The complain to change old setup box with new one as per company policy. My id is[protected] and my RMN is [protected]. I was in PUNE and now I am in GANDHINAGAR(GUJARAT). My TATA SKY connection also has been transferred from PUNE to GANDHINAGAR (GUJARAT). Every month I am recharging from Gandhinagar. Still my setup box has not been changed and I am not able to see the all the channels. From last 10 days I am try to contact toll free no.[protected]/[protected] but not getting response and not able to talk with your rep. at customer care. I have tried through [protected] and I am getting message "we are unable to complete this request. Please call tata sky help line no" on my registered Mob.NO. Please set right my problem urgently.

    Cheating the customers is their way of making money. my tata sky no. is[protected] and cell no.[protected]. For the past more than 2 months no tatasky connection. connecting only on and off but not on sundays. When i spoke to the no.[protected]. Its not toll free and the recording goes on and on. All our balance is spent. They say they are connecting to next higher manager but leave it on. This is done deliberately by them. It happened today. several times i called but no one comes on line for more than 15 minutes and then also say they will connect to team and leave the recorded msg on. our balance goes waste but none comes on line. all my mobile balance got spent on these calls. why cant they make it toll free. i want my money back. i dont want the connection and want refund my call charges, tata sky balance and the mental agony i suffered and the sundays we spend without tv becasue of these incompetent people who leave our phone line without response. The local tech. comes and charges rs.175/- and still these people dont have the courtesy to call back. I want compensation else, i will file a case in the consumer court of law.

      In my TV message is coming frequently showing that I have to change old set-top box with MPEG4 on or before 9th June, 2015 accordingly, I tried to contact with your customer care, but ultimately my all efforts failed.Now It is requested kindly replace my old set-top box with a new one so that I can enjoy the same without any interruption.         My subscriber I'd is : [protected] My mobile number is : +91 [protected] / +91 [protected] Name : Dakshesh Sharad Shah / Shantilal M Shah My tata sky hd + recording set top box is spoilt since 30th may 2015 and I have called their customer care 8 times till date i.e. till 07.06.2015 and everytime i am promised they will send me an engineer within next 24 hours. 3 times i received sms's saying that someone will visit my house between so and so time but eventually no one turns up. Fed with with tata sky and their incapacity to resolve a customers complaint for a span of 8 days.

          We have given a missed call many times and talked with associates from last 1 month our status is still waiting ... We have talked 27 times to hemani mam, manisha mam, etc and seniors aisha mam etc but we do not get any proper reply and hope that we will receive our problem solution soon as possible

            Cust Id no : [protected] First spoke to Cust ser on 28/05/2015 asking to replace the box to MPEG4 as many channels were disconnected was informed that engineer will be at my place on 29/05/2015 at 10.00 no one visited.Thaught they would come but no one showed up till 05/06/2015, Called the cust ser again spoke to exec called shikha was informed again the by 5.00 pm engineer will be at my place.As the engineer did not turn up called cust service at 6.30 on 05/06/2015 spoke to escalation desk was info that they are not allowed to give any specific time assurance and was advised that this will be dealt on priority basis and should get a call from engineer on 06/06/2015, as no one showed up so called the cust ser again around 4.00 spoke to exec called ramesh who was rude and arrogant when asked for resolution as he could not provide one asked for supervisor he kept me on hold for 20 min and then disconnected the line, I called back spoke to another advisor who cliamed that he is from escalation desk explained him the entire situation again again same assurance was given that he will ensure that engineer should visit my home by 8.00 pm on 06/06/2015 no show.Here I am writing to forum after making a call to cust ser waiting in the queue for long 15 mins that IVR states that they cannot answer the call now and call gets disconnected.Ideally i dent believe in compensation, however because of the hassel the time spent and mentally harrased I want tata sky to compensate me the amount of money spent on calls made to cust ser and refund the money as not able to view the services for which i pay every month.

                This is to bring to your notice the horrible experience I had in trying to add ten sports pack to my Tata Sky subscription to watch the very important champions league final on 07-Jun-2015 at 0015 hrs. Despite calling and texting their customer care helpline numbers repeatedly from my registered mobile number I was unable to add the required channel and watch the match. I waited on the phone for almost 45 mins on two separate calls to speak to a customer care representative for this but no representative came online despite the recorded message saying tht the ETA for speaking to a representative was 10 mins. I tried to do this from the mytatasky website as well, however, that was down at the time with a message suggesting some maintenance work was on and is still the case even an hour later. Even an email to the help desk has gone unanswered so far. This has caused me totally avoidable stress and robbed me of my chance to watch an important match for which I chose to stay awake late into the night.

                  I have subscribed to grand sports base pack but to my dismay I am unable to view any sports channel. The TEN HD also which i subscribed to as a la carte pack could not be activated due to some technical hitch. I called up the service centre and was told that the entire system is under upgradation and nothing can be done before morning. It was disappointing to hear this kind of a response from TATA SKY as it claims to give service 24 x 7. As a result I have missed my favourite match that I so looked forward to. The heavy monthly subscription seem a wastage when one can not watch the programmes one wants to.

                            My ID is[protected]. with old box .I intended to change the setbox with HD service. I contacted dealer and he obiliged with immidiate effect and provided HD set box with new connection stating that the amount ballance will be transfered to new account. The old box was left in my coustody and not in use.Since March Iam beingCharged for Multi connection . In march I paid the charges to avoid disconnection under protest. Iwas assured that the matter will be sorted out and I will not be charged Iin future. To surprise The same thing happened in April and May also In may I loged a complaint and iwas asuured thahat matter will be sorted. I am sorry to say that the matter has not been sorted out . Today again I paid Rs. 200/. Kindly let me know the reason for not sortig out the problem and also note that I will be forced to discontinue your services if the matter is not sorted out this month.I may please be informed urgently..                               Dear Sir I am extremely sorry to write this email due to not responding from your helpdesk members. The matter is that, I had done recharged through net banking on 05.06.2015 at 2.37 pm for my subscriber ID [protected] and my banker has debited my account with Rs.435.00 and generated a transaction ID i.e. 6256582 and also shown tata sky transaction id i.e. TC[protected]. My pack was activated till 9.30 am on 06.06.2015 whenever deactivation was due on 05.06.2015 at 12.00 am I am giving telephonic calls to yet now from morning to all help desk numbers but no one is listing to me and even they informed me that they don't know anything and told me that you may write email anyone. Is this right way to provide satisfactory services from your end beco'z you are very reputed and responsible even committed for the best. Please do something or refund the amount Vipin kumar

                                My registered mobile no is [protected], my tata sky id is [protected] I have registered a complain for unauthorised deduction of amount through online chat reference 2337201, Dt 28.05.15, complain reference 1- [protected]. An additional pack has been activated from your end which is hidden and I can not deactivate from my side, since one month I am being charged Rs. 49 erroneously for your mistake. Through the above complain I requested for deactivation of add on pack and refund of amount. So far neither I received any phone call from your end nor the my problem has been resolved. I m trying to contact repeatedly to your customer executive over online chat and phone, but a long waiting time is resulting the failure. If my issue is not resolved within two days of time I will put the complain to consumer forum, further more I m not going to contact the tata sky for the same issue.

                                  Hi started registering complaints to tata sky support 1 month Ago. I had requested for a technician visit as i am not able to view anything and only No Signal is showing up. Every time i call, and after waiting for long to reach their support, i am given a new complaint number and said that the technician will visit soon. Its been a month now and still no one has vsited. I have tried every other number i found on the net too but still no result. Very frustrated with this kind of service
