    Work order : I66L0L7 my SUB ID [protected]. NO SIGNAL since three full days (20-May-2015). 10 complaints and 4 promises for engineer visit. 3 useless conversations with so called "Seniors". Still NOTHING. I have sent mails to [protected]@tatasky.com, [protected]@tatasky.com. Have even chatted with Tata Sky On-Line chat agent. Still Nothing. I am not sure what i can do and can I get a refund if i cancel. Since i paid for the whole year. Please help. Regards Nisheeth

      Dear Sir, On 11/05/2015 your technician visited my house & replaced Set Top Box. Immediately after his exit it stopped working and I again made complaint. I was assured Technicians’ visit. On 12/05/2015 around 10 A.M Technician visited and found out that the Set Top Box which was replaced yesterday itself was faulty hence he went out & returned with a new one AND replaced the former. Since then it is working. On 13/05/2015 SMS received that Rs 520/- to be charged AND as such & paid Rs 1000/- I got message after its deduction. Today i.e. 16/05/2015 SMS received & I was astonished to see that my Tata Sky be deactivated unless I made recharge at least Rs 793/-. Further to my query I was learned that the charges were recovered from me twice. Please make required corrections and inform me however what was happened is not appreciative from a reputed service provider like Tata Sky.         God knows even if this post will make a difference. I had contacted the customer care today at 14:14 hours. I was assured by the guy I spoke to that a technician would surely be at my place later in the evening to solve my problem. But later i get a sms saying that the technician will be coming on 23/5/15. Is this some kind of fake comfort? I called later again n was kept on hold twice by a lady who attended the call. Helping customers is a joke to you people? Really disappointed with tatasky services. I also tried a lot to put this up in the help-desk on their "mytatasky" site, but it just signs out automatically to the login page. regards, John Pereira

          Today at 2:38 PM I had worst experience dealing with TataSky customer service. I had a technical issue with my tatasky connection. i had to wait 40 hrs, Call customer service for more than 20 times and spend 8 hrs on phone to get a technician. Even after the problem is not resolved and situation is worsened now with poor signal quality for all the channels. Multiple problems in handling the case - 1) Exceptionally Long time in getting technician on-site - Issue was reported at 5PM on 20 May. I got a call at 5:30PM from Bangalore Area manager that a technician will be on-site between 9:30-10AM on 21st May. I waited till 10:45AM and then started calling customer service. I had to make multiple escalation attempts. Even after repeated assurance from the floor supervisor the technician did not show up for another 27 hrs. 2) Technician not interested in solving the problem and the problem is still not resolved - Finally, when the technician showed up at 1:30PM on May 22nd, he looked at the issue for 10 minutes, and then told me that this issue needs senior technician and were ready to leave. When he called his manager, even the manager was not sensitive to the situation. i called the electrician from my apartment complex and then he could help rectify the problem. But, the signal quality is very bad now. So the problem is still not resolved. 3) Management putting blame on other organization - Customer call center manager was very quick to put blame on the installer orgnization rather than finding what happened in the case. If the management is acting like this, then i have no faith in the organization that these kind of issues will not repeat in future. Overall, horrible, disappointing, frustrating experience with tatasky. Regards, Sandeep

Dear Tata Sky, Myself Y.Srinivas an a account holder of Tata sky, My customer is ID: [protected]. When I have purchased Tata sky setup box for the first time, it was working fine. After the few months my setup box stopped working, and then I have called your service center people they have come and checked and found that setup box problem due to non power supply which was replaced under warranty old setup box. Again after few days the complains repeats due to no signal receive. Again I have called your service center people, complained but he says that I have to take back setup box to the service center. Then service executive says that, now there is problem in setup box which is chargeable, when setup box is in warranty period which was replaced under warranty for the second time, there will be a some warranty period.               I really don't know if this will reach the concerned person but will be hopeful it does. I guess the next will be to write to Mr Ratan Tata or go to the consumer court. I have a Tata Sky set top box registered on the number [protected] and registered in my father's name Mr Pankaj Ajmera. Let me start by enlisting the sequence of events that have take after having the set top box installed. The set top box was installed on the 14th of February. The first issue we faced was everytime the door bell rang the TV went blank. We were told that there was some issue with the HDMI cable. To sort this problem we called Laxman who installed the set top box and he took more than three days after a lot of following up to come and rectify this issue. During this time we were also facing resolution and bad reception problem. We called him and let him know hoping that in a few days he will come and have same rectified. Work got the better o[censored]s then and we accepted the mediocrity and tried to move on. It was later when we were at our neighbors and checked if they were facing any issues regarding reception and bad resolution from Tata Sky. He said he was fortunate not to deal with that problem as yet. By the 2nd month when the free services for the first 2 months were getting over we started getting reminder messages to refill for uninterrupted service. We did refill on the 13th of April and after that too the issue of bad signal, bad resolution, broken images and the tv screen going blank didnt stop. It was after this that since the third week of April, I started getting irritated and complained to everyone who called to check for VoD services and called to check for the wifi dongle. While doing so I did hope that this might reach the customer service center and i will have this issue resolved. I was refraining from calling up the customer service center because of the long waits and speaking to people who are merely there to hear out issues regarding the services but having no such authority to take action against the issues put forth. I rest my case after being convinced that the same has happened with me. I have made atleast 9 calls to this number[protected], each time spoken to someone different assuring me that some technician will come and resolve my issue. I have been told that we will consider this as top priority and address this the very next day. Trust me I am so frustrated with this since no one has come and resolved this. to top it all there was no signal for almost 2 days. I got just one call from someone that the technician will come at 11.00 am on the 18th of May after complaining angrily the previous evening. You would understand that no one turned up and again i complained on the 19th May and then again on the 20th of May. Yesterday I asked for all the call logs and I was told that only 2 such logs were being shown on your system. That got me more angry and upset with everything. I am now writing to you that I have no faith in your brand and services and would like to get my my back as soon as possible so that i can switch to a better more responsive service provider. I urge you not to test my patience any further and have someone call me at the earliest and give me my refund and end this not so sweet relation with me. I have decided to go to everyone else in the building to refrain from opting to go with Tata Sky. I will resent this for a good time now. Thank you for this pathetically unaccepted and upsetting service. Today the 22nd May, i called 4 times awaiting to speak to their senior department. The fifth call was put through. I am of the idea to discontinue my services but with the level of service Im getting as a paying customer, i really dont know what to expect as a non paying customer. I have been assured by the senior department that the technician will come in 8 hours. So as an optimist i will be hopeful and see if this happens. I would sincerely appreciate if Mr Harit Nagpal can call me back so that i can vent out my extremely pathetic service experience with his DTH service called Tata Sky.                 I am using tata sky connection since 2 years. not i am having some technical problems from TATA sky end. and due to that some channels are not showing. i raised complain to tata sky . after 2 days i got call and they said they will send technician to fix the problem and they will take visiting charge. my concern is, I am paying in advance for full year. and after having some technical problem from company end ... why should i pay charge for that.                   As we the mpeg3 To mpeg4 technology you are changing your set top boxes.But after 2-3 times registation there is no responce. since 2months i hv not used those channels which are mpeg4, evn u charge full amount of those channels. Will it be possible to change the set top box as earlier as possible. hear in chhattisgarh at raipur the service is worst. i hope you will do something earlier. Otherwise Its waste of money in tata sky.

                  It is brought your kind notice that I am a subscriber of
                  Tatasky for the last about 3.5 years with my ID No.[protected].Since
                  15days in continuation i am talking with customer care for replacement
                  of my set top box to MPEG4 version.And every time i got reply for
                  replacement of box next day & next day same story begins.
                  you can check/track my calls for my complaints various time.

                  i request you to change my set top box by MPEG4 by tomorrow.

                  If not being changed this week then from next week i shall be cut the
                  tata sky connection by replacement with new Dish Tv connection.Bcz i
                  have no any option beside remove the connection.As you always said
                  your service & procedures are far better then others.
                  Hope for replacement of MPEG4 box this week.

                    From last two months not a single channel can be viewed. up to this now i have registered four complaints to tata sky customer care centre but they have not sent engineer/technician to solve my problem. Even though not a single channel we are not viewing but daily balance from my account is gradually reduced.

                    Had same problem for entire month of April. They promised they would refund me something for that month ... but no refunds. Calling their helpdesk is of no use .. no one picks up. All emails to them go unanswered. Screw them, .. will try our Airltel and see how that is.

                      Hi. This is JK kohli having a Tat sky Connection number [protected]. I have this connection at my previous address Kishan Sahkari Sugar Mill Badaun Uttar Pradesh. Now i have changed my location from BAdaun to Sikandrabad Uttar Pradesh. I am regularly contacting Tat sky associates since last 15 days and had launched complaint to update my address. THey have launched my complaint against ref number I5TK6EN, [protected] and I208KUP. Till date neither my address has updated nor i am viewing the tata sky services. Only false promises are made by Tata sky on the same.

                        Hi Sir, My Subscriber ID [protected], Due to signal issues, I have raised the request to sort out the issue. While discussing with tata sky agent, he clearly told me that this is Free visit. we will resolve you complaint with free of cost and the technician also told it's free visit no receipt needed and took 50/- Tip. And he didn't touch anything he just checked the signal strength. The next day I saw a warning message on my TV stating Please recharge the account. I asked the customer people through chat, why this was happend, told due to mistake it was happend, we will refund the money and raised the request(1-[protected]) Kindly check the proof for this attachment. This is my complaint ID: 1-[protected]. It should resolved on 21st may 2015. Please help me to get my money refund

                          I m tatasky customer my tatasky Id is [protected] I m not using tatasky service since September 2014 due to relocate I have received a call from tatasky on Dec 2014 for relocation of tatasky on phone I said to yes but tatasky relocation agent not came and further not yet received any call from tatasky but when I have reinstalled tatasky with paying 200 rs on 17th May 2o15 and made 200 recharge then my balance show 6 rs only when i call back to tatasky they said it's charge of relocation on Dec 14 which is no to be made from my side and tatasky agent blocked my mobile number also so I m not able to call further

I have many work order of your... 1 6 april HKEHF3Y 216 APRIL HP18V32 3 21 APRIL HKEHF3Y 4 24 SAME AS 21 514 MAY 12CVJ4V 6 18 MAY 156MHB1 Can you explain to do just a installation do you need so much of work order...I don't understand...do u really want to do installation ...pls give us a written reply that my work will not been done ...what are waiting for another 5/6 worker orders... you have been harassing us since 5 april nearing 2 months ...do u still except us to talk to you

                            yesterday got a call from your office no [protected] at 11.25am telling that a technican will come today, waiting for him he called around 4.51pm his no was[protected] told that he is in airoli he will be comimg with 1/1/2 hrs, waiting for him I called him 4 times at last he told he will there with 7.30, after that he was not picking our call,
                            what kind of services is this ...at 8.47 pm I get asms a new workorder no 17X2JJX ...our tech will contact you soon...idiots don't you have courtesy to call & inform how long should we keep on waiting its almost 2 months...

Your customer service or agent are not responding our calls by my own registered number.we are not enjoying your service. So please check your network &solve our problem fast.

                                Yesterday one of your tatasky agent called me and was giving the details about active music pack. I repeatedly told him not to activate any of these packs but by evening this pack was activated and it charged me 49 rupees unnecessarily and also changed my monthlyplan from 300 to 349. WHAT THE HELL!! If you guys want to cheat your regular customers in this way then kindly unsubscribe my account and I ll use some other DTH operator.

                                Tata Sky - automatic activation of subscription of active packs when trying to reach customer care.

                                I was trying to reach the customer care to get my connection fixed as I was not having a signal and by the time I finished it has activated the active music. For the past one month I have been trying to get that pack deactivated. The standard reply I get is it can't be deactivated. I tried to deactivate it from myaccount login even that is not possible.

                                If any of you know how to deactivate the active packs please let me know. I have stopped recharging my account until the problem is resolved.

                                If it is not going to be resolved I will be shifting to other DTH providers.

                                  Hello, I've been complaining regarding my set top box problem since a month and I've been having this problem since two months.. The set top box freezes and needs to turned off by disconnecting power supply and switching back on.. This happens every 10 min... One person had come 15 days back and all he did was resetting the box.. No changes.. I continued facing more problems after he left.. Now tata sky customer care lines are so busy that they take 15 to 20 min to answer the call and line gets disconnected automatically.. What is d solution for this .. [protected] Litesh Bangalore

                                    NONE OF THE CHANNELS ARE COMING EXCEPT STAR PLUS. THIS IS THE SITUATION . I SINCE TODAY MORNING. TRIED 37 TIMES OVER PHONE TO GIVE COMPLAINT. IT IS SAD NOBODY IS PICKING UP THE CALL. THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME.WHILE YOU ARE BOASTING 24X7 SERVICE, THIS IS THE GROUND REALITY. I AM PISSED OFF WITH SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE. I AM SO SORRY TO USE THIS TYPE OF LANGUAGE. I EXPRESSED ONLY 10% OF MY IRE. 2 DAYS BACK, WHEN WE DELAYED THE PAYMENT, IMMEDIATELY IT WAS DE-ACTIVATED. BUT WHEN WE ARE PAYING FOR 3 MONTHS IN SINGLE INSTALMENT YOU DONT BOTHER TO GIVE SERVICE. IF ANY POSSIBILITY IS THERE PLEASE RETURN OUR MONEY AND REMOVE THIS USELESS CONNECTION. HOPE U UNDERSTAND THE DIS-SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMER.

                                      Dear Sir, Two free regional channels i.e, oriya and bengali channels are not at all available since last 15 days. That is we are not able to see these channels last 15 days. Only hindi channel is available. I have complained to Tata Sky on phone no. [protected] on 17th may 2015 at 13.52 hrs. from my RMN. Without attending the failure, complaint was cancelled through message at 13.05 hrs. on 19.05.2015. Again I complained on 19.05.2015 at 17.29 hrs. but, till no one came to rectify the failure.                                         We pay for annual subscription of Tatasky. But it will stop after six months. Because they had provide us two Channels without our permission. Secondly in the month of March I was told from your Customer Care that these two channel will be off from 16th April onward. But it was also a false commitment. I shall change my customership if I get these cheating activities.
