Dear Sir, I, Praveen Pal is your customer since 2012 and my user ID is [protected]. My original sports pack was of Rs. 280 which are raised to 389 from your side by activating the other pack without my confirmation. This 100/- rupees increase within very small period of three years is not fair. so, it is a humble request to you to please deactivate my all extra pact with immediate effect as already 6 month condition criteria for these extra pact is over and several time before I requested to deactivate these extra pact. It is also requested to you if you are able inquire that out of total pack channel which channel that your customer watch from morning to night, then you please check my ID that I watch your extra pack for a single moment during the spam of 6 month conditional period. I have already paid huge amount for this in vague. I am very upset want to drop your service within 4 - 5 days if these extra pack did not deactivate with immediate effect. Thanks & Regards. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE MOST OF THE CHANNELS. WHEN CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID IT NEEDS TO CHANGE MPEG4 BOX. Since 29 th May-2015 I am waiting for the same. THEY WILL SEND ENGINEER TO CHANGE IT BUT NO ONE CAME TILL DATE. KINDLY ARRANGE TO CHANGE OUR MPEG4 BOX IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE CAN AVAIL UNINTERRUPTED SERVICES FOR THAT WE ARE PAYING .Best REGARDS.       My customer Id is [protected] Name Arvind Nagle.Regd.mobile no [protected]. I have received one SMS on !st June 2015 from the company stating "request completed for Active Javed Akthar, Rs 49/=[protected].New monthly charges Rs 279/=. In this respect I had never requested for the channel as such I contacted the customer care number [protected] from my Registered mobile no and my land line no.also. I could only listen to a taped message but could not place my problem. In my next effort I could do active chat online with one of the executives who told me that my complaint will be forwarded to the higher authorities and that I will be able to remove the channel only after 1 month i.e.on 9th July 2015. This sort of forced product promotion is not acceptable to me as such I suggest 1.to remove the channel from my current pack-Dhamal Mix., immediately 2.no charges for the channel be debited to my account. 3.my regular Dhamal Mix channel should be continued without any add on channel.Thanks

        Dear Sir Our subscriber id is [protected]. While shifting our house in June, 2014 we requested for a multi tv connection. But soon we changed our plan and requested for disconnection. But to our surprise till date we are asked to pay charges for the non existent connection. During the year thus we have been made to pay Rs 2400/- . We request you to look in to the matter and compensate us. We trusted TATA as a renowned business establishment and this unprofessional behaviour has really upset us.             Date of incident : 09/06/2015 Got a call from Tata Sky at arond 11:30 am, the helpdesk person told me that as I am their old customer so they are offering me two additional pay channels and one active english channel for free. After hanging up the phone, I got a message on my registered phone number mentioneing RS 49 has been deducted from my account and my monthly pacjage has been revised from Rs 470 to Rs 519. This is really annoying. Even I am not able to talk to the customer care now.

TATA sky deducted charges against visit which is not correct. Unauthorised charges of Rs. 170/- deducted. Complained on the matter. No response.

                  I recharge Rs 340/- for one month on[protected] subscription and company massage due date[protected] is totaly cheting with costumer. It is repeated from previous month and after recharge amount company not started channel and no any response after missed call availabled by company. If any problem my recharge amount please change my plan accordingly of recharge amount. Rate as per advice by agent of company Rs240/-+100 (for HD)

                    Dear Sir/Madam, Our Consumer/Tatasky Smart card No.[protected]. We have reported to your agent/company/dealer thruTatasky helpline regarding faulty Set-up box (not functioning / stopped working) since last two weeks, but only couple technicians visited our home, checked and assured of immediate replacement. But till date, no action and when we repeated followed up to helpline, some irresponsible answers received from differerent call centre agents. No one seriously attending the problems, but we are charged for every day against our subscription of channel services which we weresubscibed. We need immediate response/action with replacement of set-up without further delays.

                      I am using 3 set top boxes since 2007. As per tata sky company if there is no physical damage to the box, they will replace it without any charges in case of any fault. Now when I am facing issue with one of my set top box, they are charging me rs.350. This is totally unacceptable and company should replace it free of cost.                         My Tatasky Subscriber ID [protected] Paid Rs.2640 for one year from 8.6.2015 to 7.6.2016 for Dhamaal Mix including HD channels. I paid through SBI Debit Visa Card today through online. I got message that my A/c balance Rs.2618.26 and Due date is 12.1.2016. I do not understand how it happened. Last time same torture I suffered. Pl correct.Being Advocate I shall move to Consumer Court. This is clear cut fraud. When I paid Rs.2640 means it is for one year.                           I am using tatasky, some time packs gets automaticaly activated.special if any offer comes.but i dont want to activate channels..like now english movies and english entertaintment is activated automaticaly.its so irritating.there is no option for deactivate that packs.why should i waste my balance to call them if its not my mistake.[censored] you tata sky...its so much irritating. There should be online remove package facility.please i'm begging you to do not activate channel automaticaly please.its realy too much irritating.if free offer comes still do not active any packs.

                            Sir My Tata sky Id is [protected] . Name : Padma hazarika, in spite of my several requests, miss calls and personal talk with the customer care representatives, my Existing Set top box has not been changed till date. since 30th Sept, 2015 continuously I am requesting to change the Box but no response - rather one after another, channels have been de-activated regularly depriving me and my children of viewing the important programme. I have already provided my new address. One day one person contacted me with his Mobile No.[protected] and asked my address. He informed me that he has been entrusted the responsibility to see my problem. But I have come to know that he is from Baksa district which is about 100 Kms away from my home. He did not response. Even, when I have contacted him over phone, he misbehaved with me asked me not to contact him as that is his private phone. He asked me to put complaint against him. Now my question is - why my mobile number was provided to him if he is not interested to work? Why such person is being kept for solving the customer's problem? Sir it is my request, please do the needful to change my set top Box to mpeg4 as soon as possible. Thanks.

                              My complaint No. IFXSEMC. I have complained to tata sky on 04 June 2015 as I am not able to view Tata Sky due to signal issue, but till know ( 08 June) it has not been resolved.I receive msg everyday that you work order is schedule today but no one comes.I have to call everyday to check the status of my complain.Getting to their customer sevice executive takes atleast 10-15 mins.This not for the first time in April 2015 same thing had happened and it was resolved after 10 days. What kind of service tata is giving???

                                  Ihave tried to call tata sky many times. Approximate time I have wasted s 1 hour but they don't receive the call and they are not giving me services for which I have paid. they really say "your waiting time is 10 mins but they never receive the calls and they only say again and again your waiting time is 10 mins.. rgds GJ

                                      My Subscriber ID: [protected] We have upgraded Tata sky into Tata Sky + HD with Karaoke with extra cost in month of April. We paid all amount. Then we bought Mic from Tata sky with again extra cost of Rs. 700/-. We paid that also. After that when generate the bill for the period of 01/04/2015 to 30/04/2015 they applied extra cost for below without convey with us. SATCR Enabling Charge - 500/- Handling Charges o[censored]SB Mic with Pack - 1390/- (For Karaoke, we had free pack for the first month.) Also they deactivated our HD channels also. I am trying to call customer care service. But it’s impossible to catch them. It’s saying only (aapka call hamare liye mahatvpurn hai...krupya pratiksha kare... Appka anumanit pratiksha samay 6 min... and again after 5 min Appka anumanit pratiksha samay 10 min...) Many time I raised request for my Account balance. But no use (Below are the ref. ID) SR[protected], SR[protected] Chat with Nandini Shrirama Ref id 2289218 Please help me in this case.
