Sir, My self basant kumar singh my id no.[protected] my registered mobile no.[protected] is off but i have many times apply for mpeg4 setup box by mobile no.[protected] and my another mob. No.[protected]. I have not seen many channels, my tata sky recharge is not usefull me. But you have not attend this problem. Pl. Change my setup box mpeg3 to mpeg4 Basant kumar singh Mob.[protected], [protected]

My self Basant kumar singh my ID NO.[protected] my setup box is MPEG3. I want to change it in MPEG4. my mob. no.[protected], [protected] and registered mob. no.[protected] is persently off. But i do not understand this problem if you know about our setup box is MPEG3 then it is your's responsiblity to change it not is our duty for many times inform to you about this.by this problem i have not seen many channels from many days. pl. attend this problem as soon as possible. Our id no [protected]. All of a sudden many channel are not available and showing mpeg4 service not available. We are trying on helpline no since last 4 days. It responded our service engineer will contact you. No one response and no any calls from engineers. We are fed up with the service we cannot speak directly to tata sky helpline people. If any upgradation is there and we are ready to view with the existing setup box. How can you stop the channels on existing setup box? Please resolve the issue within 03 days failing which we would be compelled to go for other service providers.

For changing of new set top box I have given miss called on desired no before 15 days ago but since today box could not be changed. Due to old box I am not able to see many channels.       To Senior Authorities, My name is Rajesh Pradhan, I made my tata sky(Subs id [protected], request number ICZ42IH) relocation request on 5th May and today is 5th June( 7 days) and still it appears to be dream to get the device installed . Your department claims that the relocation takes 24 hours. During these 7 days, i have made atleast 100 calls to the customer care but could hear nothing but the ivr message stating how busy you guys are. Please note all were charged calls. During these painfull period i could speak to few reps and one team manager but didnt get anything from them apart from scripted apologies and wrong commitments and expectation. I can understand outages with technologies causing huge call volumes but for charged calls these kind of service and wrong expectation from almost everyone is the last thing any service user would expect. I am choosing this forum cos i dont have any other way to raise my concern, hope my concern will reach out to the responsible people in Tata Sky, else i cant do anything other then throwing the disc and the setup box and take a new connection. One of the most suffered customer.

        Dear Sir, Meri tata sky id [protected] ( sandeep Kumar rathore) mob -[protected] hai. Jis Par 29.05.2015 ko SD box Change kar HD set Top Box Install Kiya Gaya, Ye service Bina Charge ke bataya gaya, baad me signal nahi aane par cc me call karne par 600 rs charge bataya gaya. 02.06.2015 ko cc me maine complain kiya jiska no cc se SGG0E8 mila. rechaarge karne ke baad 600 rs HD box replacment charge charge deduct kar liye gaye jo ki galat jankari dekar lagaya gaya tha, par aaj 05.06.2015 problem solve nahi hua hai. har roj cc me call karne par next day attend karne ki baat ki jati hai.

              We have not been able to view any of our channels due to blackouts in the transmission since 31st May 2015 after two technicians had attended to a minor problem in the channels. After repeated complaints also, no technician has been sent till today (5th June 2015) to attend to our complaint. This is a really disappointing service by Tata Sky and it is not something that we had expected. They do not provide any direct number of contact and so we are completely helpless at the mercy of the Customer care who do not seem to be having any communication with the Service Providers.

                Hello, My name is Boniface Dsouza. My subscription I'd is [protected], I am subscribed to annual pack of Rs. 1800. Which includes ten sports package. But after one month the package is discontinued. I am trying to ask the customer care support. But they are busy in transferring my calls. N one thing I dont understand why it is written tollfree on internet. Instead my calls are getting charged. After that also there is no feedback from ur side..                   Live matches go from full screen mode to cinemascope mode automatically...and it won't give an option to move back to full screen...plus there is nobody to receive calls in helpline number I have wasted 3 hours today sorting this...please let me know how to go further..                     I HAVE MADE REQUEST ON DT. 01.06.15 FOR THE ABOVE SUBJECT THEN TATA SKY C.C. GIVEN WO- IDRGJWK BUT REPRESENTATIVE OF TATA SKY DID NOT COME AT NEW PLACE OF RELOCATION ADDRESS. SO I DID AGAIN REQUEST ON DATED 02.06.15 AND TATA SKY CC GIVEN WO-IEKU1HL AFTERTHAT NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED FROM TATA SKY REP. SO I CONTACTED TO TATA SKY CC ON DATED 03.06.15 & 04.06.15 ABOUT THE SAME. THEY SAID, YOU ARE CANCELLED THE REQUEST . BUT I DID NOT CANCELLED ANY REQUEST SO IT IS VERY EMBARRASSING ME.

                        I have recharged 1300 RS and again 100RS still they didn't convert it to semi annual package and again customer care person called and asking me to recharge another 100rs . Why you didn't convert it into semi annual after first recharge and keeping asking for a recharge again.

                        Kindly change the plan without delay as you people only confirmed me once you recharge another 100rs it will converted but still that has not changed . Subscriber ID : [protected]

                          Hi, Tata sky has launched new set top box because of which it is necessary to all the customer to take new set top box provided by tata sky. Regarding this, on 19th may 2015 tata sky executive called me and took the request to change the set top box and he told me that within 7 days it will set up but today is 17th day and they did not called me or came to my home to change set top box. In between i called them various time but many times they did not even respond (may i know what is the reason) and when they picked up call once then executive told me that your request on high priority and it will be resolved with in 2-3 days, now it has been passed 7 days after that and our old set top box is not supporting all channels and channels are continuously getting disappeared. I requested them various time to change my set top box but they are continously Ignoring it. Please make it resolve with in one day otherwise i will take necessary action against it.                             Hello, I am not receiving the signal from set up box for the past two days. Inspite of repeated calls to tata sky customer care it is still not resolved. I have got a Work order number IEVB5QX . I feel very bad that i have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes to get in touch with helpdesk executives and they always say that my complaint is taken on priority basis but it didnt get resolved till now. I am very dissatisfied with this. All i want is that the issue is rectified and fixed. Request you to do the needful.

                              the dish antenna installed at my res has been uprooted and need to fix it again. but it is very difficult to get a complaint registered on the customer care number as the persons refer one dept to other to understand the problem. All I wanted is to send a service engineer or mechanic to my residence who can solve the problem. hope u will send a mechanic to attend to my complaint

                                  I have been using Tata Sky for almost 3 years, off late the service has been Pathetic. I am not getting signal from 29th May 2015, when I call Customer care service, its only IVRS no CC executive attend the call in spite of waiting for more than 30 minutes' must have called 10 times to CC number they wont respond even though they PROMISE that they will call in 24 Hrs. time. In 5 days I have received only one call & he told Engineer will attend in 24 Hrs., but no one turned up in 5 days. I do not understand what is the meaning of 48 Hrs. in Tata Sky dictionary. I have opted Tata Sky due to reputation of TATA's, but I am sorry for pathetic services. Regards, Rajareddi.

                                    My registered mobile no. is [protected]. I have two TVs linked to tata sky. But the main one is not receiving any signal. I tried to complain to your customer care centre but the people in your customer care centre simply would not listen to my complain. They made me wait for more than half an hour this morning (Kripaya Pratiksha Kare) Even after that there was no response.I tried again this evening but to no avail.If these things continue, I shall surely think about discontinuing the service.

                                      before 15 days our set top box stopped working, then the company's technician came and changed it worked properly just for few hours and and company asked us to recharge with 520 and they charged 645 for the so-called service and again the box began having problems and now company 's technician is asking to take help from company itself. and now we are clueless what to do of this company which charges heavily for the service but doesn't provide it and cheats the cusomers

                                        Ref. No. GACL/BK/15-16 Date – 04.06.2015 Sir, This is to inform to you that my Tata Sky ID is [protected] in favour of R. Shekhawat which is multi connection . I have recharged Rs.7350.00 (Rupees seven thousand three hundred fifty only.) on 03.06.2015 in my above Id no. I have called to your customer care on today for my previous channels are not properly showing in my TV. After called, he have activated H.D. Grand Sports & HBO premium package which is not told to your customer care center & my Id balance is showing Rs.1221.08 which is due date on 12-oct-15. I could not understand in this above matter. My question is that two setoff box will be running upto one year? If it will be run one year, why is showing the balance amount & due date in my Id ? Therefore I request to you that kindly solved the above matter with in one day otherwise we will slander the above connection or we will take legal action against to you for fraud case.
