I have 4 set boxes, 2 of which stopped receiving a signal on 31st evening, for which i complained. A technician came on 1st, explained the problem, did not resolve it and left! I complained again, 2 technicians came on 2nd, explained the problem, promised to return at 5 pm with a splitter and still haven't shown up! Its the 5th day now and tatasky calls me and sends me a msg "complaint resolved on 3/1", deducts Rs170/- hence depletes my account balance, disconnects my other 2 set top boxes too and now I'm paying 1550/- for no service!! They are meant have a 7 day service, but the technician says they don't work on sundays!They have a bunch of ill trained staff with no commitment to their work. Interdepartmental communication is nil! But they are getting their money, irrespective, while i continue to be harassed!! And who in the system is answerable??
