Dear Sir/Madam, I am not able to view couple of channels at my tata sky due to old set top not upgraded to new/ higher version. Regarding this issue I have send complaint 2 times( 30 May & 04 June) at tata sky help desk. But each time my complaint is closed without solving my problem. I am very upset from this type of careless behavior of your executives. I am not understanding why complaint is closed without solving the matter. I hope this time my problem will be solved without any delay.     My Tatasky id is [protected] and mobile no is [protected] and using Tatasky since 2009. Now facing lots of problems to change setup box. I tried all available options ie booking by sms conversation with helpline associates and request by email. Me totally unhappy with Tatasky irresponsible service in this matter. Now u r requested to help me.

      Dear Sir/Madam, In my TV message is coming frequently showing that I have to change old set-top box with MPEG on or before 9th June, 2015 accordingly, I tried to contact with your customer care, but ultimately my all efforts failed.Now It is requested kindly replace my old set-top box with a new one so that I can enjoy the same without any interruption.         sir, my subscriber ID is[protected].. i subscribed for supreme sports kids pack on 05 Jun15 with a payment of Rs 1930, but it is not activated. now when i speak to customer care they say that your english entertainment pack is activated. i have not asked for any such thing. when i call customer care they keep the call hanged, transferring call here & there. please extend necessary help. thanking you Brajesh Dobhal

          I'm a 6yrs regular user of Tatasky DTH service. We usually recharge it with semi-annual package only for the last 3.5yrs ofcourse to save some bucks. Now here the problem begins, we recharged our account with semi-annual package as usual on 7th Feb., (you can see in the pic attached below)so now the package should last upto Aug 7th accordingly. But on 25th May we got a message saying payment due today.We called the call centre and they said by mistake our package was deducted on monthly basis and not semi-annual and they accepted that it was their mistake and some one from finance dept is going to call us regarding this issue in 48hrs, no one turned up.Now after 12days today a senior executive called us and says, they accept it that it was their mistake, but can't help us as the money is already deducted. He blames us that may be we din't know how to recharge for semi-annual package and spoke to us very rudely, saying let me know if I can help you with anything other than this issue. Can someone please let me know why would we pay 3830Rs for monthly package when monthly rates are 1100Rs appx. We are recharging it for the last 6yrs online and we wont know how to recharge it. How dare these people make business on our hard earned money, on grounds of cheating!!! We recharged it for 6mths to save money n now they trick us and try to encash it twice by disconnecting our service. Now if I dont see our issue resolved this time, I'm going to take help from media and court for this issue. We are going to sue them and demand huge compensation for this kind of service and will see that these people are completely out of our appartments very soon. We never ever suggest this cheat DTH service to any newusers. No where its given in the receipt that its deducting on monthly basis.

              In case tatasky fail to change my setbox with MPEG-4 then please take back my MPEG-2 version set box and refund my money as well as my activated charges.

                1. I received a call from tata sky from number [protected] on 05 jun at 1249 hrs that if I recharge with an amount of Rs 710 I will get a bonus amount totalling to Rs 910. My subscriber id is [protected] and I recharged at 2030 hrs on 05 Jun 2015 but the additional offer has not been given to me and the balance shown is Rs 710 only. 2. I have the recording of the tata sky representative speaking about the offer. 3. You are requested to fulfill the offer as promised and ensure that in future such an effort from the customer is not requiredf and it is done automatically. Thanks

                    We have locked A Call On Tat Sky on 04.06.2015. for tata Sky No. [protected]. But No Any Response From There Side. If We try to connect them on Telephone than no any Representative available on phone. Only Choosing option is working on Telephone since 15-20 minutes and it is Chargeable from there side and no any Solution, Still We are waiting for there Response. Please do the needful.                       When i try to call tata sky customer care, its like i have to wait 30 mins to get the cutomer care executive on line... The most irritating part is that "Your estimated wait time is 10 mins and even after completion of 10mins it says the same" and the annoying music ...I feel irritated and completely waste of my phone call money... hello Tata sky ..please look into this matter and solve it asap. u may lose your customers in a lot number.                           I am Vrindar Singh from Varanasi. I am a regular customer of your Tata Sky. My customer ID is [protected] & registered Mob No [protected]. I have registered a request for change of my old Set of Box on 22 May 2015 on Tata Sky Helpline. My old set of Box does not support MPEG 4 service due to this i am not able to view channels on my Tata Sky. They assured me that they will replace my old Tata Sky Set of Box within 06 to seven working days. But not any response from Tata Sky. Kindly change set of box immediately .

                              So many channels of Dhammal Mixed pack of my Tata Sky connection No [protected] on setup box MPEG02 have been deactivated and no response have received on missed call from RMN No [protected] to replace setup box which creates inconvenience for us. Such an inconvenient action of company is incorrect. Hence requested to replace the setup box and refund the excess charges on account of deactivated channels immediately to continue us on tatasky DTH.

                                  Sir, I am calling you more than ten to twelve times but no response from your customer care for upgrade the MPEG4. I am trusting on your company more that 10 yrs but your company not given me any response for upgrade the MPEG4. Your channel give the instructions for change your MPEG4 box before 15 June 2015 how it is possible for me to change MPEG4. I am totally upset from your company response. If you are not able to do this so tell me, then I contact another company for giving the well service without any interruption because my mother watching only religious channel like AASTHA, SANSKAR & News Channel and all are inactive. But even after one day the package is not included. I am trying to ask the customer care support. But they are busy in transferring my calls. N one thing I dont understand why it is written tollfree on internet. Instead my calls are getting charged. After that also there is no feedback from ur side. We all customers are very much frustrated with tata sky customer support. We are not getting any help.

                                      OUR SERVICE NO [protected]. ALL OF A SUDDEN MANY CHANNEL ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND SHOWING MPEG4 SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE. WE ARE TRYING ON HELPLINE NO SINCE LAST 10 DAYS. IT RESPONDED OUR SERVICE ENGINEER WILL CONTACT YOU. NO ONE RESPONSE AND NO ANY CALLS FROM ENGINEERS. WE ARE FED UP WITH THE SERVICE WE CANNOT SPEAK DIRECTLY TO TATASKY HELPLINE PEOPLE. IF ANY UPGRADATION IS THERE AND WE ARE READY TO VIEW WITH THE EXISTING SETUP BOX. HOW CAN YOU STOP THE CHANNELS ON EXISTING SETUP BOX ? PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITHIN 03 DAYS FAILING WHICH WE WOULD BE COMPELLED TO GO FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.                                         It has been one week that I had launched a complaint in TATA SKY customer care for Error 999. But no body had visited or even bothered to call and check the services . Everyday I call to check if anybody is visiting but i get a response that tomorrow our representative will come, but nobody came. Finally I get a message that our representative will visit on 5th June between 1:00 PM to 2:47 PM. And Nobody came. I called TATA SKY customer care again the same reply. Still waiting for somebody to come and fix my issue.
