the active fun learning monthly package has been added without my consent. many time i have experienced that the executives at TATA SKY calling customers and tell regarding the different packages. After that they add a package. This is totally unfair and cheating with the customer.

    very poor services from Tata Sky no phone call only messages are coming we contact u yet no contact very bad services only have name Tata Sky last 5 hays I m not able to see Tata sky customer care are also not picking my phone think to move to Airtel or dish TV very bad services

      Hi, My Tata Sky account ID is [protected] As per the request given by Tata Sky in TV to give a missed call if the channels are not displayed, I have given miss calls and also received response from the customer care that a representative will come and solve the issue. I also got a call that the representative will come and visit. I'M WAITING SINCE TWO MONTHS BUT NONE HAS COME AND SOLVED THE ISSUE AND STILL THE ISSUE PERSISTS.

        This is to inform you that since 1st day of installation i am using only Dhamal mix pack Subscriber I.D.No. [protected] but few day back i got a call from tata sky they told we have 1 new plan for you pay 6 Rs 1 time and enjoy services for 3 month as you are our valuable customer i said ok but now i getting msg's for recharge with 422 Rs and when i called to customer care they told me they are not able to change my plan. I request you please change my plan to dhamal mix, otherwise i will discontinue my service from tata sky thanks Narender Bhatia, [protected]

            sir, my subscribe id was [protected]. from last week onwards my channels was not displaying it was very difficult to watch certain t v shows, programs, movies etc.. i was consulted tata sky customer care but there is no response from them so please understand my problem and repair my set up box and make to watch previous channels as soon as possible thanking you sir

              I have ordered MPEG4 Setup Box on Saturday but it is not reaching Jaipur. I have called up customer care they are saying that technicians are scheduled for 18/5/2015 but there is no call from technicians. This is the only worst company in the world

              My tatasky's id no [protected] I called more than 5 times since 21may 2015 they told me your problem will be solve with in 7 days now its much more than 7 days and this is my worst experience with tata sky they are not solving my problem and when ever I'm calling they told me to please hold and after 20 min my call automatically ended please solve my issue my registered mobile number is [protected] and in case if I want a strict action against tata sky please suggest me what should I do? I'm tired now please help me and suggest me as soon as possible
              I am loosing my chanels one by one. So what l should do.

              I raised a request for setup box upgrade on 11/6 as i was unable to view any channels. Then i called tata sky customer care every day & they said that your complaint has been noted down & technical team will contact me. But till date nobody contacted me even after 5 days has been passed...

                Work request no. : I1HBCNM Generated on : 11th May 2015 For more than a week, I am not able to get the service and EVERYDAY I am calling Their helpline numbers. Since Thursday, Every time I call, after holding a call for roughly 15 mins, executive generates escalation case, gives me case number and promises me that my request will be executed on same day. But finally nobody turns up on the committed time. No further communication, nothing. Next day again I have to call helpline and cycle repeats. When tried to contact Nodal officers, they don't even come on phone. Your call will be on waiting only. Tried sending them mail, but did not get anything other than Auto reply. At the same time, Tatasky person is available and ready to come to resolve request (off the record), provided I pay him more than double that of standard charge. This means, resources are available but still artificial vacuum is getting created, so that customers are forced to pay more and money goes into individuals pocket rather than Tatasky. I am literally frustrated with this incident now. My account balance is getting deducted even when I cannot get the service. The money deducted from my account + money spent on calls would have given me new connection with other service provider. Is there anybody to answer here? Shd I really pay more (kind of bribe) and get the things done? Is there any escalation method available?

                  jab se hamne tata sky lagvaya he tab se hamare ek setup box proper work nahi kar raha he. 10 bar coplain ki he hamane tata sky me lekin harbar hame sahi responce nahi mila. setup box change karne ka bolte he to hame uska fir se charge dena padega esi bat karte he. jab ki hamne jab se liye he tab se hi ek setupbox sahi kam nahi kar raha he. to bhi hamko setup box change karke nahi de rahe he. abhi to tata sky hd use karte hue 4 mounth bhi nahi hue he.

                    My subscriber id is [protected]. I have not subscribed to Kids Pack and HBO Premium HD Packs. But now these packs have been added. My monthly payment has been increased. And there is no system for its removal. I have called the helpline but there is no system of its removal. THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN TALK TO A TATA SKY HELP ASSOCIATE. In the main menu there are 5 options none includes an associate help. In the 4 option there is removal of pack functionality but there is no option for the removal of special packs like HBO Premium..What is this? I dont know what to do. This is totally wrong. The company is earning money and they dont even care. This is limit u even cant talk to a tata sky associate. HELP!!

                      I am back again with a problem with Tatasky, not sure why i am still continuing when there are so many cheap competitors in the market. Let me inform you i have 2 subscriptions Sub # [protected] - registered mob # [protected] - SD subscription - S1 Sub # [protected] - registered mob # [protected] - HD subscription - S2 For easy reference i have would be using them as S1 and S2. S1 is due for renewal on 17th May 2015 S2 is due for renewal on 20th May 2015. On 15th May due to some internet issues at my residence i called your helpline wanting to renew the package for my both the subscriptions. I was instructed by your officer that the renewal is due for S2 on 20th only, even is the payment is made today renewal will not take place. In that case i told him that i would like to make the payment and change my pack to Grand sports pack for S1, i was routed to IVR and made a payment of Rs[protected] pack charges +1500 HD charges), but the payment was credited against S2 instead of S1. I was told that the transfer would be done and would receive a call back. Since there was no call back i called today 17th May and spoke to a supervisor Amit, who assured me that the complaint is registered, but since S1 is due for renewal today told him the urgency as i didn’t want my connection to be disconnected. With in a hour i get a call from Rohini from Hyderabad who say that the amount cannot be transferred from one Subscription to the other, alternatively the amount can be returned back to my account which would take 7-10 days. As a customer why should i shell out another 5k for the subscription which is due now and wait for 10 days for the money to be returned which is the error caused by your officer. Suggested that the subscription is due for S2 as well on 20th, to change the pack to grand sport Rs 5170 and return the 1500 back which i am willing to wait for 7-10 days, she confirmed part payment cannot be returned. Currently i am paying Rs 6670 for S1 right now, as i do not want my services to be disconnected, but i am really very unhappy with the way i have been treated as a customer.

                        i am your regular customer and my tata sky id is [protected]...i want to complain you that without my consent on my pack ACTIVE FUN is activated...yesterday i got a call from your tata sky executive about this pack, but i had shown my disinterest in this pack...i asked him not to add this pack on my basic one...but i got a message from your services that on my pack ACTIVE FUN LEARNING is acivated and, i have been charged 49 rupees extra on my basic pack...for this purpose, i talked to your customer care executive and i asked him to discontinue from the immediate effect of my calling...but they did not deactivate this pack...i am so worried about the response i got from your executive...i kindly say you that why should i pay for the service which i will not avail... so i request you to DEACTIVATE ACTIVE FUN LEARING from my pack from today and today itself...i also want to get the mony back what you have charged for this pack. .i[censored] want to see me as a regular customer, kindly solve my problem... thanks

My monthly recharge has been revised to Rs.531/- from Rs.482/- by adding an amount of Rs.49/- last month..towards Active Music.I had subscribed for Active Music by mistake over phone last month and i made a request a fortnight back on tatasky online to cancel my subscription for Active Music immediately and revise the amount back to Rs.482/-.This has not been done till now and i am getting a reminder for payment of Rs.531/- by 26th May, '15.I am hereby requesting you to comply with my request immediately.GANAPATHY

                                    I am a customer for more than 7-8 years having 2 connections i.e. one normal and other hd. my registered mobile nos are [protected], [protected] & [protected]. Your people call several times and give offer and once I recharged and asked for top up as per offered scheme, people don't even respond. I am a victim for such events twice i.e. in Dec 14 & May 15. I am really been cheated second time when made befool inspite of my narration to your people of my first experience.You may very well verify from your call logs that minimum 25-40 time we had called your people & call center where we were kept hung for not less than 24 hours in total without redressal. I feel that company might have attained a status where they feel can befool of customers repeatedly. For your info i have already packed my one connection and switched to other and promise to do the same with remaining if status remains the same. all the time your call center people tells one or other reasons of not addressing, not connecting to seniors and never call back after promising so.

                                        I am not able to view any of the channels from past two days and I have tried all possible steps to resolve the issue. The error message is “Error 2” and none of the channels are displaying. I tried to contact Customer Care multiple times for help and seems like they don’t care for customer’s anymore. They give false promises and keep saying that the issue will be resolved the next day and we can expect the call from the technician. However, till now the technician has not called me and we need to follow up with the complaint to find out if the technician is really going to visit my place or not. I would say Tata Sky has one of the worst customer service department and they are pathetic. One more issue is going on from past two months. I’m not able to change the channels after 7:00 in the evening. I will have to stick on for a particular channel and nothing works in the remote. They replacement the remote and also the setup box but the issue still persist. Don’t know if they have skilled technician or they are out of ideas. Why would I pay 7000 per year and deal with this horrible service? My Subscriber ID : [protected]
