My tatasky ID[protected] is I called so many times to Tata Sky for changing my Set Top box to MPEG 4 format Set Top Box. Computer generated voice said our person will contact you but in realty no one came to change box. If you don't help ..I will go to consumar court because after spending MONEYour family not able to see some channel and remaining channel also will not come as on channel notice coming after 15 you will able to see channel.. Please solve this problem as soon ad possible...

    We have to change our set top box as we have been got the message from TATA SKY that it will change free of cost so we are trying to call this no from last one week, [protected] but not getting any response, today is last date then they will charge us for the set top box.       DATE : 15.06.2015 To, The Manager, TATA SKY, Dear Sir, Please refer my e-mails dated 13.05.2015, 23.05.2015, 26.05.2015, 29.05.2015, 03.06.2015, 06.06.2015, 09.06.2015 & 15.06.2015 for up gradation of set top box to MPEG 4 . It is very strange no any response is received from you. I once again request you to go throng my earlier emails and either make arrangement of new set top box as early as possible or refund my remaining subscription by DD form the date of my 1st compliant made on phone Kindly resolve my problem as early as possible. Thanks a Lot Mahvir Bhatt, Bharuch NB. Please note that I am not able to view most of the channels since long time even though I have subscribed for that due to up gradation of technology at your end

        Sir, My Subscriber id is [protected]. I have submit the request for disconnection of my Secondary (Multi TV) disconnection. Request no. is 1-[protected] registered on Saturday[protected] for disconnecting my secondary TV connection. They said the request will be completed in next 24 hours. But till date[protected] my secondary TV connection is not disconnected. And the daily subscription amount is also deducting daily. I already requested it 4-5 times to customer care after registering my request but no action has been taken till date. Kindly solve my issue.

          Dear Madam/Sir, 1. I am an existing customer of TATA SKY at Varanasi and my Tata Sky ID is - [protected]. 2. I want 2nd connection in my house and have been calling Customer Care Numbers and also local mob numbers repeatedly for over 09 days but to no avail. Local person comes with very typical and frustrating excuses. I cannot believe that field work force of TATA SKY Team is so callous in addressing issues. When I got my initial connection - I just made a call and by evening connection was functional. That mobile number is now either out of service or switched off. 3. For last 09 days my half of the family is denied TATA SKY and thereby television viewing. 4. Please help us.             Dear Sir/Madam, I, Mrs. Malati Kapadia, a tatasky subscriber with subscription id : [protected] is here to inform you about how much trouble the tatasky service center is giving us inspite of me being a premium customer. On the 12th of June, 2015 I faced a digicard error with my tata sky dish box. I called up the service center requesting them to send me a technician. 3 days from that day i kept on calling them but the failed to send me a technician saying im their system its flashing that the problem has been resolved. After talking to the senior on customer care they finally sent a technician at my place on the 15th of June, 2015 evening. Technician told me that i'll have to replace my digicard. He replaced the digicard and charged me with 200₹ and told me my subscription will restart within 30 mins. He gave me a number and told me i'll get a call from that number to confirm whether my subscription has started or not. After an hour i had to call on that number to ask about my subscription and they replied that they are facing a system error so they'll get back to me within an hour. Again i called back to tata sky customer care and talked to a senior authority and he said he'll do it definitely next morning. Today 16th of June, 2015 My subscription is still deactivated and all i am getting since morning is a 1 ring miscall from tata sky. 4 days of deactivation and 200₹ material charge Still issue not resolved.               Sir, a message was displayed on TV screen to change set up box by 12 Jun 2015. Customer care was connected time & again and a missed call was also given on prescribed mobile number displayed on TV. Each time we called customer care, it was assured that our representative will visit you within few hours. Setup Box ID - [protected] Regd Mob - [protected]

                I have filled a online complaint on 13/06/2015 at about 1810 hours and no contact with customer care Executive, then call back option. But about 12 hours not call back from Tata Sky. on 14/06/2015 second complaint filled at 0925 hours, details of complaint informed to customer care executive and call dropped, but no call back from your side. Then, Third complaint filled at about 1130 hours, no signal to my tata sky informed to customer care executive and i asked for my complaint no from customer care executive, she saw me the same will be forwarded to you through SMS, but the SMS has not been received by me. My tata sky subscription from 2-3 days has been deducted unforeseen. So you are requested to send a representative to check and solve my problem. Thanking you.

                  Even after repeated calls to the customer Care & even to local distributor, my box has not been changed & now they are sending me reminder about my recharge date, don't u know tata sky people that I have decided to change to some other DTH service, plz remove my pH.                     On 10/06/2015, relocation done by tatasky service technician, But it was not done properly as we were unable to watch tv, Then again called customer care he said again charges apply, I said ok come, But till today no one called up, several times spoken to customer care & Live chat, Fed up with waiting period for customer care no/live chat, Latest work order no.ILMV8HE Dated 13/06/2015. Pls do the needful.

                      We had yealy recharge on 08 Nov 2014 and also given a telephonic confirmation for yearly package but it will converted into monthly basis without any confirmation and it due recharge on 18 of dis month, so request you converted into yearly package as I have requested. .. Also request you to you must educate your executive for giving details to customers and yesterday I had lodged complain but still I have not received complaint no...

                        I have register a request for replacement of MPEG4 box on dated 30th may for the id no [protected] but no response from the operator till date 15.06.2015. I called the call centre regularly for the same and they told that the engineer will visit soon and 15 days past but neither call nor message is given by the engibeer for the visit.

                          Hi, I have opted for Tatasky DTH connection with grand sports package with two language packs free. Since the website was giving server error, customer executive Majeena advised me to pay via credit card when on call with her. I made the payment on 13th June and got an automated sms with [protected]. Majeena had promised that she would sent the purchase invoice over email. I have not received the invoice even today. Sunday afternoon a tatasky installer named Syed called me from [protected] to help me with the setup. When I asked him about my invoice, he said he has no idea and should call up customer care number for any help. After working for one hour, he said there is some problem with local transponder so I will have to wait till 5'0 clock to get set topbox activated. He also added that they had used 35 meters cable for my tatasky connection, hence will be charged Rs 200 extra. I was earlier told by Majeena that cable would come free with installation. I waited in the evening till the said time to and called up Syed at 6.00, he said he will activate and give me a ring back. That never happened so I called him again to fix the issue. I could view all promised channels except two regional packs which comes free. Monday after I started calling Syed, second time syed anwered my call and asked me to switch on y set top box and wait for one hour. He promised he would add Malayalam and Tamil channels for me. Even after two hours, malayalam channels were not activated, so tried calling Syed 10 times, he would not pick up his call. I called him from another mobile number and asked him why he had added kannada channels when request was made to add malayalam and tamil. He just cut my call. Please clarify why tatasky empoyees are too rude to their customers. Are they not paid on time? I am fed up and really want a professional response to my query. Tatasky please provide me my invoice and two regional channels as promised. I have tried calling customer care 9 times and call just gets cut in between.

                            Dear Concern With reference to Subscriber ID: [protected] registered mobile no [protected] after several reminders to Tata Sky service center, I am unable to get response from them regarding my complaint of changing set up box for MPEG4.. But till date nobody contacted me even after 20 days has been passed. Worst customer service I must say! Even your service guy isn't responding after contacting him.

                                Hi. My subscriber ID is : [protected]. From April 3rd Till date I have registered numerous complaints but not action has been taken by tata sky. In April no one visited saying that we are upgrading and the problem will resolve automatically. In May The issue become less but I started losing signal regularly during night when I actually wanted to watch TV. I was told this is an issue only for May as some backend changes are happening. Now it is June and the problem is not resolved. I have paid more money just calling to the call center. It has been pathetic service from Tata sky and I wanted to back ut but just because I have taken a Megapack I am locked for this year. If you can help in getting the issue resolved I will be very grateful.

                                  Hello sir, my name is jakir hussain and my tatasky ID no. Is [protected]. Sir, from the month of may i called in your helpline number as my set top box is not responding. After waiting for 15 days i decided to disconect my additional set top box. As of now again more then 15 days has passed but no result have come. Tatasky helpline is so pethatic i say. They says they will call me or their enginer would come. Now my monthly recharge is Rs.753 and only my one set top box is working. To add any package you respond at once but for any problem any your team is not good. I am only a consumer but if you not leasen to coustomers problem, you are going to loss our trust.

                                    We are really tired with your irritable service .In the recent few months our set top box was not providing signals but after lots of talking and wasting time your servicemen repaired our set top box . But recently today our set top box stopped working. We are trying to contact you for service but the strange thing is no representative is not picking phone to attend our problem. Please ask them to repair the faults at earliest or force them to remove the connection

                                      I want to delete some channels but on calling tata sky they said that request could not be fulfilled right now..I'm trying since 1 week but it is showing same error.and also they said we'll call you in 24 hours but they didn't call me..please full fill my problem as soon as possible.. thank you

                                        Hi, This is the worst ever experience with Tata Sky. I am not able to use your services since today's morning as it is showing cloudy weather or rainy whereas the weather is clear. I have called your helpline no. [protected] at 4.35pm and I have followed the recommendation provided by your executive but issue has still not solved then he suggested to send the technician on to pay service of Rs. 170. But I asked him to give reason why should I pay the money for your service where there is no fault from my side. It is your responsibility if any service problem at your end. He kept my call on hold by stating that transferring your call to my senior but it was not answerable being on hold for 20 minutes. Is it the way, you respond to your customers, I am very clear that without any reason I'll not pay the money and stop using your services. I look forward to hear from you.
