of the channels especially Kannada channels like Z n other and we have called 100+ times to customer care but no proper response till now. Hence We have cancelled the connection and never suggest to anyone to buy. Very unhappy with services and support.

                                    I'd suggest you address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve the signal issue you have been facing.
