    I see that in my account an unnecessary amount of around 61/- is being debited monthly for past many 5 months under the title Anywhere TV. Please note I have not subscribed for any such services/pack and have not used the same ever. You may check your system for the usage of such service. I request you to immediately stop debiting such charges else I shall be forced to raise a complaint against your services through consumer court. I also request you to refund the amount debited for the past 5 months. If really feel cheated in this regard. I never expected such a fraud services from a reputed and respected company like TATA. A really cheated Tata syk customer.

      the visit of technician was free as it was told by Tata sky CC, as well as by the technician who had come to my house for installation of dish antenna. But after his departure the money has been deducted from my account, when I asked CC they regret for that and assured me that by mistake the money has been deducted and it will be credited soon, the total money was deducted by tata sky is Rs.270 . But it is supposed to be 100 because the technician has changed the sls which is costing Rs. 100 only, when I asked Tata sky Customer care they told me 100+170( visiting charge of technician). Secondly I had given a request for the change of old setup box to mpeg4 box. and tata sky cc has told me the visit of technician for change of setup box is on 28 may 2015, but still no body has approached me neither any phone call has come regarding the change of setup box. kindly do needful I am a very old customer of Tata sky and I believe that the services has changed so if the situation will be like this then I am compelled to go for another dth service, kindly maintain the decorum of tata sky and do needful please... thnks (tata sky ID is [protected])

        sir, i recharge amount Rs.400 but also again & again on screen showing payment due date. I check balance is Rs.400 then also message coming.i call 2 times to customer care, they told that massage not come from henceforth.but still same problem coming.I send message to HR to 56633 but also same problem. My Tata sky subscriber ID -[protected] contact no-[protected] kindly resolve problem

          TATA SKY ADD ACTIVE COOKING IN MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE .TATA SKY REPRESENTATIVE CALL TO MY REGISTERED MOB NO:[protected] ASKED ME WHETHER ACTIVE COOKING ADD MY SUBSCRIPTION OR NOT. I TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE NOT TO ADD. BUT COMPANY ADD THIS CHANNEL. MY REQUEST IS THAT RETURNED MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND DISCONTINUED THIS ACTIVE COOKING

              sir, I anuj saxena am having Tata sky DTH connection no. [protected] have applied for relocation your executive told to deposit a sum of Rs 300/- for relocation charges which I have deposited on 21/4/15 but till the date nobody comes to relocate it while I have made complaint for around 5-6 times every time they given me different order no. also their call centre is horrible since it takes around 30 mins. to convey our problem and the call charges deducted everytime in which I lost Rs. 150-200 around but they have not bothered also they deducted my Rs 300/- as subscription charges while my request for relocation is pending and my connection is inactive since April-15. when I asked to return the amount they said it is subscription charges when I want to talk to their next executive they disconnect the phone. really Tata Sky customer care is very bad now I have relocate it personnaly and want my 300/- back but they are not listing which compel me to go to consumer forum as it is a matter of fraud. you are requested to do the needful

                Consumer No.:[protected] On 26.05.2015, HD set up was installed. From 27th onwards there are no signals. A complaint No. IBIMYAW dated 28.05.15 was lodged. It was confirmed that by 05:08 pm the service engineer would come to rectify. However, Despite numerous phone calls no satisfactory answer was given. The undersigned today spoke to Mr. Dharmendra Kumar, who was not only rude but also confirmed that it would take 48 to 72 hrs. to attend to a call. When requested, if I could speak to someone higher up, it was confirmed that I am the Boss. Such type of dissatisfaction to the customer & poor service is not at all expected from a world class organization like Tata Sky. It is sincerely requested that my complaint is attended very immediately & waiver for the period when the services are not provided should be waived off.                   Sir, This is to bring Your Kind notice that, inspite of several complaints about my relocation & Installations of Tata Sky Login ID [protected] from Baddi ( H.P ) to Chandauli (Mughalsarai ) - 232101 in the name of Om Prakash, Sorry to say that I had received neither any call or Services from Tata Sky . Its very shame for such a reputed name & Services . Pl. Look into matter & respond immediately .

                    My customer Id is [protected] . i have paid Rs 2040 on 3rd of March -15 for Metro pakage plus the HD access charges of rs 100 /month . by the time metro pacakge charges got revised to 2140 rupees for 6 month plus HD access charge to rs 125/ month . What tatasky deed is for next 3 month they charge me at the rate of rs 723 per month -i do not know for what??? i have not authorised them for any other package .Now to day they have deactivated my connection inspite of my protest and lodging complaint in writting . the resposible person were asked to apolozize and make to settle despute first before de activating

                      I had lodged subject complaint yesterday (28-May-2015 at 6:31 pm) on [protected]. I received SMS providing my complaint number: IBR9BUI. Received further SMS informing that Technician visit is is scheduled on 29-May-2015 (today) between 12:40 & 13:20 hrs. Till the time of this compliant, neither I have received any call from your Technician nor the complaint i attended.                         Hey Tata Sky, When i relocated to Bangalore, your technician who came for installation did a highly shoddy job, just fixed it and ran away. But My problems just started, after every few days, signal got lost. Whenever i kept on complaining, some technician came did some shoddy job, fixed it temporraily and moved. When finally i requested tata sky to fix this problem permanently, some chap comes and says, Sir.. Give a relocation request.You have to pay charges again..Why should i pay for some shoddy job of Tata Sky technician. These people are not bothered about customers, they are only interested in getting money. It seems some kind of tricks where these companies have devised to extort money from us.

                        In addition to my complaint, the people at customer care have an attitude of " let the customers go **** themselves".
                        People need to teach such people the right way to address a grieving customer.

                          Sir/Madam, My subscriber ID is [protected] I have been facing problems regarding the packages provided. I have subscribed only to " dhamaal mix" pack of a base price of rs.240 but they've forcefuly added a "Multi tv pack" of rs.200, "Vedic mathematics" pack of rs. 6 and " a-la-carte channels" pack of rs 125 which results to a total of rs.748 monthly. I tried to manually change the pack to a lowest to rs.240 on their website but they called me up and reverted the pack to the described above stating that it cannot be changed. Please help me to change it as i do not wish to watch those unnecessarily subscribed channel packages. I had to lodge a complaint because they did not change the pack back to rs.240 despite being repeatedly telling them. Kindly see to the matter or else i'll have to switch to much more convenient cable network.                             i a very sorry bt whn the persn come to install thd tata sky in our tv he did'nt told us tht the os doing two connection in one antena. and inface he charged Rs 2100 form us and also did'nt told tht if the main connection will de off we will be not able to see the tv which is connected to the second connection.

                                My ID: [protected]. Due to poor signal I was in touch with your customer care(!) for 4 days from 20th to 24th May. On 25th May one technician by name: Mr. Rajendra mob. No: [protected] visited but could not solve problem but promised to come next day with amplifier! Infact my problem became from bad to worse! Rajendra did not respond on his mob. Please let me know whether he is a fly by night operator or from your reputed company? From 25th to 28th I made several calls and my call complaints as :IB288KT and I-[protected] but till now 5 pm no technician visited! On these days when TV is not considered as luxury but a necessity. How do you expect your customer to wait for 8 long days? On 24th when I made my first complaint I was informed no visit charges but only if material charges will be levied. To my surprise Rs. 170/ deducted from my account and for not solving my signal trouble that deteriorate further! Can you help me on these so that I do not run from pillar to post. Please attend my complaint on priority. This equipment is registered under my son Nasir Hussain mob. No:[protected]. I am his father mob No:[protected]. I would appreciate your action ASAP.                                     Sir i mr mukesh kumar district jhunjhunu rajasthan am tatasky customer since a long time. Sir one day approximately on 10 April 2015 i receice a promotional call or an advt call from your centre about vedic pack for subscribe it or add in my pack. I said no and did not subscribe it but your centre forcely add this package in my monthly mix dhamal pack. Due to which my current monthly charges becomes very high as Rs 422/-. I have submitted two times complaints on 10 may and 12 may 2015 on your helpline number regarding discontinue to active vedic pack from my current package but no response given by your department. This is my last request that active vedic pack may please be discontinued from my current pack . My tatasky id . [protected]. My RMN . [protected]. None response from your department on this complaint will lead to RTI complaint and consumer court by me as next step.

                                        Dear Sir My Subscriber ID : [protected], I am shifted house in Same area & i given relocation request on 22nd April 15, Same Day they given ref Work Order No : I7X79TL and informed as they will Send Person on Sunday Morning. But till now No Body Came & Not resolved the issue . In this regard i called to Customer Care More than 10 times from Last One Week But there is No Response from them
