id- [protected] registered no. -[protected] my tata sky is showing to change the setup box to mpeg4 and i tried calling the helpline no but it was not of any use.plz contact me for resolving my complaint as soon as possible otherwise i will shift my connection to any other company. my address-dharam raj gupta, c/o papoo srivastava, near police station, dumariyaganj, siddharth nagar. pin code-272189. waiting for reply within a week otherwise I WILL SHIFT TO ANOTHER COMPANY.

i am not able to watch my tata sky from 2 weeks kindly increase my duration period for the same.
till you resolve the problem it might take my recharge in waste so expand its duration also

    [protected]. ID [protected] Name : Ajit A Satam Today one of TATASKY Salesman phoned at 4.00 pm on my landline Number[protected]instead of my RMN [protected]) for Actve Vedic Pack. My son strongly refused this but he forcibly added this pack. This type of Misbehavior happened 2nd time. I tried to contact on all the three help line numbers and [protected], [protected], but no success. Remove this Actve Vedic Pack and refund my money deducted due to this Pack. It is shameful that this type of cheating is done by the Company of TATA group. I have wasted nearly 3 hours to contacting helpline numbers.

      I HAVE RECHARGED MY TATASKY ON[protected] HAVING ID -[protected] / MOB- [protected] BUT AFTER SEVSERAL CONTACTS WITH TATAY SKY CUSTOMER CARE EVEN THOUGH SPENT MORE THAN 2 HOURS AS WELL AS SPENT MONEY RS 75 RUPEES ON CAll. IN MY TV IT IS SHOWING DEACTIVE . I AM THINKING I HAVE WRONGLY CHOOSEN THE TATASKY I HOPE YOUR EARLY COOPERATI BLEON WILL ABLE TO WATCH TV TODAY ITSELF THANK YOU

        The Incharge Tata Sky Tata Sky is immune to complaints. For the last about 3 and a half months the complaint with regard to "UNSUPPORTED AUDIO SIGNAL. CHECK UR DEVICE OUTPUT" appearing on screen every now & then has not been resolved. Though technician(s) from Tata Sky visited twice, however with regard to last complaint no.14ZECYF dated 17.05.2015 a missed call was given against the SMS received from Tata Sky but no body has ever visited thereafter. The recordings may please be got checked as per time of phone calls made as per details given below. In this regard, I would also apprise Tata Sky that SONY TV people have been kind enough to change mother Board of the TV but the complaint persists. It appears that some fault lies in the SET TOP BOX.           Hi, Its has been three days i am complaining about this NO signal issues, so far i have not got the call from any tech guy for this issues, whenever i am calling the Helpline number its getting escalted, but the result is the same, this kind of service is not at acceptable, whiling selling the these guys come running, after sales service is not at all up to the mark, TataSky - spending money on the after sales service will be more ideal then spending on Ads.             I am very disappointed to say that on[protected] at 08:43 PM, I approached Tata Sky toll free no: [protected] to enqiure about the latest offer launched. I got the offer meassage for the same from the company. But the approach of Mr. Praveen Kumar (Tata Sky Staff Member) was very disappointing and his behaviour was not bearable to me as I am also an Govt. employee working in reputed Bank. I appeal to put an complaint against him or to the concerned authority to eliminate this kind of approach of any staff member.               I have changed my home. I need to relocate my tata sky set up at new address. I have already filed my requeste on 8 June customer care executive told me that technician will be there in 24 hr. But fact is it has been completing 4 days. I spent my more then 50 rs talk time to call them but no one has addressed my problem. We are only wasting our time.. Help us please.

                phone no[protected] time 14.39 pm today i e 11/06/2015.this is happening frequently.I want to know whether it is my fault that i am customer of tata sky .IF it is so i will surrender my connection .forthwith.you have no right to harass me in such way .It is really punishable offense.

                  Sir, very regretted to write that we are very upset with the services provided by tata sky.My tata sky ID is [protected].for recent upgradation of system the set top box has been replaced on 10-06-15. But same is not working.It is displaying message " Pairing error". continuously trying to contact the tata sky person but failed. For more than 24 hra there is now reception of any of the channel.Stuents are free but not enjoying the TV.Pl take the necessary action.It is my sincere advise to Tata sky to pl try to entertain the customer grivrnces and resolve it otherwise people will go for other option and all this upgradation will be useless.                       Hi I am tata sky user since last 3 years but recently i changed my flat so i need to re fix it in my new flat because of that i called customer care many times but they always didn't get any proper answer just made me on hold for long then call disconnected from there side.                         I have an account using multi settop box at different locations. I have register a complaint on 24th may to separate all set top box in individual accounts and to upgrade in HD box. I have submitted documentary proof as desired via mail. Many conversations have been done but still nothing doing and costumer care not responded well.

                          Dear Sir / madam, My Customer ID No :[protected] Name Of Customer: Mr Anand Gujale. Tele Nos :[protected] Location: Andheri West-- Mumbai-- 59 I had given a compliant about 15 days ago about Receiving No Signal. The Service Engineer had replaced the Set Top Box however it was still giving NO Signal indication. Later he changed the receiver and now it works satisfactorily. My old set Top Box was in good working condition yet was wrongly replaced and taken away. Actually the fault was that the Receiver was bad. Customer Service Executive are not help-full at all. Your Service is very poor They put me on hold for more that 30 minutes at a stretch. Request you to better train your service staff. I am not happy with your shoddy service Request you to Refund the money i paid for the new Set Top Box which was anyway in good working condition . (Rs 510=00). Thanks Anand Gujale

                              I have placed a complain 20 days back but no one has yet reverted back. I have made 3-4 complaints and yet was only given different complaint numbers but problem still persists. Had spoken to a female at [protected] and she had assured me that an engineer will visit. After calling her several times an Engineer turned up however he was rude and he also just came said we will need to change the set-up Box (which i had already informed several times) and then he left. However the set-up box was never replaced and no follow up call was received. Today again I spoke to Katar (from Tata Sky Service Center) and once again he was rude and seemed least interested in solving the problem. When i demanded to speak to the Manager he said he will put me on to his Senior and I kept holding for 45 minutes until i could here someone hang up the phone.                                 Hello Team, I raised a complaint against TATA Sky "Service boys" who came to install TATA Sky antenna. I raised complaint on Monday and complaint # 1-[protected], i called them as well and they ensure that they will call back within 24 hrs. But there is no response from TATA sky team even after 3 days . Below is the complain [protected]------ Hello Team, I am Manish Jain(TATA Sky S.ID - [protected]) I requested for re-Installation of My TATA Sky Anteena at my new place. Two service boys came to my flat on Saturday(6th Jun) at 6:00 PM (Approx). These two boys broke down one of my neighbor's Tata Sky Anteena and stole receiver device out of the anteena and fix my TATA sky in place of my neighbor's TATA sky anteena. I got to know about this when my neighbor complain for the same. This is very ridicules and embarrassing for me. I try to call those guy several time, but he didnt respond. Please look into the issue. this is very hazardous act and may impact your reputation. I have already raise complaint (Complaint ID: 1-[protected]). Expecting this matter will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken against those service boys. Thanks, [protected][protected][protected][protected]

                                  i had given a complaint 6 days ago regarding the inability to view the channels. The complaint was attended to, yet we were unable to watch the channels. A second complaint was registered the next day and the set top box was replaced. In spite of that, we are still unable to view the channels. For the past 3 days I have been giving complaints over the telephone and there is no response from the Tata Sky staff. Due to incapable and irresponsible staff, we have been living without television for 6 days.
