tatasky is not providing sonykix service yet we are missing the live action of copa America football championship. provide the channel as early as possible, otherwise we will think about different.RS 2000 not a matter, all other companies are ready to provide their service within 2 hours.

    To The chairman, TATAsky Mumbai Sub : Serious technical error and possibe fraud Ref : My mail dated 1/5/205 : ********************************************************************************... Despite my specific and serious complaints my above mail is not replied till date.. The issue and complaint given by me is a serious issue but it continued to be ignored The incidents happened two times so far and goes unaccounted and ignored putting me as customer at risk ( I do now know how many customers are already affected by this type of so called technical error or fraud) Today (14/6/2015) my Tatasky shows again urgent payment and subscriber id is shown as [protected] which again seems to be wrong id. ( last time it showed as [protected] which was also wrong) The wrong id is still showing till now and message payment due on 13 6 2015 appears. The channel is also deactivated. I myself do not know much is balance in my account and whether the activation is due to lack of balance or due to wrong id being shown. On verficiation of site my account shows sufficient balance of rs.1100 and valid till sep 2015 now. But the screen contines to show wrong account and says it is expired. This is the third time such technical error happening and on all earlier time i had to fight to get back my money. This time I have not remitted as i know it is something wrong with tatasky and my money is sufficently lying with tatasky. I want this mail to be placed to chairman tatasky and it is not done I will be compelled to social meida and bring it to the notice of chairman tatasky thr public media as my repeated plea of possible fraud and hijacking of my funds to other subscriber id. I sent this mail to tatasky on 14th june and no one attended and hence i am posting this in this complaint box.       My Registered Mobile no-[protected], Address- 20/3B Kali Bari Marg, New Delhi-110001. I have annual basic Dhamal package alongwith English News channel. Both of them recharges date around 30/10/15. On around one month before, over phone from your call centre that Javed Akthar channel will be charged Rs.1 for ist month & if would like to continue, will be charged as per tariff. With one week I requested to your customer care to discontinue, not discontinued. After that at least four to five times I requested to your customer care to discontinue, but, not yet done. Every time I was told that within 24 hours, I will receive call from customer care. but, still I am waiting for that valuable call. ' I FEEL THAT CUSTOMER CARE PERFORMANCE IS BELOW THE STANDERED OF ANY GOVT.ORGANISATION. THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE REPRESENTATIVE. I THINK THIS COMPLAIN ALSO WILL HAVE NO RESPONSE.         Hi my Subcriber Id : [protected], Address: H.no:76, Khorlim, Mapusa, Bardez, Goa, India. 403507. Since june 14 my set topbox was replaced i am getting an error message:- This is the wrong card for this set top box (pairing error). the tech who came to replace the box did not know how to resolve it, he kept calling on his phone several times to someone from his office for assistance. he later told us just to leave the box on thesignal will resume, and since then after several calls to your tech support to resolve this issue and just one call from a tech yesterday(16th at 1:30pm) saying he coming to fix it right now but never showed up and still calling your support service getting multiple answers numerous drop calls no one calling back, the same problem persists. I've even spoken to "senior tech" everyone gives a different answer everytime. Your support team in Goa does not seem to be bothered either. We don't expect such kind of service from an award winning reputed company like your . Request you to please resolve the matter asap.

          Dear Sir, I have been the user of TATA SKY for last five years & never gone through such embarrassing situation as it happened on 16th June’15. (USER Id :- [protected] ) Being a customer/user of Tata Sky I have a very vilest experience regarding your customer service from the part of Mr Naresh(Mob no [protected]). of Jaipur (as communicated to me). The issue was that I purchased HDPVR recording set top box on Jan’14 & in the month of Aug’14 it showed error (No Signal) then the same was been replaced by Naresh & Prem (Mob no [protected]). Later on the same issue arose on 16th June’15 & I called customer care for resolving the same, one of the technician came to my house for replacement of HD set top box & demanded for Rs. 520/- for the replacement. Regarding this had some queries therefore had some conversation with Naresh (Vaishali Nagar Office) As my question was why this particular box is durable for only 8-9 months & it happened twice to me so in that case I need to go for replacement after every 8-9 months & pay for the same, is it digestible???? I urged him to resolve my query but to my surprise I found that instead of satisfying me or clearing my queries he was intimidating me for FIR & for consumer court. I was really shocked & felt pathetic about the service. For the same then I spoke to the customer care & got pleasing response & my issue solved. Later on I spoke to your Nodal Office (Sanganer) there I found that for these type of issues Engineers should come & rectify the problem & sort it out rather than going for instant replacement. Where in the case of Naresh found no co-operation & found helpless in this case. First of all my issue was my query but now the major is the abhorrent behaviour of Naresh (ASM of Tata Sky, Vaishali Nagar), who never tried to satisfy or resolve the case but threatened & enforced me to pay the amount. Is this the way to treat a consumer & who will be interested to be a part of TATA SKY after this nuisance?? Is this type of service being provided by the COMPANY? This is only because of one person (Naresh) that the whole thing worsened. As he only focussed on money rather than resolving the issue. Thanks to your other mode of communication (Customer Care & Nodal Office) that I got the solution & have satisfied but still I hope that the Company will look in for this & will take any action/step against the misconduct by Naresh.               Sir, This is Rajendra Gupta, having ID No.- [protected] and my Mobile No. is [protected] and I live in Dewas (M.P.). I want to place a complaint that I have called to the given Number and also gave missed calls for the Replacement of Current MPEG2 set up box to MPEG4 Set up box. Sir I have called upon your all the numbers for replacement of box. But every time the ans from your company workers that your set up box will be replaced in One or two days. I am giving missed calls and calling the given numbers from last 18 days.Here Local office of tata sky say that they are not having sufficient MPEG4 set up box. so they cn not replace my set up box. Sir if you cannot replace it right now then Stop charging for the unreplaced MPEG2 Set up box connection because 90% channels are not visible on MPEG2 set up box. So its of no use right now. Its my humble request that plz take Immediate action Over my complaint.

                I am TATA sky customer from 2.5 months subscriber id-[protected] . I brought annual grand sports pack for 5850 online. as per online offers i was suppose to get free show case movies and business world magazine subscription for 1 year. Each and every time i call customer care they give me lame reasons. never expected this from tata sky. I would not suggest any one to buy tata sky in future for sure. TATASKY are cheaters

                    Dear Sir, I am Mitesh Kumar Dubey my subscriber id is [protected] & my registered mobile no. is [protected]. Sir i am complaining since last 10 days for the replace of my setup box & for that, i have called in Tata Sky customer care more than 25 times, but i didn't get any satisfied answer by any of the associates.i am unable to see all the channels of Tata Sky & the Cost of daily basis remain unchanged. whenever i have called regarding this problem most of the associates put my call on the hold or even shown miss behavior. So please resolve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i will change my service provider within few days.

                      Hello, I got a call from [protected] at 10:04 am on 17th June 2015 in my registered mobile # [protected]. I refused to activate any service. Despite that a service which was no use to me (for Rs. 49) was activated. If I wanted any service I would have activated online. This is plain cheating and not expected from TATA group. This is unacceptable. I am a customer for more than 6 years, however I will switch over to different service provider if this service is not removed immediately. Aniruddha Banerjee

                        I have received a call form your company and he say about the packages than i cut the call due to busy in work. But soon i received a message that you have successfully activate the Javed Akhtar Rs 49/- . So It is a loot of money from the customer. So please cut the activation .                           This is to Inform you that your Distributor in Kalimpong Dist Darjeeling 734301 last month called me that i have to pay RS 590 for an upgraded Set Up Box .Agreeing to the amount he mentioned i asked him come and change it. But after a month that is Today i received a call from [protected] (Tata Sky Office Kalimpong), telling me that i need to bring the old set up box and take the new Set Up Box from the office and fix it myself. I requested him that it is not possible as they need to also check and run the channels and see if it works or not, but he was so rude he just shouted from the other end saying "'we can't come ' and before i could say anything he disconnected the call. this is not the first time they have done this. There was some issues with set up box from last 2 months l due to signal failure as its says Your set top box is not receiving signal".inspite of multiple complains they never fixed this. Kindly look into the matter asap. Awaiting positive response from you in this.

                                We have replaced our old Tatasky set top box with the new digital set topbox a month back. The signals were very weak and we were not able watch desired programmes. we have contacted the service provider many times on Mobile no.[protected], [protected] but no service is been provided and it is useless to talk these people as they even don't know how talk with the customers. Today also we are not able to watch as there is no audio/ video available. today is 16th June2015, time 9.00 PM. We also have airtel settop box at our another room their service is fine and signals are very strong. Please arrange to remove your settop box and refund the amount so that we can stall another airtel service. Please treat the matter as urgent failing which we will have to move to consumer forum foe redressal. Reg Phone no [protected], we are not able to see our consumer ID as there are no signals.

                                  I have called multiple times on tata skay customer care..i did a recharge but the recharge did not got reflected in my tata sky id..i need to talk to customer care executive. Please do tye needful i need the result at the earliest. there is no way to talk to executive of tata sky. I need to talk n resolve the issue tata sky id [protected]

Its been a month that i have recharged my account by Rs. 2500 and it should serve for 6 months but rather it is reflecting my next recharge date as 22nd August 2015..                                     Tata Sky gave me a second connection at my office on payment . However when I went to renew it they say you cannot register because you already have your mobile phone attached to one subscription . Hence I am not able to renew . So I decided t ogive my wifes no and tried to register online the same subscrber id . It says please contact customer care to change telephone . with no possibility of making payment or registering i call help [protected]. There after all the number selection i tays you have two subscriber id choose any one . If i select one it finally goes to operator call . It says congestion in the line at 6 15 pm please wait 8 minutes . i waited 3 minutes and still says wait 8 minutes and then says if you want a call back dial 1 . i dial 1 and it says we will call you back in 24 hours. past the renewal time ... absolutely no solution or resolution . I called again as next day the free subscription fo one month ends for new connection and without my request they are tryng to exten HD and active channels . I managed to ge ta customer service center person throgh ad remove chanel but immediate after you select that you want to delete HD the call drops. Absolutely frustrating WEB PORTAL and CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                      since your first message came for exchanging MPEG box i have been continuously calling and sending sms to you but got no action or response from your side.you are worst service provider EVER having no toll free no. and you costumer cares are fooling us.Now we are getting only 4 channels and there is no trace of your agents.we are thinking to switch from tata sky .                                         MY TATASKY ID IS [protected], COMPANY CHANGE MY SETUP BOX ON 9TH JUNE, DURING LAST ONE MONTH I HAD GIVEN SO MANY REMINDER TO CHANGE SETUP BOX, (BY MISS CALL AND EMAIL), BUT THEY TAKEN MORE THAN ONE MONTH TIME TO PROVIDE ME NEW SETUP BOX, WHILE LAST MONTH THEY STOP SO MANY CHANNEL BY OLD SETUP BOX AND THEY CHARGE ME FULL PACK, SO I WANT MY Rs.240 REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT.

                                        My Tata Sky ID [protected], I have been requesting TATA SKY by way of chat, telephone call, and emails since 28/03/2015, regarding NO SIGNAL ISSUE, but all the requests were closed, without any services rendered, and finally i deactivated services from 01/06/2015, meantime in April, I renewed my subscription with Rs7500/ on their false promises, that the services will be resumed.hence i req to pls REFUND the amount due including cr bal to my a/c
