    I shifted to a new location in Bangalore. I requested for a connection setup at new location. From past 4 days i sent 9 mails to them. each time they receive mail they will simply call and tells me their technician will give me a callwith in 2 hopurs. And everyday evening they call me once and tells me, since it is already 6:00, they can not arrange any technician. This is the same happening from past 4 days.Now i fed up with these people. I can not switch to other Dish now because i paid them 1 year subscription with 9 more months left in it.

      Dear Tata Sky, My Subscriber ID : [protected] & my registered mobile number is [protected] / [protected]. My Tata sky not working since 3rd December. I called customer care on 8th December, they told that our installer will call you within two hours. But I did not get any call from your side, than I call Customer care again but they told me same thing and as usually same installer also did not call me. I am calling customer care since 8th December but I did not get any response from your side. If you can do something than do otherwise i am planning to remove your service

          I have paid the monthly charges of English new package in advance for 6 months. I am unable to see only news channels from the last 15 days. With respect to Service Request number is LPCMS7W, I was informed that Tata Sky engineer have to visit our home to see the loose contacts which is chargeable. If there is a loose contact all the channels may be disturbed, why only in English news channels? Your representative are trying to avoid to resolve the problems and cheating us.             I am writing this complaints with lot of disappointment from the call center and technician team of tata sky. After repeated calls and assignment of work order no technician came or called. One of the call center person was extremely reluctant to understand the gravity of situation. From 7-dec-2015 the order was to be carried out till date nothing has been done and now for recharge messages are being sent to me . We are extremely offended and plan not to pay the charges for duration 7-dec-2015 to the date till which it is not installed.

              I Recharged my TATA Sky No: [protected] with 1100.00 on Sunday 06.12.2015. Due to network error the amount got debited twice from my account. I have contacted the bank for reverse entry of the transaction but they are unable to do it as it is already accepted by TATA Sky. When i contact Tata Sky customer care, no proper solution to the situation is provided and all the customer care executives are showing there helplessness and asking to contact the bank. I am trying to find the solution since last 1 week to no avail and am not getting any rational support from TATA Sky's end.

                I was recharge my tatasky connection from saswad. So In saswad all tatasky dealer take 10 Rs.more extra charges.I was recharged 1650 Rs.Actually he recharged only 1640. All tatasky customer face this problem.Please take action.Other wise we can use other option.                   Subscriber ID: [protected] Had a TATA SKY connection, but haven’t been using it for more than a year. Wanted to start using it again. So I called your customer care service, on 10-12-15 for STB upgradation to HD. I was given a deal wherein the first STB would be charged at 1500 and second at 590 and given ONE YEAR WAIVER OF HD ACCESS FEE, by a lady whose number is [protected]. She asked me to first recharge my account so that it will be activated, after which she can take a request for upgradation. I recharged Rs. 100. Then a technician called, for delivery of STBs. His number is [protected]. He came, and installed the STBs. But the line wasn’t working. So he went to check the connection on the terrace of my building. But, the dish, which was originally mine, was being used by someone else, probably new tenants in the same building, and the four lines were pulled out and lying next to the dish. (I used to have 4 lines). He said, I would have to purchase a new dish, which would cost me Rs. 675. I told him, why should I purchase a new dish, it was your company who allocated my dish to someone else, instead of installing a new one for them. I sent him off after paying him Rs. 2100 for the STBs, since it was late in the night, and I had to call the customer care regarding the dish. They raised a complaint regarding it and promised it would be solved by 13-12-15. Couple of hours later, I checked my account details online, but to my surprise, was charged only Rs. 590 and Rs. 490 for the two set top boxes. I immediately, called the customer care helpline, and they said, I would not be given 1 year HD free, and the previous deal given to me, was a TECHNICAL ERROR. No such deal existed. And they raised a complaint regarding it. (Still hasn’t been resolved). An hour later, I was charged Rs 100, for HD access fee for 2 months. Now what is this for? How can you randomly charge me for this service, at your convenience? The next day when I log into my account, I find the advertisement for the same deal I was supposed to be given. How can you say it is a “technical error”? Has the same technical error been made by 3 different executives? I received a call on the 12-12-15 at 09:53 a.m. from the number[protected]. An executive had called regarding the dish issue. I explained it to him. He said I would, receive a call back within 24hrs. I waited, but haven’t received any call back. I called the next day on 13-12-15, and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hrs from the so called “Backend Team”. Haven’t received any phone call. Nevertheless, I decided to call again on the 14-12-15, for a disconnection and a refund of my money. The first time I called, my call was put on hold to be transferred, and was abruptly disconnected, and I believe it was done deliberately. The second time I called, it was transferred to a Mr. Naresh, who was apparently the supervisor for Hyderabad Call Center. He told me, NO COMPLAINT WAS EVER MADE REGARDING THE DISH. I repeatedly asked him to check. He reconfirmed, and did not find any complaint regarding the dish. I was in utter disbelief. He said, he would raise a new complaint which would be solved by the 18-12-15. I asked to raise a request, for a disconnection. He said I would receive a call back within 48 hrs. Now tell, am I really going to receive a call back this time? Am I going to get my refund? Is this really a TATA group company? Because TATA, always had a reputation for good customer service. I have 2 issues with my connection, one regarding the HD STB deal, and the second regarding the dish.

After exchange of set top box the poor signal is continuing on and now we are unable to see the all chanels for that we have subscribed. Please arrange to get it redressed as earliest possible.                         I am c.somu having tata sky connection in the ID NO:[protected].I have not subscribed for HD channels but I am receiving it for the past two months and I have been charged more amount for it .I have called TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE service number in chennai to tell them to deactivate the HD channels but there was no reply since the number which i called was not responding.The helpline numbers are also not responding.I am not receiving some channels like sun news, vijay tv, sun music.So, i kindly request you to look into my issue so that i get my hd channels deactivated .

                              I subscribed for tata sky on 9th nov 2015. With that I got a free package of all HD and non HD channels. And the free package expired on 9th dec 2015. I got it recharged on 8:th dec 2015. By mistake I selected a package that included HD channels also. And I am not interested in keeping HD channels. I also want to enquire that if I remove the HD channels from the 'Dhamal' pack that I activated, then will I be able to increase the duration of my package?? SO is there any way to get through this problem. waiting for a solution. TATASKY ID [protected] mob no : [protected]

                                  The whole process of technician visit is a kind of scam as I found out through my experience. For the last 3 months (October to December 2015), i needed to call the technician 3 times for the same issue and they charged Rs 170 without any hesitation. The guy on his first visit in Oct changed the receiver as some channels could not be viewed. Next month i had the same problem, and the guy changed the position of the antenna. On the third month, again the reception stopped and the guy came and just tilted the antenna here and there. So for one problem, they charged 3 service visit plus the cost of the receiver. Actually the guys seemed to have no clue whats going on.

                                      Sir, On Nov. 10, 2015, I recharged my Tatasky account with annual package of 5335 for subscriber ID.[protected] by PAYTM via order no.[protected] .This subscriber ID was showing on my tv screen through your set top box.Later I found that this ID. is incorrect for my subscription.My original ID is [protected].I made a complaint regarding this.On your helpline no. they accepted their mistake and told me that they will rectify their mistake.But even after one month they have not done the needful.When i contacted PAYTM they told me to contact your operator with reference no.[protected] for further help with reverse recharge.This is a cheating.When I talked to your executive on 8th Dec. 2015 they told that me that my complaint is open and they are working on it.In addition they said me to recharge my tatasky account by Rs. 100 to get the services as they have deactivated the services on 7/12/2015 due to less account balance.I firmly said that I am not going to recharge.In connection to this argument I received a mail on 11/12/2015 that they have closed my complaint without sorting out the issue.Further they have asked to register a fresh complaint regarding therecharge issue.I am really fed up now.Kindly do the needful at once failing which I have no option to disconnect the said connection and file a complaint in the consumer court forum.

                                        I've recharged Tata Sky on 2-12-15. My subscriber id is [protected] and complaint id to tata sky is LOVKGES. I've recharged annual pack of Rs. 2750/- (Dhamal Mix Pack) of tata sky on the above date. The advertisement mentioned a total of 21 HD channels (M Tunes HD, Sony HD, &TV HD and others). But now I've got no such channels to view. When mailed to their helpdesk, they sent their tehnician. He checked the signal strength and found all OK. He told that now I need to recharge more of Rs.175/- to access HD channels. But this was not mentioned in the advertisement. I'm attaching the photograph of the HD channels which were promised to be provided. Thank you
