My due date on tata sky was 18 Nov 2015, now i got sms that 12th dec is my due date, this is happening from past many years ever since I subscribed tata sky. when i complain online they give unrelated answers that we have registered complaint and will call us back which they never do...

Hi, My connection Subscriber ID : [protected] has been wrongfully charged with charges of Rs. 75. I am very disappointed with your services.
