    Dear Sir, I am using tata sky dth service. My subscriber id is [protected]. Previosly I was using HD+ premium plan of tata sky dth service and it was activated for one year. And than the plan expires after one year. And I got the call from tata sky costumer executive that my plan had expired and he offered me the basic plan for rs. 2600 for 1 year and said me to get recharged by 2600. After some time I again got the call and get the recharged done of rs. 2600. And than I got the call from costumer care executive that we will confirm the the pack activated via message and call. Than I had called costumer care executive and they said wait you will get the call but I havenot recived any call. Than after a month I got a statement in my email id and they had cut 1109.20 rs. From that 2600 rs for the hd+ services and I havenot got any call from them regarding this and I was not using that setup box waiting for their call or message. I called their executive and they had denied me the refund. Please help me provide the refund. Thanks

      I am having a Tata Sky Connection for quite a long time. For Past One year we are facing problem with the Tata Sky Connection. Frequently the Connection goes off. Tata sky person allocated to our area (BAVDHAN, PUNE), comes and gives some temporary fix. It has been seen that he has given multiple connections from Single Dish without our consent.
      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Looks like TATA Sky is not interested in providing permanent solution. We are still facing the same issue.

          I called on tata Sky call centre miss Kritika picked up and she said, " aap tv k samne nahi hain dobara call kikiyega jab aap tv k saamne hon." She didn't greet or anything else..she said these words directly on opening the call..she irritated me too much

            This is to inform you we have raised no of complaints through helpline number but till now no one have attended the query.

            We understood that they treat the customer is an and customer keep on calling to customer care and fed up with pressing the numbers.

            Our family members are thinking that better to do pooja for setup box to solve the isssue.

            Kinldy suggest us whether to do pooja for setup box or legal procedure through consumer court..

            Pls reply us we will go accordingly.

              Dear Sir, On 24-12-15 i recharged my tatasky account online using my HDFC credit card. I generally use my fathers debit card but this time i used my credit card. After completing entire payment process the screen showed up an error stating " Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries."                 I have taken three connections from Tata Sky, as per Tata Sky my one month subscription was included in the initial amount been paid by me, but they have deactivated my services after 17 days stating that I have to recharge again. This is totally fraud by them.

                      My tata sky acc/no is [protected]. The company had added actve music on 21 Dec against my account without my consent. After complaint, one of their official called from no [protected], then I requested him to deactivate, but instead another package-actve smart games was again added on 23 Dec without my request. Their officials are humiliating and disturbing instead of helping the customers. Pl deactivate above two packages. Higher officials need to know these. My phone no. [protected].Thanks

                        I have 2 tata sky connections registered on [protected]/[protected] since many years . In dec2014 1 shifted to Mumbai and efficient installation was done a 1gomati naval park LBS marg ghatkopar west 4000086 .however one dish was stolen and complaint lodged a few months back the technician came and put both the connections on one dish against our wishes and took cash payment for same his name was Sanjay ph [protected]since about a fortnight both connections are not receiving signals I lodged a complaint and a technician called Ajay Chauhan came from bandhup at 730 pm on 18 dec2015 on an unsheduled visit he did not do any work was rude and left without attending to complaint .however a sum of 170 was cut from my ac even though no work was done since then no technician has visited my house I complained against Ajay Chauhan to the bandhup center but no use

                        Worst service providers. They just know how to cheat and ask technican to take money for booster or any other stuff . I have 3 Tata sky connection 2 was installed 2 years back . Till that no problem but after that new connection everyday new problem . Big cheaters they are and worst customer care . I can say they are worst then garbage people at least they have manners to talk and without reason won't ask money . In this case every Tata sky technican ask for money . They feel we earn money only for them useless people and cheater service provide .

                                Last month the mega HD pack got expired on Nov 27. However as per the subscription website details on the page, it was renewed for another year paying Rs. 7500 for one year. As per the details the next renewal date should show as Nov 27, 2016. This was explained umpteen times to the call center executives, wrote mails with the photo shot of the web page. Instead they have cut the rates illegally and now the expiry date shown is August 04, 2016 (instead of Nov 27, 2016). During all the interactions with the executives i have stressed the fact that it is ONE YEAR MEGA pack which should expire on Nov 27, 2016. Instead the executives do not want to hear whatever i am speaking and they take their own bad decisions Can the redressal forum pull up Tata Sky for faulty billing.

                                    I want to complain about the pack activated on 17 Dec 2015. Your associate called me on my RMN [protected] on 17 Dec 2015 and told me about the offer. He told me that this offer is about access to HD channels and costs Rs.3 and few paise per day and can be deactivated anytime as per my wish. I said ok, you can activate it now and if Iwish to deactivate it after few days I will do that. On this he said yes it can be done. Today, When I called on [protected], your associate Wasim told me that the offer is for three months and I can't deactivate for three months. This is ridiculous, unacceptable! How can you give wrong information for the sake of money? This means we (customers) are being cheated. I asked Wasim to connect my call to a senior associate but it didnt get through. Tata brand always claims that they believe in integrity, fair and ethical business. I am expecting a quick action on this. I want the additional above mentioned pack to be deactivated today only and my recharge due date to be extended on 23 Jan 2016 as it was there before activating the mentioned pack.

                                      TataSky Subscriber ID [protected] On 21 December 2015, i logged a complaint about my existing remote control, which somehow stopped operating, for which the customer service executive offered an exchange of the same with a new one requested to pay INR 200/- to the technician/installer, to which i agreed and confirmed the same. I was informed/texted that by[protected] hrs on the same day the technician will come and exchange but no body came. On 22 December i got a call from Tatasky requesting for address and time to come. When i questioned that why no body showed up yesterday they replied rudely saying i don't know i got this request today. i told him it is not acceptable that first of all nobody showed up and later they are being rude instead of speaking politely. Later when i said i wont pay for the service. He replied i will cut from your account. Means are you guys serious!!! anyways i told him the address and he scheduled it for 1800 hrs for the same day. BUT again NO SHOW. I mean wow!! what a superb service you provide to your customers. Request you to look into it and also I'm leaning towards leaving Tatasky. A very unhappy customer Ritu

                                        I would like to inform that i am a new customer who has taken subscription for two residential connection. I paid my subscription to executive name Meenal whose contact no. is [protected] on 14th December. Your technicians came and installed the 2 set top boxes on 19th December 2015. My horror story starts from here During installation they did a shoddy job of leaving all the wires hanging out of the main electric concealed box where they fitted their junction box. when asked them to concealed it they left the house saying in hindi "they cannot do anything more than this" I had to call an outside electrician and get the job done paying him extra. On 19th dec out of the the two connection installed only one connection was activated where I could see all channels. The second TV was not activated only installed. Since then I am chasing the executive Minal saying the I cannot c channels on the other TV. she said to press some Yellow button and so on for activation and watching/display of channels but everything failed. I requested her to send the technician, first she said Yes then after a day she say call the customer Help line no., register the complaint and get the same resolved. Than a question arose that since it is showing activated at Tatasky end and at the customer end we cannot watch channels doesnot means that I should be charged from 19th December for a TV which has not been activated with display of channels at the customer end. Please make a note of the same. I have requested the customer care complaint no. LU28E3U received by SAYALI register my complaint and send a technicians at my residence and activate the same and also the charges should be from the date of activation and displays of channels at customer's end and not at Tatasky end. I am sure u will look into this matter and resolve the same and live upto your name and legacy the TATAs carry of customer satisfaction and not the give me more agonies and be harrassed from your end, where I am making calls morning and evening to get the same sought out.
