Hello Team,
My self is Pranaw kumar and I am very old user of Tata sky .My subscriber I'd is [protected].
Today morning I have called to customer care to deactivate English learning pack. One of the lady associate has listen my request and told me offer for English entertainment pack, as it is free for one month and it will be payable after one month if I agree .After she has forwarded my call to other department to deactive my English learning account, another lady associate picked up my phone and deactivate my account as per my request, after I asked her how much I need to recharge monthly, she told me Rs 409. I asked her why so if I am using Rs 380 pack.She told me additional Rs 29 for English entertainment channel pack. I was shocked and told her your colleague has told me it is completely free, I told her to deactivate it immediately and u am not willing to pay additional Rs 29. She replied me that it will deactive 11th July and you have to pay for it.
The way both lady associates has cheated me I unable to understand what type of service giving by Tata sky.
Now I am losing complete faith from Tata sky and requesting you to take immediate action and short out my problem.
