Hey Tata Sky,
When i relocated to Bangalore, your technician who came for installation did a highly shoddy job, just fixed it and ran away. But My problems just started, after every few days, signal got lost. Whenever i kept on complaining, some technician came did some shoddy job, fixed it temporraily and moved. When finally i requested tata sky to fix this problem permanently, some chap comes and says, Sir.. Give a relocation request.You have to pay charges again..Why should i pay for some shoddy job of Tata Sky technician. These people are not bothered about customers, they are only interested in getting money.
It seems some kind of tricks where these companies have devised to extort money from us.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by ManjunathRGowda In addition to my complaint, the people at customer care have an attitude of " let the customers go **** themselves".
People need to teach such people the right way to address a grieving customer.
