Dear Sir, I have a tata sky conection thats no [protected], i have purchesed the same from Jodhpur, But now iam leaving in suratgarh so ihave request to many time regarding my address updation but there are now response, i have many time contect custumer care of TATA sky, according to your executive they required fe rs 200, but i would to know wye address updation fee is Rs 200, i have pay transpotation charge and instalation chargs then why i am pay address updation fee, please look in the matter becouse this time my tata sky not in working condition while i have recharge allready

    Dear Sir, I am using you service 3 & 4 Year. Your Service is good not Complain, but u r in cress our charges of Rs. 50 with in 4 & 5 month. I am using 2 multiple connection and my last recharges of Rs 450. But U R In Cress amount of Rs 50 in month of june . SORRY sir i am not pay of rs 50 please resolved my problem with in 1 Hr. other wise we have discussant tata sky Service our home and Related friends and Related our Curricle.       Subscription id : [protected]. I have relocated within the same city 14 days back. From then onwards I am trying to call the service center several times but not response yet. As it is paid service for the call, every time I am loosing money but not yet responded by anyone. worst service by worst tata sky. I need this to b fixed. As I already paid for the HD I can't go for other DTH provider. Note: my humble request to the new customers who r looking for the new connection pls don't take tatasky service as u will not get any service from them and I[censored] call to them u will loose the money but u will not get any assist.

        This has been the most in efficient service I have ever received from your organization. We shifted to Delhi and want a basic request of getting the set top box installed. For such a basic request we have called at least 6 times. Each time I update my new address I am told some one will come in a few hours. No one shows up. The next time I call my address is still registered as the old one. How difficult is it for you to update your systems??? On top of that a lady nisha from the Delhi office simply hung up the phone when we asked to speak to a senior manager. This is absolutely not the kind of service we expect from such a reputed brand. I may as well switch to some other service provider.

        Sir,
        My tata sky set up box is not providing audio to TV...3 days still not solved...A guy visited and changed my Setup box...but still problem is not solved... now they are giving me wrong time for visits and changing times...still problem is pending...Please do not harass customers like this... i[censored] dont solve it immediately
        ...then i will close my account and service...

              Hi my name is Roshan Sharma, Subcriber Id : [protected], Address: A-701, A-wing, Ostwal Nagari, Nallasopara-e - 401209, i have taken 3 connections of TataSky on the same ID, which is not working from last 8 days, i have registered my complaint to the customer care for N number of times, but every time i have just received a reply that the issue will be resolved the very next day and the same has been continued till date, we don't expect such kind of service from a reputed company like you . Request you to please resolve the matter asap.

                  Hi, I purchased tata sky connection through online on 11th June 2015. I received so many texts on my new connection. Subscriber ID :: [protected] and installation has been scheduled the very next day. I didn't received any call till now from any technician for installation.From last 04 dags, I was calling them 04 times a day...I am getting wrong commitment from customer care every time I call them and Nothing is up till date. Resolve this asap or refund my money back.

                    i got a call from tatasky customer service telling me that i got one month free subscription for active cooking as i am a regular payer and user since long. and all of a sudden i got charged for that free subscription and even my due date got preponded. then i tried to call customer service and was responded by automatic machine that my expected waiting time is 6 minutes. its been around one hour since my call is in waiting and i still got to hear from it that my estimated time is 10 minutes. now i just dont understand if you guyz want to increase your revenues why you people want to lie to us.

                      In April My Recharge amount was Rs 685/- & recharge date was 25th may. however a sms came & my recharge date reduce by one day, ie:- 24th may & recharge amount increase by Rs 20/-. means new recharge amount is Rs 705/-. Again in the month of May recharge with 705/- on 24th may & sms came with monthly balance, next recharge date & amount. Again sms came on 11th june stating recharge amount increased by Rs 30 & recharge date reduced by one day, ie:- 23rd May. Now my new Recharge amount is Rs 730/- instead of Rs 685/- & recharge date is 23rd June instead of 25th June. I want to know how come this happened that recharge amount increased by Rs 50/- & recharge date reduced by 02 days. Please clarify this as soon as possible. I had not changed any plan or had not ordered any plan.

                        I have recharged on account which was displayed on my tata sky TV which is not my account & got recharged on wrong account & same I have communicated to Tata sky helpline. They have guranteed to transfer on my account but still not done. Recharged wrongly on : 4 June 2015

                          My id is [protected] and i want sony kix channel.It is not available on tata sky and hence unable to watch copa america 2015 tournament.This channel is available on other DTH service providers but not on tatasky.This is complete nonsense from tatasky.i am subscriber if tatasky from 2015.This is so pathetic from tatasky.

                                My name is Atul Sharma and I reside at Apex Green Valley, Vaishali Sector 9 Ghaziabad and I have been having lots of problems with my TaTa Sky connection. Me and many other residents who stay in the C block of this society have been having frequent issues with the Tata Sky connection. Even a little bit storm hampers our Tata sky connection and the set top box does not receive any signals. On enquiring from the society personals we discovered that Tata sky dish is problematic and there is some part which is loose and the dish needs a replacement. Every time we raise a complaint we get a temporary solution and the issue get fixed till the next storm. We hereby request you to look into this ongoing problem and urge for a permanent solution. I would also like to bring up that we have had pathetic customer service only recently where we are promised a technician visit but the technician never visits the same day (as per schedule) but we always get a message stating the work order has been completed. This has happened at least 4 to 5 times recently. For instance, we raised a complaint today afternoon and we were promised a Technician visit between 7:00 PM – 7:40 PM today under work order # 1LXWPEQ and we got a message at 6 PM that the work order has been completed but we never got any Technician visit and we are still sitting without any Tata Sky connection. This to me is completely unacceptable. I have the annual pack but due to these ongoing troubles I have started to think to switch to a different provider. Let me know what can be done to improve the services and if this is how it is going to continue then I will be compelled to cancel my Tata Sky connection Subscriber ID – [protected] Regards, Atul Sharma

                                  From Tonight of 12/06/2015 we are not able to view tatasky services as our set-top box has gone on standby. We tried on calling at customer care centre but ended up only loosing balance without getting any assistance inspite of calling on toll free number. We are unable to understand the issue as it is for the first time. Gentle request to your team to atleast provide some assistance or atleast call back so that we can explain this issue as your toll free number keeps us waiting for 20 mins and charging us hefty call charges. Also let us know that if you all are unable to rectify the same, we shall shift to other service provider. Our Tata Sky Id is [protected]

The TATA sky message showing that all the channel will stop from 15 Jun 15.
