Please refresh and correct the same.

      Dear sir, last 2 years we are asking to Tatasky services to add Insync channel, who provides Hindustani & Karnataka music for 24 x 7 hours. we are ready to pay subscription fees for Insync channel. Insync channel is very useful for music students who studying classical music as career. But Tatasky customer care are not reply or helping to add this channel. So please help us & add Insync chaneel ASAP, Thanks & waiting for your reply.

        Dear Sir/Mam This is to inform you that just now i have got a confirmation from Tata sky that in two days my Tata sky connection will be disconnected as i already made the payment of all Tata sky Bill. So i want to know on what basis Tata sky is disconnecting my connection. And i am also trying your customer care number but your call is not connecting to any of your customer care representative. So do reply me as soon as possible.             Hello Team, My self is Pranaw kumar and I am very old user of Tata sky .My subscriber I'd is [protected]. Today morning I have called to customer care to deactivate English learning pack. One of the lady associate has listen my request and told me offer for English entertainment pack, as it is free for one month and it will be payable after one month if I agree .After she has forwarded my call to other department to deactive my English learning account, another lady associate picked up my phone and deactivate my account as per my request, after I asked her how much I need to recharge monthly, she told me Rs 409. I asked her why so if I am using Rs 380 pack.She told me additional Rs 29 for English entertainment channel pack. I was shocked and told her your colleague has told me it is completely free, I told her to deactivate it immediately and u am not willing to pay additional Rs 29. She replied me that it will deactive 11th July and you have to pay for it. The way both lady associates has cheated me I unable to understand what type of service giving by Tata sky. Now I am losing complete faith from Tata sky and requesting you to take immediate action and short out my problem. Waiting early response from your end. Regards Pranaw kumar [protected]

              I lodged request for upgradation on 2/6/15.till 10/6/15;22:30 the request is pending.i called 4-5 times customer care(not toll free) and even spoke to senior executive mehar laxmi from Pune but without any result.i am unable to watch tatsky from last 1 week and my money is being deducted for the same.today I got msg to recharge Tata sky.it's ridiculous.

                I am a Tata Sky user having customer ID [protected]. In this Customer ID I have two set up Box, Primary & secondary. I have made request to discontinue the Secondary Box on 07.06.2015, they said it will take 24 hours and then changed it to 48 hours when we called the next day but still no action has been taken and deduction of charges are not stopped.

                  Hi my self manish mishra. . . I have a huge complaints to you all tata sky organisation whenever i am going to make a call to customer care executive then that time no one is picking up my call and every time automatic voice is always coming out with your exception waiting time 10 min. But after completion of these 10 min no one picking and no one responding my phone call. In today day i had made a call 3 times but there is no one who taking care of customer problems even i had spaded 20 rs my mobile cost what the heck it is. . . Just give answer of this problem why it is being since few month's before. . . If it will be happened again with be then i just decided i am going to quiet my connection soon and ill look for another one. . .

Regularly we have complaint tata sky help desk but he is telling sending our tech nation 2 months over not still our problem not solved, now we are going consumer complaint against tata sky dth service. it will be not done within 7 days we are taken legaly action

                          My New connection was activated on 6 May 2015. I purchased this connection using Credit Card Offer - Rs. 2050 on tatasky.com The screenshot for this offer can be seen at: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lxk99ycr97i5gj1/TataSky%20Offer%20Page.png?dl=0 This subscription includes two months of Grand Sports HD Pack and 2 months of HD Access Fee along with some showcase movies and so on. Its been just one month and I am now unable to view any HD Channels. I have made several complaints and sent several emails to [protected]@tatasky.com as well as to nodal officer's email address for Tata Sky Karnataka, but still I haven't heard back anything.

                              Hi, I opted for the TATA SKY DTH connection, but due to pathetic customer service and support I cancelled it within 24 hrs before schedule of installation. After lot of hrs waiting I got connected to their support center and told they would revert my paid amount within 1 month through cheque at my communication address but I have not received any amount and now when I am calling the customer care for the inquiry they disconnects the call without any reason. I don't think they are willing to revert my paid amount. This is the monopoly of this service provider. Till date I have called several times and also mailed to the nodal officer for some input but no one bothers. Kindly take this complain as a serious matter as theses companies are simply doing their monopoly and swallowing the customers hard earned money.                                   My I'd subscriber no is [protected], I m not having signal since week, I called many times but ther is no response. Nobody bother to take any action for the problem. This month recharge d amount wasted. Since week I m trying to contact always they r busy to attend the call. Where to complain if no one there to attend the call. How can I get the solution. It's week now.

                                    Relocating disk fitting

                                    We had request on Tuesday evening for refitting our tata sky as we had relocated from Anand to Ahmedabad. On Wednesday morning Mr.Ketan Patel from Tata Sky office Ahmedabad called to inform i am visiting your home in 30 minutes at 12 but didn't make it to our home till 3. We had to cancel all our prior commitments and answer we got i never confirmed. This is not a professional service and company's professional do not care about customers...

[protected], i add kids pack on my base pack but after that not subscribe these channels customer care didn't provide any response also registered a complaint on 7/6/2015 work order no. is IHHNEU9, no one is serious to resolved our problem . take immediately action to resolve our problem otherwise i take a new connection of any other company .
