My Subscriber Id is [protected]...Its been again and again and again i am calling TATA SKY people but they never pick up the phone make u wait 30 mins minimum, and if by chance they pickup your phone and its very difficult to they come down to your house and repair your fault. They have come to my house 4 times and repaired technical faults but again next day same problem. i have "4 set up box" all has same network problem all new HD box...please TATA SKY i[censored] can seriously rectify this time--Mayur mob [protected]

    Dear Concern With reference to ID NO [protected] registered mobile no [protected] after several reminders to Tata Sky service center, I am unable to get response from them regarding my complaint of changing set up box for MPEG4.. But till date nobody contacted me even after 20 days has been passed. If its not gonna change by today anyhow, I would prefer to go with any other service provider.

      Dear Concern With reference to ID#[protected] after several reminders to Tata Sky service center, I am unable to get response from them regarding my complaint of changing set up box for MPEG4. If its not gonna change by today anyhow, I would prefer to go with any other service provider and make it sure that not to refer Tata Sky to anyone for their ridiculous services.           I raised a request for setup box upgrade on 25th of last month as i was unable to view any channels. Then i called tata sky customer care every day & they said that your complaint has been noted down & technical team will contact me. But till date nobody contacted me even after 20 days has been passed.
          Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I am also facing the same problem. They have not visited the location and changed our setup box. The Tatasky customer care toll free numbers are always busy and no one speaks there. So it is better to switch to other service provider.

            Sir, This is to inform you that your customer service has become pathetic. I have a connection with Subscriber ID [protected] under the name of Vivek Shylla which I transferred to Subscriber ID [protected]. When it was under the other name I was supposed to change my STB in Delhi since I had no time there as I was moving back to Shillong so they advised me to get it replaced there. So after I moved and updated my address with your helpline number I called and asked for my STB to be replaced, that was 6 days ago. Everyday the service people are coming up with new excuses. First they are saying that there is an address mismatch, this is not possible, I am living in that address how is it a mismatch? Second, they are saying that they don't have materials for the past 4 days, how is it that they don't have one HD STB to replace? This is really frustrating for me as when the satellite problem was happening I was told that customer service is bad only now, later the customer service will be good. But I am facing the same problems. It's like as if you don't want to treat the customers of North East India properly. If you can't provide customer service then mention it, say you don't care about your customers. I was thinking of getting Tata sky HD +, I was ready to invest Rs. 8000 after the satellite problem was fixed but now looking at the kind of service you provide I just thank God that I did not take it. I will use up whatever amount I have in my account and then disconnect and deactivate all the accounts I have at home presently. Airtel DTH provides the same recording functions as you do, they also have two tuner support, so that will be better even if it's a bit expensive, their customer service is good, if not excellent at least better than Tata Sky. I am sorry but I will not recommend anyone to get Tata Sky. I hope you have a good day, because you have spoilt my last 6 days. Thank you Arun Kafley [protected] Vivek Shylla [protected]

                I (Client [protected]) received a call one day while busy in office, from an executive describing non-stop about the wonderful channel etc and that at the end of 3 months, it would automatically stop without me doing anything. Much later, i realized through sms on 11-jun-2015, that i have been charged for it! This is a package i NEVER WANTED, ASKED OR NEEDED! TataSky executive himself made the call. At such times, they should enquire if such chanels are needed by the customer and then proceed. Is their Incentive all that matters? I DEMAND A TOTAL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND OF THE SAME WITH APOLOGIES FOR ALL THE TROUBLE I HAVE GONE THROUGH. When i called today, 15-jun-2015, i was conveniently put through the recorded loops by more than one executive, for more than 40 minutes. Is this how a loyal cusotmer of so many years is treated by TATA SKY?

                  My name is NandKishore Panjwani and my Id is [protected]. I have been calling tata sky customer care for changing my set top box to MPEG-4 as i recevied message regarding the same.I had given miss call twice then made numerous call to customer care but everytime I get the same response that my request is under process and will taken on higher priority. Same reply is being repeated over and over again to no avail. No one from tata sky contacted us yet and they are planning to close the service on my old set top box from 15th June 2015. While all me request to change the set top box went unheard. Such a fraud company with so poor service. Even local cable operator provide service much better than this so called reputed company.

                    I have given request on 12th june 2015 after committed by tatasky associate same day upgrade of setup box from SD to HD but till today no response. THEY HAVE ASKED TO RECHARGE FOR 1500 WHICH I DID SAME DAY. But now when i call them ...first of all i wont get talk to them because they are always busy and The IVR is so lengthy that we will loose patience to wait. even in chat support the waiting list is always above 50 ... what kind of support it is. Please take some action

                      We are loyal TATA SKY Mega Pack users for 6 years. When we started the service we were told that the Mega Pack would include all the channels that Tata Sky would provide. Over the years they have added many channels that are not included in the Mega Pack for which there is a seperate charge, This is tantatmount to cheating and misleading the consumer. We have been called 'Platinum' customers by Tata Sky but that is just eyewash.

                          my name is Brahma Dev verma from district barabanki, uttar pradesh. my subscriber I'd is [protected].I received msg from tata sky for upgrading their channel. and said that you will not able to watch channel from 15 June.I have called them on 3rd June 2015, they replied that box will change in one week. after one week a I called them again this time they replied that your request is under process. today is 15 June and no one from tata sky called me for box changing. poor management and poor service.I m still waiting...!!!

                          My problem has resolved. My box has changed today on[protected] at 10:45 am without any charges. Thanks for that tata sky.

My id is [protected] but it is very very panic to say that i have been called several time for the upgradetion of setup box from MPEG-2 to MPEG-4 box but it was a great surprise that there was no responce from the service provider was taken uptill now .                               MPEG2 set of tata sky has to be replaced by MPEG4 to continue viewing services after 15th june. I made request for replacement by contacting call centre as well as sent sms as prescribed and advertised by them several times since 9th june2015.However, till 14th of june no replacement has been done by tatasky.                                 I have moved to a new apartment 2 weeks back and it's been 3 to 4 times that i have raised request for re installation of connection but so far no one bothered to look into the same. I am considering to close my connection with Tat Sky and look for another vendor. I might have one time loss for costly HD set i purchased, but will have peace of mind. Never thought a company like TATA runs such a shameful service and cheat its customer. My Subscriber ID is : [protected].

I have been asking them to change the set top box since a week calling them everyday. Everytime I get the same response that my request is under process and will taken on higher priority.                                     your representatives have not yet come to change our set top box to MPEG4 . we gave a miss call last month but yet your representatives have not come when are they going to come when all the channels are going to change to MPEG4. do send your representatives as soon as possible.

                                      Sir, My name is Samir Pattanayak (Id [protected]), I am a committed customer of Tatasky since last 7 or 8 years but we are not getting the dedication in your services. It is regarding my complaint of 7th June with complain id as WO II0KT17. The above complaint was resolved on 9th June by giving us the connection of some other subscriber of our building. Hence when that subscriber launched complaint our signals went off on 12th June 2015 and their problem was resolved. When we digged into the matter we came to know that on 7th June itself there was a relocation done in our building for one more of tatasky subscriber, so instead of taking off their cable and antenna dish the tatasky personnel had fiddled with our connections. In this whole episode we are the sufferers and our problem has been prolonged to such extent that even after 8 to 10 days your service providers have not been able to provide solution to us.
