To make it very clear once again that I'm not responsible for your incorrect SMS text revved on my RMN which apparently is short by some amount ! Therefore I would expect you to confirm me the renewal of my package immediately. Or else I'm compelled to escalate to various consumer forums including the social networking sites. Treat this as an ultimatum and act upon quickly.
I'm deeply hurt for a kind of treatment I' receiving from Tatasky customer service in this matter.
