My name is yutika kumar- holding ph no: [protected] willing to change my monthly pack mfrom 290/- to 204 pls i wont spend my much time in front of tv, so requesting for rs 204/- pakage where my base plan should be naa 99 pack with add on channel of regional pack-40/- rs & hindi entertainment- 40/- rs & only pogo channel-250/- rs per month plese do it quickly & no deviations in my total monthly pack please or i would lodge a complaint on this.

    Fraud TataSky, This is with reference to fraud transaction and wrong commitment from your customer service staff. Tata Sky Id: [protected] Since 9th Dec-2015 my tata sky was not working even it consist enough balance approx 430 Rs Due to this i though to call your customer service number which is[protected].After a long struggle and losing huge amount of mobile balance it got connected to your staff and then I told them the entire scenario. It was very difficult to make your staf[censored]nderstandable the situation and the problem. After a lots of discussion they arrange a tata sky staff visit at my address on Dec-11th 2015. Two person came to out address and done something with LNB but the Dish TV was not working properly after just they gone from our home, I spoke to that guy over the mobile at least 5 times and told him that the tata sky is not working Please come and check again while that visit consist a Charge of 170 plus LNB charge of 100 total 270 got deducted from tata sky balance.It was very disappointed for me I paid the entire amount and didn't got the service in a proper way I would say its a fraud commitment and fraud transaction for me. This is not the enough I Called your customer service again. after a lots of struggle it got connected and describe the entire situation again.Even your staff was not having the sufficient amount of knowledge and the process to provide service to the customer. They again arrange a staff visit at our address on 12th Dec-15 without any charge fro that visit and LNB. The guy came and checked Tata Sky dish and again change the LNB and TV started working fine.Even LNB replaced just few hours back on 11th Dec 2015. Again I got charged 270 again for the same which was not supposed to do from my account. Without any reason paid 5 days subscription changes even without seeing the TV. At last I want my 270 Rs back into my account which was fraudy deducted from my account. and would like to complaint about that pair of guys who came to our address on 11th Dec-15.

      I am using Tata sky service last 6/7years. But still some problems in HD channels. I have compiled to Tata sky customers cares, they said we will send our person and will check the problem and our visit charges of Rs 170. I have paying extra 175 pm charges for HD channels service. Why are I am paid another paid charges.

      Exactly. Why we need to pay when there is a problem from there side. Is it not tata sky responsibility to provide the service?

        My account only shows balance of rs. 53. But I recharged just on 4.12.2015 by rs. 750. I got message that a services has been activated, For which I did not request. Therefore, I request to credit my balance at the earliest.

              We are using the tata sky for 5 years.. our tata sky is not receiving the signals...for 3 days... we are trying to contact to associates of tata sky ...but could not able to contact him for last 3 days... our registation number is...[protected] Registeresd moblie no----[protected]... tata sky is prooving bad service provider...we as customer not expecting such services...we have already got recharge of rs.2500/-...but not receiving the services... this is not fair...kindly contact us for such problem...

                On December 11 2015 around 3:00 PM, I got a call from Ashutosh of Tatasky backend department. He mentioned that I have not used Tatasky for 18 months and asked me the reason. As I relocated to an area where Tatasky is not available I stopped using it. But recently in the same society, big Tatasky dish has been installed and so I agreed to the offer proposed by Ashutosh from Tatasky which was Grand Sports Special pack at 50% off. I also inquired about the HD box connection and activation as my previous subscription was SD. He explained that I have to pay HD access fee + set top box + Grand Sports Special pack price at 50% which was in total around[protected]. I agreed to this offer and provided him information of my address for relocation. He also mentioned after the installation of set top box I have to call this number, [protected], for activation of my offer and subscription. The next day, December 12 2015, I received a call from Tatasky technician and he came to my house and fixed the HD box. All is fine till then. I called the number provided by Ashutosh as he mentioned and asked about my offer, the tatasky customer care executive who attended the call said there is no such offer on my account. I asked them to recheck but they said there is no such offer of 'Grand Sports Special pack at 50%' for my account. I told the technician I'll talk to the customer care and then he can come back and activate the connection. He left without charging anything, which was expected. When I contacted the official tatasky customer care number,[protected], they too said the same thing, that there is no 'Grand Sports Special pack at 50%' offer for my account. I said that I received a call from person named Ashutosh from Tatasky Gurgaon regarding the offer, but the customer care people were not ready to hear me and repeatedly said they don't have any records of Tatasky executives calling me on 11 December 2015 and said it could be fake/prank call. But the catch here is 1. If the call is prank as mentioned by the Customer care people, then how come Tatasky technician has come to my place and installed a HD set top box? 2. The Customer care people have my relocation request, but they cannot have it if the previous day's call is from a fake Tatasky customer care, this is really creepy. If this is true then there is serious security hole in Tatasky systems. 3. If there is no security compromise of Tatasky systems, how come the systems have my relocation request? when I didn't request for it myself. So definitely the previous day's call is from Tatasky. 4. Also Customer care executives denied that the request was placed on December 11 2015 and mentioned that request was placed on 12 December 2015. This is very untrue as I never contacted Tatasky for relocation on 12 December 2015. 5. I hope all the calls are monitored and recorded, they will provide insight into this issue. This is a very bad user experience. If the call from Ashutosh, who claimed to be from Tatasky and gave me the offer of 'Grand Sports Special pack at 50%', is a true prank/fake then there is no issue. But it doesn't look like because: 1. The technician seemed to be genuine Tatasky person as he didn't charge and fixed the HD Set top box. 2. The number given by Ashutosh for availing the offer seems to be Bangalore Tatasky call center number. 3. Above all the official Tatasky systems have my relocation request and details, which I never requested directly, but requested only via Ashutosh. 4. Lastly the sad part is, as the official Tatasky systems have my relocation request, I asked the Customer care executive to trace the details of request such as who has taken the request, who approved etc. But the customer care executive said they could not track from where the request has originated, which is so creepy. Looks like either Tatasky systems have serious security hole that anyone from outside can access their internal systems or there is serious miscommunication between departments or something seriously wrong is happening with consumer offers etc. Whatever it is, it was really a bad experience and I'm leaning towards leaving Tatasky. I hope Tatasky looks into this issue and resolves it.

                  I requested on8/12/2015 to relocate antenna at same place.Next your field engineer came and done same changes in antenna & told us that it will charge Rs.450 for relocation which actually Rd. 200 told by customer care. We refused to this amount as it should have been Rd. 200.Engineer left that day. Next day we received sms stating that your relocation has been done & deducted Rd. 200 from balance. Due to insufficient balance in my account balance left -93rs & deactivated service without my confirmation. Since then I have been following with tatasky for refund of deducted balance for relocation which actually not done but there is poor response by tata sky. I am raising complaints everyday but still issue not resolved . now I feel that tata sky is fraud n cheating company. I will not recommend tata sky to others . if you can't solve customer complaints then why are you running call center.Its working like a government where people are not entertained.If my problem resolved I will go for vendors such as dish TV, AIRTEL, Videocon.                       I will permanently remove my Tata Sky service if I will not receive my connection and money back. I will put complain on Tata Sky also for deducting balance from my tata sky account and activating service without my permission. I will also put fraud case on tata sky in police station and suggest my friend to shift to another service.

                          Dear sir/madam, My RMN no is [protected] & subscriber id is [protected]. my base pack DHAMAL MIX Rs. 240 when i checked on site of tata sky there is showing 148 channels with HD channels and others but i can't see hd channels, when i talk customer care they can't satisfied me. i want to know if there is no 148 channels is rs 240 why show on my account i attach the screen shot.                             My due date on tata sky was 18 Nov 2015, now i got sms that 12th dec is my due date, this is happening from past many years ever since I subscribed tata sky. when i complain online they give unrelated answers that we have registered complaint and will call us back which they never do

I am unable to view all the channels in tata sky due to No signal shown on the TV, for which, I made a complaint on 7th December, and since then, there is no follow up till date in spite of calling and mailing again and again on tata sky help desk. So hereby, we humbly request you to please take action on the above and get our problem solved. Yesterday (11.12.2015) i made a complaint on grahak seva so i atleast got a call from tata sky saying that they will resolve the issue within today by sending a technical person but no one has turned up till now. Kindly help us in getting the issue resolved as they are taking customers for granted and we are being fooled by tatasky. kindly, ask them to refund money for the same.

                                  4 days back i have interacted with your customer care center regarding a new DTH connection at Jamnagar of Gujarat.As a result the brand has been selected and i got a message from customer center that the connection will be provided with in 24 hrs after getting an appointment from me. Unfortunately till date i am not received any call from TATASKY.

                                  If you are not able to provide a connection, please inform me immediately, so that i can try for a better service.

Before this recharge, while attempting our bank a/c was debited with Rs 500 but it was not successful. Therefore double payment has been made. kindly refund Rs 500. rgds

                                      Hi, My connection Subscriber ID : [protected] has been wrongfully charged with charges of Rs. 75. I am very disappointed with your services. I have purchased a new connection of Tata Sky, during the installation time, it took total 32 meter cable, but I was charged incorrectly 40 meter cable. as per communication with customer care 10 meter cable is along with new connection after that charges of 16-25 meter cable should be 125Rs. so I should be charged of 22 meter cable which is 125Rs. but you guys charged total 200 Rs. which is incorrect so you guys chage me extra 75Rs. and they did not confirm with me length of cable, total used wire is 32 meter however you charged of 40 meter wire. when I discuss with customer I did not get any positive response and I also had a word with backend team but without any logical explanation they told "Charges sahi hai", but I was not satisfied with there logic. I am very disappointed with your service, I will not suggest to anyone to purchase "Tata Sky". there are many other options are available in market, I will suggest them to go with Airel or Videocon. please look into this and help me.                                         My real account no is [protected] and i called custmer care to charge on this for rs 13900/- but due to mistake by your customer care executive, it was charged on my old account 1089432 was again to recharge on my orignal account [protected] which i did but i was promised that the amount recharged by mistake of your executive on account [protected] shall be refunded back to my credit card but till now nothing has happened.

                                        Whenever i call up tata sky, they put my call on hold and nothing happens. I have called many times but nothing happens, i have been cheated of rs 13900/- by you and if my amount is not credited back, i shall take you to court as you are cheaters frauding people. You made me pay rs 27000/- and dont respond. This is mental agony and cheating. Please rectify as i have all voice recordings plus credit card comapny proof. Please refund or i shall ask for damages along with my money due from a stupid comapny like you.
