I subscribed for tata sky on 9th nov 2015. With that I got a free package of all HD and non HD channels. And the free package expired on 9th dec 2015. I got it recharged on 8:th dec 2015. By mistake I selected a package that included HD channels also. And I am not interested in keeping HD channels. I also want to enquire that if I remove the HD channels from the 'Dhamal' pack that I activated, then will I be able to increase the duration...

The whole process of technician visit is a kind of scam as I found out through my experience. On December 11 2015 around 3:00 PM, I got a call from Ashutosh of Tatasky backend department. He mentioned that I have not used Tatasky for 18 months and asked me the reason. As I relocated to an area where Tatasky is not available I stopped using it. I requested on8/12/2015 to relocate antenna at same place.Next your field engineer came and done same changes in antenna & told us that it will charge Rs.450 for relocation which actually Rd. 200 told by customer care. I called 3 times to tataosky customer care but they did not give response ., they did not register my complaint about some channels are not seen from three days....

I will permanently remove my Tata Sky service if I will not receive my connection and money back. I will put complain on Tata Sky also for deducting balance from my tata sky account and activating service without my permission. I will also put fraud case on tata sky in police station and suggest my friend to shift to another service....

My tata sky set top box is not working for the past 3 day. Writing from chennai. After the rain it stopped working along with powercut. Power came back but still set top box didn't work. Tried calling toll free nos but not reachable. Pls do the needful at the earliest. Tata sky ID [protected]...
