My Tatasky id is [protected]. I had subscribed to tatasky services on 26th January, 2015. After the technical installation, we started facing issues with many of the channels. When we contacted the Tatasky helpdesk, they told us to wait for few days and check again. After that, when we called them again after 2-3 weeks, we got a reply that there are some technical issues going on with Tatasky. So, again, we waited for 1 month but even after that, our issue didn’t get resolved. We had no option but to contact the helpdesk again and again. This time they sent a technician and he told us that we need to re-locate the dish. We agreed for that. The helpdesk person initially told us that the visit will be free of cost and no charges will be taken. After few days, a technician named Akhilesh (contact No.: [protected]) came to our place and checked the dish location. He moved it to a new place and took Rs.250 from us saying re-location charges. We payed him that amount. The next day I got a message saying Rs.200 was deducted from my tatasky account. When I registered a complain regarding this, I got an explanation that 200 amount was deducted as relocation charge and 250 amount was because the technician had to use some third party tool to relocate the dish. In this case, I am unable to understand why we should pay 450 bucks after all the issue started because, from day one, the dish was not installed at the right place. This is not the way how you treat your customers. And after all this, even now we are facing the same issue as before. I would require a clear explanation for this and request you to send a appropriate technician as soon as possible, or else I think there is so reason as to why we would like to continue with Tatasky.Its been hardly 5 months we are associated with Tatasky and our experience with you is not appreciable.

    MY Tata Sky Subscription ID is [protected]. I got a message that tata sky is changing its setup box for free. Your representative Mr. Trilok visited my residence at house no. 49, PS City Raipur on 21/5/2015. He told that u can replace normal setup box with HD box by paying 120 extra other than normal 02 month normal recharge of your my regular usage i.e. Dhamaal Pack of Rs. 230/- pm .. On his request i gave him 230 + 230 for two month recharge of my usage + 120/- for the cost of HD box. After paying on 21/5/2015 at 19:51 i got a message from Tata sky that """ Tata sky subsriber ID [protected] has been recharged with 590/-. Present Ac balance is 610/-YOur monthly recharge is 230/- & NEXT DATE OF RECHARGE IS 09.08.2015""""...BY YOUR INTENTION OF CHEATING on 24/5/2015 the TV has been deactivated. and now on ontacting your call centre they are saying the cost of set up box is 590/- which is truly unfare. I had many a times talked to your call centre to give me a solution. But they are only saying that your representative will solve the issue. BUT when they dont know. My TV is deactivated and as such i cann’t see the FINAL Match of IPL due to your intention of cheating and following a tricky means. I am no more interested with your HD Box. Please replace it to my normal box and refund me my 590/- at the earliest.

      Most of the channels are not working from quiet a few days, also i was getting a message when the TV was switched on . payment due 8/5/2015 whereas i had paid for the one year in advance, i had spoken to Pinkesh shah ( Area Sales Incharge Direct Sales), through i had got he connection done, on 22nd May as i was unable to connect to the call center number .he gave one more number and said to log in the complaint After umpteen attempts i was able to lodge the complaint @ around 10:00pm . i was informed someone will visit the [place on Saturday ( i had requested for someone to come in the morning and they agreed) NO ONE TURNS UP ON SATURDAY. i complaint again on Saturday they say someone will come on Sunday . i was travelling asked my daughter to wait, still no one came. At around 4:pm i get a call someone can come @5;00 or 5:30 . I told please send someone tomorrow morning as we are out. Monday morning no one comes, we lodge a complaint again and are informed some will visit between 3;30 and 4:30 ( I requested them to send some by 1:30 ( they agreed ). NO ONE TURNS UP . NEITHER @1:30 NOR ON THE TIME THEY HAD COMMITTED i called the customer care again they say they will talk to the technical team and some will attend shortly . i spoke to the senior executive saurabh Sharma and asked him to give me a confirmed time, he says he cannot give any confirmed time. I asked him to connect to the manager which he dint. he kept saying we cannot give confirmed time when the technician will visit. i called Pinkesh in the evening( 22nd May ) that i informed him the technicians are not coming in spite of repeated complaints. he said he will talk to someone and call back. i am yet to hear from him. i again lodged a complaint on Monday late night. i was told some one will visit your place but no one has turned up nor have i received any call as to when the technician would come. On Tuesday ( 26th May ) i called Pinkesh again but his number was busy and he did not call back. i am very tried of this every day follow up for the services for which i have made advance payment. i feel Tata Sky is unprofessional when it comes to servicing the customers if this is how Tatasky intends to serve the customers, i would request for the refund as i do not have the time and energy to waste on such followups . I will take the local cable connection as they are quiet prompt in attending complaints and serving customers.

        Dear All, I am strangling deactivate my 3rd decoder and details are following : Standard 027XXXXX5890 00XXXXX6690 Still it is very difficult to get line in your call center. After many try finally (waiting 15 min) I have got line (Two weeks before). I have placed my request and they have promised to deactivate with 24 hr. Unfortunately, it was not done after 2 weeks also and I have been charged continuously Last one month. The worst part is a person called from confirmation departs. He confirm my request and he said my retest can’t be done. I was trying to get reason why not done but he could not give one. He was very rude. He cut the call abruptly. I am trying to deactivate my 3rd decoder but my efforts are gone in vain. Hence, I am trying to write this mail. Hope, I will get some result. I hereby kindly request deactivate my 3rd connection and refund all undue charges. Thanks and Regards, Jude

          I have called to tata sky on [protected] at 11:20 today and spoke to Anuradha and she transfered to senior Mr. Suraj and he kept my call on hold for 15 mins then disconnected the call. total call duration 17:20 min's

          Got the call from[protected] and spoke to Mr Venkatesh for 16:21 min's and he supposed to send the engineer today itself. Let see this daily serial is going to ending today or going extend for some more days


          Call received from [protected] and spoke to Ms. Geeta at 1:28 Today for 24:36 mins and she took call conference with Mr. Sagar and Rahul (who visited our location on their dream). Now they are planning to fulfil their dream today. Let see what will happened today, dream will continue or will it get close ?
          After call from Ms. Geeta from Tatasky at 1:28 PM today, the engineer supposed to visit our location, almost day completed. But no engineer visit or call. They should really feel shame for providing such support/response.
          It’s very surprising all my compliant were closed without providing the support and additional twist is that they (Tatasky) have deducted support charges from my account.

            Dear sir Regarding tata sky ID [protected] today i have recieved a call from tata sky customer care (no.[protected] " he has told me that you are my best customer since last two year. i have a special offer for you for active music i had told him that we will inform you later. but customer care person dropped the call and send me a message.( request completed for monthly active music, rupees 49. current a/c balance Rs 223.17 due date 18 june 15 new monthly charges Rs 289 ) " .i donot need such type of any scheme so kinldy refund my money. and in future not to try this type of cheating.

              I (subscriber ID [protected]) have relocated from Pune to Bangalore and informed about the relocation request on Friday (22nd May). Still now I have not received any callback from the installation team and nothing is proceeded. As per my previously location, I was sharing the common dish and did not get my own dish. Every time I speak to the customer care representative they are saying the same answers... 1. Sorry sir 2. We will check with the installation department and they will check with you for the convenient time of installation 3. Installation will be done by today I have spoken to the customer care executive for 5 times and senior representative for 2 times. I is very hard to pay my money (for a year subscription) and wasting my time like this...

                Bill Payment Done But no services Available

                Mycustomer id of tata sky [protected]. Third class services of this third class COMPANY. After payment of tata sky bill, thn also they are not updating there system. amount is showing 2640 rs, in my account of tatasky. In there system there is showing Primary and secondary Active, but till now im getting services. i had paid bill on 22 may 2015, but till today i m getting the services from tatasky. from last 3 days this is going on....

On 29/3/2015 I recharged Rs.245 (South India special/tamil + English movies) but afterwards showing only Hindi Entertainment channels till one technician cam and rectified on 16/4/2015. I have contacted[protected] several times for refund of deductions from my a/c for 19 days. My current subscription ends on 31/5/2015 to be changed as renewal date 18/6/2015.                     I have taken a new connection of Tatasky on 24th may 2015. It worked fine on that day and from next day it was not at all working. When I asked the executive who installed the box he responded abusively and did not even fix the problem. What the bloody hell service is giving the Tatasky when they cannot give proper service they should shut their company

                        I have paid Rs.2, 200 to dealer a/c.No.[protected] through pay atm for tata sky dish with 3 months package. Generally anybody will think if we pay for dish(tatasky) all inclusive where as Tatasky representative given connection with only 2mtr and charged Rs.100 which was debited to our ID No.[protected]. For this reason Dealer has blamed tatasky and not paid 3 months package. Then I have paid Rs.100 through online by Credit Card. But whenever I asked Dealer he is not responding. Being reputed Organization like tatasky they should not take this much of time to solve the Problem and also requesting them do not give permission such cheating person as a dealer. Please look into the matter do me justice by adding one month free package through them or their dealer otherwise advise me to proceed in what way i have to proceed.                             I made a complaint on 16th May, 2015 at 9.30 pm.With a request to attend on Sunday ie on 17 th May, 2015 .my complaint no. 18L8OMN. Nobody contacted me Till 4.00 pm on 17 th May, 2015. I again made a call to center on sunday evenning . but nobody bothered to call me back. now around 2.30 a phone call received by me by the executive when I was in office I requested him to come at my residence after 7.00 pm for resolved problem. He said that he can not come at that time . now tell us how my complaint will be resolved? I can be available in day time only on Saturday or Sunday Please resolve the problem at the earliest.                               forgot password and registered mobile number

                              i am tata sky consumer my id is [protected], i wish to reset my package, but i forgot my password and registered mobile number. Last one year i contentiously try to contact tata sky by helpline for this request.till i have not get any response from tata sky...

                              Dear Sir/Madam, Its a shame for the company that money is being deducted from the my account([protected]) without the consent and information from the customer .Saturday(22.05.2015) I had a talk with customer executive of your esteemed company stating my service problem of tata sky.Executive suggested for the Visit & checking of the service without any charge for the same ., but very next day, it has been deducted the amount from the Account and deactivated my services. It seems that services policy of the company is not followed or there is no policy to tackle all these problems .as it is assured by the customer care executives for free visit of the same but deducted arbitrary from customer account, Kindly return the entire amount which has been deducted from my account . Today morning (25.05.2015) I had a talk with customer care executives for the same problem as asked for the complaint number and register the same as complaint but not given . Kindly look into this issue as it is malpractice of the company . Thanks

                                dear sir yesterday i had a talk with customer care to keep my packt to rs 240/- from rs 275/- only but suddenly active music was added in my account without my consent.i was told that it cannot be deleted but within few minutes active music was deleted and there was a message on my mobile regarding this. kindly look into this matter and adjust my pack of rs 240/- only with immediate effect otherwise i cannot continue tata sky after 29 may 2015. thank you amarjeet singh mob [protected] tata sky id [protected]

                                  I have Given the Request of TATA SKY Relocation on Friday Dated 22.05.2015, and the uninstallation happened that day Itself. But when I have shifted to the New Place in Noida, I have register the Request of Re- Installation but even in the Given set of time and TAT of 24 Hours, nobody had turned up, and kept calling the Customer care and they are telling me that they have raised the request with High Priority.But Still I didn't get any response from the Technician team for the Re-installation. Even while the Process o[censored]n-Installation I have paid the Cash amount of 200rs/- but still the amount got deducted from my TATA Sky Account. Today is the Final Day if no body turns up, then I am going to Deactivate the TATA Sky Services and will opt for some other Service Provider who actually cares of their Customers.                                     Respected Sir, I had earlier emailed (dated April 09, 2015) to customer care the details of non-visibility of HD Channels since March 30, 2015 till date and had also made several calls to customer care and no call was attended by any executive neither any call back on the compliant or solution has been provided by so called caring Tat Sky Provider. Without fail i receive messages for monthly recharge of Tatsky Package. The most disgusting and worst service provider the Tata Sky is.
