Sir, very regretted to write that we are very upset with the services provided by tata sky.My tata sky ID is [protected].for recent upgradation of system the set top box has been replaced on 10-06-15. But same is not working.It is displaying message " Pairing error". continuously trying to contact the tata sky person but failed. For more than 24 hra there is now reception of any of the channel.Stuents are free but not enjoying the TV.Pl take the necessary action.It is my sincere advise to Tata sky to pl try to entertain the customer grivrnces and resolve it otherwise people will go for other option and all this upgradation will be useless.     i have been using tata sky connection since 3 years. however recently tata sky decided to upgrade its swet top box . to receive the new MPEG enabled set top box i received sms and was informed to give missed call on no. [protected]. however whenever i called this no. i got received sms saying we are unable to process the request and kindly contact tata sky helpline no. i have been calling tata sky helpline and each time i am told that executive qwill call in some time. but till date i have not received any call and now most of the channels i am not able to view inspite... plzz contact as fast as possible.. [protected]

      श्री मान जी आपके टाटा स्काइ मे एम पी ई जी 2 बॉक्स को एम पी ई जी 4 बॉक्स मे के लिए मिस काल करने को कहा गया तो हमने मिस कॉल किया पर अभी तक कुछ नही हुआ है और कस्टमर केयर मे बार बार कॉल करने पर भी कुछ नही हुआ है कैसा सर्विस है ये ग्राहक को परेसान किया जा रहा है बॉक्स न बदलने पर हमे टाटा स्काइ सर्विस को बंद करना पड़ेगा आपसे निवेदन है की जल्द जल्द सुधार करे

            Tata sky is terribly bad in their services as they always look to extract money from customers rather than providing service, Last couple of months, our connection is not working. after lot of complaints some people might come and would do some repair which would just go waste in another week. Now they again want me to recharge and they claim they would correct now, Pathetic people and service.

                Since last week i am chasing very badlly with your team thru emails and phone calls also i talk to your call center in last two days (Rahul, raajesh, suraj, prashant, nazir) etc.

                Since last week i am given commitment thru auto response or on phone about response / resolution of complaint with in 24 hours. But even after 6 days you do nothing.

                You have made joke of all trai rules like. . . To respond in 8 hrs. To 24 hours with resolution and close complaint request with in 3 days.

                When i asked my balance (Updated on last friday upto 1650 inr) back and requested disconnection, your call center bluntly denied. This is vulgar quality response i have ever received. When i become very rude in next few calls to him, comparative genuine person come on line and advise me to generate complaint request.

                Very importantly i need my money back for the days when i didn't get services. So here with i am requesting to book my complaint, please acknoledge complaint no. To me.

                Though shamelessly from you, i am not getting any response and just paying my internet and telephone bills after your chase which may also higher than monthly subscription. But i could not left you with unfair practices with your customer.

                So i would frequently chase you till find the right solution.

                    i have complained regarding my set top box to change it. but still it not happened . your dealer ask for Rs. 500/- to change Box as it is free of cost change I have complained several times but still they didnt took any action about it they just fool me around.its near about 10 days i have complained them. and almost my all tv channels have been cut because set top box is MPEG 2 and they have to replace it by MPEG 4. and when ever i call o there helpline no i don't even got satisfactory answer.                         i have complained three days ago that there is no signal in my set top box and a workoder was issued number 16LRH1T for ID NUMBER [protected], but till, now no one has come to repair the same. !5 days ago also iI had the same complaint and a technician came and declared that the LMV was faulty and he changed the same by Debiting Rs 250.00 from my account, but I have not recd the invoice for the same as yet.                             I have requested for shift of my tatasky connection vide the Service Request number is SR[protected] on 3/6/2015. I got a call from tatasky call centre and requested them to get it shifted on 6/6/2015 as per timings given to them. But till now the job has not been taken up by your people. since I have not viewed your serivces from 6/6/2015 till date and my account balance is still left, first I would like to request for refund of the same from 6/6/2015 of remaining balance. Further, with such attitude of their service I donot want any more services from tatasky .I hope losing your customers is not your priority.

                              ID:[protected] today when I open tatasky for watching copa america I understood that there is no channel live telecast then I called tatasky cc. after explaining the same that fellow can't solve and he told me transfer the call and waited for a long time this happened not once, three times in a row one's screenshot is adding with this

I have made several attempt to touch with tata sky customer care by phone call to solve my some problem, but it is very surprising that the fellow customer care didn't transfare call to concerned fellow, instead they pepeatedly explain the same things for 20 minutes each but hang off for five times without trasfare my call to concerned which completely indicate the irresponsible attitude of customer. Further, I am strongly comdemnd to the customer care for their irresponsiveness attitude which could not solve customer complaint. However, I believe to tatasky customer care that they are cheated to consumer in the name of customer care by deducting phone balance as a agent of telecommunication company, because they neither transfare the call to concerned nor solved the consumer's grievences rather then deducting the phone balance.

                                Subscriber ID: [protected]. i've logged a complaint that my set top box isn't receiving signals from Remote 4 days ago - apparently the complaint was never logged in the system! I called this morning after waiting for a call from service which never happened! someone called me back and said they can come in the evening. I came from office early, waited for someone to visit and fix the issue only to receive an SMS that it's scheduled for tomorrow at a time when I said very clearly I'm not going to be available! Imagine that! I called 3 times in the night, and 3 promised escalations to superiors and disconnects before I could talk to that so called superior! Just return my money and cancel my subscription!

I hav coplained 4 times but still no action has been taken by you all. Please have a look otherwise have to go to higher authorities or cosumer court. i cant view many channels and the intructions are coming day day by about the change of set top box or the channels would be cut.                                     It is a matter of great pain about the deteriorating service of TataSkyDTH. whenever a call is made to customer care, Minimum waiting time as infromed by IVRS system is 10 minutes and of no use. My complaint is that my set of Box gets jammed and does not work. Thus the STB has to be rebooted.Please replace the same immediately.ID no [protected]

                                        Dear Sir, I took a monthly TV plan in which they provide channels of my choice and I have to recharge monthly.The monthly charge was Rs. 382 and I paid it through SBI net banking on 22 May in their account No. [protected].After a week we decided to change the plan and mailed them to change my plan to Supreme Sports kids annual plan.I received a mail that my service request No. is 1-[protected] and my account balance is Rs.252.65/-, I will be Charged Rs 3740/- annually for Supreme sports kids and another Rs. 2200/- annually for Multi TV SD Pack . So I recharged online total amount Rs.5940/-.But I did not get the pack I asked for instead they gave me Supreme sports.I send a reminder to them that provide us with the pack I wanted i.e supreme sports kids. Next day a phone came from Tata sky customer care that I recharge with Rs.100/ and they will give me my pack.After recharge my account has Rs 462/ surplus. Even after two days they didn't changed the pack so I talked with customer care executive about it, he said that he has changed the pack and I will receive the channels in next 24 hours.Next day I got the pack I wanted but with my surplus amount of Rs. 460/- deducted from my account.
