Sir My Tata sky Id is [protected]. Name : Padma hazarika, in spite of my several requests, miss calls and personal talk with the customer care representatives, my Existing Set top box has not been changed till date. since 30th Sept, 2015 continuously I am requesting to change the Box but no response - rather one after another, channels have been de-activated regularly depriving me and my children of viewing the important programme. I have already provided my new address. One day one person contacted me with his Mobile No.[protected] and asked my address. He informed me that he has been entrusted the responsibility to see my problem. But I have come to know that he is from Baksa district which is about 100 Kms away from my home. He did not response. Even, when I have contacted him over phone, he misbehaved with me asked me not to contact him as that is his private phone. He asked me to put complaint against him. Now my question is - why my mobile number was provided to him if he is not interested to work? Why such person is being kept for solving the customer's problem? Sir it is my request, please do the needful to change my set top Box to mpeg4 as soon as possible. Thanks.

    My tatasky ID [protected]. I am unable to see tv channel because set up box is old version . I have send request to change my set up box but still I didn't get any response from your side. From last few days I am calling customer care of you per day they are not giving me proper response they said that your technician call me but I didn't get any call from you. I really frosted with your service .Please take intimate action on this subject.

    sir, on 30 may 2015 I lodge complaint on toll free number of tata sky, that as per your company scheme. I need to change my set of box but till today, I am face the problem and now very few channels. I can watch and I am paying for more channels. this is my financial lost and also mantel torcher. please arrange to change set box and also compensate my financial loss. so many time I requested already for change the set of box.
    My tatasky Id [protected]. I am unable to see tv before one month ago because set -top box is old version. I have sent request to change my set - top box but still l didn't get any response from your side . I am calling customer care of you per day they are not giving proper response they said that my technician call me but I didn't get any call from you. I really frosted with your service.       before 20 days ago i got call to change my mpeg2 box but i was out of station for 4 days. after that i called to number [protected] they accepted my request and told me that i will get call but no call i got. many times i give missed call to tv display message but not any reply i got. so if possible to change my mpeg2 box to mpeg4 box then take action on it.

        My subscriber no is[protected]. I had requested for relocation of my dish antenna within the same location (that is moving the antenna about 1 feet away due to solar panels being installed). The installer did not come for 4 days and I kept on calling the helpline everyday (almost 10-11 calls in 3 days). The solar panel co had removed the dish. every time I was told that either i will get a call back or technician would visit but neither happened. In fact I requested one of the technicians who had come to install another dish (and not the scheduled one) to get the dish fixed. I am disappointed with the level of service and charge being levied on my account (because in the first instance the dish should have been installed at another place and not where the solar panels were to be installed. Secondly I am still paying for the service when I was not receiving it).

            Power comes to the adapter, but the box doesn't receive power. It doesn't work. Facing problem since saturday. Tried to complain through calling the customer care number but of no use, never connects to the representative. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

              Not able to view any channel properly from last 60 days.Fed up with the service provided by you as after every visit they are charging which is unfair.The issues related to signal does belong to your service.Also not satisfied with your customer care representatives as they are also not responding to my calls as well.My customer id-[protected].

                Hi From past few days on my tata sky connection various channels gets stopped and when I talked to customer care about this they told me your set top box needs to be replaced on 20th of may I raise the request, from that date till now I talked to CC multiple times and got different answers like executive will visit today, we are short of set top boxes etc . No one came yet to replace the set top box . all I want is either refund my money or get it replaced soon positively, I cant do the follow up with tata sky on daily basis.                   I called many times in customer care but not a single i got from there from last 3 days i trying to connect it. My setup boxs is MPEG2 which tomorrow will be closed. Pleace my change set top box & change my rma new no. is [protected]. And from the RMN only the setup box wil be chnged.

                                I have tata sky connection since last two days I am not getting services When tries to call the toll free number fro help I continuously held the calls fro more that 10 minutes but did not get any support. It is ridiculous and irritating to hold the lines for more than 10 minutes and ye you do not get any support. Every time there is cloudy atmosphere the signal goes out besides there is no support from the service provider

                                  Customer id-[protected] sir my set up box not working (mostly channel are block due to old setup box) i am not able to access tata sky services. several times i make call of given no.(nearly 50 times) but still my setup box not changed, ever time they return reply your complain is in process.my address is as per your record.kindely changed my setup box.

                                    08-06.2015 To The Manager TATA SKY Dear Sir, Please refer my e-mails dated 13.05.2015, 23.05.2015, 26.05.2015, 29.05.2015, 03.06.2015 & 06.06.2015 requesting you either upgrade my old version set top box to MPEG 4 technology or refund my remaining subscription from the date of my 1st compliant made on mobile to enable to migrate from TATA SKY to another service my provider of my choice. My TATA SKY NO. is [protected] I have not received any response of my last e-mail. Please inform me the action taken by you for discontinuation of my TATA SKY connection so that I can change immediately to other service provider of my choice Please note that I a am not able to see most of the channels as the same are going to be closed day by day due to the up gradation of technology at your end. I now once again request you either change set top box to MPEG 4 immediately or refund my remaining subscription from the date of my 1st complaint made on phone and send DD payable at Bharuch by Regd Post.                                       Hi, I am dissatisfied with Tata Sky service to the extent that I am switching to regular cable services. Details of my Tata sky subscription and complaint is given below. Subscriber ID: [protected] Phone No.: [protected] Name: Shiwaji Ramji Gurumukhi Whenever I make payment for a particular package, for example, Dhamaal Mix (Rs. 240), some miscreants or unsocial elements from your organization without my authorization have put other programmes in the package (such as Vedic Maths). Please refer to SMS dated March 3, 2015 received at 12:11 pm on Idea that clearly charges for Dhamaal Mix (240), Hindi (0), Marathi (0) and Vedic Maths (183). I have complained about this to Tata sky customer care many times but there is no action from your side. So I have now decided to permanently close Tata Sky in preference to cable services. It would be disappointing to know that Tata Sky is indulging in such practices in order to boost the sale of packages. In long term this will just lead to lack of trust in your services and people who manage the organization.
